Horrible service. I went there today in the drive through window. They couldn't hear me on the intercom so they asked me to pull in and they'd take my order at the window. They gave me cold fries, one burger had one less patty then they were supposed to, and I got an extra drink. The receipt didn't tell me what the order was and just gave the total, so I don't know if I was charged for the drink. I would have asked but the girl at the window was complaining to another coworker so I didn't want to deal with it. Also, the time before I ordered large fries and was given small. I think this store took too much money from me. I'm never going back.

This DQ is the pits. Ate here on 8/12/2011 after I got off my flight in St Paul heading towards Eleva, WI. I ordered the Mushroom burger and it made me puke!! I fed 1/2 of the burger to the ducks at a near-bye beach. I should have know my food was going to come out crappy cause the manager was in a piss ass mood.

No zero star option unfortunately. I'm a blizzard guy and sadly this is my hometown DQ I'm stuck with. I get blizzards other places, primarily the Turtle Pecan Cluster, and for the most part, they are pretty consistent at the other store, and delicious I might add. Over the years I've kept swearing this Prescott store off as each time I go, my Blizzard has far less ingredients in it than any other place. Once again, the last one I had not only was thin on the ingredients, but it was only partially mixed. The bottom 1/2 of my blizzard was plain vanilla, no ingredients. I complained and was told "that's all they let me put in". NEVER AGAIN. I'd thought maybe it was the person making it but it doesn't matter who makes it. My daughter likes the brownie bits blizzard. "Can't do it, our boss doesn't want to store those here. " WTF? Doesn't DQ have control of what they are supposed to stock for flavors? My wife prefers the chocolate ice cream, not vanilla with nasty chocolate syrup they like to pass off as chocolate. Nope, don't have chocolate ice cream. Attitudes of the employees are often very bad too. Not a pleasant experience. I'll drive the extra miles to River Falls (the BEST Blizzards), Hastings or Cottage Grove. Never again. Run away and save your money.

Needs more chocolate! I would maybe give it 2 and a half stars if they actually put enough chocolate in the blizzards!!! Every time I get a chocolate flavored blizzard I regret buying it. Why should I be wasting my money on a chocolate blizzard that tastes like vanilla??

Not that one more terrible review will ever make a difference, but like everyone else has said, this place is truly abysmal. My order has been completely wrong literally every time I've been there, and I don't mean they forgot ketchup or something, I mean giving me a totally different meal from what I've ordered. I understand everyone has their off days and all, but there's no excuse for literally EVERY order being horribly wrong. If you ask the staff to fix it, it's only done so begrudgingly with the attitude like it's YOUR fault it's wrong. Most of the time the teenagers that run the place are too busy talking amongst themselves and messing around to even acknowledge your obvious presence, which is no doubt the reason the orders are always wrong. In a perverse way, I'm actually kind of glad they suck because I used to eat fast food at least a few times a week ton before I moved to Prescott. Since DQ is pretty much the only fast food option around within reasonable "fast" distance, I've pretty much stopped eating fast food entirely because their service is so atrocious. I realize it's probably a minimum wage job and you get what you pay for and all, but come on! DQ as a chain has a brand and reputation to uphold. I honestly don't understand how Dairy Queen allows the Prescott franchise to operate under their name!

There should be a zero star option this place doesn't even deserve one star. This is the worst place ever!! 25 minutes to get my food and it wasn't even right! How is this place still in business?! Never once have I had a good experience here! People around here have just seemed to except the fact that it's just slow and deal with it. I say we all boycott the place and shut it down! Who's with me?
