I wish Gluten Free meant Gluten Free!!! The careless and incompetent waitress told me that my food was gluten free. However, within minutes of finishing my salad knew it wasnt! There are people that HAVE to eat gluten free, and arent just trying to be cool or trendy! I refuse to ever eat at another BW's again! Please stop saying you offer gluten free entrees when you do nothing different in the kitchen to prepare it that way! Oh, and my 9 year step son got sick too within hours of returning home. Nothing to do with Gluten. He had food poisoning and threw up for 15 hours straight! Good job on keeping prep areas clean! Pathetic!

Yikes! Even after the nice remodel, I will stick to the Brookfield location. We wanted to go here because it is local, what a mistake. Trying to get a seat or check in and the Manager comes up to the hostess ignores us completely and proceeds to discuss with her about closing the patio (that couldn't wait?) No, "excuse me folks" or even acknowledging our existence. Very Rude. Then we ask if it's ok to sit in bar area, great found seat. Took too long to be assisted but we had a person in training so we'll give that a pass. Whoops I forgot my Drivers License and I wanted a drink (I'm 37 so my husband orders a drink) same manager comes over and condescendingly explains they don't serve without a valid ID (I had my passport ID on the table waiting to show the waitresses). The two girls waiting on us saw me pull up the yelp ap and this isn't directed at them. It's the rude manager.

tl;dr Special lunch prices, great appetizers, good beer selection, kid friendly. Of course we all love to eat local, but there are certain times in life where a chain restaurant works just fine. Lunch with coworkers is one of those perfect times, and Buffalo Wild Wings (BDubs) does lunch right. From 11 - 2 there are six menu options starting at just $5.99, with a punchcard program for $5 off and double punches on Mondays. If you can't make it for lunch, there are other deals, such as 45 cent wings on Tuesdays, and 60 cent boneless wings on Thursdays. The beer selection includes a wide range of domestics, (local) micros, and imports. The menu consists of wraps, salads, burgers, ribs and of course wings. My favorites include the deep fried pickles (I order them every time) and their nachos (which have the perfect gooey cheese). And, for those with kids, BDubs is extremely kid friendly, with eight items on the kids menu, coloring sheets and crayons, and a game-filled tablet option.

I have been to the BWW near Mayfair several times but this was my first time at this BWW location. Since there was a bit of a wait, my wife and I decided to sit at the bar where we had excellent service and the back of the bar had 2 - 60" TVs with the bowl games on. Service was excellent and food was served hot and promptly. One way to get a seat quick is to sit at the bar or at a table in the bar area (same food/service but no wait). Food - I had a spicy Asian salad and my wife had wings and rib combo. What I like about BWW is that their prices are $2-5 less per item compared to other fast casual restaurants. For example my salad was $7.99 at BWW which would be $9.99 to $12.99 elsewhere.

While kids were on spring break i met some girlfriends with our kids and had a nice time for and early dinner. It was a Mon. night and they must have some sort of special where the kid's menu is only $1.99! So surprised when i got my bill! Yeayy! My son has celiac and they offer grilled chicken breast which accommodates. Also, i like their offerings of sides - carrots, oranges or fries. Nice options! I ordered the Oriental salad. I couldn't fully enjoy because it was seasoned with a sauce that was so spicy it brought tears to my eyes. I love spicy but this was too much. The grilled chicken was minimal at best. Didn't seem like it was even an entire chicken breast but left over scraps. Would be nice if they could add pecans for extra protein if they're going to skimp on chicken. Our server was patient and attentive. Loved the kids special and gluten friendly so i overlooked the spiciness and lack of substance of the salad.

The wings are great, as they are at all Buffalo Wild Wings, but the service at this particular location is bad. Really really bad. I've been here for lunch half a dozen times, and never had a good service experience. 2, 4 or 6 people, even if we all order wings, even when the place is only half full, it takes over a half hour to get them, which is frustrating when you're on a lunch break. Even more frustrating is seeing a bunch of waiters and waitresses just standing around watching TV while you're hungry and waiting for your food. Also, about half my times there, they've mixed up what wings I ordered, or forgot to bring me some of my order. They only saving grace is that when they've messed up they recognized it and comped our meal or given us a discount. It's just too bad they don't learn from those mistakes.

Son and grandson are wing fans so met them for a meal. I had the blackened blue cheese burger. Very good and would have it again. Very slow night there but good friendly fast service. My guys love their boneless wings and all the dipping sauces. Also had fried pickle slices. I resisted them but once I tried them and some blue cheese dip, I was hooked. I'll try them again. My French fries were great. Best I've had for some time.

I wish Yelp had 1/2 stars because I would give Buffual Wild Wings 3.5 stars. They are good, but not great. They have tons of TVs for sports, but the dining room is so open you feel like you are in a school cafeteria. For Food I generally get mild wings along with buffalo chips with cheese. The wings are ok, however, sometimes they are not too meaty - seems like a lot of breading sometimes. The buffalo chips with cheese are very good for a side or an appetizer.

This is a good place to go to watch a game and not where you go when you want to have a good meal. The food is okay, the service is slow and its loud. All those things don't matter if you are distracted by the game.

Lousy service with food as expected. Our family stopped at Buffalo Wild Wings on a Saturday evening and the restaurant and bar were both at capacity. Understandable because there was a Packers football game about to start. It appears the management didn't plan ahead for an NFL schedule as they were extremely short staffed. Here's a quick outline of our experience: Sit down and order drinks. 10 minutes later drinks arrive and food order places. 40 minutes into waiting on the food order I asked for a manager to explain that no one had checked back with us since the food order and we had no idea what was going on. Waitress then stops by and gets the family drink refills except she never asked if I wanted another beer. Food delivered another 10 minutes later (50 min total wait). The waitress didn't stop back to check on us until everyone was done eating and we were waiting on the check. We weren't the only people in this situation either - everyone seemed to be getting the same lousy service. The only reason I didn't give a one star review is that the food (once it finally arrived) was of good quality. Even with decent quality food, we won't be back.
In the expansive, suburban wasteland of paved parking lots sits many mediocre chain restaurants such as Applebees, Noodles, Panera Bread and, of course, Buffalo Wild Wings. It's 10:30pm- I mean where can you go when you are in the western suburbs of Milwaukee? We thought we knew what we were getting into as we have been to other BWW before. Not so. We ordered an appetizer platter and a order of wings + beers to wash 'em down. The wings were overcooked, or cooked 5 hours previously only to sit underneath the searing warmth of the heat-lamp until they were served to me. I will give it to them, their hottest, hot wings are pretty hot for a chain restaurant, but when the meat is nearly inedible its not even a consolation for the restaurant. We did enjoy the jalapeno poppers, however, the cheese sauce still had the "skin" on it. Anyone who has worked in a restaurant that made cheese soup or any cheese based liquid knows what the "skin" is. Serving that shit to customers means you weren't paying attention and don't care. On the plus side, huge seasonal beers for only $6.50 is a major reason to go here for game day, get plastered, hop in a car and get a DUI on the way home. Suburbia, shake my head.

I know this place is a chain and don't have the best wings in the world butttt I love the wings here. They are the same every time I eat here. Love the Hot BBQ sauce on my wings. The dinning area is open and loud but you can see 10 TVs and every local sports that is on at the time. Service is good and the food is served hot. Servers are friendly and attentive with refills waiting in the wings. What more could you ask for.

My boys commented that almost every sport imaginable were represented on the substantial number of T.V.'s BWW has. Something for everyone to watch while enjoying their delectable offerings. The other night, we ordered the trio of cheeseburger slammers as an appetizer and shared them amongst the three of us. A perfect treat as we were waiting for our double order of wings to take to a party. The staff at this Pewaukee location are always attentive and super friendly.

Good location, the layout itself is really open which i'm not the biggest fan of as this location seems pretty loud. Service has always been fast and friendly food is on par with the other BW3's in the area.

Normally I wouldn't yelp about a Buffalo Wild Wings but I couldn't believe how annoying our server was. He come to our table a ridiculous number of times to check in with us. Otherwise the food was fine. I don't like the new way you order your wings as opposed to a specific number of wings.

Our server was very friendly. Service was top notch from her. She accommodated out requests to shift tables without any fuss. But I really wished the hot chicken wings were more juicier. Overall, me and my family were happy we had dinner here and would like to come back here again.

The Pewaukee wild wings is not great, a server that has never heard of "pabst" and had three other servers stop by with wrong orders. She figured some of it out 20 min later. just a chain.

Our party of 8 had excellent service. When they burned my mother-in-law's entrée, the manager personally came out to apologize and tell her that her meal would be on the house. I had a really good black cherry cocktail. Vegetarians are pretty much limited to the build-your-own black bean burger. Which is fine. I guess. My black bean patty was overcooked. I've definitely had better. But it's something for us.
