What a great breakfast spot! I decided to go here after reading reviews on yelp. It's small, so it can be crowded if you go at peak hours. They pretty much only serve breakfast so they close at 2pm in the afternoons. The coffee was bottomless and very good. I had a greek baked omelette that was delicious with kalamata olvies, onion, tomato. I can't remember if it came with home fries or I ordered them on the side, but they were nice and crispy. It did however come with 2 slices of toast, my choice of bread and that marble rye was some of the best I've had. My only request is that eggbeaters should not be an extra charge and I hope you add marmalade to your jam selection. It' necessary on rye! Great food, great service, this is my breakfast spot.

BLTTA - Bacon, lettuce, turkey, tomato, and avocado. Great sandwich! Bit of a wait for the food, but it was delicious.

Awesome little place- normal breakfast fare with good prices. Also has a little bar space with no wait - great for a single guy to have late Saturday breakfast.

I went to the Daisy Cage this morning... and I can't tell you how refreshing the wait staff was. They didn't act bored like so many of the other breakfast wait staff are getting. The food was fresh and hot! I will definitely make the Daisy Cafe my #1 breakfast place!

Cute place - not very large so there's limited seating but the service is very good and so is the food! Had a Cuban sandwich which was pretty good considering this is Bellingham and not exactly Miami or Queens, NY. Love that they bring you a roll of smarties with the bill - nice touch.

I really like the Daisy Cafe. I always have. First, let me say that the Ole Twosie is my favorite because it is a great amount of food, but also because I am confident it is the only place in town that serves savory along with french toast - MY FAVORITE! The Greek Frittata is a second. Everything I have had on the menu has been really good. The waitresses are prompt and friendly, but not over the top. They keep the coffee cups filled and you don't sit around and wait for your check or food, or water. For Breakfast, Daisy Cafe is always my first choice. oh! another thing, I feel like the quality of ingredients that they use is pretty good - better than most at least, but I haven't seen it first hand, so I can only go by taste.

Yummy breakfast this morning! Our first time here, as parents visiting our WWU daughter (she has been here several times), and we will return. Daughter and I ordered the biscuits & gravy and the orange french toast -- then split the plates to share. We really appreciate GOOD biscuits and gravy and these fit the bill -- lots of little sausage bits, good flavor with a healthy dose of black pepper. The French toast was also delicious. Husband had the blueberry pancake breakfast (with eggs and bacon). The pancakes had lots of fresh blueberries and were really large -- he even said he should have ordered the short stack, they were so big. The place was packed with people by the time we left. Be prepared to wait if you arrive late morning, but the wait would be worth it.

This is my favorite breakfast spot in town, and I have tried just about every single one! I love the fast service, quaint dining area, and also the option to have bigger groups in the back. I go here for all my breakfast parties, birthdays, and hang out times. My favorite thing to get is the Great Northwest Benedict with salmon. It is to die for! There are also a lot of other great items on the menu, and I am always walking away full and happy. Just writing this makes me want to head over and get a meal right now. I am so thankful we have a fabulous place like The Daisy in town!!!

Thanks to Gillian for a negative experience. I've taken my family to eat at the Daisy Cafe many times and have had fairly decent experiences. This one with Gillian deserves a Yelp review of ONE star due to her blatant disrespect and disregard. Upon ordering the Hoppel Poppel I asked Gillian for a side order of pico de gallo, prompting her to write it on the ticket. Received our food and no pico. I gave it some time and asked her half way through my meal if I could finally get the pico I ordered. Dismissively she said OK. For two breakfast meals and drinks, the total came to $22 and some change. After laying down the cash, she arrives asking if I needed change. At this point I asked her why I never received the pico de gallo I ordered; without an apology she said she simply forgot. This answer determined she would not receive a tip as that was very rude. I'll be heading to the Cheerful Cafe from this point forward. 1. NOT ONCE DID GILLIAN CHECK ON OUR TABLE TO ASK HOW EVERYTHING WAS OR IF WE NEEDED ANYTHING. I did catch her glancing at our table a couple of times being so close to the kitchen, like literally next to the kitchen entrance. 2. DO NOT ASK IF ONE NEEDS CHANGE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU DID A PISS POOR JOB AT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've worked customer service and would never have treated someone like this. 3. SMILE ... Even if you don't mean it. Customers = business. No business = no job. My personal opinion is Gillian doesn't like serving Asian people. Perhaps she should find a new job. Gillian = poor service. I will not be returning for some time and if I decide to will ensure I do not have to deal with Gillian. PS. The prices are a bit steep.

Mad props to the Daisy... sometimes the potatoes are a bit over done, but there is just something about the place that makes me go back... maybe it's the Galbraith Quesadilla's or NW Eggs Benedict... Check it out...

Went for breakfast on a late Sunday morning. The place was busy but we were seated for two in less than five minutes. Got a table in the middle of a small dining room. Coffee and waters were delivered and poured as soon as we sat down, nice. Good variety of choices on the menu. Ordered an omelet, and an eggs, potato's, toast, and sausage breakfast. Two plates came out in about five minutes, which was odd, because those around us who ordered before us hadn't gotten their dishes yet. The plates were wrong, but they remedied the situation rather quickly before we could dig in, no problem, they were slammed. Waited another ten minutes or so and our meals came out. Man they were good, fresh eggs, fresh potato's, fresh toast and sausage and ham, couldn't ask for much more. Prices are fair, and the food is very good. Will be back.

I have been going to The Daisy Cafe for breakfast the past two and half years. The breakfast is great. Service is great, the staff always seems to remember me and my breakfast order, which is always nice. Yesterday I tried their lunch for the first time, and let me tell you, I have no idea why it took me this long to give them a shot at lunch. I completely underestimated their lunch capabilities. I had the best Calzone i have ever had from my favorite breakfast joint in town. It was down right amazing. I was drunk on Calzone the rest of the day. That's not a bad thing. The Daisy Cafe is great for Breakfast, and Lunch. Check them out!

My boyfriend and I popped in here on a Wednesday morning for some breakfast, they weren't really busy, but there were one-two people at each table, and we didn't want to sit at the bar so we had to sit "in the back" which was fine, (except the floor was so dirty (crumbs, grease, and hair) that I couldn't put my purse down....ew.) I got eggs benedict, he got biscuits and gravy, both with OJ, and we waited for our food for over an hour!!! Without being checked on once! She finally brought us our food, but seemed annoyed to be serving it to us. Idk what her problem was but it was very uncomfortable. Hollandaise was obviously not made from scratch and the potatoes were extremely oily. Boyfriend said his gravy had a weird spice to it but also tasted like it came from a package. We didn't finish our food, our waitress asked if we wanted a box, we said "no thank you" and she seemed super offended and started slamming our dishes on top of each other, to the point where she knocked the silverware onto the ground... It was just strange. TERRIBLE SERVICE, boring food.

Love, love, love!! Coffee is so good! Service was great! Very friendly and fast! Food was delicious. I had the Traditionalist breakfast which you can't go wrong with and my boyfriend had the pancakes which was also delicious!

Great service! I ordered coffee and had to leave to refill my parking meter and the waitress let me open a tab with no collateral. Good food.

A group of 6 of us (4 adults, 2 children) came here for breakfast yesterday. Two of the people in our party frequent this place regularly, so they chose it. I looked up reviews before we went, and was a bit skeptical of what our experience would be like, since reviews were very mixed. Needless to say, we didn't experience any of the recent problems that others have had -- our food was great, our server was wonderful, and everything else was fine. For what we ordered, everything was tasty and cooked well. My mocha latte was excellent. My kids split a plate of 3 blueberry pancakes and there were leftovers. My husband devoured his french toast. The food here seems a bit pricier than some other breakfast places, that would be the only downside. I also would suggest some crayons and paper for the little ones. I'm sure we will be back.

Eh, not all that impressed. I ordered biscuit and gravy and my expectations weren't that high because I'm from Mississippi and this is a southern dish. Alas, I'm glad I didn't have high expectations. It wasn't very good at all. The sausage gravy had a very odd taste. Also, the server kept slamming the items on my table, loudly. I expected a cafe feel atmosphere, but it was a loud busy diner. Ehhhhh, won't go back.

Great food, excellent menu selection. Had the buttermilk pancakes and eggs Benedict with smoked salmon. Both were very tasty and good quality ingredients. Good atmosphere. Would definitely recommend it

I've been going to the daisy at least twice every month for a few years now. It's one of my favorite breakfast places in bham. It can get pretty busy on the weekends but what do you expect. The food is delicious, the best basic breakfast in town! The Cobb salad is huge and also amazing! I like the service, it's a no fuss place and the servers are true down to earth people. I like that they don't act fake. I will ALWAYS come back to the daisy. Giant menus, good service, excellent food at the right price!

Food was good, however the waitress seemed to be in a rush and dumped my girlfriend's plate on her lap, table, and floor. She was very apologetic and offered us napkins, but that was all. We got our bill and was surprised to see we were charged full price for her meal. I explained to the waitress that I did not want to pay for her full meal given the circumstances, and she corrected it. To sum things up: good food, but EXTREMELY awkward experience. Sadly, we will not return.

crowded place on Sunday morning in an otherwise very quiet downtown Bellingham, WA. Some local friends introduced us to their wonderful hearty American breakfast meal there, good coffee, great crowd, very friendly and attentive service staff. Pancakes -- you should just come here for the pancakes if that's the only thing you get here. Fluffy and light, I don't know how they do the batter but it works wonderfully well! coffee -- pretty decent, free refills. scrambles -- good, but the pancakes are the BEST hands down! =) will stop by again next time I am in town..

My wife and I have traveled, quite a bit. We have traveled throughout the United States, parts of Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central America. We enjoy trying new places, new things, and new restaurants. On this last trip, my wife found a gem, The Daisy Cafe. I figured my wife picked this restaurant like she picks race horses, either by their cute name or the colors they wear; she loves daisies! We pull up to a small cafe on a typical downtown street, find parking, and walk in. They greet us with a smile, and a, "Grab any seat you like...". We open the menu and start our normal once-over; I'm looking for something to drink (they have a coffee shop attached) as my wife points out the Twin Sisters. As I scan the menu, not the room, I find the Sisters. Two poached eggs, on English muffins, with melted cheese, and kalamta olives. I read that they bake their own goods; and after one bite, it was appatent. The special for the day, the Sisters with Avacado! It was like God wanted me to have this. My wife ordered Bacon and Eggs, with fresh baked sourdough toast. We finished our meal with mutual agreement, this is a top three of all time, and maybe the best we remember. I can't speak for anyone else, but for that meal, that day, I will say: Best Breakfast in the Western Hemisphere!

My friend and i go here at least 3 times a month after church. It is our favorite. We do try other places to mix it up, but always come back and are satisfied. The fritattas are great. The potatoes are good but sometimes could be cooked to a crispy finish a bit more. Waite staff is friendly and fun. All around a good place to eat.

On our way to Vancouver on 4/19/2015 and were trying to find a good place for Sunday brunch and saw the reviews on Yelp and Google and decided let's try it. Very small place and even at 1:00 had to wait maybe 15 minutes. Server wasn't the friendliest but the food was good and plentiful. We'll definitely seek it out again next time we're in the area.

Never again. I will never eat there again. Worst service in Bellingham, a city already known for its terrible service. My wife and I ordered food when the restaurant was pretty much empty. A few more people walked in after us. Everyone got their food before us. Our food took like 45 minutes and we ordered eggs. EGGS!! No explanation was ever given. Nothing was comped. We actually had to be somewhere and thought an hour would be enough time to grab breakfast at a casual breakfast joint that wasn't busy that day. Nope. We actually had to walk out with our food in our hands because most of our hour was spent waiting for eggs. (These cook in 2 or 3 minutes, by the way) Not sure if our server forgot to place our order, or if the cooks lost our order, but nobody seemed to care that we hadn't gotten our food. The server even seemed snippy. She should have been begging for forgiveness. But, instead she just didn't care. I could have waited for 35 minutes and then gone in the kitchen and made my own food and had it out faster. If they were slammed, that would have been one thing. But on a slow day, they really shouldn't have let our entire order slip through the cracks. It just shows that they don't care. Needless to say, we didn't tip at all.

We've been here twice. The first time was an okay experience. Okay food, okay service. Second time around was awful. I'm not sure what our server's problem was that day, but whatever it was, she took it out on everybody. Even her co-workers! Horrible customer service! She just didn't do her job. A couple ended up leaving because they got sat with menus and were ignored for twenty minutes after that. It wasn't even busy! We kept having to ask a different server for coffee, utensils, napkins, etc. And whenever she did show up, she was rude. A complete stink face! Anyway, onto the food... The food in general is just okay. We ordered the Eggs Benedict. Eh. I've had better. But if you're hungry and are willing to see past mediocre service than Daisy Cafe is the place for you. I guess. My main reason for not going back is because of the bad service. Having been a server, I know what it's like and sometimes you have bad days but if you work in customer service, put your stink face away, smile and give your best. If not, crappy tips or no tips and no customers. Sorry Daisy Cafe, but that one server failed to do her job and the food isn't as great as some of the reviews say. We won't be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

After 17 years living in Bellingham I finally discovered this gem! I had the eggs Benedict and they were DA BUSINESS!! Soo good, for you veggie lovers out there, the veggie omelette was delicious and so was the Baja omelette!!

This is a great little place for breakfast. Huge array of choices in the scramble/savoury category. They also have the famous orange french toast but I'll be damned if I can taste the orange. All I know is that all the items we had were good and I don't know what people are talking about with service (seemed pretty normal to me). It is important to note that the food here is not "standard old diner" food like someone mentioned, it is a cut above that but the menu might read like that until you taste it. Gotta love getting "rockets" with your bill too!

So we had a few big issues while dining here. We arrived around 12 and my wife ordered pancakes with eggs while I ordered the Magnolia burger with chips. At first I thought they were calling French fries chips, but to my surprise they were indeed regular potato chips on the plate. It was my mistake though, so I didn't complain about it. However, the chips were almost completely stale and I could not eat them. The burger was ok, not bad but not great. The beef in the patty didn't hold together very well and the burger kept sliding out of the bun. The bacon was tasty. The real issue has to do with the service. The tables are small and prone to vibration. My wife's fork fell off her plate and onto the floor. After a few minutes of unsuccessfully trying to make eye contact I started waving my hands in the air trying to flag someone down. For whatever reason, none of the staff would look our way. After a few minutes the waitress visiting the table next to ours came by and we were able to get a new fork. This was not the biggest issue though. After the issue with the fork was resolved I tried the chips and found them inedible. I finished eating the burger and left the chips on my plate, hoping to catch the waitress when she checked in on us. This did not happen. She swing by after my wife finished her meal and dumped off the check without so much as a word about my plate half full and uneaten and whisked off before I could open my mouth. I say there for a few minutes getting more frustrated when we realized that was the last we would see of her and the check required going to the register to pay. We waited a good 5 minutes before I walked up to the register to voice my complaint. When I walked up I was firm and controlled despite being upset and I let the waitress know that the chips were stale and that I was upset she hadn't checked in on us to see how we were doing. She seemed rather taken aback and remarked that she had visited our table several times, then asked what she could do to make it right. Without really waiting for me to answer she offered to take my meal off the bill and then said she would make it right. I was frustrated because what I wanted was a side I could eat, but with her taking the meal off and being upset I figured I would just get something somewhere else. At this point I returned to my table. A short minute later she came by with the new check and asked (with some attitude) if there was anything else she needed to do to make it right. Feeling rather peeved by this point I said an apology would be nice. Up until this point she had not once apologized or accepted responsibility and it was aggravating. She responded in shock and said "Fine I'm sorry." Then angrily continuing saying I shouldn't talk to her as if she were 2. Seriously I felt like I was dealing with a misbehaving teenager who refused to take responsibility for herself or her job in customer service. I later asked my wife if I had done wrong in the way I spoke to the waitress and she reaffirmed that I was being calm, had a little attitude that was paired with the waitress'. All in all the breakfast seems decent food, not so much for lunch. But if something goes wrong don't expect good customer service. That is where this place really isn't that great.

  • Daljit S.

The most amazing, locally sourced breakfast I've had in a LONG time, the only problem was the slow service. I had the smoked salmon omelet which was very tasty, with the rosemary sourdough toast (to die for) and hubby had the Daisy potatoes with fren c h toast. This place was definitely worth the 45 minute drive it took us to get here... now if the waitress could only keep up with the pace, it would've been the perfect experience.

I tried to like this place I really did... I have been looking for a breakfast/brunch place to replace the little cheerful since their quality has dipped slightly in recent years as my favorite breakfast joint around Bellingham, however the Daisy Café is not it... they brought my mom her meal and forgot the bacon... When they did grab the bacon it was super crisped and over oiled; basically worse than Denny's... the bread farm bread they served had been sitting out for too long for bread with no preservatives and was a little stale... my salmon eggs Benedict like the service was nothing special with both the salmon and hollandaise sauce obviously coming out of a package, over salted and under flavored... Call me crazy but if your bacon and Benedict are subpar I don't think you can call yourself a quality breakfast restaurant... This place is basically a slightly worse Diamond Jim's

I've enjoyed the food and service here every time I've been in. The food can be summed up as fresh and authentically home made. I had their lunch the other day for the first time and it was the same - it feels healthy because it's fresh, but it tastes deliciously filling.

The food is great but the service was very very poor. Our servers name is Erin and she was completely rude. It was our first and LAST time there.

There is something special about this place. The service is understated but welcoming, the food is plentiful and delicious, the coffee is consistently above average. But there is something else that I can't put my finger on. Maybe it's simply a combination of the little things that makes this such a wonderful place.

Came here with my sister who lives in Bham. Cute spot! Expect a wait because it's small and quite popular. We were here around 11:30am and it took about 20 minutes for a table for two. The menu is chock full of fresh pastries, tasty omelets, house specialties and fritattas. Best question of the day, "which type of rye toast would you like? Dark or light?" WHAT?! It's hard enough to find rye toast but two varieties? SCORE! Service was great and our waitress even apologized for the wait. If I'm visiting my sister in the Ham anytime soon, I've got to go back for another Greek fritatta.

  • Denice R.

I was in the neighborhood looking for a place to have breakfast and saw Katy H's Yelp review and decided to walk on over and give The Daisy Cafe a try. I liked the place as soon as I walked in. It's light and bright. It's not a large place by any stretch, I'd say it's pushing the edges of small. I went on a weekday and almost all the seats were taken. I can see how waiting is the norm on weekends. The menu had a really nice selection of items. I had to think "Do I want this or this or this or this?" The prices were very reasonable. I saw the service to be courteous and respectful but swift. No time for waits at a table while someone (like me) hims and haws about what to order.

  • Anne L.

This place was great. There was a wait to get in, but it was Sunday morning. We didn't mind, we figured it was a sign of good food. It was hard to choose what to order because so many options sounded really great. It took a long, but not unreasonable, time to get food. That was fine since we weren't in a big hurry. It was definitely worth the wait. I got a smoked salmon omelette and it was yummy. My daughter devoured her pancakes, egg and bacon. My dad and grandmother were with us and loved their Baja omelette and cinnamon orange french toast. Our server was nice, but not very attentive. I didn't expect that she had time to stop and chat, but a one time water refill would have been nice. The atmosphere was great though. It was bright, clean and bustling. The food quality was great. The portions were huge too, I could have easily shared my breakfast. I would give the food five stars and the service three. I do recommend it and would go back again.

My family, which includes 3 picky-but-always-hungry teenage boys, were on a road trip from Seattle to BC for skiing and found this spot for breakfast. It was so good they insisted we timed our trip back so we could stop here for lunch (or a late breakfast for one of them). I still haven't found a breakfast joint I adore near my home in North Seattle. If I lived in Bellingham, this would be it. I loved the home fries. The orange french toast was a huge hit with two of the kids and my husband. Great coffee. It's about a mile off of I-5, but a worthy stop. Even more worthy if you live nearby.

  • Ms. T.

Wow, what a disappointment. Unacknowledged for the first five minutes we were there, then we were just told to go find our seats out in the "Atrium". The server took 10 minutes to come ask what we wanted, and another 10 minutes before she brought our cups of coffee. The coffee was terrible, but it gave us something to drink while we waited another 20 minutes for our food. Half of our table got their food, while the others had to wait 5 minutes until the rest was brought out. The only saving grace was that the food was pretty good, with the exception of the potatoes. When going to a restaurant for breakfast, I expect more than mushy Russet potatoes in a bit of oil. There are many, many better places in Bellingham for breakfast.

Stopped in for lunch the other day & as usual, very good! Had the boxcar sandwich, thats the Parmesan encrusted one, the name of which I could not remember on the last review, roast been grilled onions, cheese rye, coated in crusty crunchy cheese...total winner!

  • Dave S.

We came here looking for a good Ruben sandwich. we found the best Ruben in Bellingham so far it was extremely good just wish it would have had a bit more meat and sauerkraut , and the chicken sandwich was very good moist and full of flavor. So over all on taste, friendlies, and quality of the food we give this a 5 star Just on quantity brings it down to a 4 star.

The Daisy is a great place for breakfast or lunch. I usually eat here at least once a week, more if I get the chance. The service is great, the food is good, and they're usually pretty quick even when they're busy. I've tried most of the stuff on the breakfast menu and so far it has all been good. But the star of the menu is their eggs benedict with smoked salmon. For lunch I haven't really made it past the pizza/calzone part of their menu. I always go in with the intention of trying something new but then I start thinking about the meatlovers calzone or the daisy classic pizza and it's all over. Although whenever the grilled cheese & ham sandwich and basil tomato soup are available those make a great combination. Definitely worth checking out if you're downtown for breakfast or lunch.

I've been here a few times when I've been up in Bellingham visiting friends; it's our favorite spot for a late breakfast after a night of partying hardy! This morning was pretty disappointing though. The wait was super long, and even then the hostess/waitress simply said, "We have a table for you in the back," then went on to take someone's order. So we wandered back and found an empty table. We waited close to an hour for our food without any acknowledgement from the waitress!! I watched as a couple who came in after us was seated, served, paid, and gone all before we got our breakfasts. When our food finally did arrive we were starving and crunched for time because we hadn't counted on spending 90 minutes at breakfast, but received no explanation for the wait. I wanted to ask, but I was so hungry/grumpy/hungover that there was no way it was going to come out politely. I ordered the California Fritata with vegan field-roast italian sausage (I LOVE that they offer that!!) and a way too expensive glass of orange juice that got knocked all over the table and still fully charged. The breakfast was delicious, but I think it's a little cheap to not include a side of toast with a breakfast meal. In addition to our orange juice sea, one of the waitresses just forgot to stop pouring while she was refilling coffees and spilled coffee all over the table! That was actually pretty hilarious because she was so embarrassed, but it also just kind of added to the ridiculousness of our experience this morning.

Good Breakfasts, Good Prices. When it comes to breakfast, I'm not looking for anything really special...just good breakfast fare. I especially love their orange french toast and their sausage patty. Their prices are very reasonable for what you get. It's not the fanciest place in town, but if you like good breakfast fare, (pancakes, potatoes, bacon, eggs, omelets, french toast, coffee) then this may be your place!

The last two times I have been here the food has been disappointing. First I had a roast beef sandwich. Everything was great except for the meat. It was impossibly chewy and had that metallic sheen to it. Yucky :( I feel as though if a restaurant is going to charge 9 dollars for a small sandwich, the meat should at least be decent quality. On the plus side, the salad that came with the meal was good. The second and most recent time I went here I had the twin sisters (two poached eggs on top of an english muffin). It was decent but way too salty. My friend that I came with had the chorizo breakfast burrito and she didn't like her food as well. I don't think I will be going here again. There are cheaper and far tastier local establishments just around the corner.

Daisy has a good variety of breakfast classics done well. The blueberry pancakes are to die for. The atmosphere is a little over-the-top with the daisy motif, but I don't go to breakfast for the decorations. It can be a little hard (or expensive) to order if you can't decide on a single food item - many things come by themselves without a side, so if you want pancakes and potatoes you end up with enough food to feed a couple people at least, and pay a bit more than you generally would for a breakfast. However, I have learned that pancakes and potatoes reheat just fine and make a wonderful second breakfast later. Anyone who goes here should definitely order one of their mochas. They melt real dark chocolate and mix it with cream to make the flavoring, and it's worlds better than what you could get anywhere else.

This place has the most amazing breakfast and opens early. I went there and was addicted the minute I walked in.. If you want a good breakfast and are in the mood to eat! Check this place out. There is no bar which kind of sucks but they are local and serve great food. The wait can be a little long but well worth it! :) YUM!

I came here for breakfast this morning, with the intentions of curing my New Years Hangover. I ordered the eggs benedict with ham, and was pretty satisfied! The waitress was friendly, and attentive. They had so many delicious sounding items, it was difficult to chose. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they use free range eggs, and fresh local ingredients, which is always deserving of an A in my book. The Daisy Cafe is a good breakfast spot, and it is probably safe to say you will always get a good meal and quick service. I will definitely be returning again. Looks like I'm starting my new years resolution tomorrow.

We had a lovely breakfast here, service was good and they were able to accommodate our need to be elsewhere in Billingham in less than hour. The decor was cheerful and the food good. One nice touch was the partnership with a local farm and the option for truly free range eggs for just a bit more. We had a breakfast quesadilla, orange french toast, and the Northwestern Eggs Benedict. The quesadilla was alright, my wife was really fond of the salmon in the Benedict, and we all loved the french toast.

Over priced food. Pastrami sandwich was big enough for my one year old.

The Daisy is a cute little cafe with big servings of down home breakfast food at really reasonable prices. Try the orange french toast, yum yum. Also, if you are a bagel fan, they make them in house.
