My wife and I ended up here only because the most popular Vietnamese place in the area was closed for renovations, and I walked away impressed. The food was perfectly prepared, the spices were great but not overbearing, and the beef was out of this world. What's more, the buy who cooks also takes special care to make sure those nasty string-like tails are removed from the bean sprouts -- I have never seen a restaurant take that much care. My wife had the fried rice, and it was full with crunchy, perfectly cooked veggies, and the rice was cooked to perfection. We also split a order of the steamed dumplings, and you can tell that the wrappers are made in house (not crappy, store-bought ones). Plus the man who runs the place was kind enough to give us one extra dumpling for free, so we had an even six instead of five. What's more, the prices are very fair. The three of us (my wife, our son, and I) all ate for $31, and we had rather large orders. This has officially become my favorite Vietnamese joint, and we will return soon. Check out this hidden gem, you will not regret it!!!

Stopped by today on one of our road trips....was craving some pho. If you are looking for authentic Vietnamese food, this place is not it. Pho is bland. The fish sauce for the noodles was tasteless. The stir fried noodles looked unappetizing. One of the worst Vietnamese food I've had in a long long time. But I guess you can't expect authentic Vietnamese food in VT. The owner is very nice and friendly. The place was clean. I'd like to give it more stars. Unfortunately, the food was not good.

Nice place, very clean and new. The owner seated me and waited on me. Friendly gentleman, who talked to me about the area and weather at length. I'm a nut about hot sauce and limes, and easily worked out my special requests. The pho tai was excellent, as were the pork grilled spring rolls. I enjoyed it very much! Give a newer business a try and put this guy on the map!

We decided to try something new and were not disappointed. The flavors are strong and authentic, the restaurant is clean and nicely laid out (not too crowded), and the owner/chef is very friendly and eager to please. My husband likes his food hot and spicy and was able to get exactly what he wanted. I prefer things a little less hot and spicy and I was able to get exactly what I wanted as well. We will definitely be back.

Had the beef flank steak pho this time, and the broth tasted wholesome and delicious. The smoothies are thick and creamy here so come with an empty stomach!

I dropped my man off at the airport and was craving Pho (a staple of a previous life in the city), and I was surprised and thrilled to see a Vietnamese restaurant in Williston. It's only been open for 6 months, according to the lovely owner, so I made sure to write a review to help build its business! I had beef pho and it hit the spot, flavorful, light, executed perfectly and it came out fast. My one year old was also slurping is down. Then I had to order pork bun to take out for dinner. It too was delish! I am going to have to convince them to open a second place in Waterbury. Definitely try it out... Perfect light and warm food for a cold day. We need more affordable, healthy and quick places to eat in Vermont so go have a bite there and support this family run business and their awesome food! And lastly, the owner brought my daughter some mango juice on the house, just to be sweet.

Popped in for dinner with my wife- first time eaters and we both were very impressed. BYOB, quick service, great food, and excellent personality in the server(s). Ordered the #8 and #11 with sides of spring rolls and dumplings. Awesome food!

very sweet man who ran the place, but my husband and I were disappointed in the Bun we ordered. It was bland and tasteless. Such a shame, I really wanted to like this place!

If you are looking for very tasty food, good portions, great service in a very clean restaurant at an amazing price.....you have found it. There is enough on the menu to choose from but not too much. The owner / chef took care of me tonight as the place was not busy (I was there at 8:30pm on a Wednesday night. From the app to the main course, it was all good. He offered various levels of spice and advice on what to add if I wanted. I ate everything the way it came out so that I could really taste the food...VERY VERY Good. The price was unbeatable. Whether or not you have ever tried Vietnamese food, I would highly recommend this place. I can almost guarantee that you will be back for more another time.

I have been to this amazing little place a few times. So fresh and so delicious! The customer service is great as well. Unique fresh flavors in Williston! Will be a regular for sure!!

Thank the food gods, there's Vietnamese food in Williston! We had the fresh spring rolls and they were so good and huge. I had Pho Tai, my favorite, and my fella had Bun with spring rolls. Both were better than their nearest competitors out here, which are disappointing with the recent closings of most of the best places. They are new, so we have high hopes that they will settle in here and achieve awesome! The prices were more reasonable than anything else at Maple Tree Place and the staff were very friendly. We will be back...often...

Service was excellent and the food was delicious. This place does not have as much selection as other restaurants, but they are great in making what they have! If you don't see something on the menu, be sure to ask. We didn't see fried tofu on there but we asked and the gentleman was kind enough to make it for us. And he only charged us $2 for it!! I also got stir fried vegetables with shrimp and no onions. The man was even considerate enough to ask if I wanted scallions or green onions since I didn't want any onions (which some places don't even ask). Overall great first experience.
(5)Jonathan L.
Pretty bland and tasteless food. Very few vegetarian options. Their vegetarian pho is made with meat stock! Only good thing to say is they're cheap.

My husband, 2 year old daughter and I went for dinner here last night! It was great! The owner (I assume) have my daughter free peach tea. It was delicious! I had the #2 which is beef pho and my husband had #11 which is the grilled chicken with rice noodles. We also shared the chicken dumplings. Wouldn't change a thing. Might just go again tonight!
(5)Erin P.
The service is great. The owner/cook is extremely nice and very attentive. The food is prepared very fast and I have enjoyed every meal I have ordered here. It has always been flavorful and very tasty. I work in Taft's Corners so I will continue to go here for lunch.
(5)Jason R.
The service at this place was phenomenal. The owner was very friendly and seemed genuinely happy that we were there. The food was fresh and well-prepared, however, it could have been a bit spicier and we could have used some more sauce for our dishes. Overall though, our entire family thoroughly enjoyed our meals and we will certainly go back again.

Wow! Five months ago I moved here from Colorado, where pho restaurants were everywhere. Here, there is Pho K & K. That is the closest to me. I wasn't impressed initially. Take out took way to long just for Pho. I was just there with my two kids. I walked away SO HAPPY!! I got pho with meatballs. The first and second time, there were a small handful of meatballs. This time, there were meatballs o'plenty!! If you love Vietnamese food; Go to Pho K & K!! The owner is very kind and is willing to conversate with you and tell you about his food.

I love Vietnamese food and am delighted Pho K&K has come to Williston. We ordered a relatively large takeout order and admit it took a while, but the owner was by himself taking orders, greeting customers, and doing all the cooking. That's a lot of work for one person. Our group started with the Cha Gio (Vietnamese egg rolls) and they were delicious. Packed with veggies and ground pork. Next up was the Banh Coun, which is almost like an omelet of sorts that uses a rice pancake instead of the egg. The sauce served with it has a kick of spice and the tang of fish sauce that I love. It's different, but very tasty. Vegetarians can ask for the ground pork and shrimp to be switched to tofu. Steamed dumplings were next and also very good. There's a nice balance of pepper and the veggies and ground chicken. The rest of our meal consisted of the different soups. Pho Tai Bo Vien was great. As is traditional, the condiments are served separately and you mix what you want into the very flavorful broth. The bean sprouts were fresh, though the Thai basil was a little bruised. My daughter doesn't eat beef or pork, so she opted for the Pho Ga, and declared it the best soup she's ever had. Hard to believe they beat out her favorite Thai Chicken Noodle soup from our local favorite in St. Albans. The Hu Tieu had plenty of pork and a few shrimp and was also very flavorful. My son definitely enjoyed it and said that's his new wintertime favorite. He's overjoyed he can walk there from the college, grab lunch, and return in time for his next class. Finally, the Bun Bo Hue was the one I was most excited to try. I love spicy foods, especially when the chef is able to get the spice level balanced correctly. This soup was perfect. Plenty of beef and pork, the broth has the tartness of the lemon grass and there's just a hint of chili that is spicy without being overpowering. I hope Pho K&K can last. I loved a Vietnamese restaurant in St. Albans that didn't last very long, and while I do have Essex Jct. as an option for take out, getting in and out of that parking lot when you're heading to Milton is tough.
(4)Trina W.
Fast, fresh, delicious and very reasonably priced. The owner is a wonderful guy who takes great pride in his restaurant. Definitely worth trying if you haven't already! Well we were eating, there were lots of people in and out for takeout. This is a little gem amidst a lot of big box stores and chain restaurants.
(5)Buck C.
I was really optimistic about this place and was hoping to write a great review. I'll start with the pluses. The waiter and the cook were very nice, accommodating people. The orders came out quickly. Egg rolls were quite good and so was the noodle soup, which was tasty, though the bean sprouts were old and limp, not fresh. The Pho Ga (I think that's what it was called) which was noodles with meat and chopped up egg rolls, was only fair. The liquid you pour on top may as well have been water as it had very little, if any taste. This dish is much better and has more ingredients at Pho Dang in Essex Junction or the tiny little place in Winooski (name escapes me but I believe it's the same people who own Namaste Market). They don't seem to have many customers but I hope they stay around because they're nice people. Maybe just a few improvements on the dishes to keep up with the competition. Prices are very reasonable.

Took a client here for lunch today and the service was excellent and the food was very good. The place is very clean and presentable. Our waiter was very attentive although there's only a few people in there for lunch. The pho was very good not the best but very good. Menu is a little bit short but hopefully they'll expand soon. Not bad for Burlington Vermont. I will deathly be back

This is a fabulous , fresh place to eat ... Great for families and the food is absolutely fabulous and delicious!!! It's like eating in the owners own kitchen !!!! Don't miss it!!!!

Enjoyed a very nice meal here on New Year's Eve. Chef/owner was very friendly. Tea was delicious. Food was tasty. Sadly, no banh mi sandwiches. Great value!
(4)Evan L.
Great food at reasonable prices with excellent service. I have enjoyed everything i've had and have been back 4 times already. They take great care to prepare quality dishes that even people who aren't familiar with Vietnamese food can enjoy.

Pho K&K is awesome!! Best pho ever, made fresh every time with excellent service!! Fresh, delicious and cheap, I will definitely be back!!

Off to a pretty good start! It's a small, family run operation and the dining area is pretty no-frills, but the food is excellent. Some of the best Pho I have had in the area, with an incredibly flavorful (and spicy) broth, good noodles and tender meat. My dining partner had a tasty rice noodle dish with grilled pork, which was also tender and delicious. The prices are great as well - two entrees and an appetizer for $19. The menu feels a little slim, but perhaps they'll expand it more once they get going.
