If your looking for that on the water, laid back key west atmosphere, you will find it at Cocomo's. We visit here quite often and every time we do it's a very enjoyable experience. The owner can be spotted here walking around making sure everything with his staff and customers is going well. I have eaten here many times and on a couple have had an food order not to my liking but, when I say something they correct it. It gets busy and things happen. The owner actually had told me once, if something is wrong they want to correct it, just say something, 99% of the time everything is great. With inside and outside seating and the food and service being great, we always enjoy our visit. Good job Cocomo's !

Again the Yelp reviews got it right. I'm beginning to sound like a broken record. Always trust Yelp people: always. Cocomo's is like the Comcast of Deltaville. The only choice in town and you're at the mercy of them for better or worse. Sadly ours was in the worse category. Rather than draw out the debacle let me just put it to you like this. They compensated the entire meal - the whole thing. We had cold food, missing crab patty, missing server, missing drink refills, and missing the mark in every way possible. It was truly extraordinary. Everyone else around us seemed fine. They were also eating burgers and chicken sandwiches. The locals knew the secret. Don't order seafood just because you're in the middle of the G** damn Chesapeake bay! Are you insane? Order something frozen supplied by Performance Food Group. This way they can heat it up and serve it quickly. Play to their strengths. Also, if you order a drink, you'll be happy that it's pure alcohol and nothing else. Pina Colada? Pure rum. Fruity drink? Here's [insert booze here] and maybe a touch of the juice for coloring. LOL! God bless you Cocomo's. Don't sweat this review. Like Radio Shack; you're not going anywhere. Cheers!

Have been there a couple times now and been quite happy with the place. Staff is friendly and food is fresh. Had both the crab cake sandwich and the oyster sub (really). You could tell it was freshly made and filled your mouth with yummy flavor. The view is spectacular of the water and marina. Both inside and outside seating. Just a great place to stop for a casual meal or sit at the bar and enjoy yourself.

Loved the corn bread, lobster balls, and soup. The bacon wrapped scallops were terrible!!! Waitress agreed they looked funny, and they didn't charge us. I liked the place. Fun stop on our trip to Deltaville. Would go back for sure. Hubby liked his burgers (he's not a fan of seafood)

OK, clearly this place has turned over a new leaf. My food was serve hot and fast. The fish was pleasantly grilled, colorfully presented, and tasty. The waitress, Shannon, was bubbly and charming. Desert is coming and... Just as good as the entree: the brownie was warm and the ice cream, um, creamy, and presented with broken up mini Hershey bars on top. I had a lot better time here than previous reviews led me to expect.

Service was fairly quick. Food was overpriced and incredibly mediocre. I didn't think there were so many ways to ruin a bowl of decent salad greens, but apparently there are. Despite being starving after a day sailing in rough winds, I could barely finish my fried oyster sandwich. Not sure how this place stays in business.

This place is either on or off. This time it was WAY OFF. Took a while to have someone seat us, I think we were only seated as quickly as we were because the line that had formed at the door was getting in the way of the kitchen... Our server never mentioned the specials. After we ordered about 10 minutes later the salads were served. 2 mins after that, entrees delivered. Crab cake was all cake. I think they must've felt guilty serving it, as they added maye half a teaspoon of cold crab on top. Eew. Drinks were luke warm. I've been here before when it was better. Prices were lower then, too. But it is summer now, and this place kinda-sorta has a view of Broad Creek. I guess that explains it. Think the flies enjoyed the meal, however, therefore the second star. .

Went yesterday evening though I would give it a second try. My Mistake again. Service was terrible again for a Wednesday evening. Food is expensive for what you get. Ambiance is great looking over the harbor. Will not be returning
