Probably the worst one I have ever been to. We were sat pretty fast for a busy Saturday. Place was kinda clean but it was very busy. I had to ask more them once to have another high chair seeing that I have twins. One showed up and was missing the straps. Not safe. Waitress introduced herself and took our drink order. It showed up 15 minutes later. She then took our actual food order. People that were sat 10-20 minutes after us already has their food and were paying. Still haven't seen our waitress now for 45 minutes. I asks to see the manager and debate the issues that this IHOP location has. She was very nice and understanding and and received our food promptly. When it came to the table it was all dead from sitting in the window. I told her to remake everything. I'm not paying for it. After round 2 you would think that they would at least comp something or all except drinks. NOPE. I and my family will not be returning to this location.

It had been a long time since we went here. The service used to be lousy but they must have gotten a new manager or something. The service was fast, polite and friendly . The food was good and came out quickly even on a Saturday brunch . So pls give it another chance you'll be pleasantly surprised. We'll be back soon to try a different special next time.

Worst server ever the manager and a different server tried to fix everything but I'm already so aggravated by the incompetent server i just sent my food back the brought me the wrong stuff over and over don't come here the cooks r the only ones who know what they r doing they also took 40 mins to just get a water I got cold food the second time around my mom never got any refills she asked for this IHOP is horrible I mean horrible don't come here after we complained we were ignored completely they didn't bring butter for the biscuit or pancakes I will be going farther and going to corp I never had service like this Mcdonald s does better

This must have just recently opened but it is a nice restaurant. The staff seemed tentative about being friendly but are very cordial and prompt. Since its on of my sons go to place to have a birthday meal I'm sure we'll be back. It will be interesting to compare.

Reina was probably one of the best servers I've had. My family decided to go to IHOP on a Sunday and it was packed. People were waiting outside and we were thinking at least a 45 min wait. The hostess said 15 minutes and IT REALLY ONLY TOOK 15minutes!!!! Great! Our servers area was packed but her multi tasking skills were top notch. Our food seemed like it came before we even had a chance to open our straws. I'll continue to come here

Ok French toast and thin bacon. But cooked ok. Warm but not hot coffee. Server hasn't come back after dropping off food. Probably not her fault as it looks like they are short of staff for the volume of people. Clean and new looking interior. Fine for a heap family meal. Not a place to entertain.

Wow... Where to start.... Came here today on a Sunday around 1:00pm, so the breakfast rush was over. The hostess said it would be a few minutes as they had to clear a table for us (5 people). Upon getting to the table, there was still food on the floor, seats and table. I pointed this out and the hostess instead of cleaning it immediately proceeded to tell us it's clean we just cleaned it.... Ok....waitress came and took drink orders, came back took the food order. I looked at the syrup and asked the manager for new syrups as our were sticky and had hair YES HAIR on them, he says no problem. Food finally comes after about 30 minutes and blueberry pancakes are forgotten, an omelet is missing green peppers. We pointed this out to the waitress and I also asked for butter at this time for my pancakes. After about 10 minutes she returns with the blueberry pancakes, green peppers on the side 'to mix into' the omelet and still no butter. By this time I didn't even need the butter as my pancakes were cold. Manager never came back with the syrup, we ended up having to take syrup from another table. Giving this place 1 star is being generous as I would give it none if I could.

I came here tonight with my family (including a toddler and a baby) and after being seated, no one served us. The nearby table was seated, ordered and was served in the time we were waiting. we notified the hostess who didnt appear to see the the problem so we politely packed up our stuff and our children and the staff watched us depart IHOP, with no apology! Its hard to get out with kids and the poor service here really ruined our dining out experience.
