The recommended drunken noodles will do in a pinch, but not much better than a frozen dinner. The drunken noodles were inedible. We sent them back to the kitchen and they still charged us for the dish. I would not suggest this place for a stop off the highway. Dairy Queen would be a better option.

New Owners as of April 2015 working diligently to please customers. Announced new hours beginning May 1... Open until 9 pm and open on Sundays. My husband ordered the coconut chicken special which was made with a light coconut sauce. I had the vegetable fried rice. We shared an Asian 1 roll...beautiful presentation and delicious! Our server, Maria was knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly.

My family and I just ate here and it was awesome, even more so for being just off Interstate 40 in East Tennessee! My son and wife had 3 sushi rolls and really liked them. I had the coconut chicken special which was the same chicken they would normally use for a sweet and sour chicken dish, but was instead tossed in a coconut cream sauce that was extremely good! I highly recommend this place!

Thank you Yelpers for telling us about this wonderful restaurant situated in the strip plaza next to the Crossville Outlet Center. Lovely Asian decor, delightful and friendly staff! We started with cups of our favorite soups (egg drop and wonton)...these were served with crunchy noodles! For an appetizer, we had teriyaki chicken on skewers which were very flavorful and moist. Our waiter suggested we share a dish of Drunken noodles with a combination of chicken, shrimp and barbecued pork...very delicious! We are visiting the Fairfield Glade area and we will be sure to tell everyone we meet of this little gem!

I had the drunken noodles. It was absolutely delish! Nice decor. Great variety of dishes. I was craving Thai and I was pleasantly surprised it was on the menu. I will definitely come back again, while visiting Fairfield Glade.

Just ate here again and things have truly improved. They made my mom shrimp in lobster sauce though it is not on the menu and it was delish. The shrimp were fresh tasting and perfectly cooked. I also really liked the shrimp Pad Thai...it had a nice kick of heat and good flavor. The shrimp were plentiful and the prices are darn cheap. But the soft shell crab roll (Spider Roll) was not good or fresh ...other sushi rolls here look great. The egg roll is not greasy but needs some more ingredients in the filling. This is a yearly stop when we visit the folks. It is also near a D.Q.!

Wow! I was truly surprised. This is a really nice little place. I just got back from New York, and after eating authentic asian cuisine I was pretty bummed to know I wouldn't be enjoying it for a while -- but this was really good. I only give it a star off because there is no fried rice and none of that clear soup with the mushrooms...But having brown rice as an alternative is cool :) healthier. I reeeally like the atmosphere here. I can see it being a place I'd enjoy hanging out in. And the food was very fresh and tasty. Nice presentation, the whole sha-bang. And trust me when I say, you won't get better non-specific-asian in Crossville. It's Really Good.

Very good food. Had the beef broccoli it was great added some extra spice to it. Also spicy tuna roll was awesome. Entire family enjoyed their meal. Must go. Plus great service.

Love the beef and broccoli. Has a clean fresh taste. We have tried many items and found them to be constantly good. Lunch is served until 3, and comes with egg roll.

So good! Even when I moved to Knoxville with its metric butt-ton of restaurants, I still missed Dynasty. It is NOT your average Chinese restaurant, with the same menu choices as every. single. other. Chinese restaurant in the area. In particular, I recall a dish called Evil Jungle Prince. I believe it usually comes with shrimp, but I always requested it with chicken. It's a mildly spicy, Thai inspired dish with coconut milk and, I believe, basil. Service was always fast and polite when I was there.

Great selection of Chinese, Thai, and Sushi. We had a party of 12. Every order was correct. Several people had Sushi, which was excellent, tasty, and good portions. The Pad Thai was a little spicy, but they remade one less spicy when requested. The Seaweed Salad appetizer was huge compared to most we've seen. The Lettuce Wrap appetizer was also huge and tasty. Overall excellent value and quality food.
