Lettuce wraps are great as always. I make that my meal (16 puts in weight watchers). Less points than most things and I get the whole thing to myself!! Hehe Husband had broccoli beef and said it was delicious. He and daughter had Kalidescope sushi. They said that was good too . TARA had Coconut curry with tofu. She said it was very good. Big serving. Lastly we had the banana wontons with coconut and pineapple ice cream. It was delightful and not heavy. Course I'm sure the points were up there. Our waiter was Tyrus. He waited on us about a month ago. When we saw him we requested to be seated in his area. He is very pleasant and helpful. He made great suggestions too. I highly recommended him if you want to request a waiter.

We are traveling and have our dogs with us. My husband stayed in motel with them while I headed out to bring back dinner. What a great option this is to fast food. God bless PF Chang's for offering take out. We've only dined in before at our home restaurant but I was glad to have this available. Good food, pleasant service and pretty fast to boot. How we love the crispy green beans appetizer!

Excellent meal, great service, and elegant, clean atmosphere. I've only been to this location once before several years ago and it was good but not great. I had the spicy tuna roll as an appetizer. It was average. The Hot and Sour Soup was the best I've had anywhere. But the main course really shined. Beef a la Sichuan with Lo Mein. The beef was cooked to a perfect crispness and the lo mein was unique and excellent. Overall, save for the average sushi, a shining experience. We'll be back!

Try the off menu ginger orange edamame. I could eat it like buttered popcorn. Makes a great appetizer.

It's been quite sometime since I have been back to P.F. Changs. I remembered how well I like them in the past, and today only strengthened the attraction. We arrived after the lunch crowd had dispersed, and was seated quickly. We ordered drinks, and an appetizer of the spring rolls. Our drinks arrive quickly, with the server paying attention to the request that I like lime in my sweet tea. Three sauces were brought to our table, we knew the spicy chili pepper sauce and the hot mustard sauce, but guessed the other was a soy based sauce in which we mixed smaller portions of the other 2 into for a more intense flavor. Our spring rolls arrived shortly after that, and we're served piping hot. The lettuce wrap for them quickly offset the temperature of the spring roll. We tried the sauce they comes with them, but liked our own mixture better. Along with the spring rolls came my egg drop soup, which was served hot, thick, and not clumpy with egg as most places serve it, especially those buffets Soon our entrees arrived. I had the spicy chicken and fried rice, and my friend had the lettuce wraps. I found the fried rice a bit on the sweet side, and more flavorful that most fried rice. The lettuce wraps are served with chicken and I especially like the crunchy water chestnuts. Everything was great, the flavor combinations we spot on, and the quality was at it's best. We also had a great server who took great care of us the entire visit. I believe her name is Cindy, although I could be mistaken. As well as I liked everything today, I only give them a 4 star rating, because I felt they met my expectations, and just didn't overwhelm me with the "WOW" factor. I would highly recommend P. F. Changs.

Met up with a couple of girlfriends for Happy Hour. They have a great Happy Hour appetizer selection. Lots to choose from. I first started with a drink though. None of the Happy Hour drinks caught my attention but the Moscow Mule did. Though it didn't come in the traditional brass mug, it was still very good. So refreshing on a hot afternoon. The candied ginger in it was awesome too. Gotta say this was one of the better Moscow Mules I've had. We ordered lots of apps to nibble on. The Bang Bang Shrimp, the edamame, the steamed dumplings, the fried green beans, the California Roll and the Spring Roll. All were tasty, except the Spring Roll. I don't know what kind of wrap they used but it had a very weird texture. Now I like rice paper rolls, but this was something different. Almost like it was a really thick and dried out rice paper. Not great. Everything else was super yummy and the drinks fantastic.

My wife and I have been going here for years, with great food every visit! After over a decade of eating at various PF's from Knoxville to Orlando, I've NEVER had a bad meal! My wife's favorite is Kung Pao Chicken and I have about 10 favs. Come check it out and get hooked!

Your typical Changs - One of my favorite chains - Lettuce wraps were on spot as well as the changes chicken (extra spicy) - Service was on key and wasn't very busy since I arrived @ 3P for late lunch early dinner. Seems well managed and fresh food. Nothing spectacular basic chain Changs.

I have a shellfish allergy and upon notifying our waitress she told the manager whom came over and was very helpful with an alternative menu and helping me chose an entree.

We had a wonderful birthday dinner for my son last night. The large party reservations had been filled until late at night long before I called. Despite this, they worked hard to find a splendid seating area for this special occasion. As always, the food is both well prepared and well presented, and all my guests were well pleased. The staff proved courteous and prompt. I find a calm relaxed atmosphere in this restaurant which I enjoy. No complaints.

If it's Hamilton Place, you know what that means, right? Ch-ch-chainnnns everywhere! PF Chang is a solid pick in the mall-universe in Chattanooga. What you'd expect at any of their locations, lunch specials, those lettuce wraps everyone loves, sleek if pretty generic décor. Service in the bar area was pleasant enough at a slow-ish time on a rainy weekday. I do enjoy their potstickers - a tad salty though so be aware - and the Mongolian Beef was tasty. Lots of water balanced all the sodium out (I hope!).

A friend and I went to eat last night. I've been there several times and it seems like it just gets better and better each time I go. Drinks, appetizers and the main course were perfect! If you've not tried the Sichuan Asparagus, I sincerely recommend it. Our server was named John. He was PHENOMENAL!!

PF Chang's has a great selection of dishes and service is normally great. My only negative for this place is the noise level is very high. They have nothing to dampen the sound and noise from people talking. But the food is great

We had the Mongolian beef, the lettuce chicken wrap, kung pao chicken, beef and broccoli egg, drop soup, hot and sour soup. The desert was red velvet cake and mandarin orange key lime bar. The food was the best we ever had.

This is a great place for meetings at their happy hour. I have a leads group that used to get 2-3 people to show up in the mornings at a coffee shop. I moved it to 3:30 during PF's happy hour and had 10 people show. Great food, Great service!

Went to this PF Changs location today, Father's Day, at 3pm for an early dinner. We had a reservation, so the wait was going to be minimal. We sat in the foyer area and witnessed a horrid smell and then saw a gentleman exit the bathroom and head out the front revolving door of the restaurant with a trail of wet, feces following his every step. I immediately called attention to it discretely to the 2 hosts at the desk. They looked at me like a deer in headlights and then disappeared for at least 5 minutes. The whole time people are walking thru, stepping in the human excrement. My husband and I warned everyone we could, I even picked up a very young little girl who was walking directly thru it's path. The revolving door continued to turn around smearing the putrid stuff into the floor. The 2 hosts returned twice over the next ten minutes to greet new customers and take reservations, without blocking the area in any fashion and not even warning people to watch their step! After a little over ten minute of watching this filth unfold we got up and left the restaurant, following the "trail" to the parking lot, NEVER to return to this location. You may have fantastic tasting Kung Pao, but the thought if the now contaminated floor throughout your dining area and now kitchen made me lose my appetite.

My wife and I ate lunch here last week. We also had Matt as our server and we both felt he did an excellent job. My only warning concerns eating too much. Take it easy on the egg rolls and soup or you will be too full to eat your main course. The food quality was excellent.

I have truely never had anything bad here. My favorite is the Mongolian Beef....to die for. Also I kick everything off with the crab wontons and egg drop soup. Service is professional and courteous, we like it though everything totals around 60-70 dollars with tip. Great dining experience

Have been well-treated, well-served and well-fed each time we've been here. A little on the pricey side for more than two people if ordering apps, alcohol, and/or desserts but definitely worth it!

I give it two stars because the wine was $10 a glass...kidding me. Also the chicken was crap, and the lettuce wrap was crap.

Good solid meal, good service. I had Beef and broccoli and my wife had lettuce wraps and a brown rice and chicken dish. Priced fairly and I think the only complaint I had was mine was a bit salty for my taste.

THE WORST! burnt lettuce wraps, sent back, dry hard Kung Po Chicken, Forgot the rice, no sauce on the entree, just hockey pucks of dry hard chicken pucks. No apology for the horrid food, 3 of 4 entrees were dry as a bone. (orange chicken and sesame chicken) STAY AWAY! high priced garbage

Nice atmosphere. Kids menu. Consistent in the kitchen. Staff...eh.

Dry no sauce, except for the tray of soy and hosin sauce on the table. Compares to same level as a Chinese Taco Bell but 5 times the price. JUST BAD... I thought I would give them another chance and they were worse than the first time I went. I will never be back. If you want real Chinese food, go where Oriental people eat. NOT here

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
