First time here, and will not be the last. My wife and I had our 20th Anniversary breakfast here Arabs it was great. I had the egg white omelet with cheese grits, and it both were spot on. My wife had the short stack pancakes with bacon and she loved it, ad so did I after sneaking a bite. The ambiance was nice, with a retro-modern (oxymoron, I know) and a "silver diner" feel.

One word. "Meh". Nothing jumps out as good not bad. It's just average. We stopped in for breakfast and it was good. But nothing to run out and tell your friends about. So if you want an average meal. For a little over average prices. This is your place. The view is nice though.

Not bad overall - typical diner food. Service was good and we were able to get seated with only a 5-10 minute wait on a busy Labor Day Monday morning. The menu is somewhat uninspired, but full of breakfast mainstays that are enough to keep one interested if all you're looking for is something reliable. The breakfast burritos/tacos are huge and the egg white omelette was good if not a bit under-seasoned. The fruit bowl sides were a nice addition too to the breakfast entrees.

If you are in Chattanooga, you must fine here for breakfast! You will be impressed. Great customer service, all dishes prepared with fresh ingredients. I had the blueberry Pancakes! Our waitress (Micah) was a super sweetie.

Get the loaded chips. Wow! And there are great drinks. Service and ambiance was also excellent. Last but not least, they also had a cheesecake dessert with moon pie pieces in it that was only four dollars for a slice that could feed three or four people!!!! Definitely get that, even if u rarely like cheesecake. (See pic)

From day one we have had issues with this place, which I could write volumes about. But I'll get right to some of the main issues. #1. The interior is falling apart and it is dirty. The laminate booths are all chipped up. Look at the front door and the walls: filthy. Bathrooms have always been dirty. The place just looks like crap. #2. The music played here is terrible. The owner, who sees himself as a music expert, hand picks the songs played here from his snobbitorium of music that you don't know of since you are not the music expert he is. And most of the songs are dark in nature, depressing, sad. Sometimes I think eating here is like eating in a funeral home. It has always had a cold feel to it. #3. Except for their version of nachos, which are great, nothing here has ever been that good. I tried their breakfast burrito the other day. Sonic's is much better. I did sample their sausage gravy, and I have to say it was quite good. But they were out of biscuits! #4. One thing that has stuck with me. Shortly after opening a few years ago, I sent the owner an email. He said the next time I was in, to let him know and he'd stop by and say hello. When we visited again, he was at the booth next to us just chatting with someone. So we told our server that we were here. She went right over and told him. He did not even look in our direction to acknowledge us, and she told him we were right next to him. We waited and waited for him to come over. The server even told him again that we were here, and he was just messing around on a laptop. He still didn't come over or even look our way. So we just left without him ever coming over. Quite awkward for us and rude of him. #5. This place tries to be a diner-type restaurant, but it does not have the heart and soul of a diner. If they hadn't cut the place in two and made half of it a bar, they would probably be out of business. Actually, the bar is more like 1/3 of the original space. They did this 2 or 3 years ago. #6. There are about ten million places in Chattanooga better to eat than this one.

The service was terribad. The silverware cup they gave us had used straw wrappers at the bottom. When we asked for a clean cup, they argued with us and told us that this was just how they come and that the silverware is clean. A waitress dropped a mug of hot coffee right next to our dog (we were sitting on the patio), and then she went inside and didn't come back. I had to clean up the broken porcelain myself. Her excuse was that she dropped hot coffee on her foot and couldn't walk. She also dropped hot coffee on my dog, who was shaking and terrified, but MY DOG IS JUST FINE THANKS FOR ASKING. When we spoke with the manager she also argued with us about the dirty silverware cup. We didn't get anything comped on our check, and we won't be going back.

Nice spot, by the river landing with good food at a reasonable price. I highly recommend the Chicken and Pancake. Staff is always friendly. It isn't a must eat but one of the best choices if you are visiting town and by the Aquarium.

This place was awesome we walked in for a late lunch and was surprised by happy hour cocktails for 5 bucks!!. These cocktails were amazing and made with quality liquor food was simple but good. the best part was dessert and the drinks again. We had 3 rounds plus food and dessert for 40 bucks.

If it wasn't for Sean our server that took his time to help us and be our server the night of 8/20, I would I wouldn't be typing this review. It was our second day in Chattanooga on vacation from California. We came in for dinner and we got seated first by the kitchen area and the bar door booth. We asked to be moved and gladly the hostess did and we were happy about it. But once we were seated NO ONE CAME TO SERVE US. We waited for about 10 minutes until Sean came over and asked us if we have been helped and I we said no...he apologized and took our order. Which after that all went great food and beverages on time. But best of all was his customer services. He was very attentive and, he was everywhere in the restaurant helping. I give 3 starts to the restaurant BUT 5 STARTS for him.

I use Yelp all the time and never take the time to write a review. But wow. I had such a good experience here, I had to write one. We stopped on the way through Chattanooga, and I feel like this was the perfect spot to get a feel for the downtown. Great atmosphere and view. The Flank Steak Salad was literally the best salad I've had at a restaurant. Price is good. Eat here.

Excellent food. Great service. Prompt and fresh. Everything we tasted was fresh and delicious. I couldn't have made it better myself. I highly recommend this place. The atmosphere was contemporary and clean.

Great location, and outdoor seating options that are superb in the right seasons. Please keep in mind that the experience will take a little longer than you might like... BUT all your food is made fresh, and in a small kitchen. They even make their own juices in the bar folks, so be calm and enjoy the diner vibe. Comfort food. Fried foods. Delicious food. Of course there are "healthier" options, but this isn't the place for that. You want the friend pickles, the blue chips, and the meatloaf. It's worth it. Also, have the milkshake. You deserve it!

I picked this place because of its ' reviews and proximity to the aquarium. When I arrived, the restaurant was nearly empty and I was not pleased when the hostess seated me at a table at the back of the restaurant across from the bathrooms. She seemed perplexed when I asked to move."Gee, you mean you don't want a view of bathroom with your breakfast? " The food and service were ok, but I was still feeling "meh" about my earlier experience so I asked to speak to the manager. He listened to me and his first words were " I can't imagine why you'd feel that way ". Seriously? ! How about because YOU ARE NOT ME! You have your own opinions and I have mine. He would've done better to acknowledge my feelings, even if he didn't agree and move on. Instead he told me how many years he's been in the business, how many people per year the restaurant serves, and so forth. I don't care. I didn't want anything except for him to listen to my perception of my experience at his restaurant. He blew it and that did more to sour me than his employee's actions. I don't post on here often, but when I do, it's usually for reasons like this.
My wife and I really enjoyed this place. There is a convenient parking lot close to the restaurant for $1 per hour. Nice view of the city and the river in front of the restaurant. She ordered a grilled cheese and pork sandwich and it came with a side. I had the shrimp mac and cheese ($13) and it was excellent. To finish it up we had a Moon Pie Cheesecake, which I was surprised to discover was only $3.50. Everything was delicious and the restaurant had a clean, modern look. It was a little chilly but otherwise very enjoyable.

A little bit of a disappointment. The diner has great atmosphere, located with a river view. Pretty hip decor. Good music. Outdoor seating. Great service. But, it's the food we come for and it was lackluster. Average at best. I had the turkey sandwich, which showed promise on presentation, but was eh.... My husband ordered the double stack burger, which looked OK. It do not come as ordered. The day was fantastic weatherwise, so I generously allow one star to that... The other star for the aforementioned qualities.
(2)
Randy L.
Service was nice and friendly. Nice breeze off of the river as the sun sets. Nice feeling. The reason for the 3 star is the food is just average at best. Ordered the Diner Double Stack Burger. Was even supposed to come with an egg in it. Order might have been mixed up with someone else. My came with just bun - meat - cheese. Boy will the other person be surprised!

Hands down my favorite brunch in Chattanooga. Chris the bartender always takes great care of us. I always leave feeling like nothing could get me down! The music is on point and the food is even better. I look forward to this meal every week!

Ate there with my husband, 1 year old and 5 year old while vacationing in Chattanooga. Fun, modern decor and menu for a typical diner. Menu was a bit limited, but what we had was good. I had the chicken salad sandwich, hubby had the grilled cheese with pulled pork and macaroni and cheese, kids had cheese quesadilla and Mac n cheese. Homemade mac n cheese was amazing as was the Oreo milkshake. I would go back, great place to take kids... They have great milkshakes for them and beer and drinks for mom and dad. Right across from the river in Chattanooga and next to the aquarium... Great spot to grab dinner or lunch after walking around the riverfront. Service was great too, very attentive to kids.

This is what I would call a tourist trap. Food was just ok, menu lacks creativity and service was just ok. We do not plan to eat here again.

Great place. Excellent pancakes & breakfast sandwich. Excellent service. Will definitely return when we come back to Chattanooga.
(5)

An upscale version of the greasy spoon sitting on the banks of the Tennessee River. Still "dineresque" with an eclectic vibe and a sort of trendy river experience. The French toast and hashbrowns were perfectly cooked while my wife had the chicken pancakes and son has salmon with hash browns. The service was great and the setting quite tranquil and relaxing.

We were out at the Aquarium and Imax, so we stopped in for dinner on a Saturday evening. I've eaten here before and loved it, but I've always forgotten to write my review for this place. That's probably because the food is sooooo good, I was too busy eating to think about writing a review. :) I don't know where to start with this one! On this visit, I ordered the loaded grilled cheese sandwich. This sandwich trumps all other sandwiches-EVER! It's delicious gooey melted cheese, with pulled pork and macaroni and cheese in the sandwich- heaven! The pork is lightly seasoned with BBQ, so it's not overly saucy which works perfectly on this sandwich. This one is a definite must-try. I wasn't crazy about the homemade chips that came with it, so you might opt for the fries, but, hey, it's a sandwich with Mac n cheese on it, who can complain about the chips?!?!?
(5)
Vera Marie B.
Right on the riverfront in downtown Chattanooga. Great food. I love the blue cheese loaded homemade chips. My husband is so excited that they have sloppy Joes. Also love the clean, modern decor.

If you are looking for a place to eat breakfast before anything else is open then this is it. food is Ok the Service is Ok nothing out of the ordinary. They serve pancakes, breakfast Taco's Breakfast Burritos. Hamburgers fries. Typical menu.

My go to place for breakfast... Not an extensive menu but everything you could want is there! Love love love the pancake chicken and loaded hash browns! Had one over charge issue and mentioned it on my next visit. They handled it wonderfully! Went well beyond what was needed! Made me a regular!
I only ask and expect one thing when I dine out-- good service! I would take mediocre food over bad service. It is not that hard people! I should not have to sit in an empty restaurant with no water refills or, more importantly an empty beer glass!!! Alcoholic drinks are one of your biggest revenue generators!!!! This is my second time here with the same results!! I will give you one more chance because your food has been good. By the way, I love dining out and I have NEVER posted anything about a restaurant one way or the other.

I would not give this place a star. Weirdest breakfast food ever. Come on, $7.95 for a biscuit with slop poured over it. I ordered 6 items on the breakfast menu. Everything was greatly overpriced and the food was below average crap. Save yourself the disappointment and go to Cracker Barrel for breakfast. Thanks blue crap. 4 hours later, I had to drink pepto bismo and so did my wife. So I had a terrible over priced breakfast and upset stomach. I would not waste my time ever going to this place. It was totally disappointing to say the least.

Been here before. Usually pretty good. This time- no good. Got a Moscow mule- tasted like salt was dropped into a margarita. Worse- my friend got a salad and the lettuce wasn't fresh. Looked like it had been sitting for quite some time and none of the food was very good. Hopefully this place will improve but I doubt I'll be back to find out.

This is the second time to dine here, and it's been wonderful! Our waiter, Lucas, was so nice and accommodating to our substitution requests. The food was delicious, and I love the decor and ambiance. I recommend!!

The food here is good for breakfast and pretty average for everything else. The location is great especially for downtown events. That being said, the restaurant is incredibly dirty (be careful what you touch in the booths) and the service is regularly poor. The only reason we go back is because there are very few other options for breakfast downtown, especially on a Sunday morning.
(2)
Ruksana H.
Possibly the best place you can find with a fairly decent view of the river and greenery. We did sunday brunch here after a walk downtown and the place was certainly busy. Service was a tad bit slow for our liking. Food isn't anything fantastic but it isn't terrible either. Lots of southern staples like fried chicken and omelets etc. Simple basic fare.
(3)
Jenny R.
Mac and cheese poured on a plate with a burger. Buger had a decent flavor as well as the mac and cheese. However, the sauce from the mac and cheese saturated the bun and made for a messy meal. Taste of meal was ok, the food did seem fresh, nothing to go back for. The service was lackadaisical at best. The basic what do you want to drink intro. No, have you been here or, this is our specialty. Oh well, many more places to visit that supply the same fresh ingredients listed on their menu. Maybe they will care a little bit more about execution.. bright spot, a new server in training that noticed all of the things I mentioned at the end of the meal. Train them girl!

Great hamburgers with a great view!!! Definitely one of the best places to eat in Chattanooga breakfast lunch or dinner!
(4)

Nice atmosphere. Pretty good service. Food is amazing sometimes. It's really hit or miss. I loove the breakfast burritos and the blueberry pancakes. I recommend it!
(3)
Kyle L.
Food was mediocre. Service ok. But the kicker was when my wife, who is vegan, asked to remove the eggs, cheese, and bacon from the breakfast burrito, essentially making it a tortilla with potatoes and vegetables. She was told by the waiter that special orders "upset the kitchen." She was stuck ordering a side of hash browns, the only vegan item on the menu. We weren't asking for the kitchen to make something special (which most kitchens are normally more than happy to do), we were just asking for some items to be removed to accommodate dietary needs. So rather than an upset kitchen, this restaurant has an upset customer.

Chicken and pancakes with Bloody Mary! You won't be Disappointed. The bartender Chris will take good care of you.

Great views, patio, and food! We stopped here for a quick bite to eat before heading back to Atlanta...it exceeded our expectations! The double portobello burger was delicious...full of great flavors. Make sure to order a side if you are hungry as it comes with just the burger. My husband had the spicy fried chicken tacos...they had a little kick of spice and sweet. Great combo!

Hit the spot for me. I walked down from the nearby hotels like others posting here. I ordered a veggie plate for lunch and can report high marks for the broccoli casserole, whipped potatoes, asparagus, and cornbread. Great view of the river. It's a diner with good food. Much better than the bar / bistro stuff also close by the aquarium.

Food was good. Lemonade is sprite. Good waiter and location. I think if you like chicken you should go there because their chicken is really good

Visited Chatty from FL on a climbing trip and had a rainy day. My boyfriend and I ate here after visiting the aquarium right next door and we loved it! We had great service (unfortunately don't remember our server's name). It wasn't too busy at that time so we got our food quick! It was delicious, I ordered the pulled pork and mac n cheese sandwich! Different and eclectic menus are something I look for when eating in new areas. We will definitely go back to Blue Plate to try other things when we go back up for another climbing trip!

We got there, put our name on the list, received a "vibrator thing" was told it would be a 20 minute wait. 45 minutes later and all the people that came in after us were seated. I assumed they may have called in. No, somehow our name didn't get taken down. They saw us sitting there the whole time. We finally get seated and takes 9 minutes to get our drink order. Then our pancakes tasted liked they had been made earlier in the day and reheated yet were not even that warm to the touch . We've eaten here many times and they've never been like that before. We asked for new ones and the manager got a little irritated with us. Very let down! However our server was great! He was slammed and did everything in his power to wait on us and provide us great service

Absolutely kick ass pancakes. I am a pancake fanatic and this is one of the best I have ever had. Everything was great. We started with the loaded homemade potato chips and they are great. Service was good and everyone enjoyed their meal. One of my favorite breakfast/brunch spots now.

Fried pickles were delicious and my friend loved the three sides she had as part of the build your own plate. Service was nice but slow to bring bill and get us out of there. I liked the atmosphere and the large booths they have.

What a great find. Simple, classic, with a fine riverside location. Particularly enjoyed the shrimp mac and cheese and the turnip greens. Gluten-free menu is available.
(4)

Made a mistake and came here because it was close to our hotel. Salad was made with iceberg lettuce and most of our food looked like it came out of cans. Foodies beware!!!
(2)
Merideth M.
We really enjoyed breakfast here! You can create your own combination of items, although it's not listed that way on the menu. There is a two-egg plate and a three-egg plate, both with a side. The biscuits are the best I've ever had! Hash browns were really good too! Great place to eat a traditional breakfast in Chattanooga!
(5)
Jeff W.
A bit crowded on 7 bridges marathon days, but food and atmosphere is fantastic, I had the breakfast taco. It had great flavor, lots of goodies in it, add tabasco to warm you up.

Amazing! Fantastic pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw on top! And phenomenal pancakes! My husband is demanding we go back again tomorrow. He had the buttermilk check strip on a pancake with loaded hash browns. Hands down was our best meal on this trip (and we have eaten out twice a day for 5days). I had the pulled pork sandwich with chips and the sandwich was excellent. Great service and the view of the river and mountains was beautiful Highly recommend

First time here and must say that the biscuit and gravy was great. My husband had the pancakes and he loved them. The service is great, the kitchen staff is amazing, as you can see how orderly everything is. As a former board of health member I always look for the scores, and they had a perfect 100. We will certainly be back when we are in the Chattanooga area.

We were on our way to Maple Street Biscuit from our hotel (walking) and decided to stop in at Blue Plate instead. I had read some reviews on Yelp and this place was on my list of possible stops. I am happy that we stopped in. Hubby and I both ordered breakfast (which is served all day). Hubby ordered the breakfast burrito and I ordered the Cathead Biscuit and Gravy. I always order my gravy "on the side" so that I can regulate the biscuit to gravy ratio on my plate. I was presented with a huge 'drop" biscuit and a bowl of homemade gravy. I often lament the fact that so many restaurants go to unimaginable lengths to create wonderfully light, delicious and fluffy biscuits only to cover (or pair) them with that abomination known as mix gravy. You know, the white stuff with black pepper sprinkles that is made with water. Well, I am more than happy to report that Blue Plate knocked it out of the park with both the biscuit and the gravy. I also ordered bacon with my breakfast. Hubby thoroughly enjoyed the burrito....light, lots of properly composed and balanced with bacon, salsa, and other fillings. Definitely fork and knife material, not for hands only. We will definitely be return customers.

I really enjoyed this place, me and the kiddos were tired after a day of touristing, but frankly, i like a bit of style when I eat. I do not go to kiddo restaurants. I was nervous because the piece of real estate is so gorgeous, I feared it might be some kind of a chain. But it was just contemporary enough to have none of the "fine dining" b-s, excellent options, and very kind service to this tired momma and 2 little ones, and also some well-made cocktails. (no worries we walked to the hotel).

Extremely pleasant staff, great service and breakfast all day.... Who doesn't like that. Breakfast, lunch and dinner all day... Wow!! Love it and the location cannot be beat.

Excellent brunch and super appreciative of the accommodating staff who served outside on a cold day since we had our dog with us while driving through Tennessee!

I had not eaten at this restaurant in almost a decade, so I decided to see how it was. This was a few weeks ago, on a Friday night. My friends and I got a seat on the patio with no wait time, which was definitely a plus for the weekend. However, even without an apparent wait time, our service was extremely slow. I actually had to grab more than one of the items I requested off another table. Also, the place doesn't have the most diverse menu either. I will say, however, the Blue Chips starter was good. I ordered the Shrimp Mac & Cheese entree, which was basically mac and cheese encumbered with bread crumbs. This place does have a good view of the Tennessee River and the location is in close proximity to the Chattanooga Lookouts stadium and the Tennessee Aquarium.
(3)
Sarah K.
Overall, a pretty average restaurant. The food was pretty good but I had a hard time finding "something special" on the dinner menu- something I couldn't get anywhere else. I felt like prices were expensive for what the food is, but my shrimp mac & cheese was great as was the side of grilled green beans (though they seemed more roasted than fried, but oh well). The loaded chips appetizer wasn't to my taste but others seemed to like it. Our waitress was fun and attentive. The women's bathroom was very dark...that was odd. I'd go back but it wouldn't be my first choice.

A great place for genuine food and good drink with two options: I favor the the Local 191 bar that adjoins the Blue Plate. Great outdoor seating to watch action on the River and the flow of visitors to the Tennessee Aquarium across the street. The double stack cheeseburger is the best burger in town! There are great craft beers on tap, plus the usual suspects in the cooler. Don't miss Sunday brunch. Local 191 is over 21 only. The Blue Plate diner is next door and offers a wider range of prepared to order, great food. Redefined diner fare featuring local ingredients is their trademark, and it is great. If you are in need of comfort, add the mac and cheese as a side to whatever you order. The fried chicken is fabulous, served fresh and hot.

My favorite Chattanooga restaurant. I've tried most things on their menu and I have liked everything I've tried. The service can be spotty but everyone was very friendly.

I wanted to check out Blue Plate for a while and for whatever reason never did so we went for it. We were seated right away and took a table on the patio since the weather was perfect for outdoor dining. I ordered the BLT and my wife ordered the chicken fingers. Everything was delivered as described my BLT was great: juicy red tomatoes, crisp bacon and lettuce without a ton of mayo. It came with their in-house chips which were on the bland side. If you order the chips or they come with your meal you could ask for some dressing on the side for some added flavor. The wife's chicken fingers were heavily breaded but were delicious. They came with fries and they were tasty as well. Our service was fine the only thing missing when we were seated was silverware and napkins and this was taken care of quickly.

Came here with my family today, excited to show them this popular Chattanooga restaurant. Overall I would say the experience was positive. Good atmosphere, good music, and good view. I got the chicken and pancake with loaded hash browns and my wife got the herb chicken with green beans and rice, both of which were good. However, the service was slow, they brought out under cooked salmon (and took a LONG time to bring out a new one), and I could tell the rest of my family was not impressed with their meals. Decent place, but I wouldn't call it great.

Great spot for breakfast or brunch and beautiful view of the river! The country ham and eggs special was delicious, and the french toast is is always a favorite! Ask for Josh -- he is a wonderful server and quite knowledgeable about the area!

Great coffee! Great service. Ordered the breakfast burrito. Tasty but dry. It could have used some condiments or garnishes like avocado, guacamole, sour cream.... It was served with a dry pica de gallo. What was the point? Presentation was poor. Burrito is smallish. Not what you expect for a breakfast burrito. Pancakes are almost 3/4 of an inch thick and dry. Easy fixes would make this a great place for breakfast.

Good service and decent food. The side order of Mac n Cheese was my favorite part of the meal.
(4)
Thomas S.
This is a "modern" take on a classic Blue Plate Cafe. Basically they have spiced up a traditional meat and 3 type menu. They have daily specials and everything they serve is super fresh and indeed they brag about local ingredients. The service here is a bit spotty... I've never had truly bad service, but certainly mediocore service.. but also had some great service. The food has always been excellent however. Very nice downtown location across from the river and the aquarium.
(4)
Tim L.
My wife an I ate there on our last day in Chattanooga. The place has typical diner food with a nice view of the River. I highly suggest their Breakfast Burrito. The Pub chips came out a bit on the overdone side though.

Went to this place pre Brewfest, this place absolutely hit the spot. The breakfast burrito ... Yes please add chorizo, I don't mind if I do. The pancakes are huge and very filling. The location is great sits right near the river.

The atmosphere is nice, great view, friendly server, but BAD food. We got the portobello sandwich and fried chicken. Would not recommend either. Also tried the blue plate lemonade and blood Mary.....nothing special. This place was recommended to us and we were definitely disappointed

Great place! Food was delicious & so were their cocktails! It was not exactly what I had in mind for waterfront dining but it was still nice

This is one of my favorite restaurants in the city. My favorite dish is the chicken and pancake. The atmosphere is great and the wifi is fast (handy when you need it). It has cheap and convenient parking (in a lot).

We did a boy's trip from Lake Guntersville on the Tennessee River to The River Walk in Chattanooga Tennessee. The Blue Plate was the closest place to get coffee and breakfast from the docs. We went twice and enjoyed the food and service. They have a variety of breakfast selections and good java.

Laura L.
I'm visiting from Atlanta, The a Blue Plate was recommended by a local server from another restaurant, so my friend and I went. The service was awful and my food was cold, twice, BUT, the manager Ty was incredible. He did his best to make up for it and I really appreciate his sincerity. I work for a restaurant group and understand how things can be, and we use them as learning experiences, he handled if extremely well, I definitely will be back!

I give this a meh. Decent burger and fries, with access to the cocktail menu of the adjoining bar. While the menu advertises happy hour on the weekends, it is only if you are eating at the bar. So, if you have kids and have to sit at a table, then you will be paying full price, my friends. Neat layout and decor, but seemed a little grungy. Made me want to get on the baseboards and scrub, which is not generally something I do. I do give them props for going for locally-sourced menu items, though...
(2)
A N.
My husband and I ate there for breakfast yesterday and were not let down! I had the short stack with blueberries and bacon. The bacon was cooked perfectly and the pancakes were delicious and fluffy. The menu said they were made with local ingredients, so I didn't feel so bad about indulging :) My husband had the chorizo breakfast burrito. It was well prepared as well. The chorizo was a nice touch and added just enough heat to the meal. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in town.

Horrible service at the bar. Waited for LITERALLY 20+ minutes while patrons around us got service but we did not. I guess if you're not a white heterosexual couple you don't get service at the bar.

Best breakfast in town! Must Try: French Toast, Burrito, Chicken and Pancakes, and any of the southern sides (broccoli casserole), burgers, milk shakes Fresh juiced drink selection with fancy twists (basil, muddled fruit, etc). Beautiful view of the river!

Good cocktails and an all afternoon happy hour are a plus at this merely "ok" diner. Food was mediocre, though truthfully I think the more typical diner options would have been a better choice. Stick with the breakfast or sandwiches. There are plenty of interesting cocktail offerings, so give them a chance.

A fine, dog-friendly (in the outdoor seating) restaurant with an excelltnt view of the river. We had a great lunch, with friendly staff (who even found snacks for our French Bulldog) and great food. The Loaded Grilled Cheese was excellent, the (deep fried) Chicken and (Blueberry) Pancake was tasty, the sweet tea was fine, and teh strawberry lemonade was cold and tasty.

Came here for breakfast and unlike everywhere else in the city there was no wait! I only ordered eggs... Which are hard to mess up... But they tasted fine and our whole party enjoyed their meals so I assume the food is decent.

Came across this place from a recommendation by another restaurant. They were spot on in helping us find a local lunch spot, with great patio and fresh, interesting food and drink options. We sat outside and enjoyed a great view of the water, some people watching and having dogs sitting along side us. Service by Joseph was outstanding, helping us determine which items to try amongst a large number of interesting options. We started with the fried pickles which were fresh, crunchy and came with delicious jalapeno ranch dipping sauce. Better than many others I have tried in Nashville and a great option to share. It was Saturday and we were visiting Chattanooga so opted for the $5 wine deal that covered all wine glasses for $5. Deal! I also had a Pimms Cup which was on a nice list of cocktails to try. We went with salads for our lunch meal and loved the homemade dressings they offer. I recommend the honey mustard and the ranch. We will definitely go back again! I think this spot deserves something between a 4 and a 5 rating and I went with a 4 since healthy options were limited.

My mom and I happened upon this place last year when I was visiting her. We were both starving and this restaurant hit the spot. We ordered a number of side dishes of vegetables and macaroni and cheese. Everything was done to perfection and the service was great as well!!!

Incredibly tasty basic Southern homestyle cooking. Friendly waitstaff. Make sure to sit outside if you can; the inside is generic American modern look (with the AC jacked too high); outside, you have a view of green areas and the river. A bit pricey, but worth it considering you're in downtown Chattanooga in the tourist trap area.

Solid meat and veggies. Be sure to try the macaroni.

First time was ok, but it went downhill from there.... I went to this restaurant maybe 3 times, the food seems to get saltier every time. Sad!! The location is really good!! The perfect place for the Riverbend Fest and a stroll by the water when the weather gets warmer.

Very limited menu for a place that has "diner" on its sign. We ordered fried green tomatoes as our appetizer that cost like $8. There were 3 adults and 2 kids in our party and out come 4 tomatoes with grits on the side. Um... that's about $2 a slice. Our bill was $63 for a chicken sandwich, chicken tenders, pulled pork sandwich, a BLT and a grilled cheese with a fried green tomato appetizer. Fountain drinks were available but not on the menu as they are 75 cents cheaper than the non-refillable drinks on the menu. The decor was ok. I couldn't help but think how much wasted space there was with U-shaped booths. One booth faces the seating line, which I was waiting to be cleared the entire time we waited in line and remained that way as we were leaving. Do they ever clean off that table? The whole place looked a little dirty but I'm not sure if it was dirt or just the decor that made it look that way. I liked that they use local ingredients for a lot of their menu but that's about the only good thing about it. For wonderful fresh local ingredients, much was left to be desired. We will be back to Chattanooga but will not be returning to this restaurant. Way too expensive for mediocre food.

My family goes here for weekend brunches regularly and choose this spot for out-of-town guests. The pancakes are not your typical "hungry jack" variety--they are more like corn cakes and are thick. I find them really tasty, especially with blueberries, and am constantly stealing bites from my 2 year old's plate. I like their grits and the breakfast tacos are very yummy. The decor is funky, but we love the booths as a way to corral our toddler. There is a large grassy area in front of the restaurant which is a good place to take a child who needs a run around. Also a quick walk to the riverfront or the aquarium, making it a nice starting point for a weekend excursion in downtown Chattanooga.

The atmosphere was very George Jetson! Unique in all ways. I had a spinach salad and it was pretty simple and filling. I also had the green tea on the side which was good since I'm a hot tea person. I'd dine here again. Next time, I will try the portabello mushroom sandwhich which I hear is really good.

I really have to start taking pictures of my meal. We went to Blue Plate for breakfast. The ambience is amazing. I love the blue decor. We all had the pancake platter. You get 1 huge pancake with 2 sides (egg and bacon). The pancake taste like a huge muffin top. Myself nor a friendgirl did not really care for it. It was just way to thick and did not taste like a pancake. I think the blueberries made my pancake tolerable. The blue chips were amazing, but I know to get them without the blue cheese crumbs next time. The blue cheese was overpowering all the other flavors, but the house sauce was delicious. Once our waitress finally took our order, the service was pretty fast after that. The Chorizo Burrito looked really good. We saw plenty of people ordering it. I should have taken heed. I would visit again just for the blue chips.

Whaaaaa? Why all the haters? We have lived here in Chattanooga for 4 years now and we go here allllll of the time. The pancakes are awesome, and they use local ingredients. I have never had a bad meal here, the service is always excellent, and I always see a few friends here. It's where the locals go. I highly recommend The Blue Plate for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or drinks.

We came here for breakfast and it was great! Small breakfast menu, but they serve it all day and each dish is delicious. I had the pancakes while my friend got the breakfast tacos. The hashbrowns tasted awesome. Coffee was good and our waiter even offered to get us to-go cups of coffee as we paid the check. If you're looking for a quick brunch place come here! We got seated right away on a Saturday morning and our food was really fast.

Blue plate is a new twist on old blue plate food. With such dishes as the sloppy joes, meatloaf sandwich, and basic breakfast food you are treated to the classics from the blue collar diner days. But as you skim through the menu, you find delights such as the fish tacos and the spinach salad (with fresh strawberry vinaigrette!) you are introduced to the twist that blue plate puts on classic dishes. Be sure to try the fresh squeezed lemonade and the dessert.

Miserable experience all around. Went with a group of friends for breakfast, but by the time we were seated it was lunch. Yeah, lunch. Called ahead and told it would be a 15-20 minute wait, after we arrived it was another 40. Seated finally and not at all impressed with the atmosphere. The tall tables with tall chairs were cool at first glance, but after sitting there for a few minutes they were a pain. Awkward, uncomfortable, and not easy to get in/out of, they did not make for a pleasureable dinig experience. Our waiter came and he was either high or hungover, neither of which led to attentive service or knowledgeable assistance. He couldn't tell us if they served coffee other than French press, which was all the menu mentioned, and at a lofty price of $5.50! Then, he couldn't tell us what fruit was in the fruit sales, nor could he tell us whether or not the breakfast specials were still available. We ordered and he made us repeat things several times, which was annoying. He brought our drinks in shifts, about 10 minutes apart. He couldn't remember what everyone ordered and it took him several tries. By the time our food came, half of it, like my cheese grits, want hot. The presentation was weak- rivaled waffle house. White plates with little portions. The food tasted alright, yet my 9.50 omelet was worth about 4. We ate, mostly satisfied although not impressed, and enjoyed our time together. (there were eight of us, all friends from college and our spouses, enjoying a little get together). After a good long chat, we were ready to head out so we asked for our bills, needing it to split them according to the couples, which proved to be a challenge. Took three tries to get them right. In the midst of all this, getting our food, eating, chatting, and attempting to pay, I think we got maybe one refill, although all our water glasses and coffee mugs were empty. I imagine this is the kind of place that gets a lot of one time customers. Cool locale, great marketing about their use of local foods and products, but I would never come back here, nor would I ever recommend it to anyone. If you want cheap tasting breakfast foods, head to the local waffle house. Save yourself an expensive over rated meal and go somewhere else.

Two experiences here. First, pleasant date night dinner with my wife. My meatloaf and her crab cakes were both very tasty, and the veggies were also flavorful, but everything was a little too salty. The service was prompt and polite. Another time we walked down with our son to get fries and a chocolate shake on a Sat afternoon. The fries were limp and the $3 order size was pitifully small. The chocolate shake was pretty weak as well, and our server brushed us off a bit, maybe because we didn't order much? That said, the location and view is great. Although we might try again for dinner, next time we get a craving for a shake & fries we'll just go to Cheeburger Cheeburger instead.

Unfortunately, I was underwhelmed by the small portions (especially for the price) and fairly bland flavors that Blue Plate offered. The salmon was not very fresh and the size of the filet was the size of a small chicken finger. The fried chicken was overcooked, and the only saving grace were the loaded homemade potato chips. Overall, an easy walk from the hotel, but not worth a re-visit in my mind.

We ate at Blue plate on Saturday. There were 8 in our party and we were seated right away. Most of us enjoyed our food immensely. The onion petals were amazing, as was the meatloaf. The egg white omelet was just ok. They have a great kids menu, and the service was spot on.

Upscale casual, that is about the best way to describe this one. Good comfort food with a bit of an uptick. Great atmosphere and good people. All is fresh from scratch, make sure to leave some room for dessert if you go!

Dinner here last weekend with the family-- hubby and I split the portobello burger and the appetizer fish tacos --lots of food and prices were good. Daughter had the veggie plate and was pleased --really liked all the fresh fruit with the fruit salad. Youngest was thrilled with his grilled cheese. Great view, fun people watching, the service was gracious and warm. Yes, we had that 'vacation glow' about us, but we'll return on our next trip.

I have to clarify that this review is on the bar portion only. We came here for a quick refresher after visiting the aquarium. The beer selection wasn't expansive, but it was unique. The Yazoo Project along with Tasman Red were on draft and I was thrilled to see these available, let alone on draft. The service was great at the bar and I'd definitely give this place a try on my next trip to Chattanooga.

I was hoping the food would match the location of this restaurant. I chose the veggie plate: cheese grits, cream corn, broccoli/cheese casserole and fruit salad. There is really nothing you can do to mess up the fruit salad, so no complaints there. Perhaps, I went in expecting good 'ole southern comfort food. But this was not. I could cut through the cheese grits with a fork (where I come from, grits should not be eaten with a fork as they will ooze out the tines). The "cream corn" was pretty good, but it was not "cream corn" in the southern flair. And the broccoli casserole just seemed off? I just didn't feel like eating my meal. The corn bread that came with my meal also was nothing special. Could not tell if the flavor was "sweet cornbread" or savory. Daughter ordered a simple soup and salad for her meal and wasn't thrilled with the Chicken corn chowder. Son and husband though, were quite pleased with their fried chicken/fried chicken tender dinners. Although they looked overcooked to me. Husband had mashed potatoes that look good. Prices are high for what you get and perhaps I went in hoping for a different style food, but even if they are serving the "chattanooga" version of "southern comfort", if the food was good, I would have left happy.

I was disappointed in this place, the menu looked so good. The homemade chips are really yummy but the veggie burger was just okay. I thought it was a bit overpriced for what we got. We went for dinner but you can still get breakfast and my husband got the Blue Plate omelet and it was also just okay. It was nice that our daughter could get scrambled eggs for dinner. The decor is nice, the view is great (I think we are paying for the view) and there is a full bar. The service was good too. I'm just giving it two stars, because, well, I've had better.

First time visit. Hamburger was maybe a little above average, however, the sweet potato fries (which were a 'special' side that day and not on their regular menu) were no doubt the worst I've ever had, loaded with grease and no taste. The waitress apologized and sent out a second order, which were still floating in grease and tasteless. As we were paying and expressed further amazement at how terrible the SWF were (and telling the waitress we thought the fries should be removed from our check since they were inedible), the cashier offered to replace them with another vegetable. Oh yeah, I want a take out order of a veggie as I'm walking out the door. You would think there would be an offer of an adjustment when a customer was so very displeased. We were hoping it might be a restaurant we would visit often since we have to be in C'nooga several times a month. No. No. No.

Ate here with full family and out of 8 of us only one liked his meal, the teenager eating pancakes for lunch. Those of us eating sandwiches or burgers were greatly disappointed. Mine personally had a horrific taste of propane and not much else. Most of us spent more time than usual in the bathroom the following day. Skip this over priced trap and find another option on the waterfront!

i heard about this place from a person i used to work with who used to live in chatt. her words exactly was its delicious and way to kool for chattanooga. i would have to say i couldnt agree more. everything about this place was very nice. the decor is very modern. a lot of round shapes and bold colors along with track lighting and just a great appeal. that service was great. very southern hospitality can i help u type. the food was great. i happened to get the blue cheese burger. it was cooked perfectly to order, medium as i had asked. and i think as my side i had roasted red pepper mash or something like that.. all i remember was i was so astonished about how good it tasted. granted i have only been here once and my rating and opinion of it is solely based upon this one trip. i say its great and if ur ever in chattanooga u should stop by and check it out. hopefully it blows u away as it did me.

Stop by Blue Plate for Brunch...Ordered a cup of Joe and have to say...free refills on a late night out, is always welcome :) The coffee was splendid and after my tummy was happy with its wake up call, I was ready to dive into the Egg Sandwhich! IT was pretty good! I am not a big fan of cold tomatoes in a toasted sandwhich, so I found myself picking out the tomatoes, but besides that it was good :) The harsh browns were even better!! I could just eat a whole plate of hash browns from Blue Plate!!! Definitely stopping by for some more when I am in town next :)

Great location amidst all of Chattanooga's tourist attractions. Food was decent, but probably not a place to expect a full-fledged meal. Ideal for a pit-stop in between tourist attractions or while waiting for the next IMAX movie to start. We ordered the pick-three meal (or something along those lines). Grits, fries, and fruit. Decent overall. Nice restaurant and interior design. Again though, probably not the place for a proper sit-down formal dinner. Lots of young folks. Service was great though!

I've been here numerous times. The food is good, it's fresh and the environment is relaxed. They have good fried chicken, it's crispy and hot. You get a choice of sides, my favorite is the creamed corn..sooo goooood. Its rich and creamy and they use fresh corn, yum. I also like the broccoli casserole (cheesy) , the mashed potatoes are creamy and the dark gravy are super good and the mac and cheese is creamy. The corn muffins are ok. The chicken fingers are the same flavor as the fried chicken and a good portion with crisp fries. Fish tacos are good, fresh ingredients, enough to fill you up. They have specials everyday I had a chicken wrap that was super also. The desserts aren't bad but they are small and not worth the money. Breakfast is not good though, really not good. One of the best lunch or dinner restaurants in chattanooga.

The BF and I have spent many lunches and dinners at Blue Plate. The interior and location are great. The food is good too, especially if you're intent on catching the sunset over the river. They need to change up the menu a bit though--not the healthiest place to eat. I do love their fruit salad--lemon juice and honey make a great dressing.

The bf and I were in town for just two days, visiting (his) family. We came here for breakfast ... and then came back for dinner, that night! Yes, that's how much we liked it. We had omelettes for breakfast and fried green tomatoes and pancakes for dinner and we liked it all (yes, we're the ones who love the "breakfast all day" places). The cocktails (what? who doesn't like a cocktail with breakfast for dinner?) were delicious too. The service was also great. We'll definitely come back here the next time we visit.

Typically I do not order breakfast burritos when I dine out, but one Sunday morning, amidst the chaos of the Head of the Hooch Regatta, my hubby and I decided to get brunch at Blue Plate. I ordered the Breakfast burrito with Benton Bacon. Wow..I have to admit it was the BEST breakfast food I ever remember putting in my mouth....the crunchy cubed potatoes, the unique Benton bacon, the tender scrambled eggs with cheese....all topped off with a pico de gallo. Yum! I savored every bite. My other all time favorite for lunch and dinner is the Fish Taco. Though it sounds risky, the tender fish is complemented well with the cool and fresh pico and guacamole! Great view of the Tennessee Riverfront.

This is a very casual place to eat and get a good cold beer. It is located at the newly designed Riverfront in Chattanooga and it is very close to the aquarium. I have been there three times and the food and service were excellent. If our kids were still little I would not hesistate to take them to this place. Be sure to ask for a booth if you take kids as the stools are quite high!

(4)Ben L.
One word. "Meh". Nothing jumps out as good not bad. It's just average. We stopped in for breakfast and it was good. But nothing to run out and tell your friends about. So if you want an average meal. For a little over average prices. This is your place. The view is nice though.
(3)John M.
(3)Danielle W.

(1)Rachael H.

(4)Karla N.

(3)James R.
Eat here.
(5)Tim M.
Love this restaurant!!!!! The food was great, the service was excellent, and the staff were friendly. We sat outside and enjoyed some great drinks and food.
(5)Jessica R.
Excellent food. Great service. Prompt and fresh. Everything we tasted was fresh and delicious. I couldn't have made it better myself. I highly recommend this place. The atmosphere was contemporary and clean.
(5)Mayo L.
(4)Ann M.
(1)Meredith R.
We came here because of the TN Visitor's Center. I'm often somewhat indifferent to where I eat lunch, but today I zeroed in on 'green' restaurants -- farm-to-table -- organic meat, local veggies ... and Blue Plate came up. Both my husband and I (independently, I might add) decided to go with the BLT, and frankly, the B may have been the best B I've ever had. There is something to be said about local farmers. The BACON tasted nothing like those supermarket strips you pull from the pack. And the bread? From a local bakery. The restaurant's side salads are pricey, so being the quick thinker that I am, I chose to split an entrée salad with T. The salad was nothing special, however, the pistachio nuts were a nice touch. Our dressing -- a strawberry vinaigrette -- added necessary zing. If you dine here and the weather is conducive, by all means sit outside. We had a beautiful view of the water and all the people strolling by.
(4)Mark T.
(4)Sari L.
(2)Randy L.
(3)Heidi H.
Hands down my favorite brunch in Chattanooga. Chris the bartender always takes great care of us. I always leave feeling like nothing could get me down! The music is on point and the food is even better. I look forward to this meal every week!
(5)Sue S.

(3)Plymouth J.
Great place. Excellent pancakes & breakfast sandwich. Excellent service. Will definitely return when we come back to Chattanooga.
(5)Scot H.
(4)Michael D.
It's not great food but it's was not great atmosphere there Do not go this Place. Thanksdo not go to this place has bad food there
(1)David H.
Food and service are great. If Radio is too loin to talk at table ask and manager rill turn down. Worth trying.
(5)Karen H.
(5)Vera Marie B.
Right on the riverfront in downtown Chattanooga. Great food. I love the blue cheese loaded homemade chips. My husband is so excited that they have sloppy Joes. Also love the clean, modern decor.
(5)James S.
If you are looking for a place to eat breakfast before anything else is open then this is it. food is Ok the Service is Ok nothing out of the ordinary. They serve pancakes, breakfast Taco's Breakfast Burritos. Hamburgers fries. Typical menu.
(3)Anita C.
My go to place for breakfast... Not an extensive menu but everything you could want is there! Love love love the pancake chicken and loaded hash browns! Had one over charge issue and mentioned it on my next visit. They handled it wonderfully! Went well beyond what was needed! Made me a regular!
(5)Will T.
This popular Chattanooga restaurant gets rave reviews as one of the best around. It's known for its commitment to sourcing local ingredients. They also tout their made from scratch sides and the fact they don't have a microwave in the kitchen. Make no mistake you'll get a good meal. Ours was tasty but I'm not sure I'd rate it as one of my best. I had the baked meatloaf which is made with Italian sausage and gives it a unique taste. Ruben got the fried chicken. Fried chicken is one of those quintessential Southern dishes but I found the crust to be too fluffy and thick, crunchy but not crispy. The décor is industrial chic diner with polished metal tables and concrete floors and is a fun place to grab a bite. It's also one of the downtown restaurants where you can get breakfast. We didn't have a chance to do that, but I bet it's awesome.
(3)Frank P.
(1)Lance M.
(1)Tristan G.
(2)Jackie H.
This is the second time to dine here, and it's been wonderful! Our waiter, Lucas, was so nice and accommodating to our substitution requests. The food was delicious, and I love the decor and ambiance. I recommend!!
(5)Eric B.
(2)Ruksana H.
(3)Jenny R.
(3)Matt N.
Great hamburgers with a great view!!! Definitely one of the best places to eat in Chattanooga breakfast lunch or dinner!
(4)Maria S.
Nice atmosphere. Pretty good service. Food is amazing sometimes. It's really hit or miss. I loove the breakfast burritos and the blueberry pancakes. I recommend it!
(3)Kyle L.
(1)Amberly B.
Chicken and pancakes with Bloody Mary! You won't be Disappointed. The bartender Chris will take good care of you.
(5)Kate M.
(5)Tom L.
(4)Joey C.
Food was good. Lemonade is sprite. Good waiter and location. I think if you like chicken you should go there because their chicken is really good
(4)Gina S.
(5)E C.
(2)Craig L.
Absolutely kick ass pancakes. I am a pancake fanatic and this is one of the best I have ever had. Everything was great. We started with the loaded homemade potato chips and they are great. Service was good and everyone enjoyed their meal. One of my favorite breakfast/brunch spots now.
(4)Katie G.
Fried pickles were delicious and my friend loved the three sides she had as part of the build your own plate. Service was nice but slow to bring bill and get us out of there. I liked the atmosphere and the large booths they have.
(3)Harvey W.
What a great find. Simple, classic, with a fine riverside location. Particularly enjoyed the shrimp mac and cheese and the turnip greens. Gluten-free menu is available.
(4)Jeremy H.
Made a mistake and came here because it was close to our hotel. Salad was made with iceberg lettuce and most of our food looked like it came out of cans. Foodies beware!!!
(2)Merideth M.
(5)Jeff W.
A bit crowded on 7 bridges marathon days, but food and atmosphere is fantastic, I had the breakfast taco. It had great flavor, lots of goodies in it, add tabasco to warm you up.
(5)Kimberly D.
(5)Tony C.
(5)Ginger T.
(4)Delia S.
(4)Wes M.
Extremely pleasant staff, great service and breakfast all day.... Who doesn't like that. Breakfast, lunch and dinner all day... Wow!! Love it and the location cannot be beat.
(5)Andrea R.
Excellent brunch and super appreciative of the accommodating staff who served outside on a cold day since we had our dog with us while driving through Tennessee!
(5)Josh B.
(3)Sarah K.
(3)Rick H.
(5)Glen H.
My favorite Chattanooga restaurant. I've tried most things on their menu and I have liked everything I've tried. The service can be spotty but everyone was very friendly.
(5)D W.
Fantastic! Had the chicken and a pancake and was amazed. Will be back and will recommend
(5)Tony H.
(3)Trevin B.
(3)Craig L.
Great atmosphere... Plenty of open windows to enjoy this Gorgeous night .. Awesome breeze off the river.., great drinks and food at a very reasonable price.
(4)Amy F.
Great spot for breakfast or brunch and beautiful view of the river! The country ham and eggs special was delicious, and the french toast is is always a favorite! Ask for Josh -- he is a wonderful server and quite knowledgeable about the area!
(5)Kerry B.
(3)Monica S.
Good service and decent food. The side order of Mac n Cheese was my favorite part of the meal.
(4)Thomas S.
(4)Tim L.
My wife an I ate there on our last day in Chattanooga. The place has typical diner food with a nice view of the River. I highly suggest their Breakfast Burrito. The Pub chips came out a bit on the overdone side though.
(3)Star H.
Went to this place pre Brewfest, this place absolutely hit the spot. The breakfast burrito ... Yes please add chorizo, I don't mind if I do. The pancakes are huge and very filling. The location is great sits right near the river.
(4)Meredith F.
The atmosphere is nice, great view, friendly server, but BAD food. We got the portobello sandwich and fried chicken. Would not recommend either. Also tried the blue plate lemonade and blood Mary.....nothing special. This place was recommended to us and we were definitely disappointed
(3)Ashley P.
Great place! Food was delicious & so were their cocktails! It was not exactly what I had in mind for waterfront dining but it was still nice
(4)Bradley C.
This is one of my favorite restaurants in the city. My favorite dish is the chicken and pancake. The atmosphere is great and the wifi is fast (handy when you need it). It has cheap and convenient parking (in a lot).
(5)Joe L.
(4)Laura L.
(3)Jason S.
(2)A N.
(5)Scott M.
Horrible service at the bar. Waited for LITERALLY 20+ minutes while patrons around us got service but we did not. I guess if you're not a white heterosexual couple you don't get service at the bar.
(1)L M.
(5)Jennifer N.
(2)Frank L C.
(5)Joshua L.
great spot! atmosphere was great! Has one of the best burgers i have ever eaten. My lady got the macaroni and shrimp dish, i wanted to steal it from her! lol
(4)sterling h.
Came here for breakfast and unlike everywhere else in the city there was no wait! I only ordered eggs... Which are hard to mess up... But they tasted fine and our whole party enjoyed their meals so I assume the food is decent.
(4)Lisa E.
(4)Seán S.
My mom and I happened upon this place last year when I was visiting her. We were both starving and this restaurant hit the spot. We ordered a number of side dishes of vegetables and macaroni and cheese. Everything was done to perfection and the service was great as well!!!
(5)Red Tail H.
(4)Elizabeth H.
Solid meat and veggies. Be sure to try the macaroni.
(4)Glenn D.
Good southern home cooking.
(4)M P.
First time was ok, but it went downhill from there.... I went to this restaurant maybe 3 times, the food seems to get saltier every time. Sad!! The location is really good!! The perfect place for the Riverbend Fest and a stroll by the water when the weather gets warmer.
(2)Lisa G.
(2)Emily P.
(4)Lashona M.
(3)Sky D.
(3)Valarie C.
(5)Darren L.
I found it pretty average nothing really knocked me out. The Mac and cheese was good. No plans on returning.
(3)Taylor M.

(4)Whitni F.

Horrible experience waiting 40 minutes for lunch and nothing was taken off my bill. Food was average at best.
