A hidden gem! Their Garlic Burger was outstanding!---a flavorful patty between soft, fluffy, savory garlic buns with a fresh salad all for $10. Before heading back out, grab one of their Sticky Buns. It will not disappoint and you will regret it if you leave without one.

What a treat! When on a long road trip you crave home cooking, that's exactly what we got. The owner was closing up for the day, but served us anyway. We had the Cuban sandwich with a cup of New England clam chowder and the Chicago style beef with a cup of roasted red pepper soup. Both were excellent and gave us the extra energy to finish the last 200 miles of our trip. If you have the chance stop in!

Good to Go Catering has quickly become my favorite place to eat in all of Watertown! Not only is all of their food made from scratch it is absolutely delicious! From their tasty soups, to their drool worthy sandwiches, Good to Go Catering truly stands out. My favorite thing I've tried (so far) is the Turkey Burger with a fresh made spinach bun. There is an adorable enclosed back patio if you want to enjoy some beautiful weather. On top everything else, the owners and staff are wonderful! I would eat here every day if I could. Had the Cuban sandwich. Fresh, succulent, ample portions; incredible. Side spinach salad with strawberries and candied pecans: A wonderful adventure in flavor. Bread pudding and coffee for dessert. Outstanding.

GREAT To Go -- Don't miss this extraordinary restaurant! The best food by far that we have had in ten days of traveling. Complex, delightful flavors. Great staff. Worth a detour to Watertown.

Stopped here on our way through from the Women's World Cup in Winnipeg. We were welcomed to a quaint restaurant with tasteful decor and a homie atmosphere. Our group of four each chose a different sandwich and each thoroughly enjoyed it. It certainly hit the spot! The fresh salads and fantastic lemonade were the icing on the cake. Reasonable prices and terific customer service capped off a great lunch stop. I would highly recommend Good to Go to any folks in the Watertown area!

It is a delightful cafe. I had the Irene which had a nice combo of flavors. Their cinnamon rolls were also delicious.

Great bakery, grill, sandwich spot, coffee place! I drove from California to Wisconsin avoiding Interstates and fast food. I had all but resigned my hopes for eating something other than steaks and burgers throughout Wyoming and South Dakota. But alas, the best meal I had along my trip (with exception of The Bachelor Farmer in Minneapolis) came from this small and homey cafe. The owner/chef and her husband were super friendly and attentive. I had a delicious Turkey sandwich with sprouts, cucumbers, cranberry, and more on a homemade roll. The bread pudding for dessert was fantastic and the latte strong. Watertown seemed like a nice town with a lot of options, but this one looked fresher and better than them all. I would definitely return if I find myself near Watertown again.

Great food! Turkey, cranberry sandwich on cranberry bread wonderful! Soups are really good as well. Homey atmosphere and owner is very nice. Would eat here again.

Wow was the ever a surprise. My wife and I each had a salad. Strawberry spinach and mine was a pear apple salad. Absolutely wonderful. I had a garlic burger that was very good and my wife had "the Sully" which is a pulled pork sandwich. Great sandwiches and the buns were very good. Service was great. I'll make sure to stop in next time I go through town.

My family and I dined here when were in Watertown for less that 24hrs for a 1 night get away from central MN. This is 1 of 3 restaurants that we ate at, and it is by far the best (service and food). We all had different cold beverages that were wonderful, food came quickly and it was all served up with great customer service and sincere gratitude for our business (sad to say that is rare these days)! We will definitely return if we get back that way again!

I grew up in Watertown and frequently visit my parents who are Watertown residents. Last summer, my sister and I discovered Good to Go Market and Grill. Now I eat there every time I'm in town, multiple times usually! We even had it cater our parent's anniversary party! It makes for a great breakfast, lunch, or afternoon iced tea and bakery treat. I love the sweet potato fries! The food is fresh and the atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. On our most recent visit, we sat out back on the new patio and drank fresh squeezed lemonade.
