Great place! the second but I walked in the door I was greeted just like I thought I would be. The coffee was outstanding, I had an Americano to go. Very knowledgeable staff. I tried the salted nut roll fudge based on another review-it was out of this world and it would be a shame for you not to try it

This is a "must stop" for any coffee lover finding themselves near Brookings. In addition to their convenient location (very near the I29 on/off ramp), they provide a thoroughly enjoyable experience that any traveler would welcome while on the road. The comfortable, warm, and welcoming decor is nicely complimented by high quality LaVazza espresso products and an attractive spread of homemade fudge. As if the location, decor, and quality products weren't enough, a top notch staff may be their most valuable asset. We were instantly greeted, as well as offered a free fudge sample, by two friendly baristas who were polite, engaging, and extremely well trained in the art of espresso preparation. If you're in search of great coffee, comfortable decor, and excellent service - you owe it to yourself to stop at Choco Latte!

I love Choco Latte. The area is cozy and welcoming. The employees are friendly - you are usually greeted when you walk in by the employees. I would recommend asking for a sample of the fudge because homemade fudge from Choco Latte is satisfying any time of the day. The employees would usually offer you fudge when you order but it doesn't hurt to ask for fudge if they don't! There aren't many outlets so be sure to have your computer charged up if you plan on working here.

BEST MOCHA FRAPPE EVER!! I will go here whenever I am in Brookings and need a coffee. They have the best frappes in town and their blueberry muffins are delicious and moist. Incredibly friendly service and thoughtful employees!! I highly recommend Chocolatte!!

My wife and I absolutely love this place!! We typically find ourselves visiting Choco Latte after lunch to grab ourselves a couple of decaf cappuccinos as a "dessert". The fudge is outstanding as well and makes a great treat if you're having guests over or want something sweet for a weekend at home. They do a great job accommodating my wife's gluten allergy. They will use a clean, unused knife to cut the fudge for you or they also have a selection of gluten free cupcakes available from a local baker. All of the staff are very friendly and accommodating, but I have to give a big Thank You to Abbie who always makes our cappuccinos perfectly. She also has been going the extra mile to call my wife and I by name when we come in. A must visit if you find yourself in Brookings.

Choco Latte is just a latte fun place, great vibe and extremely personable baristas. I had a vanilla latte plus a white chocolate raspberry scone and they were both absolutely perfect. We sat on their outside patio while I sipped and nibbled, nibbled and sipped. It was the best meal we had had so far on the trip. Fortified with smooth and delicious coffee I can take on the day with a smile on my face. Choco latte, thanks a latte, you started my day off right, choco right.

What is not to love about this place! I have never had more consistent, courteous and friendly customer service than I do every time I visit Choco Latte. Drive through or go inside, this place provides you with excellent products, excellent customer service and a strong desire to return.

Straight up one of the best places in the world to get a caffeine fix. The staff is OVERLY nice to get you going in the morning. It is like a shot of sunshine with a side of espresso. The treat are wonderful and the atmosphere is great. Bring a book and read or surf the Internet for free. Top marks!

Fudge and Coffee for breakfast? Choco Latte offers home-made fudges and other chocolatey desserts (chocolate-dipped strawberries, etc.) that pair beautifully with their smooth cappuccinos. A great local establishment.

Very chic little local fudge and coffee shop. The coffee menu is a little limited, but the quality makes up for the lack in quantity. Their iced coffees are fantastic. Their fudge is made in-house, and they have a beautiful little display and samples every time you stop in. The owner of the establishment works here and I have never seen her in anything but a fantastic mood. For Brookings, SD, this is a gem! Try the Salted Nut Roll Fudge, it might be the best I have ever had. The Rocky Road is a close second. :)

This place is the BEST place to get coffee in Brookings. Way cheaper and more convenient than Cottonwood. Employees are super friendly and nice! The fudge is divine. Love the fireplace seating on a chilly morning or for studying.

Really nice staff. Not too many choices of baked goods but all of their fudge is awesome and the raspberry scones are to die for. Their chai tea latte is great as well. Haven't tried their coffee yet.
