Always good food, pleasant service, and quick refills. The price can vary, depending on what you order, but not overly expensive. The only reason it is not five stars is because I cannot stand the Manager who comes by every time we visit asking if we are doing okay. He seems to interrupt meal, and I get that funny car salesman vibe from him. Sir, if I had a complaint you would know; no need to come by and ask if everything is okay. LOL. Other than that, we visit often and plan to continue doing so. Oh yeah, wish they would or biscuits beforehand, similar to the way Mexican restaurants automatically serve chips and salsa. We can wish, right?

Came at an off time for lunch/breakfast. It was nice the place wasn't so crowded. The food was really good. The service was also good, just a little slow due to the fact they had low staff count on the off hour.

Lettuce was wilted and kind of wet. So that was disgusting. My cucumber onion tomato salad had no onion. My okra was cold oily and hard. My grilled tenders looked like they had been threw a shredder. No bread was brought with me meal. Male manager seemed kind rude. This was a huge disappointment because I worked at Cracker Barrel for years and this is not the way any cracker barrel should be. We care about people they did not. So in my mind this one no kinglet exist. ( retail ladies were nice)

The absolute worst cracker Barrell location! Have visited here numerous times and on each visit it has taken well over 45 minutes for food to arrive. The food is never correct and management doesn't seem capable of correcting or preventing these situations.

Even though I seemed to see them everywhere, this was the first time that I ate here. Great food. Our waiter was so genuine and professional that we decided to tell his manager to give him a free steak dinner, courtesy of Cracker Barrel. I recommend this establishment if you live in the Columbia area or you are just passing through.

Cracker Barrel is a great place to eat!! Our server, Denee, was amazing! She took our order within 2 minutes of being seated. My husband ordered a raspberry lemonade (highly recommended), and she would have another refill for him before he was even finished! I will most definitely be coming back here!

I love this place. They never disappoint. They make my bacon and pancakes perfect every time. The host looks like Keanu Reeves! And Vicki is the bomb server!

Hard to go wrong with a cracker barrel yes a massive chain, but a great food selection, if something is not right about your order or the food, which can happen anywhere, there is nothing wrong with bringing it to your servers attention. Mamas pancake breakfast, and chicken pot pie. Great stuff. The staff always seem to be pleasant and helpful.

I went here a few days and... I have expierienced better. Usually I order some sort of vegtable thing but I wanted chicken this time so I decided to order a fried chicken. Well I have had it before and it was OK so I figured it was safe this time. NOT TRUE!!!! When I got my chicken, it was okay, actually not bad but then I went to wipe the chicken greace off of my finger, a little piece was stuck. I tried to get it off for like a whole minute, but that stringy little piece was glued!!! I noticed the chicken's texture was slightly odd before this incident, so I was totally finished with the chicken.YUCK! I still had a lot left, but by then, I was grossed out. I did have some green beans though and they weren't bad, but super greasy, and they were kind of stingy with the portion. The service was pretty good... and the food was okay. It's sad to see this place get funky because they used to be taking it to the dome. Oh well...............

I've came here a few times and have vowed to never return. The only time service has been great is when a friend of mine was working. I usually end up paying for a cold meal with little portions and leaving with no tip. My normal tipping rate is 10% for some service, 15% for decent service, and 20%-30% for great service. Cracker Barrel servers often get none because of they are barely doing their job. One day, the manager went table to table to ask how the customers were doing. He skipped ours, probably because he thought we were high school kids. It would have behooved him to check on ALL customers so problems could be fixed on the spot. The food is alright. If you're hungry for breakfast but don't want to make it, this is the place you usually go to. Their pancakes are probably the most notable and enjoying part of the meal. They're good with the mini bottles of maple syrup they have and a little butter on top. I personally prefer the Waffle House by Spring Valley HS over this place. I used to buy their breakfast food regardless of the hour because a cold dinner is unbearable. I would recommend just making your own southern food or finding someone else to make it for you.
