Food was great and the service was terrific as well. Tuesday night with $.65 wing night is a great deal for anyone!

Funny, this could have gone any direction. I liked the atmosphere. I think I liked the waitress and appreciated her help. There was a light crowd and we ate in the bar area. I ate Buffalo Chicken Wrap with fries. And I was thinking the hole time of whether my review would be a 3 or a 4 star. But my wife was not at all happy with hers. She had some chicken tacos and they were just barely ok. The vegetables on the tacos were just a little mealy and she just took the meat and cheese out and ate with a fork. That made me think that mine was just ok and dropped the experience down a couple notches. Without my wife's experience maybe a 4 and easily a 3 but a happy wife makes a happy life. She was not so happy. So, a two. Sorry.

I just keep getting disappointed with this joint. All the food tastes like it came out of a box into the microwave and onto the table. Other than their wings their menu has no originality or taste.

I did not enjoy my experience here. It was disappointing considering I had eaten at another location a few years ago and enjoyed the experience. This time around the food was overpriced and nothing special, and the service was terrible. My guest and I ordered 10 wings a piece, 2 soft drinks, jalapeno poppers and a small side of wing chips. It was almost $40. The servers seemed all rather stressed. I didn't see much smiling. It took forever for someone to ask what we wanted to drink. Then even longer for our food to get to us. The waitress came with our appetizer and slopped it on the table as she walked away. Half the sauce spilled. The wings didn't have enough sauce, the ranch dressing tasted like something out of a plastic bottle (definitely not homemade) and the 'wing chips' were shameful super thick cut under cooked potato wedges. I will not go back and I will not encourage anyone else to eat there either.

Iama Critic Rating - Buffalo Wild Wings - 3 Stars 1000 Bower Parkway, Columbia, SC Overall: The items and entrees we ordered were hit or miss with our guests. The appetizers were a real disappointment. The price for the fries and the rings is just way out of line with what you can get elsewhere for better quality. The burger, wings and salad were good! $6.24 Basket of Cheese Fries with Bacon - 3 Stars I had 6 guys at my table and we did not eat all these fries. That alone says a lot! They looked fantastic but they were soggy, boring and in desperate need of spices! $5.99 Snack Wings - 3 Stars Now the menu clearly said that a "snack" was five or more wings. Do you count five? We didn't either and we always deduct one star for false advertising regardless of it's source. $3.69 House Salad - 3 Stars $0.99 House Salad - 5 Stars It is good with a decent compliment of condiments, but other than the jalapenos, there is really nothing different on this salad to differentiate itself from the hundreds of other side salads we have had. However, I ordered this salad as a side to my burger, and that dropped the price to $0.99, and at that price my friends, this salad is a tasty bargain! $8.99 Screaming Nacho Burger - 4 Stars In the last year we have enjoyed countless gourmet burgers and thankfully this burger measures up. The chips are boring and pointless, I should have went with a different side. But the burger is literally packed with flavor. It SCREAMS flavor! If only BWW had served it on a toasted onion bun, this thing would have been off the chart! $7.29 Onion Ring Basket - 3 Stars Mind you BWW sells a smaller "regular" size portion of onion rings for $4.69. However this is what they should have charged for this "big" basket of onion rings. After experiencing the onion rings at Cheddar's Casual Cafe we simply have no mercy for small portions of tasteless onion rings. $6.50 Tall Blue Moon Beer - 1 Star I am very happy that 5 Star Restaurant Reviews does not normally review alcoholic drinks because $6.50 for a few ounces of brew is ridiculous. Maybe this is the going price without a tip, we don't know, but we really don't care, $6.50 is outrageous for a beer.

I come here for the chili con queso dip but their wings aren't bad. A little pricey but they do have good flavor. Great place to watch games either indoors or out and they have trivia as well. I prefer them over wild wings.

These was pretty much a total failure from service to the food itself. The restaurant literally ran out of silverware and we had to ask for napkins at a wing place. We literally had to tell the waitress how to do her job. Stay far far away from this location.

We love BWW! The wings and flavors are very tasty, some of them could have a bit more heat but the flavor is there!

While Buffalo Wild Wings' food is standard sports bar fare, this review is mainly regarding the service my date and I received on New Year's Day. I do not recall his first name unfortunately but our server has evidently been made a trainer for other servers and after waiting on us, I completely understand why. I have NEVER seen a service employee in Columbia genuinely care about his/her job but our server clearly does. He wanted to be sure our food was prepared properly and that we were even happy with the presentation because HE felt it should have come out faster and looked better (the food was good FYI). He was concerned with making the restaurant better through customer's honest feedback. He was very friendly and outgoing without being disruptive and we actually enjoyed talking with him. He even made sure to alert us to the weather when we were leaving and cautioned us about being safe. Long story short, he sincerely cared. On top of everything else, this was New Year's Day, which no server wants to work. He wasn't hungover and dragging like some would expect, and his attitude was great. Ditch the earring and the baseball cap and he'd make a fantastic manager at any restaurant.

love BWW. At least they have more sport packages than other places. Great wings as usual!

Exceptional service. We were even refunded our appetizer because the manager claimed the wait was longer than usual. Would come back anytime!
