Norms holds a special place in my heart. I lived nearby for 4 years while in college and ate here frequently. Hands down the BEST CHICKEN WINGS you'll get. At least, the best wings I've ever had. And I love chicken wings. They fry them, sauce them, and run them through the pizza oven. End result is an amazingly cooked, crispy wing. Get the buffalo wings, and choose the heat level you are comfortable with (i'm not sure they do terriyaki the same way with the oven). For those who dare to taste extreme heat, get the extreme flavor. I might be the only person who actually orders them, because it is intense. Most people will not get through a single extreme wing without admitting total defeat (and those are friends of mine that think they can handle high heat levels). I crave these wings weekly. I love the owners too. They;re great people and they know how to treat a chicken right. Wings and fries, wings and firies! Its all I ever get.

Average pizza joint. The lady behind the counter was friendly, and helped us decide to get what we wanted, slices or a large for thee people, to save money. Breadsticks were alright, pizza had fresh veggies which improved the overall flavor. My girlfriend would bleed Mt. Dew if she got a cut, so she was able to have a bottle while we drank fountain coke. That's something you don't see everywhere. It was relaxing listing to some good 80s tunes as well.

$5.50 for a pitcher of Bush Light How about a little pool How about a quick reuben or a late night pizza. This stand alone little corner dive can meet your needs. It isn't the cleanest place in town or the best pizza but it is good when you need it and the drinks are cheap. Enjoy!

Even at as a student at COFC, I never tried Norms, but today decided to give it a try for whatever reason. Yuck. Was was told I cant have a receipt because my order was not over $20?? Instead I am given a scrap of paper with the date and my total? Never heard of some ish like that..then the chick behind the counter gives me the "times are hard and we have to charge for everything now" speech to explain why I cant have my receipt. I have to pay for my receipt? Whack. Could have looked past that if the food was even mediocre. Chicken Philly comprised of white chunks of product that resembles chicken, soggy soaked can mushrooms "piled" (thats the word they use on their menu which is serious exaggeration) on some mini Merita roll with I think i counted 4 onion and green pepper slivers.. For $8 bucks in this general area of chuck town, I could have gotten food, could have gotten a MEAL made with actual fresh ingredients..I dont care how light on the pockets this place may be for some...crappy food is crappy food. PASS.

The food is decent and delivery has always been quick. While it's definitely not a gourmet pizza with premium toppings, the sauce has nice flavor and it wasn't expensive. It's the perfect pizza for late night studying or watching a football game. There are nicer places around Charleston for a great pie, but I'll call them up again for a pizza delivery for sure

I used to get subs from Norms delivered to my dorm back in my freshman year of college. Senior year, I lived a couple blocks away, and still frequented this place. It kind of pleases everyone- cheap, and has pizza, wings and subs, so everyone's happy.

There are not a ton of options for late night delivery that don't charge a huge fee. This is great place if you want more than a pizza at midnight. I love the burger and fries. They arrive hot and not soggy. This is not gourmet, it's non chain joint pizza. It also has a bit of variety on the menu that includes other options besides wings.

We recently tried this place out of desperation. Needless to say, we asked for our money back before even receiving our pizza due to the complete lack of respect by the staff. There's too many great places with great reviews in this city to try. Don't waste a meal here. The staff and ownership of this establishment are disrespectful to chose to treat customers in a way that make them want to leave before they even get pizza. @ashley, you bringing up race as an issue is interesting. I don't know why you would do such a thing based on my review. Clearly you have a race issues. @ Ashley Haha who nothing gets by you !! I definitely will enjoy not recommending this establishment and well because I don't serve pizza for a living.... And do to the digesting service there always Facebook to spread the truth about this experience.

Got meatball sub watched as they microwaved the meatballs and then the sandwich after it was made. Save you money and buy a frozen sub. I remember when norm owned the joint. It was 100% better. Food has gone to microwave

Where is DHEC?! Open kitchen with no hats/hairnets/gloves. It's our own fault for eating here but we were seriously hungry and craving pizza. We Ordered takeout and drank a beer while we waited in the dining area which was filled with boxes of jumbo hot sauce and other items from their recent shipment. Chicken parm looked like a soggy pulled pork sandwich and my calzone was depressing especially after finding a hair in it. Waste of $$$.

Service was horrible and the food was not even that great. I heard a lot of hype about this place and was eager to try it out but it did not meet the hype whatsoever. Guess the only clients for Norms are the college students.

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
