Fazoli's is an Italian-American fast casual restaurant chain headquartered in Lexington, Kentucky. It was founded in 1988and is now owned by Sentinel Capital Partners. As of 2015, there are 213 Fazoli's located nationwide. The restaurant chain specializes in Italian cuisine and dishes. Carl Howard is the company's president and CEO.

Service is on point and the food is good. What more can I say? It's an olive garden so everything is pretty standard. What's not standard is the clientele, you see all walks of life in Fayette county even people who leave a pair of panties on the table as they leave... Yes, that really happened. Keepin' it classy Uniontown.

This was my best experience ever at any Olive Garden. I had a waiter by the name of Jeremiah. He was the best very polite. We asked him to hold off our meals until we were done with our salad and he did. Many times I have been rushed through my meal but if you ask they will hold off the meal. Best waiter I ever had.

First off, there are not a lot of choices for chain restaurants in or around Fayette County. The Olive Garden is a welcomed addition to the strip in front of Uniontown Mall. If you want classier restaurants you're in for a drive to one of the many suburbs immediately surrounding Pittsburgh. The service was good, but nothing stellar, and it seems pretty busy every time I drive by. I'm sure in a few years it will be run down like all the other local eateries.

Service is on par. Nice restaurant, servers were quick food was relatively good. Not the best Italian food or Olive Garden, but definitely is a good place to have a nice family dinner.

OK - I would never eat at an Olive Garden by my own choice. I give the food one star. Our waiters were friendly and on-the-ball. That and a good salad earn this establishment two stars. I had the Seafood Brodetto. The portion was pretty small for a $17 entrée. The flavor was peculiar - not so good. Uniontown has a limited selection of restaurants, but look around and you'll find better.

We stopped in for a quick bite thinking we would be safe at a chain restaurant. What a disappointment. Three of the four guests in our party, ordered from the build your own pasta dish portion of the menu . It has been a while since we've been to The Olive Garden. We really enjoyed the "build your own pasta" menu, great idea. The last guest order a shrimp dish from the seasonal feature menu. Then was informed that it was an appetizer, so the server suggested that we get an entrée size portion. So we did do as advised. We enjoyed the large family size salad and breadsticks they were all very good. While we were eating our salad a waitress not familiar to us walked past us with a tray of food. She reached a certain table and proceeded to put the food down on the table. The guest at that table said "that's not our food", so the waitress picked it up put back on the tray and walked to another table and started putting the food on that table. The people at that table said "that's not our food". So the waitress placed the food on the tray & headed off into the kitchen. I said to my friends sitting with me at the table "I'm glad that's not our food". Only to my surprise that same food that was auctioned off to the other tables came back 3 minutes later to my table & presented to us as our order. I asked the server about the journey our meals took throughout the restaurant prior to arriving to our table. The server appeared bothered by the fact that we were concerned that our food was actually down in front of other people at 2 separate tables, returned to the kitchen and then brought to us. Based on our travel plans and time restraints we accepted the food and started to eat the rather cold entrées. The entree sized shrimp dish was served in a appetizer bowl (see picture). At this point I reach my limit of frustration and asked for the check. Needless to say it will be a long time before I go back to Olive Garden again

Worst Olive Garden I have ever been to. I have given this restaurant many chances, but it never delivers the consistency and quality that a chain restaurant should of this calibre. For the most part, they basically can't screw up the salad or the breadsticks too terribly bad, but the soups and entrees are atrocious. It always pisses me off when they expect you to pay the amount that they charge, only to get sub par food - and not very much of it - when it comes to the actual entree. The only reason I am giving them one star is because the salad and breadsticks are semi palatable, and also one time I did manage to get a dinner comped. As always, a restaurant is only as good as the management. And for a chain restaurant, this one falls short and gives the franchise and the customers a bad taste in their mouth.

It's Olive Garden's taste and flavors, but the hosting and wait staffs are both mixed bags of good and bad employees. When we asked for a particular person to wait on our table, the hostess practically blew a blood vessel. We had some good experiences with one hostess and one waitress. The hostess is a cut above the rest and the waitress is a girl that puts her best food forward. Otherwise, we've walked in, seated without a greeting, and when we asked to be moved to a more comfortable location/table, this (another hostess) also became visibly irritated and then huffed at us. This inexcusable act was call for pause and we made the most of our visit, but I'll be damned if I'll go back anytime soon.
