We had our wedding catered by the Monteverdes and it was wonderful! From the first time we met them, at our tasting appointment, we felt so at ease and taken care of! They cooked a huge variety of food for us at the tasting and sent us home with boxes of leftovers. My husband is a vegetarian who eats fish, and we had some vegetarian and vegan guests to consider. The Monteverdes were wonderful about helping us tailor the menu to accommodate everyone, for example, roasting vegetables in oil instead of butter. On the day of, their team was at the site early with us, setting up extremely professionally and being generally very helpful. This continued throughout the entire day - their staff never seemed to be resting, but always helping to make the evening flow smoothly, even helping us make sure that the cookie table, which they were not technically responsible for, was in order. Many of our guests told us that it was "the best wedding food they have had," or "not like typical 'wedding food' at all"...and everyone got plenty to eat. The price was so reasonable for the food and level of service they provided. I can't recommend them enough!
