Fazoli's is an Italian-American fast casual restaurant chain headquartered in Lexington, Kentucky. It was founded in 1988and is now owned by Sentinel Capital Partners. As of 2015, there are 213 Fazoli's located nationwide. The restaurant chain specializes in Italian cuisine and dishes. Carl Howard is the company's president and CEO.

Olive Garden "Italian" Restaurant is one of those places designed for compromise. In my case, it was a reasonable place to go with family given the limitations of each member. My son loves cheese, but hates veggies, and said he was not very hungry. His mother (my ex) is a vegetarian who loves the unlimited Salad and Breadstick deal offered by the chain. Me? I love Italian cuisine, but also want to keep the peace and make it through a Mother's Day dinner without stress. Given all the variables, Olive Garden was the obvious choice. Surprisingly, the wait was not long when we arrived around 7:30. We were seated within 10 minutes and our server was on us quickly for our drink and app requests. They arrived promptly, along with the first bowl of Salad without olives nor croutons, but with extra Red Onion, Tomato and Cheese. I didn't know the salad could be special ordered, but it was a good idea. The veggies were freshly cut and the Oil and Vinegar dressing was decent. The Bread Sticks were hot and a little crispy on the bottom, which I liked. I was the only one having an actual dinner, having skipped lunch, and went with the new light Garlic Rosemary Chicken. It arrived with two smallish chicken breasts well grilled, but without any grill marks, on a bed of Fresh Spinach, a few Caramelized Garlic Cloves (needed more), and a nice plop of Garlic Mashed Potatoes. The Rosemary was not visible, but the chicken did taste of it. Overall, I was satisfied with the meal, although the sauce was thin and a bit salty. For a "light" meal it was filling. At $13.99 it seemed a reasonable value. Would I order the same dish again? Probably not, as the trade off in flavor for the lack of calories was not a winning hand. It could be that I am comparing my experiences in many more authentic Italian restos, but I did not feel excited by the meal. It was adequate. As no one complained and we were able to have a low key dinner, Olive Garden did its job, and met my decidedly selfish expectations.

The staff here isn't the best; they really should try to be more on-top of customer needs. They are often slow and come off as uncaring. With that said, they're pretty good with the cheese graters! The food here is better than most Olive Gardens for some reason. I really think they have good food. It's just that sometimes the staff isn't exactly the best and dining here takes forever.

Beautiful decor, good service, okay food. For a weekday lunch, we got two orders of unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks, and a flatbread with soup. I was really looking forward to the breadsticks, but ours were all baked a little too long. I didn't really like the crunch they had, and the breadsticks that I remember were all so soft. Among the three of us, we had the minestrone, chicken gnocchi, and zuppa tusca. They were all pretty good, but the minestrone especially was too salty. The salad was fresh; I only wish that I'd remembered to ask for the dressing on the side. There was too much, and everything tasted really acidic. The piece of flatbread I tried was pretty good, but the portion was on the smaller side. Alao, I can never say no to Andes mint chocolates! I guess that means I can't say no to the check.

I'm really trying hard to keep an open mind about chain restaurants. And I do like some of them! But this chain... it's hard. One day you can change what sauces you want on your food, other days you can't and they give you a hard time. I could tell that really frustrated the other people I was with. But the hardest part about this place is that it's sorta hard to order healthy food. Lots of cream or cheese or both in the sauces. Most of the appetizers are fried. The amount of vegetables in the orders we placed were sparse. The brightest spot of the night was someone who I believe was the manager who came over and spoke to us and was really nice and genuinely seemed like she wanted to know how we were doing.

I like Olive Garden!! Like any other chain restaurant, you know what to expect before going. Out experience was no different. They said we'd have a half hour wait. We actually waited maybe 10 minutes!! A definite plus! Our waitress was slow, but effective. Maybe I should have expected on a Saturday night at 6:30. A friend ordered the tilapia and shrimp dish, the manager had to apologize that they ran out. They quickly offered my friend a replacement. My fiancee ordered a pizza with peperroni,sausage and olives. He recieved a pizza with green peppers,sausage and olives. He didn't complain about the mistake because he likes green peppers, but the staff should be more careful when reading tickets. I ordered the new Garlic Rosemary Chicken, it was a lighter fare menu option and I throughly enjoyed it!! I'd come back for that dish again and again!!!

I wanna start by saying me and my party of three are Cowboy fans, and to find such an enthusiastic person as much as Liz (one of three managers)is, is really hard to find in a chain restaurant. She is a great manager, active on the floor, caring and attentive she had a bright idea to bring out fried zukini out to a big crowd in the waiting lounge after we sat she continued to be attentive to our table and well as help out Lindsey (our waitress). We are very happy with the service we've gotten so far and cannot wait for our amazing food to come out. I wanna take this time to address Olive Garden Headquarters to give Liz the award of employee of the month shes truly a hard worker and a great people person with excellent management skills and the other two managers should learn from her and make a change. Olive Garden - ah yes - Faux-talian. Went here for a nice lunch (this is as good as an OG can get IMO) with 2 friends. One had the "tour of Italy", the other had the stuffed Chicken Marsala which looked entirely too cheesey for me to attempt eating. I played it safe and ordered the shrimp scampi app over pasta instead of crositini. The portion was HUGE and that was more than enough. Salty breadstcks and overly dressed iceberg salad came free (as it always does at OG. Not a holy grail - but a "safe' choice when you are in the area.

Abandon all hope ye who enter here. For if it's endless bread sticks you be wantin', go to another location. Seriously though, go to another location because this one is like taking a trip in the bowels of hell. I went on a double date tonight. To start off, my boyfriend was placed on hold for a good 20 minutes at 1:30 pm just to make a reservation for 6 pm. When we got there, they screwed up his name so badly we almost didn't get seated. Once seated, our server came and then...disappeared. For fifteen minutes. She came back, took drink orders and then came back fifteen minutes later, again. Only when she brought the drinks, they went ALL OVER the table. This wouldn't be such a big deal, except she just sort of laughed about it and said "oh this has never happened to me before! In all my six years of being here!" I went to the restroom. When I came back, the table was at least clean up but another server was at our table picking up glass off the floor. "IT'S NOT ICE!" she yelled back at our server. Then she held up a large piece of glass in front of me. "Does that look like ice to you? Or glass." I stared at her and said, "It's glass." In my head I was just wishing she would go away and leave us in peace. The waitress returned to get our appetizer order. They took about twenty minutes or so to come out, no issues. She also brought out the salad and the cheese grater, didn't say anything and just left the cheese grater on the table. She ran over to deal with another table, leaving us to our own devices. So I took the cheese grater and clumsily tried to grate my own cheese. I looked over at my boyfriend, "don't they usually do this for you?" I asked. He said he thought they still did, she just didn't bother. The cheese fell out of the grater and rolled across the floor. Other tables looked over and laughed at us. I felt like a moron. BECAUSE YOU DON'T LET YOUR RESTAURANT PATRONS GRATE THEIR OWN DAMNED CHEESE. THERE IS A REASON YOU DO IT FOR US. Because even though it looks SUPER easy (and it really should be!), I can still manage to mess it up. She comes back to get the cheese and then takes our entree order. The food took about....forty minutes...? To come out. The server said, "oh I put it on hold for you." Meanwhile, we saw the tables around us flipped three times in the span on this trip. Three times. Everyone got their food before us. We were perplexed as to why our food was put on hold. "I put it on hold because a couple of you got here late and I wanted you to have time to eat your appetizers and get settled." Um, we had about twenty to thirty minutes in between. We didn't need the food to be put on hold. So we were all pretty hangry by this point because we had been waiting so long. Food finally comes out. She swings my boyfriend's dish SO close to my chest she bumps my boob and I started having heart palpitations thinking I was going to be wearing the dish. We eat. The food was less than stellar because it got to sit underneath heat lamps half the night. She comes back, and begins clearing up the table and straight up drops a knife on my lap. She laughs about it, "Haha! Oh man she's probably thinking this damn server! She keeps dropping things!" No apology, no offer to comp anything, nothin'. She just goes on to say, "Oh thanks for being so cool tonight guys. It's Saturday so it's really crazy!" She just kept going on and on with excuses. Look, I don't want excuses. I just want decent service. I'll even take okay. But we didn't get a single apology and that just irks me. And then at the very end she still managed to screw up our tab.

Let's get it said and out of the way.... Never try a Filet, no matter how good it may sound. The appetizer Trio, is not bad, you choose three from a good variety ( remember we are at the Olive Garden ). I like the Clam Stuffed Mushrooms and the Fried Zucchini is okay. So I go twice Clam Stuffed Mushrooms and once Zucchini. Endless Salad is soaked in a lousy, un-herbed, vinegar loaded Italian Dressing. Pasta Dishes are fair. The Shrimp Toast Appetizer, which is fairly new, is good, but expensive and easy to make at home, tenfold for what you pay for it here. Being honest. Simple food. Nothing special. Manager's don't care, servers don't care. I don't care!

Family friendly restaurant. Huge portion with iceberg salad and choice of soup will come with any entrees, so you might want to take it easy for the order. The food were surprisingly more than ok and lots of choices. the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would go back again but probably not for couples.

Love the soup and salad special they have with breadsticks but what makes this visit so special is their hostess, Yolanda Black!! She is delightful, friendly and full of heart!! Ask for her when you go and you will see what I mean and tell her Michael and Sharon told you to ask for her....the royal treatment is what you get from her...yes we are talking about Olive Garden near the Oxford Valley Mall!! PS:..the chicken apricot is one of Michael's favorite low in calorie and full of flavor

After spending a long day at Sesame Place with our kids, my friend and I decided to stop for dinner before heading back to NYC. Our friendly server was so great and generous to the three girls and the food was fine for what it was, and the bill was so reasonable, I couldn't believe it! I shared spaghetti and meatballs with my 8 year old, who also had the kid's pizza. LOL. My friend had the steak gorgonzola and said it was delicious. Her kids had the kid's spaghetti entrees and we shared breadsticks and salad. We all liked our food and the service was outstanding, and I honestly was not hungry until this afternoon.

I went there for the luncheon soup/salad/unlimited breadsticks special. Sat in the bar area, but after placing my food and drink order, I sat there for a long time, waiting for my drink. I observed the bartender making other drinks and eventually asked him what was taking so long.Turns out he was making the drinks for the entire restaurant and there would not be a "server" for me, so obviously I was going to wait a lot longer, just for the drink. Got tired of waiting so I went to a booth and, although the bartender told them he would just switch the order, I STILL waited a long time for the drink and when the salad came, I had asked for extra tomatoes and it had ONE tomato slice on it. My waitress knew I was exasperated and informed the manager. The manager came and apologized, comping my entire lunch AND the two drinks I had!! The food, as usual, was delicious, and because of the friendly waitress and the manager going out of his way to make my experience enjoyable, I will certainly return!!!!

Why people flock to these sub-par, overmarketed, lame tasteless places I will never know. But looking around me I saw what was not exactly a discerning bunch-looked like a Weight Watchers meeting as well. The service was a joke. The food had no flavor, was fake, pre-fab, faux, like the decor. My husband had a gift card, or I would never have set foot in there, as I loathe chains,fast food, and cow-like people. Any future gift card (NO!) will be given away, we both agreed on that. This time my instincts were right. Never again, even for free. There are too many real Italian places to eat to bother with this.

We have come here many times over and never had any problems other then it being too busy and we had to wait for a while. The food has always been fresh and decent for a chain restaurant. How can you not like the endless salad and bread sticks? :-) I've ordered the Tuscany Steak plenty of times and it has always been good. The one time it was over cooked but they took care of it right away. Depending on the waiter or waitress, sometimes they can be too pushy trying to get you to add this or that to your meal. Obviously their job but some get a little too extreme to the point that it is more annoying then anything else. Other then that, I would recommend coming here. It's way better then Macaroni Grill.

There are MANY unfavorable issues with this particular OG. First, the service is really very very bad. Of the 3 times there, 3 times I've had to get up to find the waiter for anything from silverware, napkins, etc., to the check. Everything. Secondly, the wait for the food was 45 minutes and then it was not what I ordered. Thirdly, the floor had more food on it than what was on my plate, I think. Table and chairs had food and grease on the seats. Heave knows when the last time the back and arms of the chairs were cleaned......imagine the germs from all the people who have touched it. I will never EVER go back there again. I'd rather eat at McDonald's.

Is it because I've become accustomed to authentic Italian food as opposed to sub-par Italian-American chain cuisine? Its like Chuckie Cheese's pizza to me: Just not the same as when I was young and didn't know any better. Whether its because their service has sucked during my last 2 visits or their food just lacks any real flavor besides the salt on their breadsticks and mostly butter in their alfredo sauce, I refuse to go unless someone else is treating. This restaurant is meant only for those who settle for low quality and large quantity (unlimited breadsticks, soup, salad and sometimes pasta if you ordered the unlimited pasta dish). An upside, is that their Pasta e Fagioli soup is delicious and the decor is always pleasant and Italian-looking enough. If you do get dragged in there, just never tell a waitress that you are not hungry because she may later on spill salad your direction (not that you even wanted any) and won't bother to brush it off your seat, lap or bother to replace the iced lemon water with crouton now in it.

unlimited salad, bread and sometimes, pasta - that's all you need but still order entree and get them to go. the only thing i don't like is the garlic bread stick. i like the biscuit at red lobster better. my one favorite food is the zuppa. they are delicious. i ask 2-3 bowls. remember, it's unlimited refull with your entree. now, that's a deal!

We met my boyfriend's family at Olive Garden to celebrate his father's birthday. Let me preface my review by saying that we were very skeptical of Olive Garden, and in fact, often wondered why anyone in Philly would ever choose to visit Olive Garden when there were so many other authentic Italian restaurants around. Now, I guess that isn't exactly the case with the suburbs, but I digress. We arrived and were surprised to find the place packed on a Sunday evening. We ordered Sam Adams seasonal on draft and ordered a minestrone soup to start off with. The soup was hearty and delicious and was well seasoned - not bland at all. The waitress then dropped off the complimentary bottomless salad and garlic bread sticks - the bread sticks were decent, the salad- ok, but gets extra points for including Italian hot peppers. I ordered the eggplant Parmesan and pasta with marinara sauce and my boyfriend ordered the Capellini Pomodoro - Roma tomatoes, garlic, fresh basil and extra-virgin olive oil tossed with capellini. To our surprise, both dishes were palatable - . The pasta was cooked al dente, the sauce not too sweet or tart, and the eggplant- breaded and fried, had no hint of bitterness. The service, while it got the job done, was somewhat forced (perhaps due to the inexperience or indifference of our server??). I must also mention that as it was my boyfriend's father's birthday, we had ordered a cake for him, expecting the staff to come out singing happy birthday. When the cake came out and our server lit the candle at our table, it was a bit disappointing...she explained that they were no longer allowed to sing happy birthday to customers. This seemed to defeat the purpose of getting the cake in the first place, but regardless - I was again surprised that the cake was quite tasty (and I don't normally like chocolate cake). Overall, Olive Garden was alright. I probably won't be taking a trip to Langhorne to have dinner here anytime soon, but in the future, at least I'll know what to expect.

Let's be clear, folks. I don't give Olive Garden 5 stars in the sense of Four Seasons or La Famiglia. If you want haute cuisine, fagettabouitit! It's a chain! And I found it does an outstanding job for this type of establishment. The food was basic but quite good. Very reasonable pricing. A free sample of wine. The young staff members are polite and efficient. I went for a late lunch and the place was nearly full. There can be a wait for dinner. Note that unless you want a huge meal, you can ask for the lunch menu even at dinner for an inexpensive but still hearty meal with bread and salad for the entree price.

I'm really trying hard to keep an open mind about chain restaurants. And I do like some of them! But this chain... it's hard. One day you can change what sauces you want on your food, other days you can't and they give you a hard time. I could tell that really frustrated the other people I was with. But the hardest part about this place is that it's sorta hard to order healthy food. Lots of cream or cheese or both in the sauces. Most of the appetizers are fried. The amount of vegetables in the orders we placed were sparse. The brightest spot of the night was someone who I believe was the manager who came over and spoke to us and was really nice and genuinely seemed like she wanted to know how we were doing.

I like Olive Garden!! Like any other chain restaurant, you know what to expect before going. Out experience was no different. They said we'd have a half hour wait. We actually waited maybe 10 minutes!! A definite plus! Our waitress was slow, but effective. Maybe I should have expected on a Saturday night at 6:30. A friend ordered the tilapia and shrimp dish, the manager had to apologize that they ran out. They quickly offered my friend a replacement. My fiancee ordered a pizza with peperroni,sausage and olives. He recieved a pizza with green peppers,sausage and olives. He didn't complain about the mistake because he likes green peppers, but the staff should be more careful when reading tickets. I ordered the new Garlic Rosemary Chicken, it was a lighter fare menu option and I throughly enjoyed it!! I'd come back for that dish again and again!!!

I wanna start by saying me and my party of three are Cowboy fans, and to find such an enthusiastic person as much as Liz (one of three managers)is, is really hard to find in a chain restaurant. She is a great manager, active on the floor, caring and attentive she had a bright idea to bring out fried zukini out to a big crowd in the waiting lounge after we sat she continued to be attentive to our table and well as help out Lindsey (our waitress). We are very happy with the service we've gotten so far and cannot wait for our amazing food to come out. I wanna take this time to address Olive Garden Headquarters to give Liz the award of employee of the month shes truly a hard worker and a great people person with excellent management skills and the other two managers should learn from her and make a change. Olive Garden - ah yes - Faux-talian. Went here for a nice lunch (this is as good as an OG can get IMO) with 2 friends. One had the "tour of Italy", the other had the stuffed Chicken Marsala which looked entirely too cheesey for me to attempt eating. I played it safe and ordered the shrimp scampi app over pasta instead of crositini. The portion was HUGE and that was more than enough. Salty breadstcks and overly dressed iceberg salad came free (as it always does at OG. Not a holy grail - but a "safe' choice when you are in the area.

Came for the soup and salad lunch around 2pm I guess since lunch was almost over they ran out of all the soups except for Pasta Fagioli and Minestrone which I don't like since Zuppa is my #1 choice followed by Chicken and Gnocci and the seasonal porchini soup that was promoted at the time. The server dropped off our check before going on break and I noticed on my check got charged for a drink when I just got water. Since I was in hurry I didn't have time to find someone around to contest the bill so therefore didn't have a good experience here.

Went for dinner and actually was impressed with a few items. The new small plates were awesome. The Parmesan asparagus was done just right. I'm a gravy loving guy but for what it is Olive Garden works. Also if you get a chance try the seasonal pumpkin cheesecake. It's so good I bought a piece to bring home.

Let's get it said and out of the way.... Never try a Filet, no matter how good it may sound. The appetizer Trio, is not bad, you choose three from a good variety ( remember we are at the Olive Garden ). I like the Clam Stuffed Mushrooms and the Fried Zucchini is okay. So I go twice Clam Stuffed Mushrooms and once Zucchini. Endless Salad is soaked in a lousy, un-herbed, vinegar loaded Italian Dressing. Pasta Dishes are fair. The Shrimp Toast Appetizer, which is fairly new, is good, but expensive and easy to make at home, tenfold for what you pay for it here. Being honest. Simple food. Nothing special. Manager's don't care, servers don't care. I don't care!

I went there for the luncheon soup/salad/unlimited breadsticks special. Sat in the bar area, but after placing my food and drink order, I sat there for a long time, waiting for my drink. I observed the bartender making other drinks and eventually asked him what was taking so long.Turns out he was making the drinks for the entire restaurant and there would not be a "server" for me, so obviously I was going to wait a lot longer, just for the drink. Got tired of waiting so I went to a booth and, although the bartender told them he would just switch the order, I STILL waited a long time for the drink and when the salad came, I had asked for extra tomatoes and it had ONE tomato slice on it. My waitress knew I was exasperated and informed the manager. The manager came and apologized, comping my entire lunch AND the two drinks I had!! The food, as usual, was delicious, and because of the friendly waitress and the manager going out of his way to make my experience enjoyable, I will certainly return!!!!

Family friendly restaurant. Huge portion with iceberg salad and choice of soup will come with any entrees, so you might want to take it easy for the order. The food were surprisingly more than ok and lots of choices. the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would go back again but probably not for couples.

Love the soup and salad special they have with breadsticks but what makes this visit so special is their hostess, Yolanda Black!! She is delightful, friendly and full of heart!! Ask for her when you go and you will see what I mean and tell her Michael and Sharon told you to ask for her....the royal treatment is what you get from her...yes we are talking about Olive Garden near the Oxford Valley Mall!! PS:..the chicken apricot is one of Michael's favorite low in calorie and full of flavor

After spending a long day at Sesame Place with our kids, my friend and I decided to stop for dinner before heading back to NYC. Our friendly server was so great and generous to the three girls and the food was fine for what it was, and the bill was so reasonable, I couldn't believe it! I shared spaghetti and meatballs with my 8 year old, who also had the kid's pizza. LOL. My friend had the steak gorgonzola and said it was delicious. Her kids had the kid's spaghetti entrees and we shared breadsticks and salad. We all liked our food and the service was outstanding, and I honestly was not hungry until this afternoon.

Why people flock to these sub-par, overmarketed, lame tasteless places I will never know. But looking around me I saw what was not exactly a discerning bunch-looked like a Weight Watchers meeting as well. The service was a joke. The food had no flavor, was fake, pre-fab, faux, like the decor. My husband had a gift card, or I would never have set foot in there, as I loathe chains,fast food, and cow-like people. Any future gift card (NO!) will be given away, we both agreed on that. This time my instincts were right. Never again, even for free. There are too many real Italian places to eat to bother with this.

We have come here many times over and never had any problems other then it being too busy and we had to wait for a while. The food has always been fresh and decent for a chain restaurant. How can you not like the endless salad and bread sticks? :-) I've ordered the Tuscany Steak plenty of times and it has always been good. The one time it was over cooked but they took care of it right away. Depending on the waiter or waitress, sometimes they can be too pushy trying to get you to add this or that to your meal. Obviously their job but some get a little too extreme to the point that it is more annoying then anything else. Other then that, I would recommend coming here. It's way better then Macaroni Grill.

There are MANY unfavorable issues with this particular OG. First, the service is really very very bad. Of the 3 times there, 3 times I've had to get up to find the waiter for anything from silverware, napkins, etc., to the check. Everything. Secondly, the wait for the food was 45 minutes and then it was not what I ordered. Thirdly, the floor had more food on it than what was on my plate, I think. Table and chairs had food and grease on the seats. Heave knows when the last time the back and arms of the chairs were cleaned......imagine the germs from all the people who have touched it. I will never EVER go back there again. I'd rather eat at McDonald's.

Is it because I've become accustomed to authentic Italian food as opposed to sub-par Italian-American chain cuisine? Its like Chuckie Cheese's pizza to me: Just not the same as when I was young and didn't know any better. Whether its because their service has sucked during my last 2 visits or their food just lacks any real flavor besides the salt on their breadsticks and mostly butter in their alfredo sauce, I refuse to go unless someone else is treating. This restaurant is meant only for those who settle for low quality and large quantity (unlimited breadsticks, soup, salad and sometimes pasta if you ordered the unlimited pasta dish). An upside, is that their Pasta e Fagioli soup is delicious and the decor is always pleasant and Italian-looking enough. If you do get dragged in there, just never tell a waitress that you are not hungry because she may later on spill salad your direction (not that you even wanted any) and won't bother to brush it off your seat, lap or bother to replace the iced lemon water with crouton now in it.

unlimited salad, bread and sometimes, pasta - that's all you need but still order entree and get them to go. the only thing i don't like is the garlic bread stick. i like the biscuit at red lobster better. my one favorite food is the zuppa. they are delicious. i ask 2-3 bowls. remember, it's unlimited refull with your entree. now, that's a deal!
