This place is amazing! Upon walking in we were greeted by a waitress who let us know to sit anywhere. At first, the place seems a little crammed but after sitting down in the "sports" room I noticed another room where there was much more seating. As the waitress came around to take our order she made us feel right at home. The items we ordered came out with in a short period of time, just enough to were I finished my first cup of coffee and was ready for a refill. It's been a while since I've had scrapple but the reviews I read said they have the best, and it really is! The place appears to get busy from the locals and is very affordable. As previously mentioned this is cash only! I mentioned to the waitress that I found the location on Yelp. She was thrilled that I said that and even gave me 10% off our bill. We will certainly be back again being that we live here in Langhorne. Thanks yelp!

I was in Bensalem for a wedding and I was looking for a breakfast spot for me and my boyfriend's family to go to. I did some searching on yelp and I came across this place!!! It had 4.5 stars so I thought, "why not"? Probably one of the best dining experiences I've had EVER. The 6 of us walked in and all we saw was 3 tiny tables (all taken) and a bar area. I thought, "how in the world does this place have 4.5 stars!?!?!" We walked around and notice quite a few more places to sit. we pushed two tables together and the fun began. We all started to notice exactly why it was called the coffee cup café. There were coffee mugs EVERYWHERE. They were different sizes, shapes, made of different materials and from different places!!! The waitress who was SUPER energetic and friendly took all of our orders. When the food came out we were pleasantly surprised!!! Everything was massive!!! I ordered the vegetable omelet, it came with home fries and toast. The omelet was perfect, the home fries were delicious and the toast was toasted JUST RIGHT. Other people ordered pancakes, French toast, scrapple, eggs. EVERYTHING was amazing. Our table was visited by at least 3 different employees which gave it a very home-like feel. Everyone was so welcoming and personable. If I am ever in the area I will definitely be going back!!!!!!

We stooped by this little mom and pop spot today before we left Pa. It had great reviews and they deserve every one of them. The service was excellent, the waitress even had my 2yr olds pancakes made to look like mickey mouse, and the food was good. The menu boast that thier family has been serving your family for 20 years and I'm sure they will continue to do it for 20 more.

All reviews are in the end subjective. Sometimes all the variables are evaluated, but in other instances one aspect so dominates that the other pieces are minimized by comparison. For me, when the atmosphere of a restaurant so overcomes me with a sense of comfort and well being that the food or service tends to fade quickly, I react emotionally and start to fall in love with the entire experience. I can't help it. I'm a hopeless romantic. So it was with Coffee Cup Café on Bellevue Avenue, just off one of the ugly parts of business Route 1. I had seen the place for years, but was never tempted to stop and frisk the joint until reading the Yelp reviews. It seemed like a decent place for breakfast, so I set aside a morning when not too busy to stop in. Stepping inside after parking on the street in front, I immediately felt the effect of time warping taking me to circa 1980. An old counter with about 6 or 7 spinners, and large kitchen service window in the wall behind, and more classic coffee mugs hanging on the walls than I could count. There was a nice size dining room to the side, and another tiny one right in front of the building. Everything white with blue trim. Then Beth approached from behind the counter and asked if I wanted coffee. "Yes, Mam," as I took in her vivacious eyes and well-tatted skin. Well, all right! This woman had a story to tell, and I hoped she would share it. After mentioning this was my first visit, she gave me the history of Coffee Cup Café back through the early 1970's. She was second generation ownership, and her son, Jesse, working the kitchen grill would be the third. She was proud and loud, and she was a groove. She welcomed me to look around, and even step into the galley for a photo. The food? It was just fine. Coffee hot and fresh. Breakfast sandwich loaded on a Kaiser roll and able to fill my happy stomach. I could have hung out there all morning. I felt like a friend and guest of the house. Some places are just that way. How many coffee mugs are found in Coffee Cup Café? I'll never tell.

So thanks to Yelp and the great reviews. I decided to try hear for breakfast. And glad I did. The prices are perfect and food is so good. Definitely have to try the sausage egg and cheese on a kaiser roll. One of the best. A nice little cute play to have some breakfast.

We came here for breakfast based on the other Yelp reviews and we are glad we did. We had scrapple and sausage with eggs and home fries. Everything was excellent and the portions were big. We will definitely return.

Friendliest staff, locals diner, inexpensive, great coffee and fantastic homemade sausage gravy over biscuits. Worth stopping by this little very casual place.

Its like eating at home while going out. The CCC delivers very fresh tasting breakfast with a cozy small town flare. The thing I like best is that they arent afraid to make it the way i like it. Bacon crispy? Pork roll well done? No problem at all! Moved to the area about 2 months ago and pretty sure I found my new weekend breakfast spot!

I waited 45 minutes for mediocre food. My mother and I asked for our home fries to be crispy. They were the farthest thing from that. My sunny side up eggs were very much over cooked and when I pointed this out, I received extremely undercooked eggs as a replacement. My bacon was burnt. My mom's omelette was good, but not worth the 45 minutes or the other food. The service wasn't good either. We had to keep asking where our food was and they acted like it was completely normal to be waiting this long, while other people who came in after us were served first. The atmosphere was also very cramped. There are too many tables for such a small space, so you are right up next to your neighbor. Do yourself a favor and go to Langhorne Coffee House instead. They have better food, service, and atmosphere.

Huge portions, the very best home cooking around. My favorite breakfast spot, wish they were open for dinner too!

Omg, what an adorable little spot for a hot coffee and a relaxed Sunday breakfast! I love small businesses like this where there's a lot of character and really friendly staff. They actually do take credit cards now for payment, and yes - they've a small menu but clearly, it's working! Their Cream Chipped Beef was all home-cooked goodness and the coffee was fresh (and the waitresses were generous with refills.) You can be in and out, or take your time here, which is a perfect pace for a small place like this. Enjoy a lazy weekend morning - blow off the Denny's noise & screaming kid - ditch your kitchen and pop in for a breezy, morning stroll kind of breakfast.

While I had lived in Hulmeville for over ten years, I never had the opportunity to eat at the Coffee Cup Cafe in Penndel until today. It was great! It's a tiny place that hasn't been remodeled in forever - some would say your typical hole in the wall. Just the kind of place that I like. We were greeted immediately and told to sit at any of the available 8 tables or 7-8 counter seats. We sat at a table and were welcomed and offered beverages very quickly. The coffee was delicious! The menu is limited to the core eggs, omelettes, pancakes, breakfast sandwiches, and chipped beef on toast. Standard selection of breakfast, but very high quality. The 3 giant links of breakfast sausage that my wife ordered was top quality and browned to perfection. The food easily makes up for the lack of current decor. The servers were great and everyone was very friendly. Our breakfast for two totaled $16. The Coffee Cup Cafe has terrific food, is a great value and is well worth a visit.

Walked in and was WoW'd with how many coffee mugs where were everywhere. That was so neat! Waitress and food was very good. They only took cash! Which kinda sucked but is understandable. Very cute inside. Good times if your looking to meet nice people. More so for the older crowd. Isn't super cheap though... gonna pay as much as you would at ihop.

This is not a Denny`s or IHOP, but instead a very independent breakfast joint. You walk in and are shortly greeted like a friend. You gather your bearings as the decor is bit dated and there are dozens of coffee mugs hung on the walls. Most importantly, the food is good. From eggs, to large pancakes with options like blueberries, they have tasty options. And for your protein fix, you can also choose from a pork roll or scrapple in addition to the typical bacon or sausage. I would have liked the service to be faster, oh well.

Cute little place, small selection, but fast and delicious. Cash only.

The best little hole-in-the-wall breakfast place in the area. If you're tired of giant, musty diners that have 40 page menus but not a single thing actually worth eating, give this place a shot. They've got about 8 things on the menu, but they're all great. Straightforward, simple, good, and cheap. Incredibly great scrapple and sausages, too - not just some frozen Jimmy Dean crap from Sam's. Seriously, best scrapple I've ever had - just a massive, perfectly toasted and browned slab. And, hey, the inside may not be Momofuko, but it's charming enough. Cash only.

I love this place so much. When you walk in you feel like you've been taken back in time. Coffee cups of every type and design are hung on the walls proudly and displayed in a manner that you would expect paintings at an art museum. Wooden plaques with quirky little sayings are bountiful, and add a as much character as the workers within. The service is quick and pleasant, and the workers ensure that you are fully satisfied with your meal. Prices are great for a small diner, and portions are always beyond my expectations. I have a hard time not stopping by every single day, and if I was a bit more wealthy I probably would.
