Peeking duck dinner for two comes with won-ton soup, peeking duck, general Tsos chicken, and fried rice for 35 dollars. But yet last night I barely touched my food, and still ended up with an upset stomach, even this morning. To be honest this looks like more a take-out place, rather than a Chinese restaurant. I can understand that Chinatown may have had to cut staff because most of Bridgetown being closed, but to have two people, probably a husband and wife, run the restaurant was not acceptable. Tables were left un-bussed, and tables were served without order. We arrived two tables in front of others, yet they were served their meals first. The only highlight of the meal was the won ton soup which was yummy and served family style. Next course was the duck, it came out cold, and was limited. Not a lot of meat, and served with mu shu pancakes, plum sauce, and scallions. The plum sauce was jarred, not house made, and extremely salty. The scallions were nice in thought, but not necessary. Oh wait, did I mention that there were a couple of hairs under my mushu pancake. MMMMM Yum! I'm not one to complain though, unless its on yelp :p. My dad and I, were so not into the duck that we didn't finish it. Nothing like seeing fat, congealed on a dish, because it's so cold. Following that we were served house special fried rice which was doused in cooking oil. So greasy I could only stomach a couple of spoonfuls. Finally, the General Tsos...... Yuck half of the nuggets were breading, and I had to dig through them just to find small bits of meat. The sauce was heavy and the dish tasted candied. Finally, the broccoli was served raw on the plate. The only thing saving the place from one star was that our server, had a sense of humor, when it came to certain conversations. Otherwise, I can't recommend eating here.

Situated at the opposite end of strip stores from a CVS, there is easy access and good parking. When the Chinese restaurant closest to me, sent white rice mixed in soy sauce and charged for brown rice I was done. Chinatown Cafe is owned by Cary who left the craziness of Philly's Chinatown but brought the menu along. You are greeted warmly and seated promptly in his establishment. Above all else the food is wonderful. If you want cheap quick fried food, this place is not for you. The vegetables are fresh crisp and firm. Order them in the won-ton soup that is exquisite. Any of the dumplings are tremendous. I've only ever enjoyed the shrimp or chicken dishes and have never been disappointed.

We stopped by for lunch based on Urbanspoon reviews. The place is a bit small but comfortable. Lunch specials had good variety and reasonably priced. I enjoyed my pork and duck over baby bok choy which was amply sized. The highlight of my meal however, was the hot and sour soup which was nice and spicy. Service was ok, quick enough for business lunch. Will definitely be back. As of now, the best Chinese food in the NE, lower Bucks area.

China town cafe is our go-to Chinese restaurant. Their food really is as good as China town. I highly recommend the noodle soup, duck, ho fun (w/ sauce on the side), and general tso's.

Love this place! The owner moved from Philly's Chinatown to Bucks. If you remember the famous Joe's Peking Duck House, this is the same people. The noodle soups are out of this world, also amazing spring rolls. Always great food, best Chinese in the area.

This Chinese Restaurant is not your ordinary American-Chinese Restaurant. The food is better than other Chinese restaurant in the area (Feasterville, Langhorne area). The owner used to open a restaurant in Chinatown called Joe's Peking House but then he moved to the area. It's pricier than the restaurants in Chinatown but when I feel like eating Chinese food but not the drive, I'd go here instead. The menu selection is not that extensive, you'd get bored after a while but their special is worth to try.

This place was awesome. My boyfriend and I were craving Peking duck and we were so happy to find a local restaurant selling it in bucks County. We always would drive to Philly when we had the hankering. Their duck meal is also delicious and very generous. It came with some very delicious soup and fried rice. More food than we could finish, which made a great late night snack later than night. My only suggestion is they serve steamed bun with the duck instead of the pancake. Steamed bun just wraps everything up so nicely and makes for a better flavor combination than wraps do.

The food is definitely more expensive then you would expect for a take out Chinese restaurant, but the food is better quality than the average place. Their wontons are phenomenal. They are thin and light and allow the filling to stand out, not like the super thick, doughy wontons you normally get at cheaper places. When we get take out Chinese food, this is the place to go in Langhorne.

I'd give it 5 stars for the noodles and wontons. The beef chow fun wide noodles are pretty decent. Also the Singapore noodles are good having a curry flavor. I liked their duck fried rice. The string beans I had were good. A dish I did not like but can't remember the name -but had scallops and shrimp in it with pepper and salt. The scallops tasted like they were not fresh and in fact kind of off. If I had ordered noodles soup and rice dishes only I would have had no reservations giving 5. I see the few reviews here are very low and I would rate higher personally. Btw I served to several adults and kids all whom felt like they had a good meal. (take out). Bottom line, noodles shine here.

Awful awful food... Got four dishes for take out and threw away all of them. Even the most basic ingredients were stale. Worst food I have ever eaten.
Reheated! You know when you cook chicken, and you eat it 3 days later and it gets that funky flavor? That's what my chicken tasted like!! Also the chicken had a boiled consistency. Terrible. Ordered the chicken in garlic sauce, and a small hot and sour soup, $14.50. The garlic sauce tasted like sweet, cheap teriyaki sauce from Giant. The hot and sour soup tasted like pure vinegar. Just bad. Too bad, because it's really close to home. But terrible. Do not reheat your old boiled chicken!

THREW AWAY $50 OF FOOD. The food was disgusting, it was so spicy it took away from the taste of the food, and on top of everything it was NOT fresh and very stale. When we called to complain the owner was not accommodating, he was VERY rude and did not want to listen to what we had to say. WAY OVERPRICED AND NOT WORTH IT.

Chinatown Café is an refugee from Race Street, Philadelphia. Owner Cary is a Bucks County pioneer, coming to this frontier lacking in quality Chinese cuisine, and opening his shop several years ago because he saw an opportunity to be one of the first quality chefs to start a business. He knew there was a great need, and the socio/economic means to support it. He has succeeded. Chinatown Café stand above most of the rest of the Chinese restos in Central Bucks, if not the entire domain. The quality, taste, and overall gestalt of his shop are exceptional. From soup through fortune cookie, the dining experience feels wholesome and well suited to the Chinese/American palate. Cary knows what people like, and provides it at a high level. When inside his world, you feel you will be exiting onto 11th Street. This week I went in for lunch. Although there is a lunch special menu, after my recent experience with an awful lunch at another place, I did not want to go that way. So, I ordered off the main menu - Duck Fried Rice. I knew that Cary was a duck wizard. Out came a huge steaming platter loaded with well seasoned rice and big pieces of roast duck. It was enough for 6 people. It was moist, flavorful, and exactly what I wanted. Just Ducky! Cary and I chatted a bit about our businesses, and when he realized I spent time in China, he brought out a bowl of Wonton Soup for me to sample. Very nice of him to do so. The broth was rich, golden and as good as my Jewish grandmother made. Swimming easily in the bowl were several fancy goldfish wontons, with nearly translucent skin, and silky tails. Stirring the mix gave the impression that the wontons were alive and enjoying themselves peacefully in a koi pond. I think this style wonton is actually called, "Butterfly Wonton," but they look like goldfish to me. The last remains of the Duck Fried Rice sits in my refrigerator awaiting consumption. I have enjoyed it daily since the visit. I have to finish it before I can go back for more. Four Stars with a Bullet. I have to see what Chinatown Café does not the spicy end of the spectrum to be completely in love.
