Very good place to go for drinks and dinner. It's not cheap and that is a good thing. Ingredients taste fresh and there is an attention to detail that is appreciated. Apps, salad, drinks, main course, dessert all received rave reviews from everyone at the table. Would definitely go back.

Many friends have told me to try bonefish grill. So desided to give in and go for dinner. I like how tables and seating are set up. Much to choose from on the menu, when it comes to seafood. One of the best parts are the bread and oil they bring out at the beginning. We all know that seafood Is high price no matter where you go. And is understandable. But i ordered the shrimp and scallops with potatoes. For my Dinner. I was disappointed in the amount they gave me. I'm glad I ordered a appetizer before my meal because the plate of dinner I got would have never filled me up. I got mussels for the appetizer and was definitely good and worth it. I would have been better off having that and another appetizer to fill me up. Then my dinner plate. I hope they add alittle more to the plates. Would be nice. But for me I won't go back again for another seafood meal. Many things need to change for me to even think of giving it a try again.

We are fans of Bonefish Grill and have eaten at them in Florida, New Jersey etc This one missed the mark. It seemed more like a Burger King than a nice restaurant. I had a great drink and the food was ok. Service was ok nothing special. I would choose another location this one was weak.

This is one of the best Bone Fish restaurants I have been too. They have alway exceeded my expectations. The warm bread is really good but if you like it soft you need to request it that way. Also everyone loves the bang bang shrimp appetizer but I like the coconut shrimp. Enjoy.

This is a very nice place to go for dinner! There is a lot of variety of food on the menu, with appetizers, salads, soup, surf, and turf. There is a lot of room in the place, with plenty of seating and a bar. I had an appetizer of their bang bang shrimp, and meal of shrimp and scallops with green beans and broccoli. The shrimp and scallops were amazing! I normally don't like broccoli and green beans, but these green beans and broccoli were amazing! Also, their bang bang shrimp was amazing! Not to mention the service was tremendous! But if you go, make a reservation, because it gets crowded at around 5:30. The reason this review is four stars is because the portions aren't too big. I recommend getting an appetizer and dessert to fill yourself. I highly recommend bonefish grill!

The place is hit or miss with the food but most of the food wasn't really that bad. It's not going to be a place that I ever look to go to again, but if you live in the area, it's not terrible for a bite or happy hour. The staff was cordial and though the place was loud, I kind of dig the way the place was setup. When it comes to meat temps etc, I wouldn't expect them to hit their mark consistently (the way I feel about stuff like that, unless it's fine dining--you're expecting too much).

What a perfect Sunday Brunch. Not a buffet and therefore less waste and better for the waistline ( something I used to have). Entrees were very good, gourmet at least. Hollandaise was fresh and delicious and that is hard to find in Lower Bucks. Our server was friendly and exceeded all the standards, Amy. Champaign cocktails were tasty and poured with perfection first mimosa's to toast my b-day and then Passion Fruit, very good albeit the fruit was artificial syrup.

Great services. Terrible food. What was described as a Maryland Crab Cake was actually a crab salad flashed under the broiler. a warm mushy mess that I was told was served that way by design as its 99 percent crab meat. Please see photo. I had a Kobe burger with bacon. The bacon had the slimy piece of uncooked bacon fat at the end. Yum. Like that little piece of fat in the can of baked beans. My french fries were not crispy or brown and they only had honey mustard. Who has burgers on a menu and not even regular mustard? The seasonal vegetables that came with the wife's trout was couscous...last I checked a pasta. It was served luke warm and still had the shape of the pan it was cooked in. That square over cooked paste theme. I think they may have issues in the kitchen.

Had a reservation for 4 at 7:00 on 7/18 and were promptly seated. Drinks were ordered and food order placed. Our waiter was Brian and he didn't give two of us set-ups so we had to ask a passing waiter for silverware and napkins. The food arrived but the 6 oz fillet was undercooked and had to be sent back. After a couple of fork-fulls of my wild sockeye salmon I found the center raw and had to flag down Brian to also send it back. We waited over 10 minutes before someone said our food would be right out - meanwhile our wives had finished their meals. The fillet was delivered first and I told the waiter I no longer wanted my meal as two at our table had already finished their meal. As assistant manager stopped by and apologized - offering to pack it up for take-home but I wasn't interested. She did give us four free desserts and took my meal off the tab. I think the manager should have stopped by immediately after returning the fillet and then after returning the salmon. The kitchen should have prioritized the order to ensure it would get to us ASAP. This didn't happen - and I think they should know how to properly cook fillets and fish. When the bill came, Brian again apologized but forgot to give us a pen to sign the receipt. I doubt we'll be returning - while the salmon was very good and the fillet eventually properly cooked, the adventure of dining out was ruined by poor preparation and management.

The service was great, the server was attentive and friendly. We ordered an appetizer, some avocado caprese salad, which was good. They even plated it on two plates so we could share. For dinner, i ordered "blackened tacos" with greens (hold the lime crema), and my girlfriend had the shrimp tacos with chips. After a short wait, the dishes came out. I ended up with fish tacos (with lime crema) and chips, my girlfriend the shrimp tacos with greens. that was all backwards, but no biggie. I then took a bite of my taco, and the soft shell was like boot leather. I couldn't even tear it with my hands. They weren't even foldable. Ok, I could totally tear it, but it wasn't easy. I told the server , who was great, and she apologized and took it back. My gfs tacos were good, but the shells were also not the greatest. She ate the innards and left the shells. My tacos came back out, and were charmin soft and warm. Hooray. As for the insides, nothing was "blackened" and they were more like shredded fish. I hated the lime crema, but that's just me. I didn't want it anyway, but didn't want to pile it on this server. In summation, the people were nice, food was ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

A great place to go for dinner with your significant other. If you are a seafood loved it is a real nice place to go. I highly recommend the Bang Bang shrimp! When you order fish you get to order the seasoning. If you are a little on the daring side, you can get the seasoning on the side so you can try it and if you do not like it they will bring you a different seasoning. They also have a fairly large selection of wine but you will wait if you go on a Saturday or Friday night.

I went here a little while back and have visited other bonefish franchises in the past. It is a decent dining experience. The menu isn't very vast and can be pricey. I feel the portions can be a bit small as well. The environment, at this location, is very tight, packed in and often loud. I usually can barely see very well due to the low lighting and I just generally feel uncomfortable with the layout/general environment here.
This is more of a nice date place than a happy hour spot, or maybe for a 29 year old Latina, this is just too classy for my people. BUT my nonprofit salary is happy that there are $5 drinks and even better $5 appetizers. This is only a review of their happy hour (5-7PM). Here are the things you should order, and if you're allergic to shrimp, just stab yourself with an epi-pen, it's worth it. Buy some: Bang, bang shrimp Shrimp Tacos Gorganzola Kettle Chips The spiked Blackberry Elixir drink if you like something soft, Blood Orange Paloma if you like margaritas and Hawaiian martinis if you want it to feel like happy hour. There is plenty of parking and does not get packed at all, then again it was during the week. So get a few girls, drink a few Hawaiian martinis (they were the best) and get that delicious bang bang shrimp, but share it and make a friend.

The wait was long and the server was simply inattentive and actually quite jerky when I asked about the meal. I'll go somewhere else from now on. I'm pretty surprised I didn't review this place yet. Okay, so I'm back on the seafood train and I really enjoy Bonefish. Mainly because it reminds me of what chain restaurants used to be 20 years ago. When Red Lobster was pretty awesome, and it was a special treat that actually felt like a treat. Bonefish Grille is a chain, but so far the food has been very good and on par with what I'd get in Philadelphia's local restaurants. The service here is okay. Not great, not bad. It's just in the middle. Staff is neither overly friendly or rude. They don't seem to go out of their way to really make you feel welcome and sometimes they don't even seem all that professional, but they are good with checking in with you and refilling drinks, etc. I just wish they were a bit more friendly. The appetizers have been pretty good, though their one appetizer, the bang bang shrimp is exactly like every other restaurant's bang bang shrimp. Nothing special here. The other night when I was here, the special appetizer of the evening was the saucy scallops and shrimp with goat cheese and kalamata olives. One word: amazing. The seasonal side veggie is almost always a treat. The other night it was garbanzo beans with some other stuff mixed in and it was very tasty and filling. So much better than the standard white rice/jasmine rice side and steamed vegetables. In fact, you don't have to eat steamed veggies here unless you want to. You've got a nice choice of delicious mashed potatoes with garlic, pumpkin ravioli (SO GOOD) and other solid choices. I highly recommend those pumpkin ravioli, though. Pretty much everything on the menu here is good. The atmosphere is also nice. Dimly lit, romantic. Great for date nights. This is where my boyfriend and I choose to go when we have date night in the suburbs. You should consider going here, too.

We walk in about 8:30pm .. We sit down to eat..They bring out the appetizers and we think, wow what a great restaurant. The waitress says "would you like some bread" we say sure. We get our food and still no bread.. So we ask, can we get some bread, she says "well the last time i checked it was still in the oven" What?? Get it out of the dam oven!! My wife ask for lemonade.. "uh... they ran out"... I Said make sure you cook my steak well done, steak comes back completely raw on the inside.. I think they just grab random people of the street when they are short and ask them to wait on tables.. just one thing after another... bad service.. we will never go back!

Great food but large portions. We were able to get in with no wait at 6:15 on a Saturday. The place was full already just no crazy waits. The hostess got my son a booster, crayons and menu in no time and our food was out on time. We ordered the calamare, ceviche as appetizers. Yum to both! The ceviche was limey and savory (as it should be) and the calamare packed a surprising amount of flavor. My husband ordered the sea bass and I got the bam bam tacos. The tacos are generous. Both the hubbie and I went Whoa when they brought it over. It was great but would've liked to know the portion was generous. At $13 that in itself is a steal and would have been enough . I loved everthing as did the hub. There are a ton of things in the menu I want to try, but well save it for another time.

For being a chain restaurant the quality of the food is outstanding. This is location is not even on the same level as " the other " big seafood chain restaurant. The specials have always been interesting and very appealing. The price is right for the quality and experience. My suggestion would be to try out any drink recommendation a server has to offer as well. They have not disappointed yet.

I travel all over the country and this location has the worst service of any Bonefish I've eaten at. I dined on a Monday night, the place was quite empty. When I walked in the guy at the hostess stand didn't acknowledge me - he just starred at me. A young girl then asked if she could help me. My waiter was not friendly and seemed to be annoyed by the fact he was even there. About 10 minutes after receiving my food the waiter asked me if everything was "perfect" as he walked by. Mind you, he didn't stop to ask. Nor was he interested in my response. The food was good but nothing special. You get out of people what you put into them. Obviously the management here hasn't invested a whole lot in their people.

3 words...completely effing overrated. Went last night for dinner..had reserves but still had a 15 minute wait, which was fine. Sat down, ordered drinks, heard the specials, ect. Ordered an app (the crab, shrimp, scallop dip), salads, and our entrees. Mistake number one was that the salads came out first, followed immediately by the app. So basically, the hot app sat there getting cold while we ate the salads. The waitress finally brought the bread (which was fantastic) as we finished with the salads. The app was gross. Tasted super fishy and was just awful. After the app and salads, the entrees took a loooooong time. It definitely could have been spaced out better. I had the special, it was a mahi filet with lobster and crab topping. The fish and lobster were both overcooked and tasted like rubber and the heavy cream sauce was awful. The broccoli was good (how do you mess that up), and unfortunately, the best part of the meal was the spaghetti squash. My H's fish was undercooked, and the au gratin potatoes were like soup. Our waitress never came back to check on us, I had to ask for plates for the apps, practically beg for another drink, and they never cleared out the salad or app plates. I was totally not impressed by the food or the service. I won't be back again. Thumbs down!

The Bang Bang shrimp was over cooked and over breaded...and lacking in the "bang" department. Would go here 3-4 times a week in the summer, when it first opened but a year later only a couple things on the menu changed =( My favorite was the sea bass till I found out your only supposed to eat it occassionally. I liked the salads but not the non fish items. Bang bang shrimp too fried and saucy. Mussels loaded with butter. I like how you can pick the sides, especially not the house side (possibly made in a big batch so taste isn't uniform). I almost always got a different server, maybe it's a training facility? Some were awesome, others not so much. Cell phone service only if you sit near the door. Does get crowded so go early or late if you don't want to wait. Desserts uninspired and heavy.

Traveling for work, I stayed in the outer suburbs of Philadelphia. The worst thing about that is the lack of respectable dining besides the mall neighboring restaurants. It's like knowing the menu before you even get off the plane, boring and without adventure. Luck was on my side, and with help from my best travel buddy, Yelp, I was able to find a seafood restaurant with a catchy name, Bonefish Grill. Although a corporate chain, I've never had it before. In addition, it was conveniently located with quarter of a mile to my hotel. Immediately impressed by the front entry, with a heat lamp and cushioned outdoor couches, I was also blown away by the lavish interior decor. The use of soft tones with rich wood grains throughout, was a perfect marine scene, appropriate for a seafood restaurant. Since I was dining alone, missing my Janet, I sat at the bar to enjoy a drink and dinner. To start I ordered from their Bar-Fresh Cocktails menu, which includes specialties for around $5. I sipped on the Spiked Blackberry Elixir, which was a impressive delight of Malibu rum, fresh blackberries, sage, fresh lemon juice and coconut water. I couldn't believe how cheap the drink was, this would be an easy $10 specialty at any other place. I was straying from anything battered, as my palate was craving fresh grilled fish. I discovered the Chilean Sea Bass (6 oz for $27.50) garnished with sweet and spicy mango salsa, and grilled to moist perfection over wood burning grill. The piece was quite thick, allowing the exterior to be blackened with the interior preserved moist. Eavesdropping on a conversation between the manager and another customer, I deducted that the fresh fish comes from a well respected source, the ProFish distributor (featured on the TV show Bizzare Foods America). I also chose the steamed asparagus, which was crunchy and buttery in flavor. The dish came with garbanzo beans garnished with bits of spinach and garlic, if I recall correctly. Nonetheless, it was quite fantastic. I left the place with a healthy conscious mind, as I skipped dessert; however, it took about five minutes of mental negotiation regarding the coconut pie with hand made whip. The staff and service at the bar was excellent, and on par with most fine dining restaurant's table service. They helped me navigate through the menu, as I was specific with my dining needs. They also made my drink less sweet per my request. All in all, I had an delightful experience without complaints. The experience would have been even more memorable if Janet dined with me. I'm certain, I'll be returning to this neck of the woods, and will definitely visit to discovered another great catch for the evening.

It was my first time at Bonefish grill. It was an ok experience. Was pretty packed but the atmosphere was still nice and comfortable. We had the bang bang shrimp as an appetizer. My bf loved it. I liked it. I just didn't care for the creamy sauce but besides that it was pretty good. Our entrees were the Tilapia Imperial and filet mignon. Which were both delicious. Our total was about $75 after the tip. so not extremely expensive but not cheap either. Overall we had a good experience, although we both agreed that we probably won't be back only because there menu didn't appeal to us. Not many options

The service was a little stilted; a function of the particular server who cared for our table; but most of them (men, in the past) have been jovial and knowledgeable to a fault. Not great. First ingredient you taste in their food is SALT. The place is a bit more upscale than one would find at "Olive Garden" but the food is just as bad and not worth the price. The cocktails were great as well as the wait staff. Also a bit noisy for my taste.

Our anniversary dinner plans with dear friends fell through when we visited the east coast for a family wedding. On top of that, it was the only rainy day of our 8 day stay. Bummer, but there was a light at the end of the proverbial tunnel and it was Bonefish Grill! We had been wanting to try it since before we moved out west (embarrassed to say that was 8 years ago). Now we live in Napa which is pretty much the food capital of the world anymore so we are not easy to please. Bonefish hit the mark on many levels. Service was AMAZING! Everyone went out of their way with smiles and attention. We mentioned it was our anniversary and the manager appeared with two glasses of prosecco on the house! We ordered way too much food because everything sounded so good. Oh well, we left uncharacteristically stuffed! We started with the calamari which we both agreed was the best we had ever had. I had the Sirloin Steak & Crab Cake Dinner but upgraded to the Fliet - perfection. Ralph had the Chilean Sea Bass with Warm Mango Salsa. We never have dessert but we splurged (cheated) and had creme brule (my weakness) and key lime pie. On top of the great food, the service was attentive and friendly making it a perfect anniversary celebration.

yes, it is a chain, yes, i did give it 5 stars. this was my first time here after so many rave reviews...after a long drive i stopped in here. the review should prob be 4.5 cause the pesto dip that came with the bread was salty but the bread was delicious...5 it is. i sat at the bar but the service was excellent and never lacking anything and they were on top of making sure i always had a drink. i ordered the sea bass with the asian sauce (recommended by the bartender) with the green beans (haricot verts) and the seasonal side were carrots and everything was delicious, i ate it all, which is rare for me. i look forward to my next bonefish grill visit!

Just like their name implies they specialize in many varieties of fresh fish and many variations as to how it can be prepared and topped. I adore fish and shellfish, Michael ( the hubs ) loves shellfish but always has turned his nose up to fresh fish, so needless to say I was both in awe and in shock when he ordered the salmon. Not only did he order the salmon, but he ordered the salmon special, which was topped with sauteed spinach, crispy bacon and a creamy Gorgonzola cheese sauce! Hello, we're sharing! With the salmon came squash, which I ended up eating, he does draw his lines, although he did enjoy the herbed jasmine rice. I had four appetizers, simply because I could not make up my mind and as I said, we did share. The appetizer portions are humongous, one alone is very filling, so needless to say, we brought a lot home. The salmon was a very large portion, cooked beautifully and I loved the flavor combination of the toppings. I had to order the famous Bang Bang shrimp which were crispy and tossed in a creamy, spicy sauce. I've had these before and it is no wonder many other restaurants have copied this idea. However, for my money, the Saucy Shrimp were absolutely delightful and if I had to choose this is the one I would order. A huge round plate of unbreaded sauteed shrimp tossed with lime, sundried tomatoes, kalamata olives and plenty of feta cheese, delicious! Our other two appetizers were the twin crab cakes, jumbo lump crab cakes for sure, served with a spicy remoulade sauce. The sauce was needed to kick them up a bit as the cakes themselves did not have much flavor, however they were pretty well all lump crab meat. Last, but certainly not least were six crispy, jumbo coconut shrimp topped with crispy ginger and a sweet and spicy Thai sauce, yum. Their side dishes are three dollars each and I had to have the potatoes au gratin, so cheesy with real melted cheeses throughout, some of the best I have ever had. A basket of their own baked bread is very good and served warm with an infused oil for dipping. Jarrad was our very competent and friendly server, this location is fairly new and they were quite busy. I wish they offered more soups, especially during the cold months, but they only have one and that is a crab and corn chowder, neither hubby nor I are into corn chowder, just too sweet. We used a gift card that we received last Christmas and Bonefish is part of a string of chains, including Fleming's Steakhouse, Carrabba's, Roy's and Outback and the gift card could have been used at any of these, but Michael and I were both thrilled with our dining experience at Bonefish Grill and we will return. Must mention they also have a cool seating area on their front sidewalk with couches, end and coffee tables, chairs and heaters. The four of us showed up at 7:30 and they said it would be an hour wait for a table. My wife and daughter looked for room at the bar and they quickly latched onto four bar stools. The waitress was quick and the food was very good. All of us had various fish dishes. What else? Scallops, shrimp, sea bass and flounder. If you can get by the waiting time, this is a great restaurant.

Mmm!!!! That's the first thing that came into my mind when thinking about Bonefish Grill. I've been there twice (once to Langhorne, once to Willow Grove) and I enjoyed the service and the food at both locations. We started with the bang bang shrimp. How could we not? Almost every review on yelp mentions them. :) They DEFINITELY lived up to my expectations. Flavorful, creamy, spicey, crunchy, and they don't skimp on the portion! Some shrimp appetizers at other establishments give you 6 shrimp and you're like "Huh?" This was a satisfying app. For our entrees, I ordered the lobster tails and my fiance had the stuffed tilapia. We were both very pleased with our meals. My lobster was perfectly cooked, tasted fresh, and was served just as I like it- with a butter tray that is kept warm by a lit candle beneath it. My fiance let me taste a piece of his stuffed tilapia (stuffed with crab, shrimp, and scallops I believe) and it was also very tasty! The service is also something to be mentioned. Very attentive wait staff and friendly as well. If you love seafood- you gotta try this place. If you're anything like us, you'll be back for more!!!

The food was pretty good. But by far the worst service I have ever seen. The hostess was nice to find us a table - we were a large party though it was close to 9 pm on a week day. Took forever to get the table ready. Out waiter - was curt and outright rude. The staff bringing in the food - extremely rude in answering questions about when our food would be out. We had kids in the party who were starving and apparently it wasn't acceptable to ask when our food would be ready, especially when we didn't even get the bread at our table without asking. When we wanted to order refills of our cocktails and couldn't get our waiters attention - the only person who we could get to respond - Rude again!! After the dinner, no offer to pack the left overs. Didn't offer the dessert menu and just automatically brought in the chk!!! It's a good think I don't live in PA and was only driving through. Guess who won't be returning there again!! I just wish I knew and could call out the staff by their names so future guests could recognize if they ever visited!

I loved this restaurant! I went to Bonefish Grille for the first time last week, and was very impressed. A very short wait and myself, wife, and mom in law were seated. service was awesome and we were checked on through the meal. I liked the house salad and the dressing was very good. the bread that arrived was very nice, warm , and crusty, delicious in the spiced olive oil served along side. I had twin lobster tails, and my wife and MIL had crab cakes. My lobsters were tender and succulent, cooked just right. The crab cakes were top notch with no filler, just lump crab meat. The au gratin potatoes and veggies were so good too. In short awesome food, attentive and friendly service, and I am going back here for some great seafood!

I've gone to the Willow Grove location several times with no complaints. Been to Langhorne location also several times and have been less than impressed. Layout can best be described as cramped. The tables are literally on top of each other. Ordered calamari which was inedible due to being over cooked. Server was told and she sent over the manager who was polite and as he should removed calamari from our bill. My entree was also disappointing it came out lukewarm. As a concept and brand I like Bonefish however this location is a disservice to the brand.

Wonderful Sunday brunch! We started with an order of bang bang shrimp (never anything but amazing!) and brunch cocktails. Two of us had the delicious frittata & another had the shrimp with corn cake. The food was absolutely delicious, and the only slightly negative comment was that the corn cake was a bit heavy. Service was excellent! I highly recommend the brunch. BTW the regular menu is also offered at brunch.

Bonefish Grill is known for their fish, although the selection is lacking. The Chilean Sea Bass sounded good, but I didn't want to spend $27.00, a bit pricey. I had the Lucy's Chicken which was really good as an alternative to fish. My mother, who is not a fish eater, ordered the Kobe burger, medium. When she began to eat it, it was RAW in the middle...not RARE, RAW. That is not acceptable, as my mom is 88 and she (and others possibly) could get sick by eating such uncooked meat. They were generoous to "comp" the burger, but by this time, we just wanted to leave. Not to mention, they somehow lost the card I put the meal on; only to find it 20 minutes later. So 2 stars for the 2 incidents of negativity I experienced. And, no, I would not return.

We've eaten here once before and enjoyed it. Not today. Things started out well enough. My wife began with a Caesar salad which had just right amount of dressing. I began with the Corn Chowder with Lump Crab. The corn flavor was pleasantly distinct and the crab pieces were detectable and delectable. However, the cayenne was too heavy handed and gave it a punishing aftertaste. The entrees arrived and were disappointing. My wife had an entree of Imperial Longfin Tilapia. The toppings (shrimp, crab, scallops) were generous but, like the fish itself, were overwhelmed by the "smoke" flavor. I had grilled Longfin Tilapia (not the Imperial). It was awful. The fish fillet was so uniformly and intensely "smoke" flavored, it seemed like the entire fillet was marinated in 'Liquid Smoke' for 12 hours before cooking. Following the menu recommendation, I asked for lemon butter to accompany the fillet. I could taste neither lemon nor butter. Instead it was a piece of "smokey" fish slathered with vegetable oil. This was tragic since the fish was properly cooked and could have been a treat. We both had succotash which was the default side. It was slightly undercooked (even if steamed). We both choose the same extra side dish: fresh tomato slices with feta and fresh basil. The balsamic dressing was good. Service was excellent.

ok food, terrible service! Had reservations for a party of 4 at 6:30pm on Mother's Day. With the reservations we still had to sit outside for 35 minutes waiting to be seated. Once seated inside and given our menus I was ready to order, (given the ample wait time outside I glanced over the menu outside) I ordered the Imperial Tilapia. Ten minutes after placing my order the waitress informed me that they were out of Tilapia and offered Chilean Sea Bass as an alternative fish (done imperial style) but with a cost of $10 dollars more for a near total of a $30 dollar dish. I opted for a different entree all together. Then we all waited an hour to be served our entree's. Once we had been served 10 minutes went by when the waitress first approached the table to see if we wanted boxes to go. It wasn't our fault we were taking so much time up at her table. Food was just okay, didn't taste good nor bad. It was just plain seafood. We left disappointed with a Mother's false reassuring of a good time. I will not be back Bonefish Grill.

Tried this place for the first time last week with my mother-in-law when we were looking for a new restaurant to try. I was a skeptical at first because I had heard mixed things about going here. We ordered bang chicken, two dinner specials, and dessert. Food was excellent. I had the dory monaco and it was alright. I found my mother-in-law's pompano to be much better. The dessert, a peanut butter and jelly bread pudding, was one of the most amazing things I've ever had. It was fairly crowded when we arrived but we were seated within ten minutes. Overall, our dining experience was great. Brendan, our server, was polite and took care of everything for us. I'm happy that our experience was a good one. I wouldn't make this a regular restaurant only because I would be afraid that it wouldn't consistently be good. I say this because I can see how quickly a busy night (like the bang shirmp nights) could be chaotic and mediocre. However for this particular visit, I was pleased.

Was here on a Friday night. Wait was really long, 65 minutes. We had called for reservations, but they said that the first reservation was at 9:45; however, that they reserve 2/3 of their seating for walk-ins. There was NO WAY to get a seat at the bar, or at any of the hightops to wait. Fortunately, when they say 65 minutes, they mean 65 minutes. We drove across the street to the Barnes and Noble to kill about 40 minutes, and came back just in case. Still no way to get 2 chairs at the bar or the hightops. The wicker chairs outside had large propane heaters, but it still wasn't warm enough for a cold night. Wound up sitting in the car for another 20 minutes. Sure enough, 65 minutes on the dot, we were paged. Sat down immediately thereafter. Our cute waiter, upon being asked what his favorites were, admitted that he didn't eat fish. The nicest, cutest, most polite and affable guy, but a waiter in a fish restaurant that doesn't eat fish? Interesting. Got their signature Bang Bang Shrimp. it was good. Although they used rock shrimp, which to me is a little tasteless and the texture is watery, but the sauce made up for it. Not really spicy, but flavorful. I also got the Imperial ___ (fill in your fish, they have different variations, I got some sea bass) which was good, although now that I look back on it, I wish I had ordered a simpler dish in order to taste the fish. However, it wasn't dried out, like some stuffed fishes would be, and it was fairly succulent and was flavorful without being overwhelming - I could still discern between all of the different types of seafood. Hubby got the seared tuna. He loved it, although I figure you can get tuna anywhere, but that's just me. We finished off with dessert - I had the key lime, which was pleasantly tinged green, as it should be, and was tart and sweet. Bottom line: Food was good, it didn't disappoint, but it wasn't absolutely fabulous. It was also quite pricey, and the wait was obnoxious, although they delivered a table when they said they would. I'd go again if there were others interested in going, but it wouldn't be my first choice.

Been there twice, and it was excellent both times. Modern decor, quick super-friendly service, and everything was FRESH and COOKED RIGHT! My shrimp diablo fettucine had an insane amount of shrimp in it, and was very flavorful. The only criticism I can recall was a slight layer of dust on the half-wall separating the bar area from the main dining room. Headed into Bonefish Grille, which as part of a chain is generally not a choice I prefer, but via my Bank Of America Visa points program I earned a $50 gift card, so off we went. The Bang Bang Shrimp were tasty and large enough to share, Don's Fish and Chips were well made and good, my Wolffish special with garlic mashed was good. Not great, the fish texture was a tad underdone. The mashed potatoes were somewhat runny and a bit grainy. The fish was topped with creamed spinach, which also was runny and rather bland. Carrots were sweet, which I don't love. Service was great, a bit too fast and pushy, but certainly good. All in all, a decent place, worth another try, though not a home run.

I've only been here twice. I liked it the first time and I think I very well may have loved it the second time. It can be a tad pricey if you're used to hitting up Chili's or Red Robin, but it isn't really all that much more. The Cesar salad was great, I liked the crab cakes and I'm not even all that big on seafood. The Bang Bang shrimp are extremely popular but I thought they were just okay. This is the sort of place that if I went to a few more times I might give a five star rating... but it hasn't quite made it there yet. But still really good.

We were shopping at the mall and had a craving for seafood so we decided to try Bonefish Grill. It received good reviews so we wanted to give it a try. The food was good, average or a little better, but did not blow us away. The real downer was the service. The waitress we had openly admitted she did not like and never ate seafood when ask for a suggestion between two meals. In fact she suggested the meal that had less flavor because they did not like seafood. At most higher end restaurants the staff try's each meal so they know and can speak about the meals to customers. The attention paid to us was nothing to write home about and or order had an error in it that we did not know until the bill arrived, the size delivered was larger than we ordered. When asked they admitted the mistake and offered to change it we wanted them to but the change should have been automatic with asking us. The bottom line on this was that the food was good, average or a little better, but nothing that blew us away. If at the mall again and in the mood for seafood we would consider it an option but it would not warrant the 20 - 30 minute drive when we have other places just as good or better in our area.

first thing I will say is that I never go to chain restaurants because usually chain restaurants taste very badly or are very very salty. but I decided to go to this restaurant because even though it is a chain restaurants there do not exist many of them off this name. and everyone around my area has said that the food is amazing and all of the reviews on those sites say the food is amazing also. so I'll order the salmon with the one scoop of mashed potatoes and one scoop of something else. my date ordered the raw tuna which came with mixed vegetables and was very good. before the meal they brought out our bread which was very good with a side of oil, which is olive oil and Italian seasoning mixed in .the Bang Bang shrimp or very good but we did not have them at table but we did try the sampler outside when we were waiting. we also had the wrapped bacon around the skull apps for appetizer. 4 of them come on the plate for 8 bucks. she had two glasses of wine and a glass of raspberry martini. I had a 2 mojitos and also a cappuccino martini. the bill was $100 even. I always tip 20 percent anywhere I go for food. so I popped on $125 as the total. the food was very very good. the salmon was very good. her tuna was good. anything with bacon is good. the mojitos were missing something. the raspberry martini was delicious. the cappuccino martini was amazing. the service was very very good and was the best service I have received at any restaurant. it was a Saturday and they open at 3 p.m. On Saturdays and close at 11 p.m. Or midnight. we got there at 3 o'clock sharp and the place was filled to the brim within 3 hours. and it was half filled by 4 p.m.. so if you want to go to this restaurant I highly recommend that you call and make reservations around 11 o'clock a.m. Or noon. I will definitely come back to this restaurant when I want to have a nice time out. I'm taking one star off because I feel that my plate was half empty because it was half empty. they should offer three sides instead of two sides because the plate was half white. more food please. So happy they opened another location here! Dined here on a Wednesday night and it was packed. It may be because it just recently opened, but I was happy that we had a reservation. The host staff were very friendly. We arrived early for our reservation so had to wait a few minutes, which wasn't a problem. They have a comfortable waiting area and a server designated for those waiting. She was very attentive and offered us beverages and to answer any questions on the menu. Once we were seated our server was also very friendly and made some great suggestions. I started with the corn crab chowder, which was absolutely delicious! He warned us that it was a little spicy, and I'm not one for spice, but it was perfection. For my entree I had the Imperial Longfin, which is one of their signature entrees. It's fresh halibut stuffed with shrimp, scallops, and crab... pure heaven! We were too stuffed to enjoy dessert, but I'm sure everything would be great. Can't wait to come back!

I've tried two Bonefish Grilles. The first one was off Rte 38 or thereabouts. It was my husband's choice. I had never heard of the restaurant before. I gave him 5 stars for his choice. I had that good a time and was that impressed. It was so nice inside and yet the menu is very reasonable and the service is great. You feel like you are in a five-star restaurant. We eat out a lot and we do eat at a lot of chain restaurants, but and I would classify this one (service, interior design, food preparation and presentation) as upscale. You can bring a date here and still impress. I also like that you can sit outside on soft comfy sofas even in winter and enjoy a drink. They have outdoor heaters. We get there early and we always eat at the bar. If you hit happy hour on Wednesdays, you can get their famous Bang Bang Shrimp for half price and some pretty good martinis really cheap. The bartenders are friendly and keep your drinks filled without being pushy.

I had possibly the worst salad ever here. I ordered the Florida Cobb salad, which was supposed to have avocado and mango. It had neither. There were maybe one or two pieces of bleu cheese, tops. What it had was loads of pepita seeds, which weren't even on the menu. Anyone with an allergy to pepitas would be dead after takign a bite. The manager came over and said he didn't know what happened, and asked where the mangoes were. Who knows? They sure weren't on my salad. I ate here with my mom, who had a cup of soup and a "Warm Spinach Salad". The waitress said there wasn't anything warm about the salad except for the dressing, but when it came out, even that wasn't warm. The manager was very nice and he took both items off the bill. I paid for two sangrias, which were good, and a cup of soup, which also was good. The manager said he too was frustrated that the supposed warm spinach salad wasn't warm. But as with all of the chains, the kitchen prepares the food the way corporate tells them to. I have no interest in going back to try anything else because if you ask me, any place that screws up a salad, like they did my salad, is not to be trusted. I also thought the interior was very dark, like someone was trying to hide dirt. I'm not saying that it was, but it was so dim it was hard to tell. I can see having atmospheric lighting, but this was like dark dining. Also, I have no idea why there was a big bowl full of chopsticks on the table when hardly any food on the menu is Asian or requires chopsticks.

Went here this past Sunday for a quick meal with my parents, and we were very impressed, especially since this place is a chain. After only a five minute wait, we were escorted to our table. The restaurant is crowded with tables and is quite loud, but the decor is very nice and reminded me of being at the beach. We were immediately greeted by our server, who, upon learning that we had never been to Bonefish, explained the whole menu and pointed out his favorites. My father and I opted for the grilled fish entree, which comes with the seasonal vegetable and a choice of side. Coincidently, we both chose the shrimp and scallops with lemon butter sauce, and jasmine rice. I really enjoyed the dish: the fish was cooked perfectly and was complemented by the buttery sauce. I wish there was a little more lemon, though. I expected the rice to be kind of bland, but it was warm and flavorful with herbs. The seasonal vegetable, a succotash of corn, soybeans, and a few other legumes, was forgettable. My mother chose the grilled salmon with pan asian sauce and garlic whipped potatoes. She said both were excellent. I can definitely agree with her, as I tasted her salmon and almost wish I had ordered it too! The portions were just the right size, so we didn't get that normal "roll me to the car" feeling that we normally get after eating at a chain. I will definitely return here, especially to try other sauces that come with the grilled specials. And also the bang bang shrimp and cocktails, all of which looked delicious. Even though this area is crawling with chain restaurants, this is one you should choose!

The bang bang shrimp and ahi are great. Relaxing atmosphere although the floor at times gets dangerously slippery. Can get very packed. I had a great experience with Bonefish on NYE. The place was packed but the service was great, and even though there was a wait the bar was a nice area to wait. My party ended up sitting at the bar, and the bartenders were awesome! We enjoyed our dinner and drinks and had an overall nice experience. When a place is as busy as Bonefish was last night, I feel sometimes service isn't the best, but our drinks were quickly brought to us and our food was cooked to perfection!

One of the best parts are the bread and oil they bring out at the beginning. We all know that seafood Is high price no matter where you go. And is understandable. But i ordered the shrimp and scallops with potatoes. For my Dinner. I was disappointed in the amount they gave me. I'm glad I ordered a appetizer before my meal because the plate of dinner I got would have never filled me up. I got mussels for the appetizer and was definitely good and worth it. I would have been better off having that and another appetizer to fill me up. Then my dinner plate. I hope they add alittle more to the plates. Would be nice. But for me I won't go back again for another seafood meal. Many things need to change for me to even think of giving it a try again.

This is a very nice place to go for dinner! There is a lot of variety of food on the menu, with appetizers, salads, soup, surf, and turf. There is a lot of room in the place, with plenty of seating and a bar. I had an appetizer of their bang bang shrimp, and meal of shrimp and scallops with green beans and broccoli. The shrimp and scallops were amazing! I normally don't like broccoli and green beans, but these green beans and broccoli were amazing! Also, their bang bang shrimp was amazing! Not to mention the service was tremendous! But if you go, make a reservation, because it gets crowded at around 5:30. The reason this review is four stars is because the portions aren't too big. I recommend getting an appetizer and dessert to fill yourself. I highly recommend bonefish grill!

The place is hit or miss with the food but most of the food wasn't really that bad. It's not going to be a place that I ever look to go to again, but if you live in the area, it's not terrible for a bite or happy hour. The staff was cordial and though the place was loud, I kind of dig the way the place was setup. When it comes to meat temps etc, I wouldn't expect them to hit their mark consistently (the way I feel about stuff like that, unless it's fine dining--you're expecting too much).

So the fam and I gave Bonefish Grill a second chance for my mom's birthday. We didn't want to drive too far so this was our destination. We went around 6 pm so there was a 45 min wait for a table. We settled for a high top with no wait time and that suited us just fine. We started off with the bang bang shrimp and chicken. This tasted about the same with the same heavy amount of sauce as last time. The calamari was decent though I found myself wishing for the typical marinara sauce instead of the Asian sauce. This time I ordered the special pretzel crusted 'sushi' grade tuna according to the server. Hmm, my fault for believing a chain restaurant understands my definition of sushi grade fish. The bf says it was brown on the inside. I chose to pretend that was from the lighting. Either way, never again. The bf got the sea bass, definitely a good choice but the priciest. We'd do better buying fish and cooking it ourselves at that price! Whew! And such a small portion. Brother got the fish and chips again and it did not stray from the last visit. My guilty pleasure is tartar sauce.. My sister and dad got the steak, both medium rare. Both came out overcooked and our server agreed. He was great and helped fix the situation quickly. Out of the night, the most memorable item was the chickpeas that came with the entrée. It was flavorful and added greatly to the meal. All in all, we came here for convenience and definitely not food quality or enjoyment. I don't anticipate coming back anytime soon.

What a perfect Sunday Brunch. Not a buffet and therefore less waste and better for the waistline ( something I used to have). Entrees were very good, gourmet at least. Hollandaise was fresh and delicious and that is hard to find in Lower Bucks. Our server was friendly and exceeded all the standards, Amy. Champaign cocktails were tasty and poured with perfection first mimosa's to toast my b-day and then Passion Fruit, very good albeit the fruit was artificial syrup.

Great services. Terrible food. What was described as a Maryland Crab Cake was actually a crab salad flashed under the broiler. a warm mushy mess that I was told was served that way by design as its 99 percent crab meat. Please see photo. I had a Kobe burger with bacon. The bacon had the slimy piece of uncooked bacon fat at the end. Yum. Like that little piece of fat in the can of baked beans. My french fries were not crispy or brown and they only had honey mustard. Who has burgers on a menu and not even regular mustard? The seasonal vegetables that came with the wife's trout was couscous...last I checked a pasta. It was served luke warm and still had the shape of the pan it was cooked in. That square over cooked paste theme. I think they may have issues in the kitchen.

Waited nearly an hour for my meal, when we finally talked to a manager we got the meal for free so that was a plus. the fish tacos were seemed skimped for meat. just overall not a very pleasant experience.

Had a reservation for 4 at 7:00 on 7/18 and were promptly seated. Drinks were ordered and food order placed. Our waiter was Brian and he didn't give two of us set-ups so we had to ask a passing waiter for silverware and napkins. The food arrived but the 6 oz fillet was undercooked and had to be sent back. After a couple of fork-fulls of my wild sockeye salmon I found the center raw and had to flag down Brian to also send it back. We waited over 10 minutes before someone said our food would be right out - meanwhile our wives had finished their meals. The fillet was delivered first and I told the waiter I no longer wanted my meal as two at our table had already finished their meal. As assistant manager stopped by and apologized - offering to pack it up for take-home but I wasn't interested. She did give us four free desserts and took my meal off the tab. I think the manager should have stopped by immediately after returning the fillet and then after returning the salmon. The kitchen should have prioritized the order to ensure it would get to us ASAP. This didn't happen - and I think they should know how to properly cook fillets and fish. When the bill came, Brian again apologized but forgot to give us a pen to sign the receipt. I doubt we'll be returning - while the salmon was very good and the fillet eventually properly cooked, the adventure of dining out was ruined by poor preparation and management.

The service was great, the server was attentive and friendly. We ordered an appetizer, some avocado caprese salad, which was good. They even plated it on two plates so we could share. For dinner, i ordered "blackened tacos" with greens (hold the lime crema), and my girlfriend had the shrimp tacos with chips. After a short wait, the dishes came out. I ended up with fish tacos (with lime crema) and chips, my girlfriend the shrimp tacos with greens. that was all backwards, but no biggie. I then took a bite of my taco, and the soft shell was like boot leather. I couldn't even tear it with my hands. They weren't even foldable. Ok, I could totally tear it, but it wasn't easy. I told the server , who was great, and she apologized and took it back. My gfs tacos were good, but the shells were also not the greatest. She ate the innards and left the shells. My tacos came back out, and were charmin soft and warm. Hooray. As for the insides, nothing was "blackened" and they were more like shredded fish. I hated the lime crema, but that's just me. I didn't want it anyway, but didn't want to pile it on this server. In summation, the people were nice, food was ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

A great place to go for dinner with your significant other. If you are a seafood loved it is a real nice place to go. I highly recommend the Bang Bang shrimp! When you order fish you get to order the seasoning. If you are a little on the daring side, you can get the seasoning on the side so you can try it and if you do not like it they will bring you a different seasoning. They also have a fairly large selection of wine but you will wait if you go on a Saturday or Friday night.

I went here a little while back and have visited other bonefish franchises in the past. It is a decent dining experience. The menu isn't very vast and can be pricey. I feel the portions can be a bit small as well. The environment, at this location, is very tight, packed in and often loud. I usually can barely see very well due to the low lighting and I just generally feel uncomfortable with the layout/general environment here.

There are things about this chain that I really like; one of them is not the price. The disappointing things make their presence known, though. Sorry, this is a long review. The bang-bang shrimp are high cal, high cholesterol and A-MAZ-ING! The wagyu beef (doubt it, but that's the claim) dumplings were super-tasty. The waiter did an excellent job of describing the specials, and honestly made recommendations that were quite accurate for our party. When asked about the sweetness (sugar) in the lobster roll with fries and slaw, he was almost correct. Lobster roll - great, fresh-seeming lobster chunks with celery and a really watery sauce that ran straight down my chin. |:( The roll was the correct kind, was toasty, but a bit too buttered. The fries were fresh, but too pale, although they tasted nice. (They were better after 10 mins in my oven at home.) The "asian" slaw was good, but actually turned out to be a bit too sweet. I was just glad that the whole entree wasn't a mayonnaise-drowned affair. The Oscar Turbot seemed OK to me, but my companion said it had an ammonia kick. Ew. The 'shroom ravioli was just OK. The asparagus, peas, cherry tomatoes and sugar snap peas (why peas on peas, I dunno, it's "seasonal") were too well buttered, and the lemon was undetectable, but they were fresh. The "jumbo lump" crab meat was laughable. "Eight small chunks" would be more descriptive. The arctic char looked good initially, but after the mom-in-law pried it open, it looked weird and she didn't finish it. I don't know what the bro-in-law ordered, but when the big guy got it we all laughed. It was a 3.5 x 2.5 inch fish fillet with one small scoop of mashed potatoes and a small pile of sugar snap peas. He was either going home hungry or through a drive-through on the way. My Blood Orange Paloma was all grapefruit, and it was BS. The garnish was even a grapefruit peel. Waiter said the "orange" was the liqueur. Evil Marketing LIES! He offered to get something different, but I was already buzzed up, so no go. The Strawberry Shortcake was enormous. It was fully consumed, so it was good, I guess. The Crème Brûlée was also generous, and had some beautiful fresh whipped cream (unnecessary), raspberries, and mint. Also, our server slipped a B-Day candle onto it. Nice touch, eavesdropper. The RESTROOMS are A HORROR SHOW. No toilet paper in one stall, a clogged "fart fan" overhead, wads of wet paper towels on the sink ledge, a press-me-down hot water faucet that stayed on for literally 2 seconds, and a full-to-the-brim trashcan. When the server was told they needed attendance his face became stony, and in the following 20 mins he avoided us and I observed not one employee head back to address any problems. When I came back to the table and my "family" was eating my fries, I realized that there was a discontent that began right after the appetizers. We had a 15% Off Special Offer, which was initially not applied to the check, so our waiter of diminished status blamed a female employee for missing it. I really wish they'd do better. We kinda like the place, but really, it's just another chain serving semi-quality meals for an average of $22 an entree. When they make you go through the tedium of printing a coupon to take 15% off the top, you've just shaved off the very tip of the markup. Meh.

This is more of a nice date place than a happy hour spot, or maybe for a 29 year old Latina, this is just too classy for my people. BUT my nonprofit salary is happy that there are $5 drinks and even better $5 appetizers. This is only a review of their happy hour (5-7PM). Here are the things you should order, and if you're allergic to shrimp, just stab yourself with an epi-pen, it's worth it. Buy some: Bang, bang shrimp Shrimp Tacos Gorganzola Kettle Chips The spiked Blackberry Elixir drink if you like something soft, Blood Orange Paloma if you like margaritas and Hawaiian martinis if you want it to feel like happy hour. There is plenty of parking and does not get packed at all, then again it was during the week. So get a few girls, drink a few Hawaiian martinis (they were the best) and get that delicious bang bang shrimp, but share it and make a friend.

The wait was long and the server was simply inattentive and actually quite jerky when I asked about the meal. I'll go somewhere else from now on. I'm pretty surprised I didn't review this place yet. Okay, so I'm back on the seafood train and I really enjoy Bonefish. Mainly because it reminds me of what chain restaurants used to be 20 years ago. When Red Lobster was pretty awesome, and it was a special treat that actually felt like a treat. Bonefish Grille is a chain, but so far the food has been very good and on par with what I'd get in Philadelphia's local restaurants. The service here is okay. Not great, not bad. It's just in the middle. Staff is neither overly friendly or rude. They don't seem to go out of their way to really make you feel welcome and sometimes they don't even seem all that professional, but they are good with checking in with you and refilling drinks, etc. I just wish they were a bit more friendly. The appetizers have been pretty good, though their one appetizer, the bang bang shrimp is exactly like every other restaurant's bang bang shrimp. Nothing special here. The other night when I was here, the special appetizer of the evening was the saucy scallops and shrimp with goat cheese and kalamata olives. One word: amazing. The seasonal side veggie is almost always a treat. The other night it was garbanzo beans with some other stuff mixed in and it was very tasty and filling. So much better than the standard white rice/jasmine rice side and steamed vegetables. In fact, you don't have to eat steamed veggies here unless you want to. You've got a nice choice of delicious mashed potatoes with garlic, pumpkin ravioli (SO GOOD) and other solid choices. I highly recommend those pumpkin ravioli, though. Pretty much everything on the menu here is good. The atmosphere is also nice. Dimly lit, romantic. Great for date nights. This is where my boyfriend and I choose to go when we have date night in the suburbs. You should consider going here, too.

We walk in about 8:30pm .. We sit down to eat..They bring out the appetizers and we think, wow what a great restaurant. The waitress says "would you like some bread" we say sure. We get our food and still no bread.. So we ask, can we get some bread, she says "well the last time i checked it was still in the oven" What?? Get it out of the dam oven!! My wife ask for lemonade.. "uh... they ran out"... I Said make sure you cook my steak well done, steak comes back completely raw on the inside.. I think they just grab random people of the street when they are short and ask them to wait on tables.. just one thing after another... bad service.. we will never go back!

Great food but large portions. We were able to get in with no wait at 6:15 on a Saturday. The place was full already just no crazy waits. The hostess got my son a booster, crayons and menu in no time and our food was out on time. We ordered the calamare, ceviche as appetizers. Yum to both! The ceviche was limey and savory (as it should be) and the calamare packed a surprising amount of flavor. My husband ordered the sea bass and I got the bam bam tacos. The tacos are generous. Both the hubbie and I went Whoa when they brought it over. It was great but would've liked to know the portion was generous. At $13 that in itself is a steal and would have been enough . I loved everthing as did the hub. There are a ton of things in the menu I want to try, but well save it for another time.

For being a chain restaurant the quality of the food is outstanding. This is location is not even on the same level as " the other " big seafood chain restaurant. The specials have always been interesting and very appealing. The price is right for the quality and experience. My suggestion would be to try out any drink recommendation a server has to offer as well. They have not disappointed yet.

I travel all over the country and this location has the worst service of any Bonefish I've eaten at. I dined on a Monday night, the place was quite empty. When I walked in the guy at the hostess stand didn't acknowledge me - he just starred at me. A young girl then asked if she could help me. My waiter was not friendly and seemed to be annoyed by the fact he was even there. About 10 minutes after receiving my food the waiter asked me if everything was "perfect" as he walked by. Mind you, he didn't stop to ask. Nor was he interested in my response. The food was good but nothing special. You get out of people what you put into them. Obviously the management here hasn't invested a whole lot in their people.

3 words...completely effing overrated. Went last night for dinner..had reserves but still had a 15 minute wait, which was fine. Sat down, ordered drinks, heard the specials, ect. Ordered an app (the crab, shrimp, scallop dip), salads, and our entrees. Mistake number one was that the salads came out first, followed immediately by the app. So basically, the hot app sat there getting cold while we ate the salads. The waitress finally brought the bread (which was fantastic) as we finished with the salads. The app was gross. Tasted super fishy and was just awful. After the app and salads, the entrees took a loooooong time. It definitely could have been spaced out better. I had the special, it was a mahi filet with lobster and crab topping. The fish and lobster were both overcooked and tasted like rubber and the heavy cream sauce was awful. The broccoli was good (how do you mess that up), and unfortunately, the best part of the meal was the spaghetti squash. My H's fish was undercooked, and the au gratin potatoes were like soup. Our waitress never came back to check on us, I had to ask for plates for the apps, practically beg for another drink, and they never cleared out the salad or app plates. I was totally not impressed by the food or the service. I won't be back again. Thumbs down!

The Bang Bang shrimp was over cooked and over breaded...and lacking in the "bang" department. Would go here 3-4 times a week in the summer, when it first opened but a year later only a couple things on the menu changed =( My favorite was the sea bass till I found out your only supposed to eat it occassionally. I liked the salads but not the non fish items. Bang bang shrimp too fried and saucy. Mussels loaded with butter. I like how you can pick the sides, especially not the house side (possibly made in a big batch so taste isn't uniform). I almost always got a different server, maybe it's a training facility? Some were awesome, others not so much. Cell phone service only if you sit near the door. Does get crowded so go early or late if you don't want to wait. Desserts uninspired and heavy.

Traveling for work, I stayed in the outer suburbs of Philadelphia. The worst thing about that is the lack of respectable dining besides the mall neighboring restaurants. It's like knowing the menu before you even get off the plane, boring and without adventure. Luck was on my side, and with help from my best travel buddy, Yelp, I was able to find a seafood restaurant with a catchy name, Bonefish Grill. Although a corporate chain, I've never had it before. In addition, it was conveniently located with quarter of a mile to my hotel. Immediately impressed by the front entry, with a heat lamp and cushioned outdoor couches, I was also blown away by the lavish interior decor. The use of soft tones with rich wood grains throughout, was a perfect marine scene, appropriate for a seafood restaurant. Since I was dining alone, missing my Janet, I sat at the bar to enjoy a drink and dinner. To start I ordered from their Bar-Fresh Cocktails menu, which includes specialties for around $5. I sipped on the Spiked Blackberry Elixir, which was a impressive delight of Malibu rum, fresh blackberries, sage, fresh lemon juice and coconut water. I couldn't believe how cheap the drink was, this would be an easy $10 specialty at any other place. I was straying from anything battered, as my palate was craving fresh grilled fish. I discovered the Chilean Sea Bass (6 oz for $27.50) garnished with sweet and spicy mango salsa, and grilled to moist perfection over wood burning grill. The piece was quite thick, allowing the exterior to be blackened with the interior preserved moist. Eavesdropping on a conversation between the manager and another customer, I deducted that the fresh fish comes from a well respected source, the ProFish distributor (featured on the TV show Bizzare Foods America). I also chose the steamed asparagus, which was crunchy and buttery in flavor. The dish came with garbanzo beans garnished with bits of spinach and garlic, if I recall correctly. Nonetheless, it was quite fantastic. I left the place with a healthy conscious mind, as I skipped dessert; however, it took about five minutes of mental negotiation regarding the coconut pie with hand made whip. The staff and service at the bar was excellent, and on par with most fine dining restaurant's table service. They helped me navigate through the menu, as I was specific with my dining needs. They also made my drink less sweet per my request. All in all, I had an delightful experience without complaints. The experience would have been even more memorable if Janet dined with me. I'm certain, I'll be returning to this neck of the woods, and will definitely visit to discovered another great catch for the evening.

Me and my boyfriend went to bonefish grille on a Friday night and were waiting quite a while for a server, I guess the manager Jeff noticed us looking around because he made sure to get someone over and even comped our appetizer. So while it started off not so good they made sure the rest of our meal was as good as possible which we greatly appreciated. The mahi lobster thermidor was awesome, I reccomend!

It was my first time at Bonefish grill. It was an ok experience. Was pretty packed but the atmosphere was still nice and comfortable. We had the bang bang shrimp as an appetizer. My bf loved it. I liked it. I just didn't care for the creamy sauce but besides that it was pretty good. Our entrees were the Tilapia Imperial and filet mignon. Which were both delicious. Our total was about $75 after the tip. so not extremely expensive but not cheap either. Overall we had a good experience, although we both agreed that we probably won't be back only because there menu didn't appeal to us. Not many options

Our server Mike was absolutely fantastic. he remembered us from my previous visits 6 months ago and was excellent with our 3 year old daughter. Our drinks and food were amazing. The coconut cream pie dessert was the best we've ever had. Just make sure you call a cab if you decide to eat this.

I'm normally not a fan of chain restaurants. That said, this place exceeded my expectations in every way. I ate here on a Wednesday night--coworkers and I were travelling for work and stayed at a nearby hotel. Though the place was busy, we were seated within just a few minutes. We started off with some bread and the Singapore calamari. The calamari had a good texture, and I enjoyed the tempura-style green beans and red bell peppers included in the dish. The sauce reminded me of duck sauce with a bit of chili--it worked well with the calamari. For my entrée, I had the Longfin Tilapia Imperial. The stuffing was delicious without being too rich. Service was good and the prices seemed reasonable.

Our anniversary dinner plans with dear friends fell through when we visited the east coast for a family wedding. On top of that, it was the only rainy day of our 8 day stay. Bummer, but there was a light at the end of the proverbial tunnel and it was Bonefish Grill! We had been wanting to try it since before we moved out west (embarrassed to say that was 8 years ago). Now we live in Napa which is pretty much the food capital of the world anymore so we are not easy to please. Bonefish hit the mark on many levels. Service was AMAZING! Everyone went out of their way with smiles and attention. We mentioned it was our anniversary and the manager appeared with two glasses of prosecco on the house! We ordered way too much food because everything sounded so good. Oh well, we left uncharacteristically stuffed! We started with the calamari which we both agreed was the best we had ever had. I had the Sirloin Steak & Crab Cake Dinner but upgraded to the Fliet - perfection. Ralph had the Chilean Sea Bass with Warm Mango Salsa. We never have dessert but we splurged (cheated) and had creme brule (my weakness) and key lime pie. On top of the great food, the service was attentive and friendly making it a perfect anniversary celebration.

yes, it is a chain, yes, i did give it 5 stars. this was my first time here after so many rave reviews...after a long drive i stopped in here. the review should prob be 4.5 cause the pesto dip that came with the bread was salty but the bread was delicious...5 it is. i sat at the bar but the service was excellent and never lacking anything and they were on top of making sure i always had a drink. i ordered the sea bass with the asian sauce (recommended by the bartender) with the green beans (haricot verts) and the seasonal side were carrots and everything was delicious, i ate it all, which is rare for me. i look forward to my next bonefish grill visit!

Just like their name implies they specialize in many varieties of fresh fish and many variations as to how it can be prepared and topped. I adore fish and shellfish, Michael ( the hubs ) loves shellfish but always has turned his nose up to fresh fish, so needless to say I was both in awe and in shock when he ordered the salmon. Not only did he order the salmon, but he ordered the salmon special, which was topped with sauteed spinach, crispy bacon and a creamy Gorgonzola cheese sauce! Hello, we're sharing! With the salmon came squash, which I ended up eating, he does draw his lines, although he did enjoy the herbed jasmine rice. I had four appetizers, simply because I could not make up my mind and as I said, we did share. The appetizer portions are humongous, one alone is very filling, so needless to say, we brought a lot home. The salmon was a very large portion, cooked beautifully and I loved the flavor combination of the toppings. I had to order the famous Bang Bang shrimp which were crispy and tossed in a creamy, spicy sauce. I've had these before and it is no wonder many other restaurants have copied this idea. However, for my money, the Saucy Shrimp were absolutely delightful and if I had to choose this is the one I would order. A huge round plate of unbreaded sauteed shrimp tossed with lime, sundried tomatoes, kalamata olives and plenty of feta cheese, delicious! Our other two appetizers were the twin crab cakes, jumbo lump crab cakes for sure, served with a spicy remoulade sauce. The sauce was needed to kick them up a bit as the cakes themselves did not have much flavor, however they were pretty well all lump crab meat. Last, but certainly not least were six crispy, jumbo coconut shrimp topped with crispy ginger and a sweet and spicy Thai sauce, yum. Their side dishes are three dollars each and I had to have the potatoes au gratin, so cheesy with real melted cheeses throughout, some of the best I have ever had. A basket of their own baked bread is very good and served warm with an infused oil for dipping. Jarrad was our very competent and friendly server, this location is fairly new and they were quite busy. I wish they offered more soups, especially during the cold months, but they only have one and that is a crab and corn chowder, neither hubby nor I are into corn chowder, just too sweet. We used a gift card that we received last Christmas and Bonefish is part of a string of chains, including Fleming's Steakhouse, Carrabba's, Roy's and Outback and the gift card could have been used at any of these, but Michael and I were both thrilled with our dining experience at Bonefish Grill and we will return. Must mention they also have a cool seating area on their front sidewalk with couches, end and coffee tables, chairs and heaters. Also, during the first two hours they are open is happy hour with selected half priced wines, beers and cocktails.

The four of us showed up at 7:30 and they said it would be an hour wait for a table. My wife and daughter looked for room at the bar and they quickly latched onto four bar stools. The waitress was quick and the food was very good. All of us had various fish dishes. What else? Scallops, shrimp, sea bass and flounder. If you can get by the waiting time, this is a great restaurant.

Mmm!!!! That's the first thing that came into my mind when thinking about Bonefish Grill. I've been there twice (once to Langhorne, once to Willow Grove) and I enjoyed the service and the food at both locations. We started with the bang bang shrimp. How could we not? Almost every review on yelp mentions them. :) They DEFINITELY lived up to my expectations. Flavorful, creamy, spicey, crunchy, and they don't skimp on the portion! Some shrimp appetizers at other establishments give you 6 shrimp and you're like "Huh?" This was a satisfying app. For our entrees, I ordered the lobster tails and my fiance had the stuffed tilapia. We were both very pleased with our meals. My lobster was perfectly cooked, tasted fresh, and was served just as I like it- with a butter tray that is kept warm by a lit candle beneath it. My fiance let me taste a piece of his stuffed tilapia (stuffed with crab, shrimp, and scallops I believe) and it was also very tasty! The service is also something to be mentioned. Very attentive wait staff and friendly as well. If you love seafood- you gotta try this place. If you're anything like us, you'll be back for more!!!

The food was pretty good. But by far the worst service I have ever seen. The hostess was nice to find us a table - we were a large party though it was close to 9 pm on a week day. Took forever to get the table ready. Out waiter - was curt and outright rude. The staff bringing in the food - extremely rude in answering questions about when our food would be out. We had kids in the party who were starving and apparently it wasn't acceptable to ask when our food would be ready, especially when we didn't even get the bread at our table without asking. When we wanted to order refills of our cocktails and couldn't get our waiters attention - the only person who we could get to respond - Rude again!! After the dinner, no offer to pack the left overs. Didn't offer the dessert menu and just automatically brought in the chk!!! It's a good think I don't live in PA and was only driving through. Guess who won't be returning there again!! I just wish I knew and could call out the staff by their names so future guests could recognize if they ever visited!

I loved this restaurant! I went to Bonefish Grille for the first time last week, and was very impressed. A very short wait and myself, wife, and mom in law were seated. service was awesome and we were checked on through the meal. I liked the house salad and the dressing was very good. the bread that arrived was very nice, warm , and crusty, delicious in the spiced olive oil served along side. I had twin lobster tails, and my wife and MIL had crab cakes. My lobsters were tender and succulent, cooked just right. The crab cakes were top notch with no filler, just lump crab meat. The au gratin potatoes and veggies were so good too. In short awesome food, attentive and friendly service, and I am going back here for some great seafood!

I've gone to the Willow Grove location several times with no complaints. Been to Langhorne location also several times and have been less than impressed. Layout can best be described as cramped. The tables are literally on top of each other. Ordered calamari which was inedible due to being over cooked. Server was told and she sent over the manager who was polite and as he should removed calamari from our bill. My entree was also disappointing it came out lukewarm. As a concept and brand I like Bonefish however this location is a disservice to the brand.

Wonderful Sunday brunch! We started with an order of bang bang shrimp (never anything but amazing!) and brunch cocktails. Two of us had the delicious frittata & another had the shrimp with corn cake. The food was absolutely delicious, and the only slightly negative comment was that the corn cake was a bit heavy. Service was excellent! I highly recommend the brunch. BTW the regular menu is also offered at brunch.

Bonefish Grill is known for their fish, although the selection is lacking. The Chilean Sea Bass sounded good, but I didn't want to spend $27.00, a bit pricey. I had the Lucy's Chicken which was really good as an alternative to fish. My mother, who is not a fish eater, ordered the Kobe burger, medium. When she began to eat it, it was RAW in the middle...not RARE, RAW. That is not acceptable, as my mom is 88 and she (and others possibly) could get sick by eating such uncooked meat. They were generoous to "comp" the burger, but by this time, we just wanted to leave. Not to mention, they somehow lost the card I put the meal on; only to find it 20 minutes later. So 2 stars for the 2 incidents of negativity I experienced. And, no, I would not return.

We've eaten here once before and enjoyed it. Not today. Things started out well enough. My wife began with a Caesar salad which had just right amount of dressing. I began with the Corn Chowder with Lump Crab. The corn flavor was pleasantly distinct and the crab pieces were detectable and delectable. However, the cayenne was too heavy handed and gave it a punishing aftertaste. The entrees arrived and were disappointing. My wife had an entree of Imperial Longfin Tilapia. The toppings (shrimp, crab, scallops) were generous but, like the fish itself, were overwhelmed by the "smoke" flavor. I had grilled Longfin Tilapia (not the Imperial). It was awful. The fish fillet was so uniformly and intensely "smoke" flavored, it seemed like the entire fillet was marinated in 'Liquid Smoke' for 12 hours before cooking. Following the menu recommendation, I asked for lemon butter to accompany the fillet. I could taste neither lemon nor butter. Instead it was a piece of "smokey" fish slathered with vegetable oil. This was tragic since the fish was properly cooked and could have been a treat. We both had succotash which was the default side. It was slightly undercooked (even if steamed). We both choose the same extra side dish: fresh tomato slices with feta and fresh basil. The balsamic dressing was good. Service was excellent.

I realize that Bonefish Grill is a chain but the several BFs I have been to in Florida and PA had a quaint feel about them. This one here felt large and it was loud. No complaints about the food- it was all up to par. I still enjoy the one on Easton Rd. the best in regards to this vicinity.

ok food, terrible service! Had reservations for a party of 4 at 6:30pm on Mother's Day. With the reservations we still had to sit outside for 35 minutes waiting to be seated. Once seated inside and given our menus I was ready to order, (given the ample wait time outside I glanced over the menu outside) I ordered the Imperial Tilapia. Ten minutes after placing my order the waitress informed me that they were out of Tilapia and offered Chilean Sea Bass as an alternative fish (done imperial style) but with a cost of $10 dollars more for a near total of a $30 dollar dish. I opted for a different entree all together. Then we all waited an hour to be served our entree's. Once we had been served 10 minutes went by when the waitress first approached the table to see if we wanted boxes to go. It wasn't our fault we were taking so much time up at her table. Food was just okay, didn't taste good nor bad. It was just plain seafood. We left disappointed with a Mother's false reassuring of a good time. I will not be back Bonefish Grill.

Tried this place for the first time last week with my mother-in-law when we were looking for a new restaurant to try. I was a skeptical at first because I had heard mixed things about going here. We ordered bang chicken, two dinner specials, and dessert. Food was excellent. I had the dory monaco and it was alright. I found my mother-in-law's pompano to be much better. The dessert, a peanut butter and jelly bread pudding, was one of the most amazing things I've ever had. It was fairly crowded when we arrived but we were seated within ten minutes. Overall, our dining experience was great. Brendan, our server, was polite and took care of everything for us. I'm happy that our experience was a good one. I wouldn't make this a regular restaurant only because I would be afraid that it wouldn't consistently be good. I say this because I can see how quickly a busy night (like the bang shirmp nights) could be chaotic and mediocre. However for this particular visit, I was pleased.

Was here on a Friday night. Wait was really long, 65 minutes. We had called for reservations, but they said that the first reservation was at 9:45; however, that they reserve 2/3 of their seating for walk-ins. There was NO WAY to get a seat at the bar, or at any of the hightops to wait. Fortunately, when they say 65 minutes, they mean 65 minutes. We drove across the street to the Barnes and Noble to kill about 40 minutes, and came back just in case. Still no way to get 2 chairs at the bar or the hightops. The wicker chairs outside had large propane heaters, but it still wasn't warm enough for a cold night. Wound up sitting in the car for another 20 minutes. Sure enough, 65 minutes on the dot, we were paged. Sat down immediately thereafter. Our cute waiter, upon being asked what his favorites were, admitted that he didn't eat fish. The nicest, cutest, most polite and affable guy, but a waiter in a fish restaurant that doesn't eat fish? Interesting. Got their signature Bang Bang Shrimp. it was good. Although they used rock shrimp, which to me is a little tasteless and the texture is watery, but the sauce made up for it. Not really spicy, but flavorful. I also got the Imperial ___ (fill in your fish, they have different variations, I got some sea bass) which was good, although now that I look back on it, I wish I had ordered a simpler dish in order to taste the fish. However, it wasn't dried out, like some stuffed fishes would be, and it was fairly succulent and was flavorful without being overwhelming - I could still discern between all of the different types of seafood. Hubby got the seared tuna. He loved it, although I figure you can get tuna anywhere, but that's just me. We finished off with dessert - I had the key lime, which was pleasantly tinged green, as it should be, and was tart and sweet. Bottom line: Food was good, it didn't disappoint, but it wasn't absolutely fabulous. It was also quite pricey, and the wait was obnoxious, although they delivered a table when they said they would. I'd go again if there were others interested in going, but it wouldn't be my first choice.

I have three words: bang bang shrimp! and tuna tacos! wait a minute, that's more than three words, ahhh, who cares, this place with a funny name really rocks! Been there twice, and it was excellent both times. Modern decor, quick super-friendly service, and everything was FRESH and COOKED RIGHT! My shrimp diablo fettucine had an insane amount of shrimp in it, and was very flavorful. The only criticism I can recall was a slight layer of dust on the half-wall separating the bar area from the main dining room. But it's a new place, and I am sure the management will work kinks like that out! But overall, what can I say? Move over, Red Lobster! See my review of the Easton Rd. location ...

Headed into Bonefish Grille, which as part of a chain is generally not a choice I prefer, but via my Bank Of America Visa points program I earned a $50 gift card, so off we went. The Bang Bang Shrimp were tasty and large enough to share, Don's Fish and Chips were well made and good, my Wolffish special with garlic mashed was good. Not great, the fish texture was a tad underdone. The mashed potatoes were somewhat runny and a bit grainy. The fish was topped with creamed spinach, which also was runny and rather bland. Carrots were sweet, which I don't love. Service was great, a bit too fast and pushy, but certainly good. All in all, a decent place, worth another try, though not a home run.

I've only been here twice. I liked it the first time and I think I very well may have loved it the second time. It can be a tad pricey if you're used to hitting up Chili's or Red Robin, but it isn't really all that much more. The Cesar salad was great, I liked the crab cakes and I'm not even all that big on seafood. The Bang Bang shrimp are extremely popular but I thought they were just okay. This is the sort of place that if I went to a few more times I might give a five star rating... but it hasn't quite made it there yet. But still really good.

We were shopping at the mall and had a craving for seafood so we decided to try Bonefish Grill. It received good reviews so we wanted to give it a try. The food was good, average or a little better, but did not blow us away. The real downer was the service. The waitress we had openly admitted she did not like and never ate seafood when ask for a suggestion between two meals. In fact she suggested the meal that had less flavor because they did not like seafood. At most higher end restaurants the staff try's each meal so they know and can speak about the meals to customers. The attention paid to us was nothing to write home about and or order had an error in it that we did not know until the bill arrived, the size delivered was larger than we ordered. When asked they admitted the mistake and offered to change it we wanted them to but the change should have been automatic with asking us. The bottom line on this was that the food was good, average or a little better, but nothing that blew us away. If at the mall again and in the mood for seafood we would consider it an option but it would not warrant the 20 - 30 minute drive when we have other places just as good or better in our area.

Excellent fresh fish! Bartender even recommended a yummy wine Apothic. We had the wagyu dumplings appetizer and corn chowder with lump crab soup to start. I had the orange roughy with spinach and lump crab meat entree with haricot vert. S.o. had the mahi mahi with mango and pan asian sauces on the side. Homemade creme brûlée with homemade whipped cream capped off a lovely meal. I would never have thought this was a chain restaurant. The only thing they could have done better is space out serving the food so that it's not one plate on top of another.

first thing I will say is that I never go to chain restaurants because usually chain restaurants taste very badly or are very very salty. but I decided to go to this restaurant because even though it is a chain restaurants there do not exist many of them off this name. and everyone around my area has said that the food is amazing and all of the reviews on those sites say the food is amazing also. so I'll order the salmon with the one scoop of mashed potatoes and one scoop of something else. my date ordered the raw tuna which came with mixed vegetables and was very good. before the meal they brought out our bread which was very good with a side of oil, which is olive oil and Italian seasoning mixed in .the Bang Bang shrimp or very good but we did not have them at table but we did try the sampler outside when we were waiting. we also had the wrapped bacon around the skull apps for appetizer. 4 of them come on the plate for 8 bucks. she had two glasses of wine and a glass of raspberry martini. I had a 2 mojitos and also a cappuccino martini. the bill was $100 even. I always tip 20 percent anywhere I go for food. so I popped on $125 as the total. the food was very very good. the salmon was very good. her tuna was good. anything with bacon is good. the mojitos were missing something. the raspberry martini was delicious. the cappuccino martini was amazing. the service was very very good and was the best service I have received at any restaurant. it was a Saturday and they open at 3 p.m. On Saturdays and close at 11 p.m. Or midnight. we got there at 3 o'clock sharp and the place was filled to the brim within 3 hours. and it was half filled by 4 p.m.. so if you want to go to this restaurant I highly recommend that you call and make reservations around 11 o'clock a.m. Or noon. I will definitely come back to this restaurant when I want to have a nice time out. I'm taking one star off because I feel that my plate was half empty because it was half empty. they should offer three sides instead of two sides because the plate was half white. more food please. (excuse the grammar and spelling but I'm using my voice to type on my phone because I don't want you to use the keyboard right now.)

So happy they opened another location here! Dined here on a Wednesday night and it was packed. It may be because it just recently opened, but I was happy that we had a reservation. The host staff were very friendly. We arrived early for our reservation so had to wait a few minutes, which wasn't a problem. They have a comfortable waiting area and a server designated for those waiting. She was very attentive and offered us beverages and to answer any questions on the menu. Once we were seated our server was also very friendly and made some great suggestions. I started with the corn crab chowder, which was absolutely delicious! He warned us that it was a little spicy, and I'm not one for spice, but it was perfection. For my entree I had the Imperial Longfin, which is one of their signature entrees. It's fresh halibut stuffed with shrimp, scallops, and crab... pure heaven! We were too stuffed to enjoy dessert, but I'm sure everything would be great. Can't wait to come back!

I've tried two Bonefish Grilles. The first one was off Rte 38 or thereabouts. It was my husband's choice. I had never heard of the restaurant before. I gave him 5 stars for his choice. I had that good a time and was that impressed. It was so nice inside and yet the menu is very reasonable and the service is great. You feel like you are in a five-star restaurant. We eat out a lot and we do eat at a lot of chain restaurants, but and I would classify this one (service, interior design, food preparation and presentation) as upscale. You can bring a date here and still impress. I also like that you can sit outside on soft comfy sofas even in winter and enjoy a drink. They have outdoor heaters. We get there early and we always eat at the bar. If you hit happy hour on Wednesdays, you can get their famous Bang Bang Shrimp for half price and some pretty good martinis really cheap. The bartenders are friendly and keep your drinks filled without being pushy.

I had possibly the worst salad ever here. I ordered the Florida Cobb salad, which was supposed to have avocado and mango. It had neither. There were maybe one or two pieces of bleu cheese, tops. What it had was loads of pepita seeds, which weren't even on the menu. Anyone with an allergy to pepitas would be dead after takign a bite. The manager came over and said he didn't know what happened, and asked where the mangoes were. Who knows? They sure weren't on my salad. I ate here with my mom, who had a cup of soup and a "Warm Spinach Salad". The waitress said there wasn't anything warm about the salad except for the dressing, but when it came out, even that wasn't warm. The manager was very nice and he took both items off the bill. I paid for two sangrias, which were good, and a cup of soup, which also was good. The manager said he too was frustrated that the supposed warm spinach salad wasn't warm. But as with all of the chains, the kitchen prepares the food the way corporate tells them to. I have no interest in going back to try anything else because if you ask me, any place that screws up a salad, like they did my salad, is not to be trusted. I also thought the interior was very dark, like someone was trying to hide dirt. I'm not saying that it was, but it was so dim it was hard to tell. I can see having atmospheric lighting, but this was like dark dining. Also, I have no idea why there was a big bowl full of chopsticks on the table when hardly any food on the menu is Asian or requires chopsticks.

Went here this past Sunday for a quick meal with my parents, and we were very impressed, especially since this place is a chain. After only a five minute wait, we were escorted to our table. The restaurant is crowded with tables and is quite loud, but the decor is very nice and reminded me of being at the beach. We were immediately greeted by our server, who, upon learning that we had never been to Bonefish, explained the whole menu and pointed out his favorites. My father and I opted for the grilled fish entree, which comes with the seasonal vegetable and a choice of side. Coincidently, we both chose the shrimp and scallops with lemon butter sauce, and jasmine rice. I really enjoyed the dish: the fish was cooked perfectly and was complemented by the buttery sauce. I wish there was a little more lemon, though. I expected the rice to be kind of bland, but it was warm and flavorful with herbs. The seasonal vegetable, a succotash of corn, soybeans, and a few other legumes, was forgettable. My mother chose the grilled salmon with pan asian sauce and garlic whipped potatoes. She said both were excellent. I can definitely agree with her, as I tasted her salmon and almost wish I had ordered it too! The portions were just the right size, so we didn't get that normal "roll me to the car" feeling that we normally get after eating at a chain. I will definitely return here, especially to try other sauces that come with the grilled specials. And also the bang bang shrimp and cocktails, all of which looked delicious. Even though this area is crawling with chain restaurants, this is one you should choose!

Tried to make a reservation a week in advance for a family holiday get together for 20. When I asked to have a certain person be our server, I got I dont have the schedule in front of me and cant promise anything. What a shame would have been a huge check. How about calling that server to see if she wanted to work the party. Its the server that makes a good restaurant great.

The bang bang shrimp and ahi are great. Relaxing atmosphere although the floor at times gets dangerously slippery. Can get very packed. One weeknight evening when the restaurant was only half full after being seated waited almost a half hour before a waitress came over, and that was only after I stopped one who was walking by. Manager was professional.

I had a great experience with Bonefish on NYE. The place was packed but the service was great, and even though there was a wait the bar was a nice area to wait. My party ended up sitting at the bar, and the bartenders were awesome! We enjoyed our dinner and drinks and had an overall nice experience. When a place is as busy as Bonefish was last night, I feel sometimes service isn't the best, but our drinks were quickly brought to us and our food was cooked to perfection!
