Once upon a time, a very long time ago, a girl and her family moved to Pa. Being a Jersey girl all of her life, she was not very comfortable in her new town. We tried it for a while, then went back to Jersey were we belonged. The End. BUT, we have family there and go back often to visit, and when we do we HAVE TO hit this little joint. My Dad use to make the BEST potato pancakes in the whole wide world. I thought I would never taste his greatness again, since he pasted about 25 yrs. ago. Until, THE POTATO SHACK.... THE BEST I HAVE HAD IN 25 YRS. They also have halushki, pierogies, and more. I didn't really pay attention to the "more", all I wanted was the pancakes. They also sell the batter and take very large orders....I would love to take this place and bring it down the shore. It would make a fortune. I love you Potato Shack.
