Very reasonable price. I have a hard time with overly spicy food -- person helped me find suitable me items.

I have been to this place with my family and friends nearly 7 times and I would say that their quality is declining with time. Here is what you should eat and not eat at this place: DO NOT EAT - Breakfast and halwa puri related stuff - only try these when you are in a mood of throwing away your well earned money and get a bad start to your lovely morning. - Tea - sometimes OK, mostly not. - Don't buy already prepared meals that are shown in the counter. They all taste alike and leave a bad taste in the mouth. EAT - Seekh or shish kabab - best so far and I take a dozen home every month. - Chicken bihari kabab - absolute delight - Papdi chaat - wonderful - Kulfi falooda - Lacha paraha - awesome Overall their bbq stuff is freshly prepared and tastes great and other than that one can have mixed experiences with the place. The person (the lady) who runs the counter is not at all friendly and seems to have frequent mood swings. They do not listen to your suggestions and keep doing things their way. So, if you are looking for food then this place is fine, but if you are looking for a good dining experience and a friendly staff, then forget about it. You won't even feel like complaining even if you are served bad food because of the faces their staff makes. They used to be courteous to ask for your feedback about the food, but not anymore and now they are rigid and awkward.

Food was made authentically. I was not told the basmati rice would be cooked spicy. Takes a while took cook. Flies sometime hover the food that is sitting in heating trays.

Good food...horrible delivery. Food from this restaurant offers very good value for money and the food tastes good. I was in town for only one night and ordered food through yelp app. The food arrived after about 1.5 hours and that too without all the items which I ordered. I called them back and they asked me if I want the missing chicken biriyani now of "some other day?"!! When I insisted, they delivered it within next 15 minutes. I already paid the tip in advance with the bill through the app while placing the order which I regret since I can't get it back...

Went here recently for lunch and thought it was okay. The service seemed a little disorganized as they brought us out the wrong food at first. The prep time seemed to take a little longer than I thought it should, but it got there eventually. My wife and I both got gyros, but mine was with rice and hers was on bread. Since they were the same price, one would have thought the portions would be the same, or similar, having it with rice was a much bigger plate - maybe twice the size of the regular gyro. So that was a little confusing. While the food was really good and I would go back, I am not rushing back.

Authentic food with both meat and vegetarian options that are delicious and not spicy. Atmosphere is simple, clean, and service is hospitable. Save some room for very good kulfi and kheer. The kulfi - a type of Pakistani ice cream, comes on a stick in a conical shape, just the way it is served in Pakistan.

If you're looking for a fancy Indian/Pakistani dining experience, there are better options. This place is not trying to be fancy. If you're looking for a quick, delicious, no frills lunch, I can't think of better option in the Union Deposit area. I have eaten lunch here probably 5 times, and I've only ever gotten the vegetable combo (2 veggie entrees from the steam table, rice, naan $7.99). The food is always delicious and the staff friendly and helpful. It's true that everything's served on styrofoam plates with plastic cutlery, and the ambiance is cafeteria-like, but as I said, it's also fast and cheap. I think of this place as being kind of like a food truck, but with a permanent address. If you compare it to other nice Indian places in the area, it's going to be disappointing. But if you compare it, as a lunch option, to Subway or getting a couple slices of pizza, this is the better option by far.

Today I met 2 friends here. I had not heard of it, and when I did a Yelp, Urban Spoon and Google search nothing came up... a bit disconcerting, but if it is really new, not that surprising. It is near Hancock Fabrics in the same shopping plaza as Ashley Furniture, next to Lowe's on Union Deposit. The address on their receipt shows as 3830 UD instead of 3840.. so... Upon arriving, there are tables set up in more or less school cafeteria type of rows with 6 seats per table along the left hand side, and a few tables to the right. They had a counter with what looked to be almost a bakery style display counter facing the door, with nothing in it. There is a counter with steamers, and a microwave on the counter behind. To the rear of the restaurant is the kitchen, and you can see through the glass door and windows to a prep area for the kitchen. At each table a single menu stands in a triangle. There are napkin holders and plastic disposable cups. If you order soda, you get it brought to you in a can from the soda cooler in the rear under the TV. I was the last to arrive today, and my friends had ordered samosas for an appetizer. As I walked in and sat down, I watched the woman who was serving pop two samosas in the microwave and nuke them, then she brought them to the table. I ordered one, and got the same. Our food was served on cafeteria style trays, with the foam plates and the cheapest, thinnest plastic cutlery I have had the displeasure to experience. My fork tines melted in the lukewarm samosa. The top was hot, but not the rest. It was edible... sort of. For dinner I ordered the combo which was a meat, a vegetable, rice, salad, raita, and naan. My friends ordered chicken marsala, lamb curry, palak paneer, and a vegetable combo of some sort. Two things on the menu that my friends asked for were not available. We got our food, and the naan came out a bit later. Also on dreadful foam plates with the little caverns for the food, and a fresh set of horrible plastic cutlery. Our food was scooped from the serving counter and nuked behind the counter. Now, I realize that most, if not all restaurants microwave some things, but to do it so blatantly... ugh. So, without further ado, the description of the food... Lamb curry- a few, precious few, cubes of lamb with the bones left in. (I know this is how it is authentically served, and I know for a few folks this is a deal breaker, so that is why I mention it). It was extremely greasy and did not taste like curry anything. Marsala chicken- my friend did not report on the taste, but it was a very little portion, perhaps 1/2 a cup to 1/3 cup. Dal Makhani- honestly, the weirdest texture, more like dry mashed potatoes than lentil anything, and tasteless. And a weird gray color. Blech. Palak Paneer- made from canned spinach. Vegetable-whatever-that-was... A combo of veggies I had not seen before, and my friend stated the spices were okay... Naan- warm and brought to us from the back, and was a generous amount. The bottom was very brown/burnt and there were large air pockets/bubbles that detracted from the softness that should have been there.... Rice- a small amount, perhaps 1/2 to 3/4 a cup, and a very small and fine grain, almost like it had been made way ahead and over cooked in the microwave.... I am writing this nearly 5 hours later, and after a trip to Coldstone to get the greasy, awful sensation out of my mouth it still is here. A couple of other things to note... while we were there, a gentleman arrived with cubes of soda and frozen veggies from Save-A-Lot, and brought the grocery cart into the restaurant, and through the restaurant. Weird. Our server was efficient, but was not personable or a ray of sunshine. She got it done, and that was pretty much it. During our meal, several folks came in and seemed to loiter, but were not eating. A few folks came in not long before we left and they seemed to be there for the food. I heard one person say that it was their first time. My meal was $10.59. It was not expensive, and hopefully I do not get sick later. (I am really hoping that cheap ingredients is eliciting this 'taste' in my mouth that is not going away, despite repeated brushing, flossing, and mouthwash interventions since I got home.) I hate to bomb a new business like this. Usually if someone has a rough start I will give them a bit of time and try back. This. THIS. This is NOT a rough start. I am not sure what this is, but it is obvious to me that food is not their primary priority. I have to say that I will pass on trying it a second or a third time, it was just that bad. If I get the rails later, I will revise this post. But... as it stands as of now... my recommendation is: For the love of all you find dear... DO NOT EAT HERE! Update- 18 hours later and no food poisoning, but that weird, greasy feeling continues... GAH!

This is a small place with decent seating offering very tasty Indian food. We had the Veg combo and Gulab Jamun for dessert. Definitely recommend, you will not be disappointed with food !

Unfriendly restaurant staff (no smiles or hellos), uninviting dining area (meals served on paper plates and plastic trays), inedible Indian food (greasy, oily, forgettable slop)--eat at the Subway a few doors down.

Great chicken tikka marsala at a great price. My husband always gets the vegetable biryani and we keep going back because it's so tasty and reasonably priced! I've only had takeout, so cannot comment on the table service or atmosphere, although the strip mall is dreary, so I can't imagine that helps this place seem cheery. Although the woman who dished up our food seemed dour, when I told her how much I loved her food, she almost cracked a smile and said very quietly, "You're very welcome anytime." Typical Pakistani woman, I think - seemingly cold by American standards, but warm and friendly when you reach out first. She also had her hands full with the telephone, our large order, and a large party who came in behind us. The takeout containers are oddly difficult to open. Just had to mention that because my girlfriend took hers home to State College and emailed me just to say how hard it was to break into the stuff when she had munchies later. I will mention the brain on the menu gives me serious pause. If I ever crack open one of those Fort Knox-takeout containers and a brain falls out I will probably die on the spot. If I don't, I'll probably kill myself. If you've got mild OCD, as I do, the scrumptious food will probably overwhelm your fear of a brain in your biryani. Anything more than mild, I'd recommend somewhere less...exotic!

Walked in and walked out. Three weeks ago we purchased a Restaurant.com gift certificate for this restaurant. We love finding new places to eat this way. We walked up to the front door only to find a sign on the door that says they don't honor any coupons or certificates. Went in and asked them about it. They told us they wouldn't honor the certificate that we had purchased, even after speaking to the owner. He said they hadn't accepted them in months, even though we had bought it much more recently. Can't say I was that impressed with it anyway. Looked like a fast food restaurant.

Absolutely ridiculous. First time there from an hour away and I felt like I was attending a funeral. Dreary staff which neither welcomed us or sat us at a table, but that was fine. After ordering the food (which I had asked for a certain way) I received it a different way and when I informed the waitress (if I can even call her that) she extremely rude. Paper bowls, NO WATER OR QUESTION FOR DRINKS, and food was brought out turn by turn without the proper sides to accompany it. The whole vibe is low quality. Basic customer service & business tip 101; the customer is always right. It is embarrassing to have to keep on asking for small and simple things which your waiter or waitress should provide or ask. And without a doubt there should be no hostility or feeling of being unwanted at a resturant...continue to keep up the service & staff and you'll be out of business in no time! I must say, the lady at the front counter is nothing a hindrance to the business as log as she is employed there.

Food is spicy but delicious. If service was faster I would give 5 stars. They are polite and you definitely get your monies worth here. My husband loves this place and he usually hates take out.

Service is slow. Been sitting here for 30 minutes just waiting for Muttar Paneer, Aloo Muttar, and 2 Roti for takeout. I have yet to taste the food. But I hope it doesn't disappoint. Customers have walked in after me and the cashier keeps running to the kitchen and is taking a while to come back. Customers are left to stand awkwardly around waiting. It seems like their focus is on a large table which is fine but other customers are also important too and it would be nice to let them know the status of their order or why the food is taking so slow. They don't seem too apologetic for the slow service either. I also noticed their service with the big table. They're bringing everyone's meal out at different times. To me that's poor customer service. Everyone should have their meals at the same time. The people working seem awkward too. They don't look too friendly. Since it's my first time here I didn't feel welcomed at all. I felt more like an outcast. If the food is good then I'll call in first to make an order instead of waiting for 30 minutes.

Don't look at the high five restaurant like big five star hotel look at the food like desi style and professional shef and halal because every body say they halal but they sell everything like pork.etc.....they have small place but good they are gonna get a bigger place soon soo they are very busy all the time

I had Chicken Kheema and garlic naan at this place. The taste of the Kheema was good but it was cooked with too much oil. The naan was good. If they cut down on the oil I would definitely go back.

wow, surprised at some of the bad reviews. Maybe I am not a food snob but my wife and I both liked what we got. sure the somasa was re-heated in a microwave but had I not seen that I would have never known. It came out perfect and tasted fresh. I got the tandoori platter and it had an assortment of the chicken dishes. Everything was spot on and it was A LOT of food. I am one of those guys who is always hungry and often leave a place hungry when everyone else is stuffed. Well I left stuffed. I actually could not finish everything. The quality of the food was as good as anything I got in a fancy Indian restaurant. The prices were very reasonable and they do not skimp on the food The negatives are the service was a bit slow. We got our food quickly as we were the first ones there but then it got busy and the server never came back with the check so I just went up to the counter and paid. . She was not overly friendly but not rude either and she took the time to explain the menu and was totally fine with some substitutions we requested. The set up is a bit odd with the table arrangements but the place is kind of small so not much room to split the tables up. I can not speak for others but IMHO this place is a 4 star place for what it is. Its not fast food and its not a fancy sit in Indian-Pakistani restaurant. It is your typical restaurant that is part of a strip mall with good food and fair prices. edit- 6/15 bumping this place down to 3 stars. they never have samosas, too much oil in the dishes. the tikka or butter chicken has pools of oil floating on top (take out).. half the time you get salad and getting skimpy on the portion sizes.

Stopped in for Lunch on Saturday. Not a great start, temperature was below 60 in the restaurant, the space heater that they used to try to heat the place was woefully inadequate. We tried ordering off the menu and were told that three of the items that we wanted were not available. It took over 90 minutes for food to arrive and it did in stages. Food quality was uneven at best, you know you are in trouble when the bread, dal and rice were the highlights. The chicken in the curry was very gristly and the portion was quite small. The chicken kefta had a very mealy and unappealing consistency. One of the items that we ordered, never arrived at the table, thankfully it didn't appear on the check either, so it clearly was just missed by out server. Service was on styrofoam plates with plastic utensils. Even if I cut them some slack as they have just opened, this was a very underwhelming performance and there are just too many good alternatives for South Asian food in the area that it is not necessary to give them another chance. Clearly, they have room for improvement.

My husband stopped in at lunch today. Atmosphere needs a little help. It's basic, right now. Would have been nice to have the large tv on, or even light background music. the place was almost empty when we arrived, only a couple was there. The woman behind the counter didn't seem happy. A smile would help. Act like you're happy to have people come in to you restaurant. But, we did ask her to tell us about the items that were in the heated pans. We grabbed a menu and sat down. The back of the menu said buffet lunch, but I didn't see that. I ordered the lamb gyro. Choice of having it in the pita, or served over rice. Large portion for the price. They drizzled a red sauce over top. I would have preferred it without. Husband ordered the chicken tikka. Looked good, spicy too. Very tender. We ordered 2 naan, garlic and regular. this was wonderful. One piece was the size of 1/2 a frisbee. So good! And a side of chicken skewers. Large portion, very seasoned. We took 1/2 of it home for dinner. We weren't offered drinks, however there is a cooler in the corner to buy cans of soda. They put a pitcher of water and plastic cups on the table. The place was packed when we left. So, food was good. Large portions for the price. The owners/employees need to smile. Give it a try!

Don't expect fancy ambiance. Food is very good though. During the 4 visits that I've made, have not tried anything vegetarian here. All chicken items have been good: 1) Chicken bihari kabab - excellent 2) Chicken seekh kabab - excellent 3) Keema nan - very good 4) Chicken shammi kabab - excellent The only item that I did not like was "Fried Fish". It was overcooked and hard. I would not recommend it.

Tasted the Chicken biryani and shish kabab, Taste was decent, they still need to improve on the taste by adding more spices and I felt quantity was sufficient for the price. Kabab was excellent for $1 a piece, loved the spicy taste of kabab. It's also cost efficient

This is the place to go for Indian/Pakistani in Harrisburg. It's absolutely fantastic, and very reasonably priced. The atmosphere is nil, but the food is fantastic (I've tried a variety of vegetarian options). I like my food spicy, and they have no problem spicing it up for me. I've also had the gyro, which is substantially different from a greek version. It's a bit spicy, which I think is nice.

I was excited to see a new choice in the Harrisburg area so we stopped for takeout yesterday. I have to agree with the unfriendliness; it's not a welcoming place, not the staff, not the decor. The menu doesn't state that the choices for the combo platters are limited to the already prepared items. What we wanted wasn't there so I had to order fresh off the menu. We ordered several items, we were told that a few of our selections weren't available. I've had Palek Paneer in numerous restaurants from Manhattan to Harrisburg, this was the worst I've ever tasted. The Bhindi Masala was ok but cold, yes, this was takeout, but my house is about a mile from the place! The Chicken Tikka Masala was sparse in chicken and the sauce was an odd fluorescent color I've never seen before! It didn't have that creamy, delicious, subtle sauce that one would expect. The Naan was like a pancake...very odd texture The wait for the food to be prepared seemed excessive and the food was disappointing. There are much better choices here! Live and learn!

I wanted to like this place, as I support small business and ethnic small business, especially. I have to say, Lahori Kabab was a total disappointment. Service was slow and disorganized. I didn't get my complete order with my takeout and once I got the bag home, the grease and oil from the nearly inedible food was everywhere. If I weren't with a companion, I can't even imagine the amount of oil in my car, as the staff felt it was acceptable to hand oily containers of food to me in just a thin plastic bag. The food was beyond greasy and the chicken korma had more bones than meat (and more oil than anything else!). The saag was very bland and again, I've never seen so much oil in food. I was sick after eating and continued to feel ill for days. I wasted money, time, and food. Such a greasy and gross disappointment!!

This place just does not meet my standards. The food is just cold .. one of the dishes had a warm curry but the meat was cold, which makes me think they just microwave the food and not freshly prepare it.... And I read a flyer that said it would have over 150 items .. when I went for lunch they had maybe 8. And I asked for a couple of items off of the menu and my luck, they did not have them. Its ok I get it, new restaurants take time to develop.. but at least be courteous .. the lady was so to the point and rude about it. A simple "no we don't have it" it's like she tried to get rid of us as soon as possible .my advice to this restaurant would be, please get a chef who prepares food from fresh ingredients and not just microwaves it, some good service, maybe a polite waitress will help as well.. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who actually wants to enjoy the food, service, and atmosphere .

Traditional flavors. Traditional methods. Ordered lamb korma. Meat was all on bones. Not much of it, and it was surprisingly tough for lamb. Sauce was flavorful, though not as creamy as I'm used to. No rice unless ordered separately.

This place is amazing. They have cheaper food than their competition in the area and it's actually much better! The staff is a bit awkward, but they normally have at least one friendly staffer on and that's a plus. They're willing to bring the spice level down for those who can't handle spicy dishes but still would like to enjoy. For the price you pay for the food, you get a LOT of food. Compared to another Indian restaurant in the area, *cough cough* Aangan *cough cough* you get a lot more food. The food is good, I haven't been disappointed yet and I order from here at least 2x a month. Delivery time takes a while, but it's well worth the wait. All in all, this is a place to definitely check out!

  • Mark A.

Not amazing to my tastes, but I'd like to balance out some of the more critical reviews. Visited on a Wednesday evening, just a few people sitting having meals (though this included a couple of Pakistani nationals). Service was polite, cordial, and quick. The server gave a good explanation of some of the dishes to my friend... she even came by a couple of times during the meal to check on us. We ended up getting two "Combo" platters with one meat and one veg each, with tiny salads and a heaping basket of naan included... for $10 each, definitely a value. The food was decent, just spicy enough to be interesting and not overwhelming: Cauliflower and potatoes, butter chicken, lentils with spinach, and cubed goat. Meats were juicy and fell off the bone, and were nicely seasoned. This included a "chicken rice" base of seasoned basmati rice with a few pieces of chicken thrown in. A little greasy, to be sure, but again, not overly so... what I'd expect for $10: good food, fairly fresh, in good quantity. So, entree with a soft drink from the cooler plus small tip, about $13 a person. There's better quality food from the subcontinent to be had in Harrisburg, to be sure, but for the money, this is a terrific value, and I plan on going back soon. And the place is open til 11:00 pm daily... can't beat that!

i would like to preface this review by saying that i am uneducated in proper etiquette when it comes to indian/pakistani food. i thought it was good though. i've had takeout from this joint a few times. it's cheap, the food is tasty and it's quick. i will be back.

Incredible food at a wonderful price... This restaurant really deserves 5-stars but really needs to focus on organization and cleaning. A lot of families were in tonight with a lot of kids. I would personally worry about my kids eating here because it had dirty tables and dirty floors.

The food was pretty good overall. It took a pretty long time to be delivered but it was very warm when it arrived. I ordered a large sampling of different foods and everything was fine. My main dish was the goat curry and I felt that it was a little too watery but otherwise it was tasty. They did not provide utensils so I had to scrounge around my hotel and ended up having to eat everything with a coffee spoon which was frustrating. But as far as delivery goes, this did the job!

Absolutely amazing food . Best shish kabab i have ever had. I have ordered takeout few times and all the items were pretty good. Prices being low it attracts quite a few different range of people which always makes me nervous to go to this place for pickup. The lady at the front desk never ever smiled or greeted. Considering only the food i would order takeout and not dine in here

My wife and I are fans of South-Asian cuisines, and we followed up on a tip given me by my co-worker, who had tried one of the combinations, a mixed grill, IIRC, and gave the place high praise. The restaurant is decorated rather sparsely which doesn't bother us one bit. All considerations of the lack of visual stimulation vanished when we got our food. We each got a vegetable platter (2 vegetable dishes, basmati rice, and naan or roti. We had ordered samosas (made with real crumbly, crunchy, tasty samosa dough), the Dahi Bara (fried dumplings served with chickpeas in a yogurt sauce) and the aloo tikki (think potato pancake a la Mumbai) as appetizers, and we were very happy with them. The Raita served with them was home made, and the naan and roti must have been fresh-baked. The entrees were marvellous: the palak paneer was the best my wife or I have tasted (and she makes her own on a regular basis!). The Dal Fry, the Aloo Gobi, and the Chana Masala were also spiced nicely, and of a consistency to permit eating them with folds of the naan/roti. The basmati rice was cooked perfectly, each grain separate, lightly buttered, with a sprinking of cumin seed. The woman at the front was very helpful and was pleased when we showed an interest and a basic knowledge of what the various dishes were. We will be going back, and we will be telling our friends about our extremely pleasant experience there.

I love this restaurant. I've been going probably two to three times a month for the past 3 months. Their food is reasonably priced, and absolutely delicious. I can especially recommend the chicken tikka masala with a mango lassi and some naan bread. Yum!

I visited here for the first time to dine in but after seeing the cafeteria type atmosphere I decided to order to go. Whatever you ordered was warmed in a microwave right in front of you, nothing seemed to be fresh. I ordered a veggie dish to go, when I finally got home my food was filled with grease and not too appetizing. I assumed it was from the food sitting out all day it had lost flavor. I don't think I'll be returning unless they actually make something fresh I can just go to a fast food place.

Excellent food. My husband and I stopped here for dinner tonight. We ordered a mixed grill which had tandoori chicken, seekh kabob, hariyali kabob, chicken tikka, and a chappli kabob. All were hot and fresh from the tandoor. The garlic naan and keema naan (meat stuffed) were also hot, fresh, and delicious. My husband also ordered a gyro and finished it so fast I missed out on a bite! Atmosphere is clean! We will be back. It was not crowded but it was a Monday night so that is expected.

While it was certainly not the best Pakistani, Indian, Bangladeshi food I have eatten, the server explained it to me nicely and was patient with me as I saw things that I had not seen before. I felt the effort is authentic, but spartan. It was plentiful and inexpensive. Served on plastic and with water, no ice. Clearly a family business (Dad in the back, Mom and daughter in the front and lost of literature for other family and friend enterprises on the counter). Loved the multi-ethnic crowd from just about every continent interacting, enjoying one another and exploring. Naan was fresh and plentiful. More food than I could eat for lunch. Had the chicken patty, cauliflour and lentils. For the money it was certainly passable and something different. Used to be where the bagel shop was. The one think, however I did not see were kabob grills. Oh well.

Okay been here a couple of times and here is the scoop, Only thing these people do well is shish kebab and naan, both of which are affordable priced, I have tried their butter chicken and biryani dishes and both were horrible with a capital H! If anyone knows if they specialize in some off the menu item please let me know! But for a Pakistani restaurant not knowing how to make a good biryani is unforgivable! Slow service and bad customer service also run rampant here, They should also smile once in a while.

My husband and I loved this place. Not fancy, but the food was great and inexpensive. The woman, who took our order for take-out, was helpful and polite. My husband ordered the vegetable platter which was enough for two people. I had the chicken tikka (mild) which was done to perfection. Definitely going back to this restaurant in the near future. Maybe tomorrow!!!

We were very excited to have a Pakistani restaurant close to our house in Harrisburg. Unfortunately Lahori Kabab doesn't make the grade. First, we called for takeout and the person who answered the phone was rude. She took the order and hung up without so much as a thank you or a confirmation of our order. We ordered the chicken palak and the chicken korma. The food is cheap and the flavor was ok, but portions are small. Chicken is bone-in unless otherwise specified on the menu, so even at their low prices you really aren't getting much meat for your money. Overall it was disappointing. We're going to stick to Aangan as our go-to spot for south Asian cuisine.

The food was absolutely delicious and restaurant was very clean! The people who served us were friendly and very accommodating. We were a large party with many kids. All the food was fresh and tasty. The bhindi and Chapli kabobs were excellent. I definitely recommend this place!

This is by far one of the worst Indian restaurants I have ever eaten at. It stated out by nobody coming to the table for our order, so I went to place the order in myself. I was in the mood for some Chicken Samosas but they only had vegetarian appetizers. Now this is on a Friday night at around 6:30 P.M. That set the tone right there. My wife ordered a chicken dish (on the bone) and when she cut into it, it was still raw, raw, raw. Blood was oozing out of the chicken. Nothing worse for you than raw chicken to get you sick. The dish I received is nothing I have ever seen in an Indian restaurant. It looked as though they took the boneless chicken, placed it in a blender, and put it on puree. The taste was awful. The nan bread was about 1.5 inches think. By far the thickest nan bread I have ever had. We ordered the garlic nan bread with next to no garlic on it at all. While waiting for our food (about 25 minutes) I was constantly hearing, "I'm sorry, I'm sorry" from whom I think was the restaurant owner. Not a good sign. In the owner's defense, they did give us a replacement chicken dish (boneless this time) for my wife along with an extra portion of nan bread. But I can tell you 100%, that there will never, ever, be another time I set foot in that restaurant. I'll stick with my Passage To India restaurant any day. It might be more expensive, but you get what you pay for. Avoid Lahori Kabab Grill Restaurant at all costs.
