Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

All I'm going to say is that I ordered here on a Grubhub whim without checking Yelp first. We ordered steamed dishes with sauce on the side. They were chicken and shrimp with broccoli. Kind of hard to screw those up. The shrimp was ok, but the wife hated the chicken. I tried it, and it tasted like, well, not much at all. I wasn't even a fan of the wonton soup. I threw most of it out. Just off on the flavor. I'm usually a big fan of the wonton soup. Positive was that the shrimp egg roll wasn't bad. I'm guessing they are really good at fried foods. Meh I've had better, that really sums this place up.

Ugh.....why is good Chinese food so hard to find around here?! I absolutely did not feel like cooking after Thanksgiving, so I decided to give this place a try. Chicken Lo Mein and Steamed Dumplings....pretty standard stuff. The dumplings were pretty good but absolutely not homemade. I probably could have bought the same ones in the frozen food section of Giant. That was a disappointment, but at least the flavor was decent. The Lo Mein was straight up gross. Chicken Lo Mein that inexplicably tasted fishy. No thank you. I won't be back.

This place has been really hit or miss and finally lost my business yesterday. It is a shame because there isn't a good Chinese delivery in my area. I ordered a combination platter last night at 7:18pm. I called at 8:30pm to see what happened and was told that he just left. The driver arrived at 7:42pm, I was so hungry, I paid for it and brought it in to eat. The food was cold!!!! Unacceptable, I just threw it out. If I wasn't so tired I would have drove over and got my money back. They lost a customer

My b/f and I live nearby so we try these guys like twice a year to see if they've improved. Not yet. The wanton soup we got was visually slimey. The fried rice and lo mein are still nothing to write home about. The only thing they do okay are the cheesesteak eggrolls (premade anyway) and the wings. Go to Golden Kitchen on Springfield Road less than a mile away if you want Chinese.

was really looking forward to my meal and when it came , I was so grossed out by it I couldn't even eat it. The menu had it labeled as "Jumbo Shrimp with Hot Chili Sauce" the shrimp were not jumbo as you can see in the picture I posted, it just looked so gross and inedible. I also got fried rice, that was nothing special at all. I could have probably saved my money and cooked my self something more tasteful.
