You come here for the atmosphere and good wings. The burgers and other dishes are also very good, the mustang burger comes to mind. Not the cheapest but I've always gotten my moneys worth at least and have yet to be let down. I always end up looking around at all the changing cars and trying to find new memorabilia I haven't seen before.

Service was good. Food was great. Prices were fair. Kids loved their tenders in the race car box. Bathrooms had a disgusting spell that I couldn't distinguish because I didn't want to breathe. Floor was slippery too, almost like at a mechanic shop, ironically.

After a trip to see the family in PA, I specifically made a sidetrip to Quaker Steak to try out the Atomic Wings. Blame the show "Man Vs. Food" and his visit to this restaurant chain for inciting my curiosity. First, the place is very family-friendly - as I saw kids with their parents everywhere. That also means that you need to watch your mouth after you finish a tower of beer (oddly name a "lube tube") and watch your favorite sports team lose on one of the numerous tv's around the place. Or, if you'd prefer to sober up from "the tube" another way, there's a handful of games in the waiting area/bathroom area - Buck Hunter, Ms. Pacman, and some seated racing game. Waitresses were super-friendly and attentive. No complaints at all regarding service. Ok, ok enough with the foreplay, onto the wings. The Atomic wings are listed at 150,000 Scoville Units. I've got a bottle of Dave's Insanity sitting on my two-tiered hot sauce rack at home, so I thought I could give these things a run for their money. I was brought out 5 Atomic wings in an QS&L egg carton. The final shell was filled with jalapenos. (Anyone know how to type a tilde?) A quick smell and I knew these things would be hot, but doable. (joke lost somewhere in there). I grabbed the first one and ripped off a big bite. Fairly decent taste actually, even with the mouth-searing sauce. There was an intense burn on the front of my tongue, but the rest of my mouth felt relatively unaffected. My girl also experienced the same tongue burn on sampling the sauce. A couple of reverse blows onto my tongue and I was able to quell much of the tongue burning while simultaneously making myself high from hyperventilation. The 3rd wing was what I might consider "the wall", but that still went down easy enough. The 4th and 5th wings had my lips tingling, and my eyes and nose running, but were still pretty easygoing. I was presented with an "Atomic Wings Survivor" bumper sticker for my efforts and the rest of the restaurant patrons carried me out on their shoulders to my car, where I waved to the crowd, then proceeded to do a Nascar-style backflip off the roof. Ok, maybe I just got the bumper sticker and then got piss drunk on beer specials, but let a guy dream. Fun place, stop by if you get the chance.

I became a fan of the Lube during my college years out in Pittsburgh and was excited to visit the Bloomsburg location on All-You-Can-Eat night. Unfortunately, it was nothing like the Robinson Township location, where you ordered what flavors you want and the waiters brought it out to you. Here, they had a fixed selection of wings available that night and went go up to a buffet style to pick them, and the selection was not always the freshest. This experience was a couple of years ago, so I don't know if they've changed the format since then, but it was disappointing. The huge variety of wings they have does recommend the place, however, and if you're willing to pay per order (I find wings are generally too expensive to be worth that, nowadays), you'll probably be satisfied. The service is adequate and the premise is clean with entertaining decor, a bar, and plenty of TVs.

Food is ok. Not the best. You can definetely get better wings at family owned establisment's in Central PA and NEPA. The main reason I want to try this place was the triple atomic challenge. I love hot food. So a group of friends along with myself embarked. I ordered 6 of the triple atomic wings, usual challenge is 4, but my pals wanted to try them as well. Let me tell you, not only was this dumbest thing I've eating probably six i'm 4 years old but it was also a waste of money considering the sauce ruined my entire meal afterwards. I ate 3, my one buddy at 2 and the other ate 1. I kid you not after the heat kicks in, it almost gives you a high. My face and head were tingling, I was dizzy and sweating. Nothing calmed the heat, not beer, not milk, not bread nothing. These were what I expected x10.

I love and miss quaker steak. Wings can be a bit pricy, but they are worth it as they are huge and tasty. Sauces are rated by heat, and there are many to pick from in every heat category. Other foods are here, but why bother with them when quaker specializes in wings? Their salads are made with weird shreaded lettuce. My favorite is a lunch buffet, which includes a couple variety of wings, other meats, and sides. Fun decor with actual racecars hanging from the ceiling. I was always a little afraid to sit underneath them. Would just be a ridiculous way to go.

Cool place with a NASCAR theme and other theme nights. Excellent wings and other unhealthy food.

This place isn't bad. I think its a bit pricey though for the amount of food you get. This was the third time i have been here. Never had a problem with service or food. Boneless wings are my favorite here.

If a restaurant has "Steak" in their name, you would expect a decent selections of steaks. In their 9 page menu, there's two steaks to choose from, TWO!. Wings are their claim to fame, but when every other place does wings now, theirs should really stand out. They were overly dry, hardly any meat on them and tough. It might be me, but I don't really care that you have 25+ wing sauces, some of which are so spicy that it will give you heart burn for the next week, if you're chicken is horrible, it's not worth eating. Most of the menu is inspired by Mexican spices and ingredients. This is a restaurant suffering from a poorly executed identity crisis.

This is one of those smaller chains that I would consider a step up from TGI Friday's and the rest of the similar chains. The decor is really cool and looks like your in a clean auto garage. Located right of I-80 it isnt hard to find you can see it from the highway. The place is pretty big and can handle most any size group The food I have been here a few times and I always get the wings. They have probably 30 different sauces ranging from 90 on Scoville scale to 500,000. Needless to say they have wings for types of people even more then BDubb's and yes they are better than Buffalo Wild Wings. I went to the Thai 'R' Cracker and the Louisiana Lickers (which are their most popular). The wings were not huge but not small I would save average size. They were cooked well and the sauces were top notch. If you want really good wings with a variety of flavors second to none this is the place I would go. It is better than any other chain bar none!

This is one of those places that "looks" good, but isn't. It was over priced ($62.00 for 2 adults and 2 children to have lunch). The food was bland, stale(except for the boneless wings) and simple. The atmosphere is very dark and the whole restaurant smells musty. I gave an extra star because our waitress was kind and helpful and there are games for the kids.

Any time that I am in the area of a Quaker Steak and Lube I have to stop for wings and beer! It is a basic life requirement for me! Today's visit had me trying a new flavor of wing sauce and boy was it ever awesome! I ventured out and tried the Arizona Ranch sauce. The sauce is a hot sauce base with a dry ranch flavoring mixed in. While I am a huge fan of ranch dressing mixed with hot sauce this actually worked for me. I was skeptical at first about a dry ranch powder mixed in but it really blended well. Anytime you visit a place like this you know that you are getting over the top decor and a very warm and casual experience. The waitress was friendly and even allowed me to sample the new sauce before I made my order which was great. One thing I really look for when writing a review is if the staff are smiling, every staff member that I saw had a smile on their face!

Decor was a little campy. Service a little slow. For somewhere named Quaker STEAK you think they would have a larger selection of steaks (they had 2). With that name you would also think the steak would be remarkable...it is remarkable...but remarkably bland. The wings, however, are well worth the trip. They have probably 30 different sauces ranging from 90 on scoville scale to 500,000 (yes 500,000!!!). I got the Buckeye Barbeque (5,000 on scale)-they were sweet and tangy with a "bite/burn" after about 40 seconds. Potato soup was ok and side salad was pretty lack luster. (Dinner salad is huge though!) Our waitress was nice and attentive. It was not very loud. I would go back...just for wings.

Great food, ribs were excellent. The theme is cool if you give it a chance and actually go in. Staff was very nice. Kid friendly and nice for sports fans with the large tvs.

If you like TGI Fridays, Chili's, and Applebee's, then you are likely to enjoy Quaker Steak & Lube. I'd say this place is probably slightly better than your average commercialized gimmicky grub-pub, but generally I don't care for those places. No disrespect to you if you enjoy that kind of thing, we all have different views. We shared a variety of foods including wings, onion rings, steak and shrimp. The best of that was the Louisiana Lickers wings with a cajun-garlic-BBQ mixed sauce. I enjoyed the unique flavor of the sauce. The onion rings were good, but cut so thick that when you take a bite, the onion slides out and you are left holding the crust in your hand. The sirloin steak was a dry and tasteless piece of beef and the fried shrimp that came with the combo was equally unimpressive. Our server at the bar was Sarah K., and she was nice and friendly, but the unenthusiastic group of three girls who were standing around watching the front entry were very unwelcoming.

We went with a large group including 9 kids. They did a good job tucking us into a corner and the waitress was very attentive. Have been here a bunch of times and the wings are pretty good. Food is just a little pricey for wings and fried apps. The lube tubes of beer seem like a good deal though and better than waiting for the waitress for every drink. Overall is a good place and quite kid-friendly.

This has to be one of the best run Lubes they have. Always have a full calendar of events and special nights. Very good menu which seems to be tweaked every time we go back. Can't beat their Monday nights with $1.99 kids meals or even their Wednesday night bike nights once the weather heats up.

I-80, Exit 232...Turn at the Mall Entrance! Monday to Thursday 11am to 10:30pm Friday and Saturday 11am to 11:30pm Sunday 11am to 10pm Delicious hot wings? YES. Atomic hot wings at 250,000 Scoville Units? YES. Please sign the waiver. Great place for burgers, wings, and ribs. Great selection of beer and drinks.

Large selection of beer and liquor. New menu has great new items for those looking for something healthier and something different than wings and burgers. 2 different bars allow for a change in environment if you are a regular. Plenty of events offered if your into that sort of thing. Only downside, bathrooms are filthy!!!

This has only been my second visit to Quaker Steak & Lube. The first visit, not so great, but then again it was packed so maybe that was reasoning for horrible service. Tonight we didn't have to wait and we had a good waitress. I got the Mac & Cheeseburger. It wasn't half bad. My only suggestion would be, use different cheese, maybe a sharp. You couldn't really taste the Mac & cheese.

I grew up in an area with quite a few Quaker Steak & Lube's around. I always preferred them to other wing chains such as Buffalo Wild Wings. We stopped here driving across PA from near the original in Sharon to NJ on quite a whirlwind trip. We were seated immediately, and our waitress was super friendly. The wings were delivered very quickly and were on par with the other locations I've been to. The waitress was very quick about refilling our iced teas as well. We didn't want to get too crazy with our choices because we still had quite a long way to go, so we had nothing hotter than medium. My boyfriend and I each had two flavors, Haute Parm, Golden Garlic, Medium and Boom Boom. Of those, I had already tried them all but Boom Boom, which was new since I moved away from PA years ago. I actually loved the Boom Boom sauce, despite my reservations about it's name. My boyfriend, the wing enthusiast, did really enjoy all the flavors. I knew what I was getting into--predictable good wings. better than other chains, maybe not quite as good as a small local place. The decor was standard racing themed. The layout was a little strange, and the bathroom was in a place where, our waitress said "It would just be easier if I took you there myself". But it was remarkably clean despite the dull-aged appearance of the rest of the place. It wasn't dingy, but it looked like it could use some TLC. If you like wings, and you like racing themed restaurants, you'll like the 'Lube. I would be remiss if I didn't mention you've gotta have the Louisiana Lickers even if we didn't have them at this trip.

This was near the hotel we were staying at and we were offered a 10% discount to boot. We called ahead as we had a group of 20 and they easily and happily accommodated us and even gave us separate checks. I went for the mild boneless wings and they were tasty. I did not like the cup of blue cheese that was similar to what you would get with a takeout salad - peel off the top style. I asked for more and they brought us a fresh side which chunks of cheese in it - much better. It was also their late night happy hour with a selection of 8 different apps to choose from including the magna fries loaded with bacon and cheese and chipotle BBQ quesadilla. I was also impressed that they cooked the quesidilla in a separate pan as the hubby is also allergic to red meat. I'm not sure what the drink specials were because I was the driver. The boys also got a large beer tower holding 7 or 8 beers and touting it's own spout at $24.99 they had more than one so the bill added up quick. Our waitress was great and handled our motley crew like a pro. Definitely kitsch and stimulation overload but a fun way to kick off our 2012 family reunion.

I started eating wings from Quaker Steak & Lube since I was about 5 or 6 years old. My family would usually leave from a visit with family in Sharon to order a couple buckets of hot or cajun wings to go. Then after awhile the Louisiana Lickers came about and those were a family favorite too. After visiting the Sharon location several times in my adult life, I came across the location in Bloomsburg on my NYC-to-Ohio road trip. I must say the wings are just as good as the original location in Sharon, as well as the "Four Wheeler" which is a huge appetizer consisting of onion rings, soft pretzels w/ cheese, mozzarella sticks, and fried pickles with assorted sauces. The Louisiana Lickers still have that great flavor. The waitress was helpful and had a good personality. The decor was very fun to look at too. There is nothing I can think of negative about my experience or the food here. It is a good place to stop in at while traveling on I-80 to relax and have some delicious wings.

I've wanted to try Quaker Steak and Lube for about five years-there isn't one anywhere near me...the last time I went out to Penn State I wasn't in the right condition on the way home to stop and after seeing it on Man vs. Food I knew I had to try it out. Unfortunately I wasn't in the right 'place' do do their wing challenge, so when we got there we ordered some spicy Bloody Mary's and looked over the menu. I ordered the buckeye BBQ hot boneless wings...not their hottest, but still pretty high on their scale. We were REALLY disappointed in the service-not our waitress, she was awesome, but the tools in the kitchen took over 25 minutes to send out a salad, a quesadilla, a burger, and three orders of wings. Completely unacceptable. While the wings were delicious they were far from hot (spicy not temp) -so I was a little disappointed. I really wanted to be blown out of the water by this place, but I wasn't. It was good, service was slow, and the wing sauce wasn't spicy enough. Unless I try the wing challenge, I don't know that I go out of my way to stop here again...but I am a sucker for hot wings so never say never.

Excellent friendly service. Wings very good, burger just ok. No different than most standard dime a dozen burgers. Ps-parking was ample.

Compared to local bars that have wing night this place is super expensive. But the flavors make help it seem justified. My other complaint is the cheap plastic outdoor chairs that easily break. Not comfy at all. Service was great. Food was good.

Had these wings at the Buffalo Wingfest and loved them. On our way home we passed one of thier PA locations and had to stop in. The Arizona Ranch wings are awsome!

Can't say I'm a fan. Service was excellent. Very friendly. Manager stopped by our table. Food was just "chain" restaurant bland. Full rack of ribs must have come off a dwarf pig. Ribs were dry. Sauce was good. This may be hard to explain but, they tried to infuse their flavor in all the food. Was a bit much.

Being that this place is less than a mile from my family's house when I'm in town visiting.......I try to get here as often as I can. It's about the only "chain" I'll go to in the area because the offerings are solid each and every single time I've been there. My favorite time to go is during the week for lunch for the all you can eat wing special with a side food/salad bar. Frankly, I stay away from the hot food bar because much of it doesn't look all that appetizing. Looking back on it, I don't think I've actually ever tried anything else beyond the wings here and whatever may have been offered on the hot bar that looked halfway decent. Cheap beers ($2 drafts, I believe), great wing specials and the decor is fun with an old stock car hanging off of one of the walls (sitting in the booths underneath it still scares me a bit). So much sports memorabilia on the walls, even the bathroom signs are funny. I also love how the sports are piped into the bathroom as well. I was there one NFL Sunday afternoon and it was great to not only see the Steelers game on the TV in the bathroom but the sound was blaring, as well. I wish they would open some locations in New England because Buffalo Wild Wings just doesn't cut it.

Came out for lunch after attending an ALS benefit walk in Bloomsburg. The waitress (Emily, I think) was great! Attentive without being overbearing. She was also super intuitive for our friends that brought their 1 year-old son along, providing goldfish crackers as soon as we sat down. I had the grilled wings with 2 different sauces (of the ~24 sauces you can choose from) and they were great! This place has a huge menu and a TON of healthy options. The less than healthy options looked delicious too. My fiance split the loaded fries with his college buddy, and the fries didn't stick around very long at all. Everyone else seemed very happy with their choices. I think this is a western PA chain, bummer there aren't some local because I would eat here often!

What on earth possessed me to order anything other than wings, I'll never know. But they were the ones who put pasta on the menu, thus paving the way for this review. I got the buffalo chicken mac and cheese. Maybe its just me, but when I think of mac and cheese, I think of pasta in a creamy, cheesy sauce. This pasta was layered: cheese sauce (I guess that's what it was), pasta, chunks of raw celery, chicken nuggets coated in hot buffalo wing sauce, and a miniscule scattering of blue cheese. In theory, this was a good idea. In practice, it was kind of a mess. Maybe it was lateness of the hour, maybe the folks in the kitchen never made it before ("What, we have pasta?"), but it wasn't good. Do yourself a favor. Stick to the wings. You won't be disappointed.

If you eat somewhere once and don't like it, you might not go back. I've been back at least 6 times. A few times sheerly by circumstance, but once or twice because I thought I'd give it another shot. I figured it might just be what I'd ordered. Nope. Got something different every time. Meh. Meh. Meh. Everything tasted like it was prepared by microwave. I never hated it per se, but I always left feeling vaguely disappointed. Like, huh, that really should have been better. Ah well. You want to get onion rings at a place with shit on the walls? This is your place.

I visited this location today with a business associate today, and it was ok. Expect lots of meat/poultry choices, mostly deep-fried. This is not the place to eat if you're even remotely health conscious. I hadn't had breakfast, so I was STARVING. Onion rings are good, as were the fried shrimp app (Bang Bang Shrimp on the menu??) Overall, the menu choices were pretty much of the fried/breaded/probably frozen sort. For what it is, it's decent, but don't go here looking for any vegetarian/healthy selections. It's a junk food junkie's paradise, though!! Decor is very cool, especially if you like motorcycles. They have a bunch of vintage Harley's hanging from the walls. I can't imagine how much it costed to decorate the place, but it's very cool. I loved looking at the bikes hanging in the area of our table. Our server was great. Very eager and attentive. We liked her a lot. Summary: Cool atmosphere with junk food and good service.

Good time with our friends!! Service was great!!!! I had the boneless wings Hot!!! They were good not that hot!! Loved the Lube chips with beer cheese. My friend had the Parmesan wings, said they were nothing special. They packed everything up for us, and also gave us twizzlers...friends Love that!!!! I'd go back. Pretty Good for a chain restaurant!!!

Worth the visit. Nice variety on the menu. Customized wings (extra crispy or not). There are better but it is a nice place. Good for motor sports fans. A little loud! Food is good for the price.

For a place that looks like a typical chain, I gotta say I wasn't expecting much. However the service at this place is really good and the food was also. I was intrigued by the "Atomic Challenge", which is one of the reasons we came here. Upon reading the menu, I found out they had something hotter. Not wanting to let my pride be my downfall, I stuck with the original Atomic wings and got the sampler. 5 wings. They smell hot, and they burn your nostrils. However their bark is louder than their bite. I have a pretty high tolerance for spicy food, and don't get me wrong, they were spicy, but they weren't that hot. 5 wings was too easy. I shoulda went Triple Atomic. Oh well, there's always next time. I also got the Lube Burger, which was actually really good. Considering your other options in this area, you probably can't beat this place.

  • Benjamin M.

You don't need to be a NASCAR fan (which I'm not) to enjoy "The Lube." I've stopped here at least half a dozen times traveling from NJ to western PA...a great half-way stop for some Arizona Ranch wings and Sam's Cherry Wheat. Atmosphere, decor and food are pretty standard from the other locations I've visited in Sharon, PA (the original) and Pittsburgh. However, if you're a dumb @$$ who craves unnecessary attention and likes to $#^! liquid for a few days, you can order and attempt to eat their Triple Atomic wings (500,000 SHUs)...after signing a release form, of course. :)

We love Quaker Steak. It's our favorite place to go on a Tuesday night for the all you can eat wing buffet. Lots of wing options, and their drink menu is good too.

I avoided this place from day one because of the name. "Quaker Steak" = kinda clever. But add the "& Lube" and all i can picture is a steak with oil poured on top of it. Gross. However I was tired and hungry and in need of chicken wings so I finally relented. It's not as bad as I imagined (nothing could be and still be allowed to operate by the Board of Health) but I wasn't overly impressed either. Had the Cajun, Buckhorn BBQ, and Thai R' Crackers (whatever the hell that means) wings and while it was super nice that all of these were made to order and brought to me as part of the lunch buffet, the only one I really liked were the Thai R' Crackers. The other two were as spicy as the menu indicated they would be, they just didn't do much else. And the quality of the wings themselves was sad - small and dry. But the service is nice and a good selection of beers. Wouldn't be a bad place to watch the game. I'll stick to the Scoreboard for my wing cravings, though.

Darren and Kay in "Wings of Evil" Of all locales, this would have to be the first Quaker Steak and Lube restaurant I visit; 4 hours from home! I never before thought to try any of the ones in or near Pittsburgh. What I wanted to do was go to a mom-n-pop place, but they all seemed to be closed New Year's Day, so here we came. I felt like Han Solo in this Star Wars scene... youtube.com/watch?v=1Gzf… Leia/Kay sez, "You don't have to do this to impress me." Yes, I saw the Triple Atomic Wings, and yes, I ordered them, with the half-rack of ribs. This means I had 6 of them to contend with. That's what you are given with the ribs. I know, I know, guys do dumb shit. They play with fire. They ride ATV's. They jump off of things. I laugh at, deride other males for engaging in such idiotic macho behavior. But something told me to try the TAW's. "Baby, you'll get heartburn," the girlfriend pleads. I kissed her full on the mouth like a stubbled, roguish hero about to make his final stand. "You better NOT kiss me for a few hours after eating those damn wings!" Kay killed the romance of it with an ounce of realism. Luckily we had some ranch dressing with the deep fried pickles. Creaminess helps. I learned that from a college chemistry instructor years back. Chocolate sauce apparently does also. Kudos to our sympathetic (worried sick?) and most gnarly waitress for bringing me some chocolate. I actually had to sign a waiver before eating them. Cue the Dave Barry quote. After the first one, my tongue was aflame like the cities in that old Blue Oyster Cult song. By the second one, I felt as if I had no tongue. By the third I had Godzilla's nuclear breath. After four, tears fell from my eyes. After five, snot was falling from my nose. The sixth went down after guzzling 3 soft drinks. Before long, I had the decal and triumphantly threw the horns, my face flush. I was careful not to touch my eyes. Hellacious. Hellacious. The sauce was so fiery, it made anything else sans the ranch dressing almost as hot as the wings when it entered your mouth. I even dipped our homemade potato chips, Kay's pretzels, and nearly my entire head in chocolate in an attempt to soothe my burning mouth. I had to promise Kay I'd never do it again. Ever. And I will not. Again, our waitress told us that there's usually only 4 to an order, but since I ordered them with ribs, I got 6. "So, that was quite a feat," she said to me. She also claimed that most of the fools who try them can't handle one! They either run out of there screaming or order the Biker Chick salad. How did the wings taste? It was hard to discern due to my enflamed state (people were staring), but they were as tender as I had heard. There was actually a subtle sweetness to the wings themselves with the inferno sneaking up on you after 5-10 seconds. What of the rest of the meal? I was so intent on finishing those accursed wings of Satan that my ribs got cold, which were slathered in their Golden Garlic sauce. Tender and tasty they were. I suppose I could have asked for them to be reheated, but the wings had given me brain fever, and therefore I never thought of it. The aforementioned pretzels went famously well with the beer cheese dip. Those fresh potato chips were the best I've had to date. Nothin' soggy, about 'em. Our dessert, the fudge brownie sundae (I have a thing for these), made for a sweet a reward and even sweeter relief for obvious reasons. My appreciation for what chocolate and ice cream can do has grown. The ice cream itself was exceptional and had me thinking that it might be made in-house. I forgot to ask. As far as the atmosphere goes, the NASCAR set has found their own Chuck E. Cheese. There was a car right above us on the wall! Surreal, man. Their menu covers it all too. QS&L has a truckload of stuff, beckoning return visits. I didn't exactly slay the dragon, but I clipped his wings. He's a good boy now and fetches the paper when told. And no, I will never do such a thing ever again. I mean, I'd have to be drunk outta my skull, and I reckon that most of the guys (do chicks do whacked-out shit like this?) who take on the batwings are in fact blotto.

Stopped in here the other day for lunch on a quick road trip out to Ohio. The place is filled with kitchy auto racing related stuff, which if you're into that, is probably a plus. Seems like a good place to take children. Arrived about 130pm and the lunch buffet was going on - although the value is certainly there (several varieties of wings, some sort of make your own hoagie option), and it looked clean, I passed since I'm trying to cut down on my fried food intake. Ordered the "grilled" wings, whch were not wings, but grilled chicken tenders tossed in a sauce of your choice. Regular portion (4 pieces) is $9 and the 6 piece portion was $13 - came sitting atop several wedges of pita (strange imo), which became soggy upon its arrival to my table. I had the thai-r-cracker and the spicier of the garlic., preferring the sweet and spicy thai-r-cracker. I asked for the two sauces that just below the atomic and triple atomic and found them both to be spicy but not over the top. My wife on the other hand was crying from them. The chicken was tender and juicy though. The meal is clearly not gourmet, but perfectly fine if you're looking for a quick bite to eat that's not too expensive. The service was excellent. I would hit up this place over buffalo wild wings if they opened in the New York City area.

We stop at this place sometimes while traveling. Seeing all the signs about their award winning wings I had to try them, and so got the lunch buffet to sample various kinds. But they were awful. I later realized the wings they point at as good are the jumbo wings on the menu. Those are pretty good. The wife has tried the burgers and says they're not bad. But don't try the lunch buffet. It's more than the wings on it which are bad.
