Every review is five stars? Really? So we gave it a try and, sure enough, this place and these hosts are amazing. Gorgeous place, great breakfast, gracious hospitality!

Ray and nanacy are the most gracious of hosts. Their "home" is impeccably clean and decorated very nicely. The "West Wing" is where we stayed and the room was as comfortable as any place that I have ever stayed. Flatscreen TV's, a huge shower, and a bed that you don't want to get out of make this place a must see. Complimentary drinks and snack in the butlers pantry are also an added benefit. Ray makes a great breakfast and they are very accomodating to those with dietary restrictions. We'll be back.

What's not to love? You'll get free, overnight parking in Bloomsburg, gracious and friendly hosts, a gorgeous room to bed down in and an amazing breakfast at the end of your visit. We stayed in the East Wing after making reservations about a month in advance over the phone. We were in town for a wedding and wanted a location that stepped it up for a bit over a standard hotel room and everything exceeded our expectations. The bed is ultra comfortable but fairly high up so keep that in mind if it might be a problem for you.The bathroom was fantastic, large and had great, modern features. Breakfast was our favorite part. There was another traveller who we shared time with at the table but for the most part we were alone and catered to throughout the entire meal. We had amazing local fresh fruit because it was the summer. On the side was a pile of well prepared, thick french toast. Breakfast is what you stay in a B&B for and they exceeded our expectations in that department. Our checkout was easy and the owner simply mailed the credit card receipt to us since our times didn't align with when they would be there to run it. The entire experience couldn't have been easier for weary travelers. It certainly doesn't feel like a hotel when you are here but more like a throwback, well built house owned by the upper class of Bloom who are literally "on the hill" of the town looking out over Main St. Treat yourself if you are in the area but remember, two night minimum on the weekends. I'm bummed I never took pictures here but hope to return at some point so I can!

Ray and Nancy are amazing. They are a very cute and helpful couple. When booking the room, I had some back and forth with my travel plans and was in contact with Ray. He was very accomadating and patient with sorting out the dates. We stayed for one night and were not very familiar with the area, as we had planned on being in the State College area. Ray gave us a great dinner suggestion (Seasons -- highly recommend!). He also looked up local events in the area and told us where we could find wine tastings, etc. We were a week early and weren't able to go to the many holiday festivities that were taking place the following weekend, but still had a wonderful evening. The downtown area is very nice and quaint. We had an amazing stay and would definitely go back there again! Breakfast was amazing! They have food for anyone, even if you have a food allergy (i.e. gluten-free). The room was very comfortable (East Wing) and would agree with previous reviewers in that it did exceed our expectations. We were glad we made the decision to go with a B&B over a hotel!

College Hill is a great place to stay at in a convenient location in downtown Bloomsburg. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well kept, with Wifi access and flat screen tv's. The owners Ray and Nancy are very welcoming and genuine, and will help you with anything you need. Not to mention that they are great cooks as well! You can't go wrong with this place, I will definitely be coming back here again!

Wonderful stay. Very charming B&B in a great part of town, in walking distance of the river as well as interesting shops. The owners have made many small choices that are smart and add a warm touch.
