I was craving pizza so stopped here on a whim. I'm new to the area, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The service was good. The restaurant was clean and my pizza was delicious! Though I can't speak to the rest of the food. The waitress told me the were opening up a location in Danville on Mill Street soon. I'm sure to be a regular at both locations!

Ok its not THE greatest, but its decent, and I love that they deliver to your doorstep. My favorite orders -- and they are awesome-- are the chicken cacciatore and the burger with steak sauce. They also make an AWESOME cheesecake. If you order those -- you cant go wrong. They make good food .. my best experiences are having the food delivered to my home.

I called to place an order for delivery and after I told the girl the 1st thing we wanted, the girl asked me to hold on so she can check on her tables (why do they have a waitress answering the phone?). Then another girl comes on and I wanted to make sure that she had the 1st order we placed, then proceeded to tell her the hoagies that I wanted which was the turkey, bacon, ham and cheese with everything on it, but before I could even finish, the girl on the phone said "hold on while I give you to our manager because we're very busy", and I hear the girl say " can you take this because she's rambling", REALLY!, then the girl came back on and said the manager was coming and my I asked her "how in the hell was I rambling when I'm simply placing my order?", and no response. She then gave the phone to the manager and he took our order, then asked if that was it and hung up before my I could address the issue. So I waited for a bit, then called and asked to talk to the manager who tried to make excuses saying that they were were busy and saying "what, should I fire her". UNREAL! And so what if you're busy. We are customers too and don't expect to have an impatient brat say something like that when I certainly WASN'T rambling! It's not our problem your busy! Get more help! And yes, that girl should be fired. Then it took them an hour and a half to get here. SO, as I said on the phone, we and a few of our friends that I told about this will order elsewhere from now on since you're sooo busy. And just to inform you, we were frequent customers of yours for years because you delivered here, not because you're the best pizza place around, but we'll help you out and drive somewhere else so that you're not SO BUSY!

This is my favorite Italian place in the area. The portions are large and the food is prepared well. Good vegetarian options too. I usually get the eggplant parmesan panini which comes with fries. You can't beat the prices at this place when it comes to good sandwiches. I also recommend the pizza.

Staying at the Holiday Inn Express down the street for biz and discovered this place. Ordered the medium Classic Stromboli with pepperoni, ham and mozzarella with side of sauce. Hand stretched dough and huge. Very good 'boli.. Also watched kitchen while waiting for take out order and noticed one of the cooks making a chicken parm sandwich. Was pleasantly surprised to see freshly breaded chicken breasts going into the fryer. Not frozen pucks, that's big in my book and now have to try that next time!

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
