BEST Bagels in the area! If you are looking for that NY Style bagel, you have found it in NEPA. Fresh made everyday. You can get bagels with butter, cream cheese spreads, made into breakfast and lunch deli sandwiches, etc. Fresh coffee brewed daily of your choice and size (think Wawa style). Prices are reasonable, and the food is great! I miss these bagels, but enjoy getting a few when visiting family.

Having once been a long-time resident of Bloomsburg, Bloomin' Bagels II was one of my community staples for more than ten years. I can resolutely divulge that in all the places I have lived and traveled, I have never eaten a better bagel. They're ALWAYS fresh and delicious, and they have a lovely array of cream cheese spreads (including lox and Nova!), vegetables, and quality Boar's Head deli meat--which, in case you aren't aware, tastes like ACTUAL meat. On many occasions, I have ordered a toasted bagel but been asked, "well, they're fresh out of the oven, do you still want it toasted?" Of course not! It's also important to note that all of their ingredients are fresh and real. They do not microwave their meat, and their eggs are not comprised of some hardly recognizable powdery substance; they are all cooked fresh on the grill. I have been to shops where I have had decent bagels, but mediocre, microwaved eggs and cheese-- this is a dealbreaker after having patronized BBII for so long. Their cream cheese is whipped fresh on the premises, the meat is fresh and real, and they are very generous with the portions on their sandwiches. I would highly recommend the garlic bagel with scallion cream cheese and tomato, for a delicious and flavorful vegetarian option, or the cheesteak sandwich for the meat-lover. You won't be disappointed! Their service is prompt and amiable, even on crowded Saturday mornings when hungover college students are endlessly filing in.The employees are kind and will remember you if you're a regular customer-- trust me. Furthermore, they are completely affordable, even on a regular basis. You can leave (or stay) with a complete breakfast (with a fresh coffee) for less than $5! There is also ample seating, if you're looking for a place to have breakfast together. In all honesty, I much prefer this location to the original Bloomin' Bagels. There is greater organization, more room to relax, and in general, fresher food. I have to say that Bloomin' Bagels II is ineffably the best bagel shop I've ever been to, and is a major priority when visiting my hometown.

DELICIOUS bagels. Probably my favorite in the entire world. seriously. I no longer live around here but whenever I'm in the area, I buy a dozen and freeze them. I LOVE these bagels.
