I have had fantastic experiences every time I've come here, regardless of the time or day of the week. I definitely recommend the BBQ chicken pizza. My favorite!

So this place has decent pizza, but I am done. Hit or miss with delivery over the last year, sometimes very sketchy LATE delivery people, then it seemed to get better. Now they completely lost an order placed online. Order confirmation received online showing total booked and all aspects with an hour wait. Called after 1.5 hours requesting status and they have no record of the order at all. Manager happily gave me corporate number to voice my complaint. Pizza OK, technology 0

I like pizza and the best that I can say about Bellagio's pizza is that it is edible and that it is pizza. Anything more would border on lying and I can't with a straight face. The pizza is greasy on a good day and not very tasty. Their delivery is very long and not worth the wait. I won't step into the store as it is quite unappealing. These are two mercy stars and I wish that we had a good pizza delivery available in West Linn.

  • J. B.

We have ordered from Bellagio's on numerous occasions. There are such few options for delivery in West Linn, so thank goodness Bellagio's does a good pizza. They delivered early (even during lunch hour), the delivery man was nice and my pizza not only looked beautiful, but it was quite tasty.

I order from this location at least once a month. Love the pizza, and the chicken caesar salad is AMAZING. They do get busy in the evening, so consider that when you place your order. The staff is very friendly, and out of the 10 times I've ordered from them, they have only made one mistake.

  • Katie W.

They NEVER give an accurate time to pick up the pizza! Ridiculous!! I keep coming back for gluten free pizzas but I hate the service.

    (1)
  • Carolyn E.

I read the reviews before walking in the doer which made me very nervous as they were all over the place. But hands down, some of the best pizza I've ever had served by pleasant servers. Only reason they didn't get 5 stars was the employee lolling in one of the booths taking a nap while we ate. Not very classy but great pizza. The Mother Earth was to die for. Well be back.

I've HAD IT with this location. The delivery time is now ALWAYS an hour or more, on three separate occasions they have screwed up our order, when you walk in the store the are disorganized and dirty. Order from Lake Oswego location. They are so much more organized, respectful, on-time, and friendly

    (1)
  • Casey S.

They're pizza is good, but the prices are high and they never give accurate times for pickup. Most of the time they're just putting your pizza in the oven when you arrive

    (2)
  • Selena N.

Sometimes instead of making my own small pizza, getting one for pick up is nicer. They do deliver to Gladstone! I usually get the gluten free pizza, for I like the crust better. Veggie or Margerita is great! If you order online they have some deals, and if you like on FB they will give $3 off, which helps for the healthier options are more expensive. I prefer take out, for they have a drive through window, and you don't have to leave a tip. It is on my way home from work. They are a little bit pricey, but for a healthier pizza...to me it is worth it. The healthiest is making your own!!

  • Rian F.

Ordered a small pizza and cheesesticks at about 6pm, at about 6:20 I heard the manager on duty ask where my pizza was since the cheesesticks just came out. Nobody knew where it was, as it had never been made. They tried giving me a free 2 liter or a $5 credit but I wasn't buying it since I didn't have my pizza in my hand. Wouldn't behoove someone, anyone behind the counter to come out and apologize for the inconvenience instead of half-heartingly offering a credit while laughing because you know that you screwed up but won't apologize for it. Never again am I setting foot in this place again. Avoid if at all possible!

  • Lauren S.

Last couple of times I've ordered here it has taken hours to get the pizza. Estimated delivery would be 10 minutes prior to calling the store where we were told they couldn't do anything and it would be awhile longer. This was after the estimated delivery was already an hour. Pick up isn't any better- last time I picked it up I sat at the window for 15 minutes before anyone came to the window to tell me what was taking so long. Will not be ordering from here in the future. We have to leave in half an hour, and don't even know if the pizza will be here in time. Terrible customer service.

  • Heather B.

Great pizza but expensive. My husband LOVES their chicken pesto pizza.

    (3)
  • Gary C.

45 minutes until pizza delivered to the door. We love this place! Pizza is very good, especially like the "Real Deal" it has everything on it, and we add jalapeños for some fire. My daughter loves the new BBQ chicken with bacon. Good price, fast delivery (we live out in the sticks), good pizza.

    (4)
  • Laura J.

Pizza is ok, but the Cinnamon sticks are extremely undercooked. Will not order those again.

    (2)
  • Faith B.

I placed an order online at 5:30 and the confirmation email said that it would be delivered by 5:50. I called at 6:30 and was informed they had the order marked as take out. Instead of offering to deliver it and offer good customer service they offered to remake it and charge me $2 to deliver it. She stated that it's not their company that places the online orders so she was taking no responsibility. Bad customer service means I'll never give you my business again. I asked for a refund and they said they have to ask the company and I'll get it "sometime." Piss poor service. Too bad they're a local company and one of the few places close by to get pizza from.

    (1)
  • Ben H.

If it weren't for the LONG wait to get a pizza, this would be 5 stars all the way. The problem is that they are SO busy on Friday nights, that you need to get your order in early.

    (4)
  • Jeremy C.

This place is really good. Generally when I order a pizza it comes from this place 80% of the time. Decent prices and in my opinion really tasty pizza. Considering I have lived all over and tried so many different types of pizza, I think thats saying something.

    (4)
  • Jeff H.

I used to believe that even bad pizza was good pizza, but what I've had from Bellagios redefines that belief. The previous order we asked for extra garlic. We got loads of garlic powder. This order had way too much highly acidic tomato sauce. Heartburn for hours. Never again.

    (1)
  • Madras M.

I had the worst experience from these guys, not once, but twice! Once, it took for ever to get the pizza after ordering online. We went to their place on time to pick up but they took additional 20 minutes to give our pizza. Second time, they messed up our order for delivery.

    (1)
  • Nicole D.

I love this place! The staff is super friendly and always upbeat. Their lunch special is a great deal. I have worked nearby for three years now and think this is by far the best bang for your buck. :)

The first Bellagios opened in West Linn in 1996. And although they've expanded throughout the metro area, they are still based in my neck of the woods. All of their crust and sauces are made daily in Wilsonville and then distributed to local stores. For years this has been my go-to pizza place in West Linn, although the kids prefer Pizza Schmizza, with Papa Murphy's bringing up the rear. I've had a consistently good experience ordering ahead for pick-up or delivery. And by ordering ahead, I mean going old school and calling them on the phone. I have not had much success ordering through the website. The place is clean, but there aren't many tables or things to occupy the kids while you eat. The major weakness of their pizza is the sauce, which keeps them in 3-star territory. I'm happy they have a pesto base to their menu and they also have gluten-free crust by request. This locations is in the heart of the Old Willamette neighborhood. Seems like I can always find coupons to use (since they are on the pricier side) through the local circulars, school fundraisers or on-line through their web site. They are a great supporter of charities and local athletics, so I like to support them back. One quirk of this particular locations is a drive thru window. This makes very little sense to me and I have seen people waiting for awhile if they arrive before their order is ready. Sometimes the old way (call, park, pick-up) is the best way.

  • Paula W.

I received a $10 coupon in the mail for Bellagio's and work just up the street so I thought I would give them a try. I decided to place an order to go on a Tuesday afternoon and the pizza was delivered well before the time they promised. I was actually amazed how quickly it arrived. I probably would have more impressed had they also included napkins, parmesan cheese, and pepper flakes. All I got was a box of pizza and the soda. Hmmmm... The pie was hot and pretty tasty (could have been improved with parm and pepper flakes) and I thought it was a good value for the money...with the coupon. It was a bit spendy otherwise. I'll keep my eye out for more coupons and next time be sure to request the 'extras'.

For a small'ish pizza chain, pretty good formula. Plus is there really bad pizza anywhere?

About Taco Bell

Taco Bell is a haven for Mexican delicacies such as tacos, quesadillas, burritos, nachos, and other specialty items. Owned by Yum! Brands, Inc. Taco Bell is one of the fastest growing American chains of fast food restaurants. The restaurant operates from 7,072 different locations which are mostly run by independent franchisees and licensees.

The background story of Taco Bell is interesting and inspiring for budding entrepreneurs. The fast-food brand is the brainchild of Glen Bell, who started his first food venture as a hot dog seller in San Bernardino, California. The year was 1948. After witnessing long queues outside a Mexican restaurant called Mitla Café across the street, Bell saw the opportunity and demand for hard-shelled Tacos. He reverse-engineered the recipe and later started selling Tacos and called the venture Taco-Tia.

Later, the name changed from Taco-Tia to El Taco. Eventually, Glen Bell sold the company to his partner and opened the first Taco Bell in Downey in 1962. By 1964, the restaurant also got its first franchise in Torrance. The 100th Taco Bell restaurant was opened by 1965. PepsiCo acquired Taco Bell from Glen Bell in 1978 and the restaurant brand is currently a subsidiary of Yum! Brands which looks after the restaurant business of PepsiCo.
