There are so many Mexican food joints in Southern Oregon, Rarely do you ever find one that stands out. Thats exactly what i found when i stepped into El Arreiro with my girlfriend on a totally random walk in when we were hungry and needed grub. My girlfriend ordered a Chimichanga that was perfectly cooked with delicious filling. I had the Veggie Burrito and I am absolutely addicted to it. The veggies with the sauce they put on all of it together make for an absolute party in your mouth. This place now has moved Mazatlan Grill to the backseat and is now my favorite restaurant in town.

This was my first time to this place, and hopefully not my last. The Yelp reviews brought me here, and I very much agree with the service and decor. The staff was very friendly, and attentive without being overbearing. I speak lastly about the food because I'm getting over a cold, and I have about 20% of my taste right now. My mom very much enjoyed the food though. As a side note, the portions are huge, so bring a big appetite. I also loved the consistently warm chips - it was a very nice touch. I can't go the last star just because it doesn't have that je ne sais quoi that I would expect from a mind-blowing experience, but I really enjoyed my time here.

We came here to check out some Mexican food in OR. Being from Southern California we have some high standards. We ended up just having chips and salsa and margaritas, but the food being served looked pretty authentic and good. We just wanted a bit more a of a 30's atmosphere, not a lively family style place. The weird thing was that even though they served real margaritas, they did not have a bar? We were kind of thrown off by that.

I don't know why I haven't reviewed them before. I have been coming here for probably at least 10 years. They use to just have one location but now have two. It's my favorite restaurant for the food and the service. I'm here at least once a week. My water is always full and I always have salsa. The food is amazing and very reasonably priced. I always recommended them to everyone!! They are family owned and operated and it shows in the service!

Wonderful Restaurant! Great food and top notch customer service. Everyone is very friendly and attentive. Loved the complimentary dessert. We will definitely go back when we visit Oregon again. Highly recommend this place!

Very friendly and fun staff. I never felt like I had to wait. The food was pretty good too definitely better than all the fast food alternatives. Bonus: Excellent free chips and salsa.

For being that typical Americanized Mexican restaurant it has some good food... The mole' in particular is legit on just about anything they offer... I go here for the mole' and decide on the rest of the plate when I get there... The staff is cool and the dining area is typical or cookie cutter Mexican decoration...

Food Excellent, Service Excellent, Cleanliness Excellent, Decor Excellent, Price Excellent. We yelped this place and gave it a try. Located in a strip mall area, the windows and signs are real easy to find. We came in an two staff welcomed us and went out of their way to let me try some different salsas. Victor, our waiter took care of any needs we had. The place was clean, staff were dressed nicely. Because of the service, we ordered extra food, we wanted to try everything! The food was fresh, the salsas were tasty and the price was very reasonable. The portions are good size so you definitely get your money's worth. We had soup, enchiladas, chile Colorado, and burritos...check our pictures. We Will definitely be back and highly recommend everyone to come try.

Having been spoiled living in Santa Fe and eating extraordinary Mexican food there, El Arriero is by far the BEST I've found on the West Coast. The staff is jovial, friendly and truly cares about service. I can't wait to come back!!

THE BEST PLACE EVER! Had the best professional service since my husband and I came to Oregon ! The quality is fantastic! Over three different dips for chips! Been there twice in the one month since we found it:) prices are worth what your getting! Met two waiters who always serve us and are fantastic ! And the manager personally served us! We ended up buying a gallon of their famous house made horchata , took it home that day for the cold days:) even though we are down the street;) WE LOVE YOU GUYS! Always clean and beautiful art!

Passing through town, we tried it for lunch. Lovely decor (even in the bathroom). Very good food. But the service was the best part. Very attentive and friendly. Quick to refill drinks and chips. Good little place that should have a large customer base.
