I ordered 2 pizzas for carryout and tried to use my boyfriends card ( that I used there before) and the old ass I'm guessing manager would not let me use it. I get that it's for sacurity reasons but come on its dominos. If this is going to be a rule there, they need to let there customers know before driving to get there pizza. The manager behind the counter could have been a lot nicer as well about it as well.

Always great deals and yummy. Not as good as Pizza Hut but cheaper. Their crust has improved over the years it has more garlic flavor. This isn't just a pickup and delivery location, there are tables inside too. Very friendly cashiers and quick service. Glad to finally have a Dominos in Medford. :)

Not a fan of the pizza but the pastas and chicken bites aren't bad at all. There really aren't any "pros" to speak of, there are a couple of "cons" which is why they get a 3 star instead of a four star review. Cons: Lackluster flavors (oaky, I admit it the Sweet BBQ Bacon Specialty Chicken are like crack) Slow on both pick up and delivery orders Delivery fees (plus drivers tip). Minimum $14.00 order for delivery (again, plus a delivery fee). If you are going to have a delivery fee drop the $14.00 minimum (or at least lower it to where two of your 5.99 specials qualify).

If I was able to put no stars I would have. Asked for a specific pizza and when he got here one pizza had no sauce like we asked and the other has sauce all bloched on it. When we called i to talked to a manager we got kyle and he was no help at all and basically said to deal with it. Thought they were in business to keep customers happy......

I ordered a pizza half veggie and half Hawaiian I looked at it and it barley had any veggies it didn't look good at all but the Hawaiian side was fine. I gave 3 stars cause the customer service was good they welcomed me and were nice... I ended up ordering from abbys as soon as i left.

So happy to have a Domino's in Medford again! I love the pizza, and the delivery people are always so friendly and nice. I always order online, and have had a really great experience with that (including the pizza tracker, that's pretty fun). We've ordered probably 4-5 times from them and the order has been perfect every time. Good food, friendly staff, and we love the delivery so we don't have to even leave the house.

I really wanted to like Domino's pizza, I decided to order after watching a commercial that made me drool. I ordered a pizza and breadsticks about a month ago, I was told my order would be delivered in about 30 minutes and it took over an hour after opening the box I discovered they had forgotten my dipping sauce too, no biggie, so I just got over it. The pizza was pretty tasty, better than any other chain pizza store in Medford. I decided to give them a second try tonight, but it will probably be my last . My order again took almost 45 minutes, which would have been fine had anyone let me know it would take that long, but I received no call, text, email, or carrier pigeon. And again they forgot my dipping sauce! All in all, just a letdown, I'll spend more for better service next time

Staff is obviously exceptional @ customer service. 5 stars there Forsure. Would be 5 overall but Dominos in general (meaning not just this store) 95% of the time do not include extras you purchase (ie icing or garlic sauce, triple whatever means triple not normal etc) this happened to me tonight and it just gets old when it's almost every time I order a pizza. Like I said otherwise 5 stars: great service, fast and got delivery...overall satisfied.

I was excited that we were getting a Domino's here in Medford. My rating is based on the two experiences I've had here. The first, a pick up order, was great. Lots of cheese on the cheesy sticks, lots of toppings on the pizza. But, the other night we placed a delivery order and I was surprised it was from the same place (yikes!) The one terrific thing about the delivery order was the awesome, funny delivery driver! However, the food was disappointing. The pizza had practically no toppings. It was late and we were starving. Otherwise, we would have had them come back and get it. And, we ordered the chicken bites. It's awfully pricey for such a small portion. But, they did taste great. So, between the two orders, I'll give them 3 stars and pick up my order so I can check it from now on.
