Ashley is awesome! Great food. Reuben Pizza, who would of thought. Turned the music up and turned it into todays hits on Pandora. Have a beer with Aundrea and she will nurse you back to health.

Solid food and great service is what you'll find here, in a nutshell. We got the pub pretzels as an appetizer- I expected something lukewarm, dense and frankly unexciting- what we received was piping hot, with a crunchy exterior and an airy, wonderfully chewy interior. Paired with the cheese they were quite good! It would have been interesting to have some kind of a pub mustard as a pairing as well. Our table ordered 2 reubens, a prime rib sandwich, and a corndog kids meal. Firstly- these are perhaps the best restaurant fries around. Perfect, double fried, homemade and crispy. The reubens at our table were both perfectly toasted, warm and delicious. The prime rib sandwich was reported to be quite good- and a half portion was enough for one. Even the corndog was reported to be great. I didn't go down the entire draft menu, but my Yuengling was fine enough. I believe they had something like 5 or 6 beers on tap, and they weren't all macros. All in all, we loved our experience. Mulligans has paired down their menu to mostly sandwiches and appetizers, with a couple of more things thrown in. Very wise decision. We had eaten here previously, maybe a year or so ago, and it was clear that they were trying to be too many things to too many people. I'm glad we gave the place another chance- we will certainly be back.

I have been to Mulligan's plenty of times. Excellent atmosphere, friendly service and great entertainment (weather permitting). I highly recommend everyone to enjoy this pub!

The service was friendly and fast, but the food was not great. Some of the appetizers were tasty -- the deep fried ones, but the chili and the chicken sandwich were both average at best.

The husband and kid were each happy with their perfectly cooked burgers- one medium and one rare... Apparently it is hard to find a well cooked rare burger(pardon the pun) fries, onion rings and beer battered pickles all good. Nice side salad. Friendly service. Acceptable beer selection and ambience. Turkey 'club' was actually a turkey sandwich on toasted bread and needed some bacon which I will ask for next time. Will go back.

Good, solid pub grub for the whole family. Venturing into unfamiliar territory, while out of town, we chose Mulligan's Pub based entirely on one glowing Yelp review. We weren't disappointed (with one caveat.) The service was friendly, hometown, and helpful in choosing some good options. Hubby piled his burger with unusual but tasty toppings including the beer battered bacon, and a fried egg, plus the good ol' lettuce, tomato, cheddar all on a pretzel bun. It was decadent. The server, Ashley, noted the locally sourced brisket was the entree special of the day and highly recommended it. It came smothered in horseradish cheese and a housemade BBQ, with a side of fries. The sliced brisket was melt in your mouth. The daughter really enjoyed the cheddar potato soup saying it was hot & tasty. That was actually her second choice, though, because the $1 chili dog did not agree with her. The chili was okay but the local frankfurter under the chili looked gray and evidently had some sort of weird spices. Hubby tried it and agreed it tasted a little "off." All in all, it was a great experience and the next time we're in the area, we may try again. :-)

This was our first time here. We ordered the deep fried bacon as a starter. Very good! We both built a burger and it came in a pretzel bun and we chose fries as our side. We were not disappointed. We'll definitely return! Good beer selection also.

I was unimpressed by the food and service here. James is a terrible Chef. I watched him fall under pressure more than 4 times while I was there resulting in yelling and "having to go smoke" which my family and I didnt need to here.I also saw him yell at the waitresses many times while I was there. I saw most of the cooking staff drinking alcohol in the kitchen. The servers were terrible as well and you could tell they were all anxious because of the energy in the pub. The food was so greasy and all tasted the same. I was grossed out by there loaded fry. The fries and the veggies on it were soggy and unsatisfying . Will NEVER go again. My wife and children felt very uncomfortable the whole time as well. Also the waitress Molly was super annoying and just gossiped and complained about her gimp leg the whole time and she stunk up the place with her Victoria secret perfume. Sorry not sorry just being honest.

I have always wanted this place to be a success, because we need a good restaurant. However, I find the food very inconsistent, and only average at best. Décor is ok, but rather boring, certainly not upscale. French fries for me have always been overcooked, and they take some shortcuts in food preparation. I did have a pretty good pulled pork sandwich, but something just lacks on this place (for me.) It doesn't have the ambiance I like in a restaurant. It is mediocre to me, and I would like to see improvements, especially if the food tasted and looked fresher.

With all the great reviews, I had high hopes. Unfortunately they were dashed the moment our overly done pub pretzels came out with a watered down nacho cheese sauce. Okay, well, maybe the boneless wings would salvage the appetizer. Sigh, nope, I was more disappointed with the boneless wings as they were cooked to the point of almost dessicated. They faintly reminded me of dog chewies. My dog would've have been thrilled with them. The Chipotle BBQ sauce helped me choke them down but I turned to try my husband's pulled pork sandwich with regular BBQ sauce. Lackluster. I knew when we walked out and my husband said, I feel like I need to wash my mouth out, we had not scored a winner. It's too bad because the renovated old hotel atmosphere was lovely, the service was friendly and fast but the food just was not even to par with a BWW's. Maybe it was a bad night but the other dishes I saw being served to other customers didn't look promising either.
