Abby and I went here a couple days ago with a gift card. We started with cocktails which were well done and tasty. I had the Twisted Whiskey Sour, which had good flavor; Abby had some kind of ginger lime drink that she really enjoyed. We did the "PF Chang's For Two" deal, which got us each a soup, a shared appetizer, individual entrees, and a shared dessert for $40. It was well worth it. We both had the wonton soup; it had water chestnuts, shrimp, mushrooms, and spinach in addition to the pork wontons. Soup had good flavor. We split the "hand-folded crab wontons", which are basically crab-rangoon. Very tasty. Abby had the "Spicy Chang's Chicken", which she thoroughly enjoyed. I had the beef and broccoli which had good flavor. We finished it off with warm chocolate wontons with a raspberry sauce. Service was prompt and friendly, and they boxed our left-overs up for us at the table! There was enough food for us each to have dinner and take home lunches. It was a great value. This wasn't the best chinese-esque food I've ever had, but it was solid, and it was nicer than just getting carry-out. The atmosphere was casual, but still nice.
Oh PF Chang's... A star from Heaven fallen from grace. You used to be my favorite restaurant, my every-year birthday destination, but you keep declining. I don't have any desire to visit you again. First you ripped my heart out by removing your red-sauced wonton's from your menu. Then you earned my trust back by rolling out the Dali Chicken - your first respectable spicy dish that was actually worthy of the "pepper" icon on your menu. Then you took that away too. Next it was the visit where you emailed me a week later saying one of your employees had a communicable disease and didn't wash his hands as instructed and I should go to my doctor for a check up. That kept me away for a while. Seriously - if you know your employee screwed up that bad - send me a frigging gift certificate along with the warning email. But I digress. The nail in your coffin was on our most recent visit. Gone is the piece of showmanship where they combine hot mustard, pepper paste and sauce to your liking and leave a tray of condiments on your table. No more adding hot mustard or pepper paste to your otherwise bland and not-menu-pepper-worthy spicy dishes. We couldn't even get a bottle of soy sauce to add to our rice. Not to mention, in years past, you could count on taking leftovers home with every meal. Now the portions are so small, that they should stop purchasing to-go bags, because nobody has food left. But they prices continue to go up. Its no wonder our table of 8 was able to be seated immediately on a Saturday evening. That NEVER would have happened 5 years ago - that would have been a 3 hour wait. What a shame. Its sad to see the great ones fall so hard and so fast.

I am not usually a fan of chains. There are very few of them that I will visit for themselves and not as matter of convenience but this is one of them. The food is of pretty good quality, the taste is there, and the service is always excellent. They have a new menu (well at least since the last time I was there which has been a while) and it was fun and delicious. We had the Jicama Kung Pow Tacos. Wow! The jicama shell was a unique and fresh twist on tacos. The filling was spicy and a great compliment. We also tried the summer rolls which were bright and fresh. The Mongolian Beef was good as always. We also finished with the dessert wontons which were the perfect size for a rich dessert bite.

What can I say... it's a P.F. Chang's. When you go to a chain restaurant like this, you enter with a lot of preconceived notions and expectations. This particular P.F. Chang's didn't do anything to alter that, either in a negative or positive way. We had the Kale & Quinoa Dip and Crispy Green Beans as appetizers. Neither was stellar (and the tempura-battered green beans weren't exactly good for you either), but a decent way to start off the evening. I had the Sea Bass as my entree, which was nicely prepared. It was easy to break apart and eat with chopsticks, proving it was cooked in a competent manner. They give you a complimentary fortune cookie at the end. If you have young ones, you might want to pre-screen the fortune. Unless you're in the mood to explain something like "Your smile is a curve that can get a lot of things straight" to your 5 year old.

Beware! Beware! Beware! We ate here and my friend came down with food poisoning to the severity the doctors think it has given her Hepatitis A!!! Now, PF Changs is paying for her doctor bills but not worth that risk. The scary thing is when she called them they made it sound as if this isn't the only case or first time! No more PF Changs for me.

We usually love this location. Today wasn't good. Our server was not very friendly. We would ask for things and she would say "my pleasure" but it was obvious that she wasn't being sincere. Haven't been in for lunch for a while and there has been a menu change. The portions are smaller and the prices went up. They used to offer a soup or salad at lunch but now that is an "up charge". My salmon was dry. My kids always order the kids chicken and ask for ketchup because really they are just chicken nuggets and they don't have ketchup! Really?!? I left feeling very disappointed and hungry!!!

The Chi Chi's of Asian food. The food is safe. For the same money I spent on dinner for three of us I could have bought a better tasting meal and easily fed eight at a dozen other Asian restaurants! The menu is over priced and vastly over hyped. Why three stars? The service was impeccable and the little things were all done right. The decor, the cleanliness of the restrooms, the overall atmosphere, the drinks... everything but the food was top notch. Unfortunately I choose which restaurants I eat at based primarily on how good the food tastes. It's a shame that such a nice place with such a fantastic staff has such mediocre food.

This is a great place for Chinese, hands down. Starting from the apperizers to the desserts, it is delightful. I would vote for the dynamite shrimp and cashew chicken. The servers are nice and the ambience is perfect for the night. By the looks of it, I would say it would be pretty full during lunch hours. The cocktail menu is pleasing. They got rid of tiramisu though, sadly. Overall, a great place to enjoy your dinner.

Don't be afraid to ask the kitchen for something that's NOT on the menu. Being a vegan, vegetable is the obvious choice for me at any restaurant. PF Chang's was accommodating when I requested stir fry Bok Choy as a side dish. I usually order the vegetable sides (2-3 dishes) with brown rice. Tips: I do ask light sauces on all my dishes since I've gotten dishes before that were way too salty or too saucy.

I'm not the biggest fan of chinese food. All i ever get is sweet and sour chicken! I came here for lunch and it was super crowded. Never thought a place like this would be so packed for a lunch crowd. The prices have definitely gone up a bit - my meal was about $10. Again not what I was expecting but I suppose I should have expected it seeing as it is a bit more classy than my Win Wok down the street from the office lol! The lunch meal came with a salad or soup option. I went with salad and it was pretty good. The portion size wasn't bad either. It was extremely loud in there so if you want to chat business you may want to choose a different place. Also, don't wear anything you dont mind smelling like fried food all day. I smelled like PF Changs the rest of the afternoon! Overall decent meal and was pretty stuffed...until happy hour! :)

I came here the other day for my anniversary dinner with my boyfriend. The chicken noodle soup here is hands down the best chicken noodle soup ever! My only complaint is the main entrees.. our fried rice wasn't flavored right it seems and we also ordered a fried fish but it wasn't crunchy... it was soggy. The waitress took it off our check tho and the manager came to apologize. It was a great environment and service was great but other than our appetizer the food just wasn't very good.

We had the street noodles, lettuce wraps and the crispy honey shrimp and when the food came out they gave us fried rice (which was a little bit dry) but that was great. Didn't have any problems with anything!

Great food . Bad customer service. I've been here quiet a few times and it never fails that the server I get gives me bad customer service. I'm not hard to please either. I know what I want before I even sit down. This time I ordered take out. He read my order back to me and everything was fine. I get there and nothing's right . There is no sense in calling because my appetite is ruined

Slowest service ever! When it finally came it wasn't even right. Still waiting on food after 50 minutes.

I have never been disappointed by PF Changs! Their rice is delicious, and their entrees are outstanding! I came here yesterday for a late lunch, and I didn't even have to wait for a table. Can't wait to try something new the next time I come!

Went in for take out so this doesn't really count as a dine in review. It took 5 minutes of me standing at an empty take out counter before someone acknowledged me. But once she came up, she was courteous and took my order. Food was done very fast and the order was correct. Honey chicken was a little soggy. Wonton soup was fantastic.

We had a great time, the food was really good and our waitress Victoria and the manager Ashley were both wonderful! We got to the show on time, they made sure of it! The lettuce wraps were great as always and I had chicken pad thai which was very good!

We were never contacted by P.F Changs, even though they asked for contact information on public response. Poor customer service.

Good quality meal, excellent service. On one hand, it's not the best or most authentic Asian food in the city. I think most people do not come with that expectation. However, I was very impressed with the service I received at lunch today. When a tray full of plates took a tumble near our table, the entire staff took action, all pitching in to clean up the mess and make it right. It was great to see the severs and managers working together to turn an accident into a great service experience. Nice job, team!

I have to say that from a vegetarian perspective this chain is alright. It can be a little pricey, they have some decent beers to choose from, and it usually seems to be busy. It is worth a visit if you've never been.

This was my first experience eating at a PF Chang's. My husband had recently eaten at one and loved it so I was anxious to see if it lived up to the hype. I was impressed. The food was excellent. We ordered the crab wontons as an appetizer and they were definitely the best I've had. For the entree I ordered chang's chicken and egg drop soup. Both of them were good. As a word of caution- don't expect your egg drop soup to be similar to what you find in your local Chinese restaurants that are chicken broth based. This was different but different was good! Our service was excellent from start to finish. We'll definitely done here again.

Ate here for a late lunch. You can't go wrong with the Hot and Sour Soup, lettuce wraps and sesame chicken! Nice atmosphere. Place can get very crowded for lunch during the work week and on weekends for dinner.

It has been maybe 6 months or so since I last went to PF Changs. It's not an asian restaurant that I'd recommend but a friend of mine tends to choose this place when we meet for dinner. I have found in the past that the one dish I CAN recommend is their Crab Fried Rice - EXCEPT THEY'VE TAKEN IT OFF THE MENU. The lettuce wraps were pretty darn good when you add the sauce/seasoning they bring to the table. So I chose the shrimp pad thai, a guest favorite per the menu. My friend chose a shrimp fried rice. THESE were both pretty bad entrees. My pad thai noodles were probably the worst I've ever had. They were tasteless and dry and under-done. With rice noodles you have to soak them in liquid to get them/keep them soft. IF these were rice noodles they were not properly prepared at all. The sauce/seasonings in the pad thai was nearly as tasteless as the pasta. My friend's rice was definitely better than mine but she found it tasteless. WE both ate a little and left a lot. The server assumed we wanted them boxed up but we declined saying they weren't very good. The service was very good. Very pleasant servers. We did notice the sparse clientele all night (we sat there for 4 hours since the place was not busy!) which is unusual based on past experience. Could it be the direction their menu and food has taken?

We came in for a late dinner. The waitress was friendly enough, but there was one major problem. She continuously reached across the table in front of others eating. She also took a plate that my boyfriend was still eating from! Right from under his fork! It was very rude and inpatient. The food was good, but we were all distracted by how rushed we felt.

I've had great experiences at many of the P.F. Chang's other locations (and some at this one), but my wife and son brought me here for Father's Day (which I was looking forward to for a while) - and it was not very good. My waiter was a bit rude, my sons kids meal was basically just 5 chicken nuggets, and everything came out almost at the same time. We had ordered apps, soups, and entree (it was a package deal) and we didn't finish anything. I'll be back - but not to this location.

PF Changs offers a fresh take on Chinese. Definitely not your average takeout. We ate the salad wraps appetizer that was amazing. The quality of the food was that of a high end restaurant but the atmosphere was warm and energetic.

Classic Chinese restaurant- you can really never go wrong with PF Changs. Mongolian Beef, Orange Chicken, and Sichuan Beef are good picks. However, my favorites include the Chicken Lettuce Wraps and Eggplant Dish. This is great for family style in that you can share dishes and try more- if out with more people, the Dan Dan Noodles, Crab Wontons, Fried Green Beans, and honey shrimp are also good pics. I love the eggdrop soup and blueberry cheesecake for add-ons. They also have a good bar (organic agave margharita is good). Be sure to try their (home-made) ginger beer! They also have a ring of fire sauce that exists in some locations- it's a great with any dish and not actually too spicy. PF Chang's is always a favorite! PS: Some grocery stores have frozen PF Chang's if you ever want to try making their classic recipes yourself!

I wasn't too impressed with this place. Don't get the Chang's Fried Rice with Chicken if you do stumble into this place. There was barely any chicken in the meal at all and the dish was bit pricey in my opinion. The music was so loud you had to yell just to talk to people.

Dawn B.
I've always had a good experience here. The service has always been great. Everything on the menu that I've tried has always been delicious. I love the Sea Bass. I've tried it twice now and both times it was perfect. And they give you a large portion too. I usually fill my little belly with the fish and pick at everything else my plate. Yes, it's that good (better than Mitchell's).

I I love PF Changs especially the happy hour from 3-6. Half priced drinks half priced apps what's not to like? I always order the lettuce wraps with tofu which are very vegetarian friendly and order spring rolls which are also vegetarian friendly as well!! PF Changs also many many vegetarian options which keeps me happy which is always a plus for a veggie lover like myself. I will add the wait staff is always super friendly which is a bonus which keeps me coming back!

Fairly similar to others in this chain that I have been too. Our service was pretty quick at lunch time and the waitress was fairly prompt. The food was average for the chain. I like their food and this didn't let me down. If you have never been here you can't go wrong with the lettuce wraps. Usually I go seaseme chicken which is good and better than your standard take out chicken.

My worst experience to date. Staff looked stressed and preoccupied. I felt like a bother. Food was ok. Waiter was ok. Management was filling out paperwork in the front of the store at a table while dozens of people were coming in. Won't be back!

Same food and quality as any other PF Changs. But the service at this location has always been lacking. We go here a few times a year, and something is always made wrong or the food takes forever to come out, or they forget our refills or... something, it's always something. I always get the won ton soup- LOTS of soup for like $7 or something. Same with the fried rice. I don't think any of their food is can't-miss or can't replicate somewhere else, but it's good food. This location is always, always, busy, so keep that in mind. Definitely make a reservation before you go. Protip: They have an app for that- and a lot of times you can get a free lettuce wraps or coupon to use.

Restaurant was dirty, "wasabi guac" special was awful - guac was brown, fish had sinews and fat running threw it - "hot fish" dish tasted like something from long john silvers, rice in spicy tuna roll was either old, stale, or under-cooked, guy next to me had a piece of lettuce in his iced tea glass - manager seemed like he was fielding complaints from everyone - service was painstakingly slow - ..next time ill spend my 100 at J Alexander's for a clean restaurant - quality food and bartenders in uniforms. I predict that this store wont last...i wont be back!

One of my favorite places to go with my daughter! We both highly recommend the lettuce wraps and the ahi tuna. Have to admit that sometimes you will have to wait for a table, but the service staff is great!

This is one of the nicer PF Changs that I have been to. It is regularly packed. Service is hit or miss at any restaurant. I have been to this one several times. Tonight's service was excellent. We made a reservation earlier in the afternoon which turned out to be a great decision since the wait was over an hour when we got there at 6:30 on a Thursday night. Food is pretty standard among the chain. Chicken Lettuce wraps were awesome. Wontons were very good. All of us got different chicken dishes and none disappointed us. I recommend the kids chicken fried rice for $2.95. You can add broccoli to any dish for 95 cents.

I always want to like this place, but every time I go, I'm always leaving feeling disappointed. The food is average quality and more often than not, it seems a bit salty. Additionally, if I'm going to be paying more for Chinese food that isn't from a hole in the wall place, I'd expect the quality of the flavors to actually taste a little better. Not the same. I will say though that the lettuce wraps there are really good. Definitely something I make sure to get if I'm there. Overall, don't go to a chain for Chinese food. It's not necessary.
(2)

Love the food, but not enough to wait over an hour for an online order placed one hour prior to arriving. I recognize new years eve dinner time is busy but this was way over the top.

#1 reason to go is for the CHICKEN LETTUCE WRAPS. They are spicy chicken served in lettuce pieces and they are superb! You can add more spice if you want. We have always had great service. The location is perfect if you want to do some shopping, since they are located right in the Rookwood Commons & Pavilion. It's convenient - right off the highway. "We'll be back" (in my best Arnold Schwarzenegger voice).
(4)
Bridgette P.
Hit or miss. We either have great service and the food is good or the wait staff is grumpy and the food is ok. I'll stick with Mongolian beef and try to remember the good servers. There were ants on our table and a nearby fixture and they just pointed us to a different open table. No empathy or discounts, almost like they didn't believe us.

Here's the scoop. My waiter was a consumate professional, and I value that. He was helpful, attentive, but not overly like he wanted to be our friend, you know? I loved the calimari appitizer, which was different from a standard calimari. Really tasty. We ordered a lot of food, thinking ahead for leftovers. They forgot the salad I ordered, and I told the guy "don't worry about it, we've got enough food", so the manager comes over a few minutes later and says, "sorry for that - here you go - on the house". I enjoyed the atmosphere too. All my meals were a bit spicy, which I like. And I asked for chopstix - and instead of those cheap-ass type that you split apart and get splinters in your lips, these were real quality chop stix. And the price was not bad at all.

We love honey crispy shrimp and lettuce wraps.

Yeah, I have never been a fan of PF Chang's, but I got a gift card so I thought I'd give this location a shot. Service was excellent, but the food is "meh". Chicken lettuce wraps are decent, but the entrees in general have way too much salt, and I need a LOT of rice to balance it out. I'm probably never going back.
(3)
Miss C.
I value the consistency with great food and great service. I've never been unhappy with either here. I love the lettuce wraps. We get those every time. My favorite entree is the orange beef. I'm also a huge fan of the soups. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I have been thinking of making a video blog series in which I rant about things I don't like. Sorry to offend, but the penultimate item on my topics list is P.F. Chang's. (The Chevy Spark is number one). Given that the Internet is already saturated with videos of people ranting, I'll Yelp instead. The food is soggy and limp and greasy. Flaccid noodles lie lifeless in a sea of underwhelming oily slop. The pineapple fried rice doesn't even taste like it has pineapple in it, despite the visual evidence to the contrary. Try ordering the pot stickers: sticky, gummy wrappers surround a nugget of what might have once been an animal. Scratch that, don't try them. Don't even go here. Try one of the many other independent Asian restaurants in the area.

Average food at reasonable costs. The Buddha delight was very good. The Kung pao chicken was fried which I don't love. Also had lo mein and pad thai - good but not great. The lettuce wraps with tofu were quite good. The restaurant itself was hoppin on a Saturday night so maybe the thing is to come here in person. Fun atmosphere. The food was very moderately priced and they have us two free sodas with our takeout for the ride home whho was cool. Also, being Kentucky, we rolled up in PJs which was also awesome.

I like Chinese food well enough, and P.F. Chang's definitely delivers some of the good stuff. That' being said, I think it's pretty typical. Don't get me wrong- I loved the food. The thing is, I think P.F. Chang's as a whole has been recieving some underserved hype. I went here for a late lunch with some coworkers and the service was a bit lackluster. We sat for a very long time between the time we were seated, placed our orders, recieved our food, and got the check. The food itself, like I said, was mighty tasty, but I feel like it was kind of over priced. I've had good Chinese from less popular places that was just about as good, and less expensive. That's not to say I'll never return to P.F. Chang's. The food was not bad, and I enjoyed myself well enough that I would consider going back for this rumored happy hour.

I am a fan. The flavors are delicious and servings plentiful. Having said this, the night we dined there most of our food was terrific, served hot and fresh. Unfortunately, the garlic noodle side dish must have been sitting while the rest of the food was being prepared as it was noticeably cooled off by the time we received it. Not so good but as a leftover the following day, much better. Service was great. Drink refills were smooth and effortless and our server was attentive throughout the meal. We shall return.

Inviting atmosphere, respectable bar and excellent service. The layout was very cozy our food came in an exceptionally fast time. Anyone in the area looking for good service and even better food stop at Norwood PF Changs!!

This is a chain restaurant that is trying really hard to be a boutique bistro. The food is good - it's definitely better than a Chinese take-out place - but it is a little overpriced. However, you do get a good size portion which means leftovers so that's always a bonus. The service is okay. I've never had bad service, but I've never had above-and-beyond service either. My only complaint is the ridiculous wait time they always have. My husband and I recently dined out with my sister on a Monday night and we had to wait 30 minutes. On a Monday night. Seriously?? Other than that, it's a good option if you want to avoid the questionable chicken that is always in the dishes at a cheapo takeout Chinese restaurant.

PF Chang's yo! Ah, I love Asian food. I like the little rickety establishments, but sometimes I prefer a more upscale experience. This place has really good iced green tea (unsweetened too!) and to die for chicken lettuce wraps. I ordered this as my main meal since it is gluten free and sounded great. I was not dissapointed. My gorgeous date ordered the mongolian beef with brown rice--yum! We also shared a side of steamed garlic sugar snap peas--yum as well! Love this place!

A nice, trendy "Bistro" with a nice menu. We tried a couple of appetizers- the dumplings and spring rolls. Both were very good. The waitress wasn't very helpful or friendly. She made some sort of production of mixing sauces, but didn't really explain what they were for. We were too busy talking and didn't pay attention! Our meals were ok. I ordered Mongolian Beef, which would have been better named Mongolian Scallion. I like a few scallions from time to time but the amount served was excessive. My husband commented that he thought his dinner had way to many scallions as well.
(3)
Will M.
High quality meat, sauces that aren't too thick, breading down in moderation... so why only 2 stars? Salt. Salt salt salt salt salt salt salt salt salt. Lots of salt. Do your body a favor and eat elsewhere. Some of these entrees have days worth of salt. And salt is typically used to compensate for ingredients that aren't fresh, as salt is certainly cheaper than fresh. No thanks. It's such a shame that a place like this gets 2 hour waits, despite trying its best to kill you, while great restaurants struggle to survive.

When I think chinese food I generally think buffets because buffets are the absolute bee's knees and, coincidentally, God's gift to fat people. Even just the word buffet may be my single favorite word in the English language. Soooo beautiful. Unfortunately, PF Chang's is not a buffet but when I'm in the mood for some really tasty upscale chinese awesomeness this is where I go. I found the key to getting around Chang's not being an actual buffet is to create a buffet-like environment at my table by ordering mass amounts of chow. And it wouldn't be a trip to Chang's without starting with the chicken lettuce wraps and the spring rolls. Both are equally delectable and although the lettuce wraps are the crown jewel of the Chang's dining experience there is something about deep fried spring rolls stuffed with fresh vegetables that just does it for me. As far as entrees go anything you get is probably going to please the palate. I've not had a bad dish here or even heard of anyone who has. I am definitely partial to the mongolian beef and I must say that the orange chicken is among the best I've ever had anywhere. I also love how they serve the rice on the side so you can have a little with dinner (who does that?) or a lot (props to myself!). And don't forget about the soy sauce mixture that they whip up ninja-style at the table! It's like liquid crack and I pour it over everything I order. As far as desserts are concerned I have three words for you - Banana Spring Rolls! What we're talking about here is banana stuffed spring rolls fried up and served with coconut-pineapple ice cream (yes, you read that right!) and drizzled with caramel and vanilla sauces. The last time I dined here I skipped dessert and have been hating myself for it ever since. Don't let this happen to you! Learn from my mistakes! Make sure you order the dessert! In closing, I see Chang's constantly getting bad-mouthed for being a chain and I say who cares. Chains are not always bad places. Everybody always says "support local" and I'm all for that but keep in mind that all the servers and cooks are locals too who need to make a living. On top of that, I personally feel like every time I've ever dined in or taken carryout from Chang's the service and gratitude from the staff is always impeccable. And this is how it should be! And the reason why I think this particuliar restaurant is always crowded! My hats go off to PF Chang's, be it a chain or not, they really are Fu King Ausom!
(5)
Brittany M.
I do not usually go out of my way to support chain restaurants, but P.F. Chang's is one that I will stand by. The servers know their stuff. The wait for food is never bad. The dishes are not the most authentic, but I do think it more important that you just get well executed food and produce/meats that are fresh. I do really enjoy their $3-$6 happy hour and they always have other seasonal promotions going on. Honestly I think some of the best deals you can find anywhere are on their menu. The Chang's chicken noodle soup has really great flavors. It's $8 for a huge "vat" of soup. There will definitely be leftovers, even if you share with another. Also the fried rice is a good deal: you can get shrimp, beef, chicken, or veggies for $8. Try the $2 desserts, and especially the banana spring rolls!

We were really worried about finding a place to eat on Christmas Eve. We were so happy to find PF Chang's open. We ordered takeout -- veggie lo mein, string beans, asparagus, and spinach. Everything was tasty and fresh. The service was really friendly too -- we were offered free drinks while we waited for our takeout order, which was very nice.

OK for a quick lunch....server was awesome, but food is pricey.

Juliane S.
I'm giving PF Changs 2 stars for one reason - their bar. They have an excellent bar - I've always gotten great service, good tasting drinks albeit they are priced in the upper ranges. The food is regular chinese chain food - service is OK not stellar - what I really don't like about the place are the high prices and the need for a reservation. A chain that doesn't provide much shouldn't be so busy but other than Rookwood peeps would have to go drive a ways to get surburban chain eats.

It is what it is - as long as you know you are getting chain restaurant oriental food, you will be fine. They do have pretty good food, not great. I always think chain restaurants overdo the salt, and this is no exception. Our server was not having the best day and put one meal on the wrong ticket so it took a while to come. They were very nice an took the entree off the bill. It happens, and they handled it well. This is never my first choice of restaurants, but if someone wants to go I know it will be fine.

I was here on Memorial Day and the service was slow. Not sure if the hold up was in the kitchen or with the server. We sat there staring at each other for a long time, tapping our chopsticks, waiting for food or drinks. I had a glass of wine and when I was finished I was never offered another. Luckily there was a water pitcher next to our table, so we could pour ourselves a glass of water when our other drinks went empty. They food was good, but I would not recommend the crab wontons. I ordered the beef and broccoli and asked for it spicy and it came out with good flavor. Overall it was a good meal, just slow and below average service.

Disappointed again! This will be last adventure with take out from PF Chang's. I called in the order tonight and was told it would be 45 mins before it was ready. This seemed odd and an extremely long time for food and I confirmed she said 45 mins. I was out running some errands and wasn't in a hurry for takeout so I went ahead with the order. I completed my errands early and arrived at the restaurant 15 mins early to find that my food was ready. I questioned the timing and was told it just came up, which still means my food would sit there for 15 mins if I waited until my scheduled pickup time. I took my food home (3 min drive) to find it cold and dry. The egg rolls were soft and mushy. Obviously my food was ready long before the scheduled time and sat under heat lamps. I can't imagine how lousy the food would have been if I waited the additional time.

I've eaten at other PF Chang's, but only at this location once. We went for dinner once last winter I guess because we couldn't think of anywhere else. It was packed and we got a tiny table in the corner, which wouldn't have been so bad if all the tables weren't so close together. I felt like we should strike up some conversation with the mother and daughter sitting next to us. Anyway, the food is average...don't recall exactly which dishes we ordered. I'm sure my husband chose something very spicy, though. What I do recall is that there was no running hot water in the ladies restroom. This caught my attention first because it was cold that night, being winter, but also because an employee was in there using the restroom at the same time as me. Didn't seem too sanitary to not use warm water to wash your hands.
Came here for their happy hour and couldn't have enjoyed it more! So many items to choose from, and all sounded delicious. We went with the ahi tuna crisp, crab wontons, dynamite chicken, crispy green beans, and pork dumplings. Since we figured the portions would be 'happy hour size,' we thought this would cover it. It was MORE than enough, and everything was incredibly delicious. On top of that, the bar area staff were beyond awesome. Very attentive and friendly! One of the best happy hours by far!

This is our third visit to this location and although the food is always hot and delicious, the service is always horrible. Over 90 minutes, mostly spent waiting for our server, and all we had was one small appetizer and one entree that we split between us. Several tables were seated, served sizable meals, and left in the time we sat and sat (and sat). If you have good company and plenty of time it's fine because the food is always great, but if you're ever in a hurry or are starved and need food immediately, you'd be better served at any generic take away chinese place in the area.

The food is always pleasing, however the highlight of our meal last night was our server, Alex. Wow, it really is the little things that can make something great. Alex was on top of everything, making sure our beverages were full, making sure our food was as expected and just over-all a pleasing person to have serving us. I wish I could give Alex more than five stars. Thank you for making our evening enjoyable. If you are going to PF Changs, request Alex and have the lettuce wraps. :)

Went last night and sat in the bar...and here's a notice to the rest of the world. If you have a party of 10 - CALL AHEAD!!!!! This annoying group of 10+ women stood in the bar area talking and lingering while waiting for their table. They might as well have been sitting with us! An hour of these women flipping their hair in my food was enough! But the waitress did the best she could and was a trooper. I ordered the spicy chicken and it was tasty - sweet & spicy which I like. The chicken fried rice was bland. The spring rolls were greasy but tasty. Why don't they put any vegetables in their food? Chinese food is made with vegetables!!!!! Overall - flavor is good - price is a bit high ($40 each for 2 sodas and 2 entrees and 4 spring rolls). It is what it is...if you're with a picky person that likes it - you can definitely find something good.

My friend ordered the mapo tofu, and whatever we got was not mapo tofu. Just like how asian restaurants could benefit from a native english speaker proof-reading their menus, an asian person needs to double check their dishes. I usually order the singapore street noodles because I've never seen that dish messed up. I'll concede that the chicken lettuce wraps are pretty tasty, even though the actual dish calls for squab. Decent service and long wait times at peak hours for unauthentic chinese food.

There are plenty of negative reviews here, but I have to say my experience was great. Food was very good and our server was just as good. We will be going back for sure. Portions are good size and never ran out of drinks..

First off, I'm a complete fan of PF Changs anywhere! I can't say this one is as good as the one in Austin though. But, I do have sentimental emotions for it. My first day in Cincinnati was such a stressful one I was almost in tears by the end of the night, so I called up a friend she met me for dinner here. I was SO happy to find out there was a PF Changs in Cincy. It just felt like home when I had a bite of the Orange Peel Beef. The service here seems like a hit or miss and it gets pretty busy. So, definitely have a reservation if you want to avoid the wait. Will be back next time I'm in town!

I love P.F. Chang's in Norwood! Well P.F. Chang's anywhere satisfies a special craving in my heart/stomach, but this was my first PFC ever, so...this is the one that deserves a review! Plus, one of the things I love about P.F. Chang's is that it's the same everywhere you go. Just like McDonald's, but the damage is around $40-50 each time. But so worth it. My favorites are the Crab Wonton appetizer, Mongolian Beef, Shrimp in Lobster Sauce, and Kung Pao Shrimp. Their brown rice is so good! Drinks-wise, I think they have Santa Margherita here, one of my favorite Pinot Grigios. Also, try the Red Apple Martini. It's very red and very good. Eat here if you want a good dinner that you don't have to think too hard about.

This is the best place to go for GREAT tasting Chinese cuisine. I have tried quite a few dishes there, and I love them all. These are the ones that I have had, and I give them all top scores: Calamari, Shrimp and chicken lo mein, ribs, and beef and broccoli. I would definitely recommend that you try the chicken lettuce wraps. So good. I eat mine with white rice. I love their spring rolls, as well as their shrimp and chicken fried rice. The crab rangoon is also something to try. I have tried the new mini desserts, but I prefer the banana and ice cream. They wrap the banana in egg roll paper and fry it. Then they pair it with pineapple ice cream. So good!!!

This place is great if you love big portions with a small price tag. OH WAIT! Switch that.

I'm writing this review on my blackberry from PF Changs! My husband and I have been here once before an experienced the good food and the outstanding customer service from its' staff. I honestly can not say the same based on the lack of customer service we are receiving as we speak. Not minding the initial wait b/c its lunch time, but we have been waiting for over 20 minutes for our server to bring us our drinks, which the manager so kindly took care of. Not only that but she forgot my husbands' plate. She hasn't made face time with us since she took our order! I'm not tipping someone for doing NOTHING for us! I'm sorely disappointed and in this case the poor service made my meal taste just as bad. Shame on you PF Changs!!!

Ok this PF Changs experience was a little better than my last one. By all means when you eat at this location PLEASE request a booth as we did or you will be sitting out in tables crammed together with barely enough room to inch by as you are walking. Party of 4 in our group, we were seated w/in the 15 min that we were promised. Drink service was prompt, under 5 minutes. Appetizer order took about 15 minutes to get to us, usual lettuce wraps, calamari and crap wontons with real crab, I was impressed! I ordered the mongolian trio which included shrimp, beef, and scallops served in their mongolian sauce. The portion size was disappointing as I had this favorable entree at the West Chester location and was really satisfied but it was $2 cheaper at this location...so I guess it was ok. Service was mediocre and spotty. For a tad better service, better ambiance and seating go to the West Chester location.

I like P. F. Chang's, but I prefer the West Chester location. This location has issues even though it was open before the other. The service tends to be a bit slow and it's usually so crowded, not just with people. They have too many tables crammed together. You can't have a conversation without feeling like you're letting everyone around you know all about it. The last time we went there we ordered Ma Po Tofu to share, spring rolls and spicy green beans. The green beans were spicy, but not very flavorful. Four tables that were seated after us got their meals before we did and one table even left before our one entree arrived. Once we got to the bottom of our meal we found a small piece of chicken or pork. Us being vegetarian and having ordered a vegetarian meal, this was not cool. The staff was very apologetic, and made it up to us, but I think I would still rather go to the other location in the future. As far as the other review saying this isn't real Chinese food, I wouldn't know. All I've ever had is generic Chinese food and P.F. Chang's and P.F. Chang's is at least fresh, free of MSG and unique. I had ma po tofu at Moy's Pacific Rim in Kenwood and it was gross, so maybe that was the real stuff? I'll stick to P.F. Chang's version.

Eh, the only thing I like there is the Ahi Tuna (so good). But that is based on take-out experience only. I have never dined in.

PF Chang's and all their other chains are horrible. This is NOT Chinese food - ask any sane Chinese person. I went there since Cincinnati lacks any Chinese food and I truly regret it. I got a simple dish like the ma bo tofu and wow, it wasn't ma bo tofu it was just fried tofu with broccoli. Call it something else, don't deceive people who actually know what Chinese food should be like. Shame on you Phillip Chiang for selling out.

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

I hadn't been to a P.F. Changs in years, however, the one dish I did remember was the chicken lettuce wraps. This was the most enjoyable part of the meal and these wraps are a must for every visit. As for the entrée, I ordered the Sweet and Sour Chicken which had pretty flavor. I tried the Changs Spicy Chicken which we were told was the equivalent to General Tso's Chicken in which we were pretty disappointed. There wasn't as much flavor as we expected and the consistency of the chicken was pretty rubbery. I would probably visit my local Chinese restaurant before returning to this location.
(3)Brian G.

(4)Brian M.
(3)Ryan M.
Beware! Beware!
(1)Judy J.
(2)William K.
(3)Kranthi P.
(4)Helen V.
(4)Olivia M.
(3)Thanh L.
(3)Tony W.
We had the street noodles, lettuce wraps and the crispy honey shrimp and when the food came out they gave us fried rice (which was a little bit dry) but that was great. Didn't have any problems with anything!
(4)Biggah K.
(3)Danelle B.
Slowest service ever! When it finally came it wasn't even right. Still waiting on food after 50 minutes.
(1)Sara S.
I have never been disappointed by PF Changs! Their rice is delicious, and their entrees are outstanding! I came here yesterday for a late lunch, and I didn't even have to wait for a table. Can't wait to try something new the next time I come!
(5)Nicole D.
(3)Kimberly K.
We had a great time, the food was really good and our waitress Victoria and the manager Ashley were both wonderful! We got to the show on time, they made sure of it! The lettuce wraps were great as always and I had chicken pad thai which was very good!
(4)Katie K.
We were never contacted by P.F Changs, even though they asked for contact information on public response. Poor customer service.
(1)Natalie A.
(4)Michael B.
I have to say that from a vegetarian perspective this chain is alright. It can be a little pricey, they have some decent beers to choose from, and it usually seems to be busy. It is worth a visit if you've never been.
(3)Cera W.
(4)A M.
Ate here for a late lunch. You can't go wrong with the Hot and Sour Soup, lettuce wraps and sesame chicken! Nice atmosphere. Place can get very crowded for lunch during the work week and on weekends for dinner.
(4)Four E.
(1)Kristen G.
(3)Joshua B.
(2)Robert R.
PF Changs offers a fresh take on Chinese. Definitely not your average takeout. We ate the salad wraps appetizer that was amazing. The quality of the food was that of a high end restaurant but the atmosphere was warm and energetic.
(4)Devika A.
(4)Mike V.
I wasn't too impressed with this place. Don't get the Chang's Fried Rice with Chicken if you do stumble into this place. There was barely any chicken in the meal at all and the dish was bit pricey in my opinion. The music was so loud you had to yell just to talk to people.
(2)Dawn B.
(4)Jennifer N.
(4)Dan C.
(3)JT E.
My worst experience to date. Staff looked stressed and preoccupied. I felt like a bother. Food was ok. Waiter was ok. Management was filling out paperwork in the front of the store at a table while dozens of people were coming in. Won't be back!
(2)Alyssa F.
(3)P. J.
(1)Carolyn B.
One of my favorite places to go with my daughter! We both highly recommend the lettuce wraps and the ahi tuna. Have to admit that sometimes you will have to wait for a table, but the service staff is great!
(5)Glenn C.

(2)Mike S.
Love the food, but not enough to wait over an hour for an online order placed one hour prior to arriving. I recognize new years eve dinner time is busy but this was way over the top.
(2)Ann L.
(4)Bridgette P.

(3)Miss C.

(2)Kennie G.

(4)Steve L.
Inviting atmosphere, respectable bar and excellent service. The layout was very cozy our food came in an exceptionally fast time. Anyone in the area looking for good service and even better food stop at Norwood PF Changs!!
(4)Amanda V.
(3)Sherah B.
(5)Annie M.
(3)Will M.

(5)Brittany M.

(5)Deborah H.
OK for a quick lunch....server was awesome, but food is pricey.
(3)Juliane S.
(2)SD L.
(3)Sheena D.
(2)Scott B.

(2)Sue L.
The lettuce wraps are worth the trip!
(5)Alex R.
Big shout-out to manager ("key") Susan & server Danielle for being so awesome. Ate appetizers, wasn't feeling well (which had nothing to do with the food), boxed up my entire entrée & left it behind. Next day they made me AND my wife fresh entrees at no charge (and it was yu-mmy). I'm definitely coming back!
(5)Christiaan T.
great food try the chicken lettuce wrap
(5)Kevin C.
(5)Shawn S.
(2)Jen C.
(5)Heather J.
(3)J K.
(2)Dan T.

(4)Isabel Y.
(4)Charles L.
Food not hardly warm. Very poor slow service.
(2)April A.
So good!!!
(5)Ben C.
This place is great if you love big portions with a small price tag. OH WAIT! Switch that.
(3)Geoff A.
Expensive and you had either call ahead or bring a tent.
(1)Carol P.
Love the chicken wraps, always have a good meal.

(2)qyet s.
(3)Katy M.
I like P.
(3)leah b.
Eh, the only thing I like there is the Ahi Tuna (so good). But that is based on take-out experience only. I have never dined in.
(3)G H.
