My personal favorite of the Skyline's in the Dayton area. I make a point to visit once a week. The staff, from the top down, are top notch. That's what sets them apart. It's all good here, a can't miss thing.

Skyline Chili is great! The service is great too! I had a bowl of just their chili with sour cream, onions, and cheese. And boy there was a lot of cheese on it. Also when you sit, they bring you over a small bowl of oyster crackers to add into your meal. If it's your first time here, you just walk in and sit wherever you want. Someone comes over to your table and asks if you need a menu or if you already know what you want. Most people already know what they want. What they're famous for are their coneys and their ways. We also shared some chili cheese fries and that was good too. I would be back. Also, if you're an employee of WPAFB, you get a discount!

I love Skyline, but this is by far the best location I've ever been to. Extremely friendly service and the food was served quickly and tasted very fresh. Would highly recommend you stop here for your Skyline fix.

If you are anywhere near Wright-Patterson AFB, you have to try Skyline Chili, I recommend getting with habanero cheese, a really good treat!!!!

Highly recommend this place to try if in the Wright-Patterson AFB area. Something different and interesting. The coneys I ordered was good as well as the spaghetti. I think all that cheese they put on has something to do with it :-)

I heart Skyline chili. Food is fresh, fast, and consistent. Service is usually impeccable. Believe it or not I actually have not a negative thing to say about anything. This business seems to pride themselves on not only their food but the outstanding attention they bestow upon their guests. This location is much the same as all of the rest. We will be back!

I grew up in Ohio and lived there for 18 years. Then, I returned with my husband and two children and stayed for another 4 1/2 years. Never did Skyline spark my interest. Until I returned with an evaluation team and a guy from Iowa said, "We must try Skyline!" One of our escorts took us to this Fairborn location. We were greeted by an enthusiastic staff and our group of 8 was seated at the counter. We could see the entire food operation from our seats. A staff member was aerating the cheese while wearing plastic gloves. The entire area was spotless and organized. I ordered the 5-way: steaming spaghetti covered with chili (ingredients include cocoa and cinnamon) topped with a huge mound of cheddar cheese-add onions and beans. They accidentally delivered a Coney to me by accident. I ate it anyway and they did not charge me. The Coney consists of a hot dog in a steamed bun with mustard, topped with their chili, onions, and another mound of shredded cheddar. Everyone left with a bottle of Skyline hot sauce. This was a fun dining experience. I would do it again! A friend of mine told me about his frozen Skyline experience. I don't think it could be the same without the atmosphere, staff, and accompaniments.

This is definitely making my "Taste of Ohio" list! Wow! Skyline Chili seems to be a really neat and comfy local place to enjoy a meal away from the mundane restaurant scene of today's world within this price range. They have a really neat story too, apparently the original founding family made their chili in Cinci, used all their own recipes, and were Greek! You can really taste the Greek influence in their food, and the consistency seems to be there too which I really appreciate! Their chili, upon first bite, really made my day! It is absolutely not your typical chili, what a treat. What a flavor! So delicate yet rich! They absolutely pile cheese on almost everything they serve, which I love, and the little oyster crackers at the table and samples of their food are just too fun! They have a kids event once a week if you have little ones, so be sure to check them out!

If you like chili like me, you should check this place out. There are not too many places where chili is the featured item. I had a loaded Chili Bowl and a Regular Coney. I did not go will all the toppings as I like to taste the chili on its own. The chili was uniquely seasoned, due to the Greek influence of its originator. I like my chili a little more hardy and thick, but the flavor was pretty good. What I liked best were the employees. The two young ladies who served me, Brie and Alexis were really friendly and took the time to explain everything on the menu. The manager also came out and chatted. He instructed me how the locals prepare the Cracker Bombs, the oyster crackers with the house hot sauce in them. Then he gave me a take away bag with some mints, a coupon, menu and some oyster crackers. They were all a good team which made this an enjoyable visit. I will definitely go back to try the black bean vegetarian chili.

Told that it was a must stop during a work trip but I just didn't get it because I prefer my chili a little more hearty with beans & not with cinnamon, must be an Ohio thing, which is ok for variety sake. 3 stars mainly for the excellent service and I can at least say that I've checked it out.

If you are an embarrassment of a human being like me, you come to this place at least once a week. All of the waiters and managers are friendly, and if you show up enough they will remember your order. The food is amazing too.
