    Ordered four pizza for guests, send me one wrong pizza, called them, they send me another pizza after one hour when the guests left. They should improve the customer service while taking order. But pizzazz were delicious.

    Ok, now I'm on the hater train for this Dominos. I don't know if they have a manager but the guy be sleeping on the job. I ordered my Pizza 2 hrs from writing this review. I haven't received it yet but they called me without a message. When I try to call back no k e picks up the phone & an automated message runs for 5mins before I hung up. This is only my second time ordering from here & I'm now going to report them to corporate. First time I ordered I paid in cash. The delivery guy hardly spoke clear english, he didn't know how to count & didn't have change for my $20. Never ordering from here again unless they make it up with a guarantee of better service & a free pie or something.

    I don't usual write reviews when I don't like something, but this one annoyed me to no end. I order and after and hour of waiting tried to cancel. I called and couldn't get them to answer and was on hold for 20mins. After two hours they finally called me when I told them that I tried to cancel, and no longer wanted to the pizza. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

    This Domino's location should be closed. Their service is horrible. I placed an order with them recently and it took over two hours to deliver. Domino's pizza tracker said my wait would be about 30-45 minutes. When I called the location about an hour into my wait, the manager picked up and said they were short on staff but my order would be out shortly as the delivery guy just walked in. I received a call about an hour later from the delivery guy saying he was downstairs so I went down expecting the pizza. To my surprise, no delivery guy! I called him back and he told me he was at the wrong address. I waited about another 20-30 minutes to receive my pizza, which I did not even want at that point.

    Yummy pizza and since they moved to cortelyou road, the service, delivery time and food has improved..... When you call at times they take forever to answer, best to order online

    Takes almost 2 hours every time I order from here. I called to ask why my order was late and was told it was out for delivery. An hour later I still hadn't received it. Interesting because I live two blocks from the place. I could walk there in 10 minutes but they can't drive here in two hours. Dominos HQ said the manager would call me regarding the issue. Never heard from him/her.

    Worst delivery experience ever. Never received my pizzas even though the online tracker said my pizzas had already been delivered... but they still charged me. I'm fighting them to get my money back, but I'm thinking I may never see that money again. AVOID.

    I'm only giving them one star because I can't give them zero. I don't even know how this place stays open, I just ordered some wings and it took them exactly two hours to deliver it when I live exactly 3blocks away. Not to mention all I ordered was wings. To top things off I get my wings in a pizza which loo like it was used as a frisbee. And last but not least my wings are ice cold!!!

    Location deserves to close. Service is absolutely horrendous (not that I should have expected Domino's to actually have customer service). Ordered a cheese-less pizza. Yes, this is uncommon; however, the girl that took my order confirmed with me three times that I wanted it cheese-less, so I took this as a hopeful sign I would get what I paid for. Got the pizza home and it was covered in cheese. Called Domino's telling them they made a mistake and they asked me to come get a new pizza, that they were "too backed up" to deliver me the correct one that it would take too long. I asked them if they were planning on compensating me at all for this major mistake, in addition to now requesting that I walk all the way back to pick up a new pizza. The not so lovely Domino's employee promised me they would reimburse my credit card and the pizza would be free. Walked back to get the pizza and Domino's acted like it was a major inconvenience to give me a new pizza. They grabbed the old pizza out of my hand, tossed it in the back, then walked away. Five minutes later, an employee came back, said, "Here ya go" and tossed my new pizza at me from behind the bullet proof glass, without even an apology. This place is the worse and I really hope it shuts down. And I never did get that reimbursement...

    Avoid this location. They have a policy where they will not deliver to your door. (must meet driver at curb) Also minimum hour wait (at best) for orders to arrive. And don't bother trying to call the store. 95% of the time they won't even answer, and if they do, they will hang up on you right away.

    3 hours for delivery. I'm an 11 minute walk from the store. I called after 1 and a half hours and they told me it was out for delivery. I called after 2 hours and the girl put me on hold to flirt with someone in the store. When i finally got my order, they forgot all of the sauces that I paid for. Worst service i've ever received. Dont order from this location, 1216 Cortelyou Rd!

    Ok, Domino's food is convenience when your hungry and in need of food fast. I don't expect five star experience but let me tell you I called last night for a huge order and it took two and half hours for anything even to come which I understand for Saturday night however the couple weeks before when I order the delivery guy brought the food upstairs for me because I'm 9 months pregnant and due any day now so walking down the stairs and walking up the stairs with all those boxes is an inconvenience , last night the driver argued with me on the phone that he would not come upstairs he said he didn't want to get a ticket it was 1 a.m. and he had an attitude so I marched downstairs i took the whole order I gave him the money I had argument with him and walked up the steps and tried to open the door and droped the whole order on the floor as he sat in the car and watched me didn't even get out to help me as I was having contractions I wanted to take the pizza and throw it in his face so I took the order upstairs and I tried to call the store just tell them what happened and he deliberately said that I was cursing at him and threw money in his face to his boss ,you better believe I called corporate after this it is such a sad world what delivery has come to complete laziness at least they could have warned that they don't get out and come bring the food to your door had I known that I would not have ordered from them that was a complete disaster I was extremely upset last night I won't be ordering from them ever again...

    I have ordered several times from this Domino's location and never had an issue until today. Driving home from work my wife and I ordered 2 carry out specials from my Domino's app and said it would be ready in 20-25 mins. When we arrived at the location it was boarded up and closed but the app said our pizza was ready! We then went home where I was able to contact a Domino's representative and he informed me that the 900 Coney Island location had closed and moved to Cortelyou. I was a bit annoyed but figured what's the big deal? I asked if they can deliver the two pizzas to our apartment and he informed me that the new total was now $30 instead of the $13. I explained that on their phone application and website it still stated the old Domino's address and that we attempted to pick up the order but he refused and said the total was still $30. I told him to cancel our order and now they have lost two customers.

    If I could this location no stars then I would. Service was terrible. I waited for over 2 hours and still no delivery. I called and after 10 minutes of being on hold I was told that "we are busy and that's the wait time". In what world is a 2 hour wait OK? Then they charge a $2 delivery fee, but refuse to come up to door. I guess that is just curb service. I will never order from this location again!

    NEVER AGAIN. The order took nearly two hours; it was on "quality check" for about 40 minutes alone. Unless quality checking involves eating our entire order to make sure it's okay, and then remaking it, there's no way it should have taken this long. The delivery driver was incredibly rude and made my boyfriend go outside without shoes to meet him in the middle of the street (in 12 degree weather) because he couldn't bother to actually come to our apartment like a normal delivery person. Pasta was disgusting, pizza not hot, the whole experience was bad and I already regret the whole thing. Horrible, horrible job.

    No matter how many times I make an order and complain the delivery guy always refuses to deliver directly to my door. It's always an issue or some exuse. I'm willing to entertain that they're afraid at night after dark if I lived in a bad neighborhood but not when they are delivering in broad daylight with ample parking available. There's just no excuse for such shitty customer service when they CHARGE for delivery. If my local pizza place can deliver for free, to my apartment door, why can't they? If the chinese food place can, why can't they? If practically anyone I order from via Grub Hub can deliver to my door why can't they? Then they give an attitude when I refuse to tip for shitty service? Yea, sorry it doesn't work that way, I already paid a delivery fee. You want a tip, try delivering to my door, yanno, the way it's meant to be.

    If I could give this place negative stars I would. I ordered on Saturday night online and never received my order! I got a confirmation email stating my order was received and on the tracker it stated that it had gone out for delivery. I live less then a mile from this location so when we hadn't received our order in 20 minutes (and already waiting over 90 minutes) we figured they gave up on us. I tried calling the location over and over again and no one answered my phone call. They still charged my account without receiving any food. When you order dominos youre not looking for gourmet food, but most of the time you actually GET YOUR FOOD. Never again, I'll order from crown or georges for late night food.

    This place is the worst. Placed my order at 3:57pm it said 45-52 wait time . I call at 5:30pm over 90mins they said it's ready just waiting for driver didn't receive food till 6:05pm #dominos sucks should order from papa johns

    I really do love Dominos pizza.. Just not this location... I have ordered pizza from this location on 3 separate occasions and each time was truly a nightmare. They messed up my order ALL 3 times and they wont deliver to the door. Its very strange. I wish I could give them negative stars.. I will NOT order from them again. Sorry Dominos you have lost a very loyal customer. I will be ordering from Papa John's instead!!

    Stay away. I ordered a pizza and I waited over an hour before calling. When I did call I was put on hold for 20 minutes. They told me that the guy was leaving now. Then the driver called me three times, barely spoke English and when he arrived in my building he would not come up to my apartment. I called back and canceled. This is the worst place ever.

    We decided to order in because it was a long day. Domino's now serves a gluten-free pizza that we have had previously. I paid over $28 for two small (10") gluten-free pizzas to be delivered to my apartment. The delivery was not free, there was a delivery charge. Our instructions for delivery were simple: Please ring doorbell. The delivery arrived in a reasonable time. The driver, however, failed to ring our doorbell, he called on the phone, announced he was down at the front door, and would not deliver the pizza to the apartment. Is this a big deal? No, but it isn't delivery. It's a drop-off at the sidewalk, with a delivery charge. If you do not deliver to apartments, then do not accept delivery orders from apartments. There are locally-owned pizza places in Brooklyn that now carry gluten-free pizza, but do not deliver. If I knew that Domino's didn't actually deliver even when adding a delivery charge, I would have ordered from a local place and picked it up myself. Next time I was GF pizza, I will make it myself or shop locally. Bad service. Bad business. False advertising. Over-priced. Go somewhere else.

    Your drive was a complete asshole. First he called and said he was at the door. But, nobody was at the door. He calls back again and says he's on his way. He rang the buzzer, and we rang him up. He calls back again and tells us if we don't get down there in two minutes he's leaving and we are just out. When we went down again, nobody is at the door. We found him in his car and he starts running a smart mouth to a girl. Thanks so much for making for making this a wonderful birthday for her. And yes this is going on Yelp and FB.

    I hate that I have to give this location even 1 star. I ordered a pizza and it wasn't delivered till almost 2 hours later. When I called the store at the 1 hour mark I was on hold for 10 min until someone picked up and immediately hung up. I called back outraged and was hung up on again around 4 minutes. I called a third time and finally got someone after a few min. I started explaining that i had been waiting quite some time and wasn't looking forward to cold pizza. The girl on the other end could not have been more rude and claimed that she already spoke to me earlier when most certainly hadn't. She said I was lying and hung up on me. I will be placing a complaint with their corporate office. Totally unacceptable even for a dominos. The pizza finally got here 2+ hours late and it is ice cold.

    This isnt gourmet food here. It shouldnt take more than 2 hours to deliver. Tried calling to see whats up and no one answers the phone. The people here need to be put into work ethics and efficiency 101 because they obviously dont give a crap. Horrible horrible service.

    This location is so slow, with terrible customer service, and the online Domino's Order Tracker is not doing this place any favors. The past two times we've ordered, we were quoted a time of 30-40 minutes and while I can see online that an employee "double checked my pizza for perfection" 40 minutes ago, it arrives about 30 minutes after that, for a total of an hour and a half since the order was placed. I called and asked what was taking so long and the guy on the phone said "Oh, we're really busy." This was at 5 pm on a Tuesday.

    Ordered pizza, never arrived after 2 hours of waiting. Store didn't answer the phone after calling several times. Called today to get my money back, was told they can't do it, was given the store locator number instead of customer service - customer service is closed on weekends. Was told by store to call back after 6:30 pm to speak to the "boss" - store is no longer answering the phone when I call. I want my money back for food I never got to eat and no one in their staff can help me. How is that possible? I will never order from this dominos again, or possibly any other dominos period.

    Pizza is ok when regular pizza shops are closed. But you have to leave your house to meet them outside and a $2 delivery charge. And they expect tip. Ha

    My order was placed at 11:03pm. It's now 12:35am and it still hasn't left or delivery. Store won't answer my phone calls but they'll absolutely charge my credit card. Unbelievable.

    Awful customer service. We ordered delivery and when the guy called saying he was at the door to deliver the pizza, he was still in his car so I had to wait for him to grab the pizza and cross the street only to watch him drop everything in the middle of the street. He ended up coming to the door to tell me I had to call the store and reorder because he couldn't deliver 2 pizzas. Then when we called the store, the phone line was not working. It took about 20 additional minutes for us to finally get through to reorder and the customer service was atrocious. When we told him we would like new food and for the charge to be taken off our card, he hung up on us. I'm honestly about to go over to the store and do their jobs for them as they are the most incompetent people ever.

    Sometime I wonder why should I rate any fast food restaurant, because they are cheap and convenient? Or because their service & food need improvement? I ordered their pizza a couple of times before and typically waiting time is between 20 to 25 minutes. The staff members are all guys for some strange reason. People laughing and talking loudly in the back but there is nobody in the front. Sometimes I have to knock on the window repetitively just for ordering. I have never try online ordering, maybe I should do that next time.
