I despise this Tim Horton's. I got into a freaking car accident in the parking lot, because everyone rushes to the snaky disorganized drive-thru line that doesn't really seem to start anywhere, you just pull up and nudge your way in. Get out of your damn car and walk inside [note that I do not take my own advice].

Time to write an update. This is now my favourite Tim Hortons. I like the coffee here a lot because it is smooth and dreamy and creamy and not at all bitter or harsh - usually. The polar opposite of Starbucks. Plus it is Canadian so if I say I like it I might get a free subscription to Maple Syrup Monthly and Aboot The Hoose Almanac, eh? What to get: Large 4 & 4, Salted Caramel Timbits. I tend to call Tim Hortons "Timmy Ho's" or "Hos" for short. I get an Extra Large 4 & 4, they are never for me, always for someone else. But I usually take a few sips before I deliver them to the right person. And last night in the middle of the night I came here to get some (so to speak) and it was the hottest, freshest, most delicious coffee I have had in ages. My conclusion therefore is that while many Hos will give you lukewarm service, this particular Ho is very very very hot, and delicious, and is better than all of the other Hos in the area. Not a lot of people come inside this Ho, but it's quite snug and cosy if you do go inside. The baked goods are still very poor. Stay away from the hos donut holes. Trust me. Here is my old review: Oasis once said that if you slip inside the eye of your mind, don't you know you might find, a better place to play your ipad while you drink coffee. Well I don't have an iPad and I don't like Oasis. This is a pretty good Hortons, sometimes I hang out here and use wifi. The girls are fairly friendly but not the friendliest, and the baked goods are very poor but their coffee is usually pretty good. Not as good as the one on Park Club Ln though. They have a cute little fire inside here which I think is a nice touch. I like to sit by it and do things by myself. I know that sounds bad but I just meant, write Yelp reviews and stuff.

Tim Hortons is my go to for a quick coffee or bagel, however at this location, it is anything but quick. I usually go before work, or during work on my half hour lunch break (keep in mind its a 5 minute drive to this Tim's location from my work-if that) and i always end up being late because i'm stuck in the drive thru line or stuck at the cash register inside while they're training new employees. I understand that new employees need proper training, but i don't think it should be done during the morning rush when everyone is trying to get to work on time. it's pretty sad that i feel it is quicker to get out of my car and walk inside to place my order than it is to wait in the drive thru. Drive thrus are made to convenience the customer, and i feel it is the least convenient thing, ever. Aside from the service taking too long, at a FAST food restaurant, my food orders never seem to be made correctly. Either my bagel is burnt to a crisp, or i have way too much tomato on my sandwich for my liking. It's come to the point where i order my bagels not toasted with the cream cheese on the side and do everything myself once i get to work. I figure that eliminates any chance of them messing it up. My drink orders, however, seem to be made correctly most of the time, which i do appreciate. Fortunately for this Tim's location, it is the most convenient one for me to come to before work and i refuse to go to Dunkin, so i will be back. I just hope they can get it together, and stop dropping the ball when it comes to time management and efficiency.

takes wayyyyyy too long for them to get through their drive thru line. order is ALWAYS wrong. seems to be always someone that's training on the drive thru and consequently they have no idea how to ring in orders or move the line quickly. people go thru this lane Bc they are looking for fast service! not to be late for work!

Out of the local locations I've gone to, this is the one with consistently good service. Their drive thru always looks crazy long but moves surprisingly quickly. Whether in-store or in the drive thru, the lines move quickly and I get my order in less than 5 minutes. The only exception is when they run out of brewed tea and I have to wait 10 minutes for a new pot. I found out the hard way that not all TH locations serve brewed tea and apple cider. My caffeine-deprived brain did not like that. I have an addiction and the cure is an XL hot tea DD. Tea made from tea bags isn't strong enough and coffee just won't do. On a cold winter day, a nice steaming cup of apple cider is the best way to warm up. My favorite food items are egg and cheese on a biscuit or English muffin and egg, cheese, bacon or sausage on a biscuit. Their chicken salad and soups leave much to be desired. They recently remodeled and it looks great. However, there is decidedly a severe lack of electrical outlets. Given this location's proximity to two local colleges, this is very surprising. I also found this out the hard way; not amused. My devices need juice and sadly, caffeinated beverages don't have the same effect on them as they do on me. Another plus about this location is that their free Wi-Fi is consistently in working order. Nothing like connecting to Wi-Fi and wasting time trying to troubleshoot connectivity problems only to realize it's the hotspot, not my device that's being a jerk. This location also seems to draw the elderly like moths to a flame. If you come mid-morning or later, the place is filled with older folks and they give young whippersnappers the thousand yard stare for daring to encroach on their territory.

Not really a fan of this Tim's. Coffee is decent and consistent. Staff is friendly although at times a little carefree. Ordered a bagel with double cream cheese to offset their often dry bagels. By the time I was at the light pulling away I pulled the bagel out. It had probably half the amount of a normal spread. In any case, I'll avoid this Tim's and drive maybe 9 minutes in any direction until I hit the next one.

Disclaimer: I only went through the drive through portion. Situated as a stand alone building within a shopping plaza, it's right off the main road of Sheridan. It's fairly easy to access. I have been here during the morning rush hour as well as the off hours. Even when there are 4+ cars ahead of me, they still get through the line fairly quickly. Usually. Had to wait up to 10 minutes in the drive thru line a couple times. But I have never had any issues with the service or my orders. Fairly typical Timmy Hoes. Nothing to complain about. Nothing to write home about. It's fairly efficient and does its job.

I love Timmy's coffee but agree that the parking lot here can be a complete disaster. 5 stars for coffee 4 stars for pastries 3 stars for other foods 2 stars for parking lot
