I think this location is just a tad better than the original on San Mateo. Because it is newer, it is definitely cleaner and I find it to be very a very comfortable dining experience. Its so wonderful that there is a decent Vietnamese restaurant over on the westside. The food here is solidly good and you can't go wrong with pho, bun, or spring rolls.

Pretty good Vietnamese food especially for the double R area. #67 Grilled pork is an absolute goto.

Great food, reasonable prices. They seem to do their Vietnamese food just a bit more upscale than many other places in town. By far the best Vietnamese in Rio Rancho.

This is the best vietnamese you can get on the westside. The same owners of the original Saigon on San Mateo opened this westside location in late 2011. The service is great, the place is clean, and the food is very good. Best pho on the westside.
