well, its a franchise chicken fast food place, you should know about it by now, so this is more about THIS store. The place is always packed it seems, but the staff is every cheerful and attentive to the customer needs. My wife ordered a bottle of water and it turned out they were out so they refunded us the money, but then comped us on a fountain drink. Bathrooms always very clean and the place, in spite of the crowds, well ordered.

This is the coolest Chick-fil-A. Very crowded and had to wait to get a seat, but the front counter staff saw this and gave me enough time and opportunity to find a seat and offered to bring my meal out to me once I was seated. Service is always above and beyond what any of the customers could or would ever expect out of a "fast food" place.

Man no longer living in Memphis (in NYC) I never get to try Chick-Fil-A as much I would like to. And after several years of going without it I started wondering why so many people went crazy for just a chicken sandwich. So I went back today for the first time in maybe 3 years. Ok I was wrong. This sandwich is better than just a chicken sandwich. So first my fast food experiences in NYC have been crap. Literally. Service is horrible, low wage workers that don't care much about their job. Food quality is questionable, inconsistent and overpriced. Fast food in the suburbs and the south, I always find cheery employees that actually care about their job and actually put together a great product. $3.45 for a grilled chicken sandwich cooked to perfection, moist, with the ripest tomatoes I've ever seen on a sandwich, quality green leaf lettuce (not the iceberg kind) and a whole grain bun. Good stuff man, good stuff. The new spicy chicken sandwich also gives Wendy's a run for their money.
