This cafe is definite a ma and pop small town breakfast spot out of the movies. You've got the locals drinking coffee at the counter for hours chatting about politics, community issues and predictions of the upcoming farming season. A group of us rushed here before the church crowd showed up this morning for some good, home style breakfast and that is exactly what we got. I ordered eggs and hash and you can rarely find that on a menu these days and I love that stuff. Very nicely prepared dish and the portions were huge. My brother ordered the popular chicken fried steak breakfast special that just made me regret my choice as it smelled sooo good and after sneaking a bite I really wanted to switch plates with him. Very friendly, quick staff that knew everyone names in the entire place. Thirty minutes after our yummy breakfast this place filled up and I know why. Its fabulous. Hidden gem in this little town of Watertown. I'll be back next time I'm in the area!

If you want comfort breakfast food all homemade this it. Fresh made biscuits and homemade sausage gravy that actually has sausage in it. Breakfast burrito with chirizzo mmmm! And my personal favs the omelets. All the portions are huge! The biggest tip off tho is all the utility workers i see going in there. They always knowvthe best spots. This is old fashioned mom and pop greasy spoon diner at its best! My favorite breakfast spot bar none.

Reasonable price, amazing quality, cool owner. Rode into town on the luce line trail looking for a good place to grab a bite before heading back into town. This place fit the bill perfectly for a meal that was filling but still allowed us to ride back. This dinner had classic "greasy spoon" breakfast classics dine amazing who with a little grease as possible. My friend had the chicken fried steak and it was still light and just most enough the not greasy at all. I got the steak and eggs which was perfectly fried butter and the best cheap steal I've had in a very long time. We parked out bikes out front, and the owner asked us to bring our bottles in to fill them. I will certainly be back on a bike ride with the girlfriend soon.

Great breakfast and early lunch spot -- be sure to check hours as they close just after lunch. Wild rice soup and eggs Benedict (with homemade Hollandaise sauce with real egg whites and lemon) are two of our favorites, but the hash browns are also perfect and the cinnamon buns are amazing. Love Marie, Kelly, Bonnie and Ricardo!

This is a little gem just off the Luce Line trail system. Great friendly service, and consistently good diner food. Almost everything is scratch made, and the weekend egg benedicts are as good as any. Try the French Toast made with the homemade bread. Order the Chicken Fried Steak "Kelly Style". Great burgers and homemade soup daily. Lunch specials every day, and the "commercials" are especially good. Have eaten there many many times, and have never had a bad experience, either with the food or service.
