Party of 5 on a Saturday night. I realize it's going to be a longer wait and I'm ok with that. The way they seat seems a bit haphazard but that's ok. I'm being patient after all right? Finally we get seated and it's over an hour before we get our food which is humble but ok. Right before our food came we finally let the waitress know how late it was getting and that we weren't happy and she still charged is full price. I know it's busy and I can sympathize but an hour wait after you've been seated in any situation is far too long. Spending 2 hours in a restaurant is not only going to upset customers but also cost you a lot of money. My previous encounters have been ok but this was insulting and I won't be back.

All right, as you can read from the other reviews: the honey-mustard-buffalo "Gold Rush" wings are fantastic. I've never been to Duffy's where I HAVEN'T ordered a plate. What needs to be known though, is that "Gold Rush" isn't the only flavor - in fact, there's another called "Prairie Fire." Now, let me try to explain these wings through an analogy. Ecologically speaking, a Prairie Fire is a beautiful thing: high flames raze the field, spread by the open wind, until a great rain comes and leaves the field warm, smoldering ash. The freshly-fertilized soil then inspires new life - a natural cycle as inevitable as the sunrise. When old friends and I return home to Montevideo, we'll occasionally visit Duffy's and order a plate of "Prairie Fire." High flames raze the taste buds! You blow gasp blow but the flames only spread! The forehead perspires and the great rain of tears leave your face looking like a warm cinder. When it's over, you're thankful for your life - but you'll do it again: as inevitable as the sunrise.

Gold Rush Wings were delicious ! I'd go back again and again for them but next time I'd add a cold beer to the order . Also tried the chicken sandwich and it was yum. Best part is the ambiance is fun and lots of cool quotes and funny sayings everywhere.

Nice place. I also tried the Gold Rush wings and they were good. I think all the flavors would be good because they cook a good wing. Bathrooms were very clean. Good place to hang.

Great wings! The Gold Rush (I believe it's called) is wonderful- the sauce is a mix of honey mustard and buffalo. We went on a Monday night, and the place was PACKED. The waitress was busy but still did a good job. The other food we had was good also, but the wings were the standout item.

I knew this would be my kind of place when we pulled in and noticed that the "motorcycle corral" in front contained nothing but Harley Davidson bikes. We were in Montevideo camping over Memorial Day weekend and decided to head into town for some supplies and a meal. Trusty Yelp listed Duffy's as the closest restaurant that could provide a cocktail and the reviews mentioned the chicken wings. Done and done... We proceeded to have a namesake good time at Duffy's, enjoying the Gold Rush and Bourbon wings. The Gold Rush wings had a spicy, honey mustard flavor, and the bourbon wings tasted like.. well... bourbon. My wife and son and I managed to inhale 26 of them between the three of us. My younger daughter opted for the kids shrimp with tater-tots. Being the safety conscious father that I am, I had to taste test hers to be sure they were on the level - damn fine tots and a good portion of butterflied shrimp, not popcorn. Also, the generously poured cocktails were only $4 each (that was the call price, not the rail - Yay, Tanqueray!). Decor and atmosphere were about what you would expect from a small-city bar - humorous stuff tacked to the walls, plenty of TV's for sports (NASCAR!!!) and very friendly staff. Thanks again fellow Yelper's for pointing me to a place I would not have found without you. Good food, good people and yep - a good time.
