What is going on culvers in Eagan? I have had to wait over twenty minutes twice now for my food. And it was 7:59 at night and not busy. Please consider getting help from other successful stores and marketing and better job recruiting. There are lots of options through the city of Eagan that can help you.

I love Culver's but won't go back to this one! Stopped in for a quick meal on a Saturday night. Waited 25 minutes for a simple burger basket. When it came it was cold. They forgot my shake so I had to go ask for it. Maybe 6 families in the place and we were all disturbed about the terribly slow service and poor quality of food. The place is spotlessly clean but otherwise had very poor management. Come on Culver's!

I liked how they were frugal with their mayo on the burgers. The "custard" wasn't really custard to me. I'd had rather have gone to Dairy Queen and gotten a Blizzard; same stuff, basically. It is what it is. Fast food; that you wouldn't want to eat on a normal basis..but I guess it's more up-scale than McDonalds or BK or those sort of things. Nothing will beat In-N-Out or Tommy's. Sorry, Culvers.

We are fans! Can't believe it hasn't been reviewed yet. Must be no Yelpers in Eagan.

So Culvers is an awesome place to go for decent fast food, It's kind of like ordering a burger from McDonalds or Burger King only the food is fresh, delicious, and you don't hate yourself afterwards.

Eagan is best prices in the metro for Culvers. The owners are always around and have made the custom location endearing over time.

This location wasn't good. Normally I'm a Culver's fan. They have two of the booths in the dining room permanently stacked with papers and old receipts, like an office slash filing cabinet. It took longer than usual to get our food and when we did, my cheese curds were not fresh, and the fries were almost cold. Also we had been outside all day in the heat and were looking forward to the level of AC that most fast food places have. This location had ceiling fans on and it was hot in there.

I'm in the drive through right now, and I've been waiting over 25 minutes. The car ahead of me pulled out and threw the plastic number on the ground as she burned out in her mini-van. This gank-fest needs to end soon. Something similar happened at this same location last week - but not quite as long. There's still two cars ahead of me. I have nothing to do except write critical reviews of this place on Yelp. I mean, if they were short-staffed, they should have said something when I ordered - 30 minutes ago. I wonder if there is a hostage situation inside. Better yet, they should have closed the drive-through lane. Or, how about they tell the people waiting a half an hour or more what the hell is going on? Lots of simple management breakdowns at this place tonight. Brutality.

The older lady sitting down at the register is extremely rude and is always in a horrible mood. We tried doing the drive-through and after waiting for 20 minutes, while the cashier was friendly talking to the car in front of me she handed us melted ice creams. Never going back there
