I had Benito's twice last week (on monday and saturday). we got the BIG benito delivered at work, its huge!! i've never seen a pizza that big before. it tasted amazing!! I told my wife about it that night and she said maybe we'll order it for pizza night on saturday. we walked in and placed our order, we ordered a big benito with pepperoni. It cost $19.99 with the coupon, WHAT A DEAL!! Its tasted just as good as the big benito from work! i definitely will be back! P.S. Ask for a coupon, it will save you some money!

The pizza is pretty bland, and this is the second time that I've gotten pizza that was raw in the middle...

The pizza (other than the big benito) was just boring. Bland and cheap tasting. Was not delicious. The antipasto salad didn't even look fresh or delicious, it tasted like, dirty lettuce. The breadsticks have no flavor. They are dry. I wish I would of spent my money on different pizza for the same price. Don't be tricked by their coupons, either. I calculated the order both ways and you're saving .15 cents - .45 cents, which isn't really a deal compared to other places.

Usually I like Benito's pizza but this one is not good. I just moved to Troy and tried this place twice. Both times the pizza was over cooked and substance lacking (not enough sauce or cheese). I will not be burned a third time. Better options out there.

After getting takeout again yesterday, I'm upping my review to four stars. I could have done five because there was absolutely nothing wrong with our most recent experience...but there was nothing that blew me away, so I'm going with four stars. We ordered two pizzas (a plain cheese for the kids and a BLT for the adults) and cheesy bread and were given a time of 15 minutes. The order was ready on time and they took our Entertainment Book coupon graciously. We were impressed with the BLT--it seemed to have less lettuce and tomatoes on it than other BLTs we've gotten elsewhere, but it was still delish. The cheese was apparently good, too, as the whole thing disappeared quickly. The cheesy bread was much better than the regular (plain) breadsticks we had the first time, though the marinara was still cold. Overall, we're impressed with this place, it's close to home, the staff is nice, the service is quick, and they have coupons...so four stars. And this is where we plan on ordering from when we need to feed our packers and movers lunch later this month...

the big benito is a decent big pizza, for all you ny style fans, but the crust is pretty much inedible which stinks. it's good to try once just for the novelty of ordering a two foot pizza ("dang, that's a big box," people will say when they see you walk in with it.) but there are better places out there that take pride in having their whole pie taste great. the green lantern in madison heights, pizza bistro 112, and Antoniou's Towne Square Pizza are a just few examples of places that do it right.

Ew. Lame staff. TOO GREASY. Not that good. My friend and I came into this place because we had never tried it. We had some questions about the different pizzas and their staff acted so annoyed by us because we wanted to know more before we paid our money!!! Rude! Then, after we paid too much for the pizza, we went home and found puddles of grease on the surface, and after dabbing it with a napkin, we took a bite. Not awful, but NOT GOOD either.
