Thought I'd try Domino's for the first time in twenty years since their ads claim they're trying to make better pizza. First, the pizza actually still was pretty awful. Second, and since the internet wasn't invented the last time I ordered from Dominos, this is a new way to mess up, I spend 15 minutes trying to enter a web order only to have their sight freeze after I clicked submit. Ended up phoning in the order. And finally, I drove most of the ten minute drive home after picking up my order before I realized they hadn't bothered to give me the 2-liter soda I paid for. Too many pizza options to put up with Domino's crap.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with the pizza here. Hate on a large chain if you will, but nobody should be discouraged by the 2-star rating this location has...it's completely undeserved. The place is clean, you can watch them make the pizza using real, fresh ingredients right in front of you, and when it comes down to it Domino's is Domino's, so what's the deal? Haters gonna hate I guess.

Wow I was in there this past friday, what great service. Everyone was very nice and the price was right a large 2 topping and a 16 pcs parmesan bread bites for $9.99. I will be back thanks

Place is legit. Good pizza and super cheap. Crazy that they charge 3.16 for a 2 liter of pop though.

I used to love this place. It's mediocre at best now. The sauce has no flavor and the cheese is soupy (as in never hardens up when cool). Strange. We ordered last night because the kid wanted the parmesan bites. They had so little buttery sauce she didn't want to eat them... which left us with a bland pizza to eat. We each ate one slice and tossed everything. That was our last order unless something changes. So let down!

There was a long stretch where I didn't visit Domino's because there wasn't a convenient location and it wasn't worth a long drive. Within the last year they opened this location which is less than one miles from my house. My husband and I were craving some pizza and decided to give them a shot. We tried both the hand tossed and pan pizzas. We both agreed that both pizzas were better than we remembered but preferred the pan pizza over the hand tossed. On another visit we used the app to order, and it was very easy and convenient. It also shows what stage of the making/cooking process your order is in so you know exactly when your order will be ready. We will continue to visit Domino's for the new and improved pizzas.

I was somebody who hated Domino's. They had terrible pizza. But I gave them a shot with their "We know we used to suck" ads. They really did make their pizza a lot better. Their pasta bowls are pretty good also. I've been very happy with them every time I have ordered lately.

I order from here at least once a week so you'd think they would get my order right, but no, they are never consistent. Tonight I ordered hot wings with extra hot sauce and 2 sides of ranch. What I got was hot wings with very light hot sauce and 2 bleu cheese!!! This is the last time I will waste my money with you. Say goodbye to a weekly customer.

Absolutely rude manager. Pizza I order by credit card was signed and given to i don't know who. I called back and they said they apologize for that and will send me a new order. After 40 mins, I called to see where my order was. The manager that spoke to me accused me and said "I'm sorry that someone got free food and I don't believe you one bit." "Good job trying to get free food from us." I again stated that there was a confusion because I spoke to the precious manager and resolve this. Again he pestered me and told me I was getting free food and hung up on me. Outrageous!! If I paid for my order by credit card it should be checked!!! Never have I spoken to such a rude person by phone! I will not return here. I would give zeros stars if possible.

You GUYS ARE CRAZY NOTHING LESS THAN 5STARS...I drive from DETROIT to eat from this dominoes therr fast nice and clean. They help with coupons when you need them just tell them what u want and they well give you thr best deal for your budget.

We order from this location every other week. Order online and get food delivered quick to our door. Pizza is always prepared well and warm when it arrives. Toppings are fresh, new sauce is great, and the hand tossed dough does not taste like cardboard (like anyone knows what cardboard tastes like????). While this isn't the best pizza in town it is consistent. The chicken bites are pretty good as well...if you want something other than za.

You should know if you like Dominos, I am just reviewing this location and its great. Food is always fresh, they are as fast as any pizza place I have been to, this location is how all fast food businesses should be run, probably ordered here 50 times in the last 2 1/2 years with no issues at all!

so after all the ad's and promises for a better product, i decided to try this company again. sadly same old product, sauce to spicy, tasted over done and like cardboard. delivery was quick and the driver was professional, but i will not order from this place again. contacted the store with feedback, but never got a reply. so a huge thumbs down, honestly save your money, there are better places out there

I think the other reviewer had a randomly off experience, because this Domino's is ALWAYS on point! Seriously, I've never been disappointed with the food or service at this location. The staff is always super friendly, the delivery is quick, and the food is consistently tasty. With the new changes Domino's has been moving toward, they have become my fiancé and my favorite pizza delivery place! We always recommend it to friends.

The food is domino's pizza which is pretty decent for chain pizza. The staff at this store is incompetent. I ordered a pizza, breadsticks, and salad through the app. When I arrived to pick it up a young lady was standing by the phone station on the back wall arguing ( attacking) one of her co workers who seemed to not understand something about the computer. She called him stupid and an idiot among other things as I was standing there waiting. I think she was supposed to be working the counter as a guy who was making the pizzas realized she was to busy yelling at the other guy to take care of me came over and asked me what I needed. He found my order (left it on the rack) and then went in search of my salad, he went in the walk in, came out and said something to her, she went in and I heard her yell again, then she came out to talk to me at the counter in her best "customer service" voice ( as if she hadn't just been 3 feet away yelling) she told me they didn't have some of the things to make my salad. I just asked her to refund me for it because I was so uncomfortable I just wanted to leave. She did, gave me my void slip and then shuffled a bunch of receipts around and went in the back to do god knows what. Meanwhile I stood at the counter for another two minutes looking at my food sitting on the rack. She finally came back and gave it to me and made some comment about some one else should have handed it to me. I get it there are bad days and everybody works with idiots some times but that doesn't excuse berating your coworker, let alone in front of customers. Also they always forget my sauce for my breadsticks (which is always an extra charge) when I order delivery, which is why I only do carry out now.

I've been an avid fan of Dominos since they remade their recipe. In fact they have been my go-to pizza place for quite a few years. I recently moved from Rochester Hills to the Royal Oak area and I was surprised at the quality, or lack there of. Is Rochester Hills really that much more affluent that they provide consistently better quality product for their customers? I guess I didn't realize just how polar the two areas are. The pizza and chicken wings ended up being not even luke warm and the extra cheese and extra sauce I had requested was nowhere to be seen. So lets just say that IF I return to Dominos in the future, I'll drive the extra 5 miles to get it from a reputable one. No bueno Royal Oak. No bueno.
