Arrived at 8:30, yes they do close at 9:30 so we figured an hour is enough to have a dinner. Had to wait till 9:20 to get our appetizers to get started. Looked like they forgot that we were there till they saw us looking around getting ready to leave so they poured us our soups. Once the food arrived, it was the worst I've ever had. Mashed potatoes were made from powder and steak was so bad it felt like I was eating soles from the work boots, it was so rubbery. White fish was all dry and tasteless. Don't bother, go to subway instead.

Terrible atmosphere. Long waits. Food quality control needs to come and check on this place. Definietely the place to avoid.

I don't know why everyone else had such trouble here. Great food, Huge menu, breakfast all day, plus a kids menu. They have something for everyone. The wait staff was attentive, the full bar was awesome, many craft beers available, along with domestics. The food was good. Everyone I was with was very satisfied with their meal. A great place to stop, nice size portions for the money, and a overall great ambience. I would definitely send friends here!

Went there once. That was enough. Waited a long time to get bland food, that I could have cooked at home in half the time.

Arrived in Newberry late on a Thursday evening ....were the only patrons in the bar downstairs. Not many options for vegetarians ... Thank you for serving breakfast all day...Settled for an omelette. Hot Roast beef sandwich was okay good and the portion of beef was minuscule . Sliced beef wrap just deli meat... Nothing special . Service attentive .

After a long day of backpacking through the forest, my girlfriend and I developed an appetite. Not being too familiar with the upper peninsula, we didn't know what to expect in terms of food in the middle of this desolate country. My girlfriend suggested that we stop here to get paistes because we have seen so many signs about them and never had one. Upon entry, this place had a feel of one of those old time diners, characters of the stereotypical Yoopers were in every corner, weird vibes were upon us. The man behind the counter assured us that they were not known for typical UP pastie so I tried the burger instead. One of the best I have had. Don't judge this place by its cover.

Went there for lunch, a late lunch like at 3 or so, we liked it. The place was clean and we were attended with 0 waiting time. There were quite a few tables occupied around, and they were good at attending all the tables well. We ordered chicken and white fish. They were both very nice. No complaints.
