I've always had positive experiences when eating at Panera. It's my favorite "fast foods" because there are many healthy options. I do not like eating inside because it's always crowded. I prefer the drive through at this particular location. The staff are always super friendly, and patient when it comes to multiple separate orders.

Panera was a great compromise for us since one of us wanted a quick lunch and the other coffee. Panera has a great lunch menu. I ordered the You Pick Two with a Steak and Blue Cheese Chopped and a Thai Chicken Flatbread. The salad was tasty. The combination of the tastes and textures was nice. The flatbread was also good. It was a touch messy because of the peanut sauce but the flavors were great. My only issue is that I like the Baked Potato soup but most locations have it rarely at best. Other than that Panera has good food at a good price.

Good food, but incredibly slow and expensive. The line is always out the door. They make your food fast, it just takes forever to get it. You basically pay $8 for a grilled cheese sandwich witih turkey and a cup of soup. For that price I'd rather just have lunch next dor at Applebee's or Bennigans. That way I could have a beer and fries, too. That said all the bakery items are delicious. Cookies, breads, pastries. There's free wifi and they have decent coffee. Go for it if you can get someone else to buy, it's pretty easy to come out of here with your wallet $13 lighter.

Way over priced for what you get, coffee is so so. The bread is tasty but has the consistency of chewing shoe leather. Your jaw will be aching after eating a few pieces.

Slower than usual for a Panera with less available seating. The food was good, but I had to state my order for the Penne Bolognese three times before the manager came over and explained to the cashier that I wanted "the pasta with red sauce." I'm not sure how she expected me to pronounce it, but none of my first three ways registered with her at all. Can you say "training issue"?

This Panera bread is on par with all of the others I'd say. This one did, however, seem to be a bit more streamlined, which is awesome. We ordered the broc cheese soup and a sandwich. Oh so good! :) This PB was very clean. We only had a small wait time during rush hour which I was fairly impressed with. There is plenty of seating and some private areas if you need them.

First visit was close to failure, waited a half hour for a breakfast sandwich only to find out their kitchen computers were not working. However, when the manager was very accommodating and offered a full refund. Hopefully this issue is worked out as I will be staying at the hotel next door for a few weeks and will want to try again. Since this first review I have come back 7 more times...each time ordering a bagel sandwich with only egg whites. 3 of those times they have messed up my order from either adding cheese to giving me a completely different sandwich. Looks like the computers are working but still some human error. Will try again next week.

I have previously said that if you've seen one Panera bread you've seen them all, but honey I was wrong. The lackadaisical cashier got my order wrong not twice but three times. I asked for a small half iced green tea, half lemonade. She could not wrap her mind around this. When she finally gave me my total, I told her I have a Panera card, but not with me and she replied "oh it's too late for that, but you aren't spending enough to get anything good" First of all, hold on lady. It's not too late, I didn't even pay yet. Secondly, it goes by visits so why don't you check our facts. When I sat down with my mom to wait for the drink, we noticed that three people came up to return part of their order that was wrong. Nice. Finally an underwhelmed 19 year old with a blue mop of hair came up to me, arm extended with a half full large cup of lemonade. He said "did you need me to fill this with tea or can you do it yourself cause I'm kind of busy" I asked him to please do it since the iced green tea is actually behind the counter and I, as a customer, do not have access to it. He rolled his eyes, sighed and said my drink "weirds him out". Oh well in that case I'll get another drink, wouldn't want to subject you to anything too abnormal. Over all, this is by far the worst Panera I have ever been so unlucky as to step foot in. I would honestly have rather saved my 5 dollars and drank my saliva on the car ride home.

It took them a while to get their service in gear (typical I suspect for a new opening?), but they serve very good food for the price. They're always willing to customize a sandwich for me (wheat bread, low mayo, etc) and to half a salad with no issues. The atmosphere is okay. Kind of noisy and cramped?
