Great food.. Good prices.. But the customer service sucks. I should have just ordered at home. The food would have gotten to me faster and i wouldn't have to deal with the service.

The bread on my sandwich is literally so old and hard I can knock on it. Like a door. Really I tried it. It's like eating manna.

I won't ever go to this Jimmy John's again. I've been to many Jimmy John's restaurants (and loved every one), but while the menu here is the same as any other, the atmosphere and service are aweful. Upon walking in the door, there was dub step/house music blaring so loud it almost brought tears to my eyes. I'm 26 years old, I go out to bars and clubs, I appreciate loud music and a good beat, but this was out of control. It was louder than any club/party I have ever been to (and I went to Central Michigan University, so that's saying something). To order my sandwich, I literally had to shout and they had to shout back to ask if they had heard my order correctly. All of the workers were obviously students at the local community college (or at least were that age) and treated the restaurant as their own personal party spot. I wouldn't have minded the music at all if it were knocked down a few decibles, but despite my obvious discomfort at the loudness, they didn't seem to care at all. That's not a way to run a business and I'm sure I'm not the only customer they will lose due to their lack of customer appreciation (or even acknowledgment for that matter). Get your act together guys. You're giving Jimmy John's a bad name (and as a die hard fan, I take offense).

I love the subs here! I haven't been here in so long, but I think it's time to make another appearance. They sell day-old bread for cheap that tastes just as good as if they had made it that day. The subs are fresh and delicious, although I can say service has never been one of their best qualities.

I am a sandwich snob of sorts. I love me a good sammy! When JJ first opened, I was in heaven. The best part is that they deliver! If you are snowed in and want a cold sandwich for some crazy reason, order Jimmy Johns! Over the years I have eaten practically everything they offer. My fav? The gargantuan. It's super heavy and kinda messy, but the flavor is what makes me always visit them when I am back in town. As for service... It's a steady decline that doesn't promise to go back to it's awesome previous gold standard. Oh well. Hey, I'll just get it delivered so I don't have to deal with the sub-standard indoor service.

What's going on here? Food is still good, but service may be declining. I went in, ordered the sandwiches. They were prepared promptly as usual, but the sandwich-maker, instead of putting the food in a bag, plopped it on the counter and said, "There you go." Not quite ready for prime time!

Food is good, service is lousy. I asked for "oil and vinegar," I was told, "so you want sauce." I said "What does that mean?" I was told, "Oil and vinegar and oregano." "I just want oil and vinegar." "So you want sauce." It was like something out of a Seinfeld episode! If they can't get employees who actually listen to customers, they should just give it up!
