This is my go-to Jet's! I generally get slices here or order delivery online. Always fresh, fast, and the staff is friendly. They offer good specials and lots of options!

Had a delivery issue with my pizza delivery. Called Manager Anthony Skluzak. Told hi of my concerns. Very, very nice man! Very concerned and caring. Made a trip to my house to resolve the issue in person! Who would ever do that? Especially on one of the worst windiest days! I commend him and I think he does business great!!!!!!

Gotta love Jets! Some of my favorite pizza in Michigan. Try the Chicken Parmesan Pizza, square, not round. Better crust. Pair it with an antipasti salad and I'm good to go! The staff is friendly and they are nice and speedy! If you're craving pizza, try Jets!

What do you get when you let immature High School kids run the show? Poor customer service. This has been my "go to" Jets for some time now, but not anymore as their service has slowly started to decline over the past year or so. Yesterday was the nail in the coffin for me. I called in a pickup order to which my wife was going to grab on her way home from work. What I had ordered and had repeated back to me to me was a Large Square BLT Pizza and what we got was a plain Cheese Pizza instead. While I am all for going the Macaulay Culkin route every now and then we were really craving a good BLT Pizza and Jets has usually been it for us. My wife got home and went to change out of her work clothes in to something more comfortable while I got out some plates and cups. Upon her arrival back we opened the pizza and noticed it was wrong. Mistakes happen and I was a little upset, but nothing to get to worked up over. That was until I called to let them know we received the wrong order. The first person I spoke with was a young girl who suggested I speak with the Manager as she wasn't sure how to handle things of this nature. Fine, no problem. The Manager gets on the phone and by voice alone you could tell he was either just about to Graduate from High School or did last year. I am totally fine with a younger person being a Manager of a place so long as he or she had earned it and was responsible enough for the job. This kid however seemed to lack those qualities. I politely pointed out what we had ordered and what was given to us and he had this "and that's my problem how?" tone to his voice. He actually tried to blame me for getting the wrong order even though I was looking at the ticket that clearly stated I had ordered a BLT Pizza. Instead of offering to resolve the mistake and fix the order he had the nerve to say "What do you want me to do about it?" An experienced mature manager wouldn't ask that question. They would offer to replace or credit back the wrong items. My response was simple and I stated that I just wanted what I ordered and what I paid for. He finally offered to replace the item, but I'd have to come out to them and swap it out. Normally I would be fine with this, but as stated my wife had already changed as had I and we really didn't want to have to leave again so I asked if they could delivery it. The kid let out an annoyed sigh and set the phone down and started up a conversation with another employee before finally coming back 30 seconds later. This was the tail end of our conversation. Manager: "Look I offered to replace it for you..." Me: "Which I accepted and asked if you could deliver it instead of having me come back out there to swap it out." (Dead silence on the line for 15 seconds.) Me (to my Wife): "I think that little shit just hung up on me." (Just as I went to hang up he came back. He must have put me on hold without telling me.) Manager: "My driver will be there in a bit with the correct pizza. As for the one you got you better not have eaten any of it because it needs to come back with the driver when he swaps it out." Me: "Excuse me? Don't worry I haven't touched it and for the record this will be the last time I order from this location!" Roughly 45 minutes later the driver showed up with the correct pizza and when I went to give him the wrong one back he was cool and stated that we could keep it, that he didn't need to bring it back. While that was a nice gesture I gave him the pizza back and stated that I insisted he take it back with him as that was what his "immature punk Manager" stated I needed to do and show him it was uneaten. I am debating at this point whether or not I speak with the owner about his Managers attitude or just call it a loss and walk away.
