This place is the worst!!! With I could give minus stars. * It looks dirty. * Waitstaff that is more worried about who should be waiting on a table, than actually doing it. * I placed a simple order, no onion on a Gyro, and they couldn't get that right. * After waiting 10 more minutes, still no correct replacement. I have a job I care about, so I had to leave without eating... And they still charged me $2.25 for my iced tea. There are 3 other coney style restaurants within a half mile of this place. Try ANY of them before you go to this place.

This restaurant looked like a Denny's or some other diner. However, the food was more eclectic. I had been craving a coney, but they also had Middle Eastern food. Decisions, decisions.... I chose both. I got a plate of gyro (how do you say this word) meat. It came with cucumber sauce. Yum. And it was a bargain at only $2.50. Here's what I actually came for... a chili cheese coney. It was also only $2.50. I rarely eat hot dogs. Fortunately, this one didn't disappoint. It was worth the extra $.50 for cheese. Everybody loves some good imitation cheese sauce. If you're ever in the area. It's worth a stop.

This was a nightmare in the daytime. I ordered a chicken Greek salad and was served a salad with grinded chicken. To be told by the rude manager who was probably not the manager. Most likely the cook. He stated my customers want their chicken cut and grinded, I said i did not ask for that he constantly interrupted me. This is a place that I liked for salads. My last visit.

I liked this place... came here for lunch at least once a week. Waitress knew me by name. One day couple years ago i get a hair in my food, baked into my curly fries. The waitress apologized and said she'd let the owner know. She came back and said he is the guy running the register and to let him know it was me with the hair when i cashed out. So i go up to pay and i say "im the guy that had the hair in my food". He immediately gave me stink eye and said "where were you sitting"? I tell him... "What did you order"? (While grabbing by debit card and bill) I tell him... he runs my card and hands it back without saying anything... no sorry about that, no did you want more fries, no ill give you some fries next week when you come back, not even a acknowledgment... instead he third degreed me like i was a scam artist... i shouldn't feel guilty for your food having hair in it.... i told the waitress on the way out i would never be back again and told her why, she shook her head and apologized.... after a month i decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and emailed the corp email listed online with the entire story.... no reply.... ive never been back

I've only been here once when my boyfriend was super sick and wanted some chicken soup & surprisingly these guys didn't have any that particular day, which is okay! The waitress that was hanging out with the other waitresses behind the counter helped me and was super sweet. Obviously there was nothing she could do, but she was at least very pleasant about it! Very much appreciated!

I've always liked the food here. For me it's the service that leaves something to be desired. I usually go in the evening for a quick dinner when I'm in the mood for one of their chicken sandwiches. The last two times I was told to sit where I want (the place was nearly empty, may 4-5 other tables seated). The wait staff was too busy chatting both times to notice I had walked in. There were about 5 waitresses and not one of them acknowledged my existence, either time. I went to a coney down the street with pretty much the same food and better service.

The food is mediocre at best. There are so many other coney islands in this area. Better to stick with Holiday Grill or Kirby's.

I frequently get out to Dearborn for work, and when I'm not in the mood for something more exotic, I'll stop in here for a Reuben or a hamburger. Parthenon hasn't disappointed me yet. The hamburgers are nothing really special, but are consistently good, delivered with the customary tomato, lettuce and onion on the side. Now the Reuben, that is the stand-out, to me. The corned beef is thinly-sliced and applied in layers of small pieces beneath the sauerkraut and melted in the Swiss cheese so that it fairly melts in the mouth. Don't get me wrong, you get a decent amount of meat, but it's not the large slabs stacked higher than anyone could reasonably fit into his or her mouth that some places tout. The menu has a decent variety of standard diner fare, augmented by a few Middle Eastern dishes and quesadillas. Sides run the breadth of the fried food spectrum and include such offerings as chicken nuggets, mushrooms, mozzarella sticks, cauliflower and the obligatory saganaki ("opa!"). Nicely-done gyros, wraps, pitas, subs, and a variety of hot dogs and coney dogs round out the menu. In several dozen visits over five years, I can only think of one time when the service was less attentive than it ought to have been.

I work for a company that has them on-campus every Tuesday as a guest restaurant. The Gyros are amazing! I was hesitant to try the Dearborn location because of the reviewer's comment... I'm glad I ventured out. I was not disappointed. The service was excellent and the gyros were phenomenal. My husband said forget [popular chain] I will always get my gyros at this place as the lamb is the true hero! The lamb is moist and perfectly seasoned, the sauce is fresh and delectable, and the prices are reasonable. We shall indulge weekly for the next several weeks, or until we get out fill.

This Coney has been my go-to coney in Dearborn for nearly two years. However, the past couple months, it has slipped a bit. I asked if the "chef" had changed and they said yes, he is only there certain weeks now that they handle the cafeterias at some large businesses.
