Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Best restaurant in Albion! The food is outstanding. The service is great. The owner, Gina, is so sweet. I stop by and try something new from the menu every time in Albion. Everything I've had has been amazing (especially the pizza).

Found this off of yelp. You order at the front and then sit down and they bring you the food. I ordered the BLT pizza. The look of it when it came out was not very appealing but when you bite into the pizza, I was pleasantly surprised (and ended up eating half the pizza!) The pizza crust was delicious! Next time I come I want to try the sandwiches because they looked good!

Six of us visited on 9/20/14. They had a diverse menu which is great as all weren't interested in pizza. I had a cobb salad, others had pizza, one had a sandwich. I was pleasantly surprised by the salad's quality and taste. Portion was a little small but that's good, most restaurants make us over-eat. Pricing was fair, quality and service were very good. We'll be back for sure when visiting Albion College.

Very good food, definately near or at the top in Albion. Prices are drifting a little too high for the area. $9 for a take out sandwich which for some reason doesn't include the pasta side but does when you eat in - strange policy. Food is always good quality and the environment is clean and tasteful. Very good choice for a business lunch.

Bomb-diggity sandwiches and pizzas! Fresh, flavorful, delicious. This is the best lunch spot in Albion. It may be too good for Albion... maybe they should just open in Lansing ;) :P At some point they did away with the sandwich sides which is disappointing. I loved the macaroni salad. Oh and their coffee drinks are also super yummy.

Gina's subs are awesome! I'm a fan for sure. The wings were alittle rough the first time around, but have improved since she first opened. The pizza is like a homemade pizza but I really enjoyed it. The best part about Gina's is the people working there, I have felt welcomed each and every time I've visited. Very pleasant environment! Just a rumor, but I heard Gina might attach an outdoor eating area. Pretty excited about that!

Gina's is amazing! By far one of the best places to eat in Albion. The subs and pizzas are both wonderful and affordable!

My husband, 7 year old daughter, 8 month old daughter, and myself visited Gina's for the first time this past Saturday. It was around 1pm when we were there, and there was only a couple other people eating at the same time. My first impression walking in the door was that it was a clean restaurant, but since there are no booths and only tables and chairs it's not a place I would go for a quiet date night. You order at the counter, and above the counter the entire menu is written clearly on a large chalk board. They offer salads, deli sandwiches, pizza, and wings. Since they were not busy two girls were at the counter were ready and waiting to take our order. We decided to try the 14" inch pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms, and 6 Bourbon chicken wings. We also ordered 3 fountain drinks, which come in plastic cups with straws, but there is also canned pop available. We took a table next to the fireplace in the middle of the dining room. Our 7 year old daughter loved the artwork on the walls, which were paintings of vegetables made to look like people. They were very cute! We waited probably 20 minutes for our food, which was a little rough only because our baby was fussy. The pizza and wings arrived at the same time. At first look we were very impressed with the large, very cheesy pizza presented to us. The 6 wings were served on a small glass plate with two pieces of celery. We eagerly dove into the pizza, and I was so happy! This was the BEST pizza I've had in a LONG time! It had lots of cheese on top, good, gooey cheese that stretches for miles when you take a bite. I told my daughter that's how you know it's good cheese! Under the cheese was plenty of pepperoni and mushrooms. And, to my delight, they were canned mushrooms, not fresh. I LOVE canned mushrooms! After eating a piece or two of pizza I found a small dice of onion on my slice, and thought, "Wait! We didn't order onions on this! Is there onions on the whole thing?". But then I realized it was actually just from the HOMEMADE pizza sauce! The sauce was so good, lots of flavor, and definitely homemade! The Bourbon chicken wings we ordered were also very good. And we actually ended up with 7 instead of 6! The sauce was thick and sticky, with a yummy, sweet bourbon flavor. Very messy, but delicious. They have quite a few flavors of wings to choose from, and I think next time we'll try a different flavor. I would highly recommend Gina's to anyone in the area looking for a great homemade pizza! I hope this restaurant does awesome and is around for a long, long time because I have found my new favorite pizza place! As far as pricing, for what we ordered it was around $27. Maybe a tad on the expensive side, but after tasting that pizza it is totally worth every penny!
