I was not at all impressed by this location. I'm generally a local diner type of guy, but those are hard to find in these parts of the country, so Bob Evans it was! My partner ordered a cheeseburger and I got breakfast. After a long initial wait, our food finally showed up. The breakfast was typical BE meh, but the cheeseburger blew our expectations out of the water - in a BAD way. It was so greasy that the bottom bun was completely soaked. Jason sent the burger back to the kitchen because it was inedible. After a bit of a wait, the cheeseburger reappeared. It was the SAME BURGER on a new bun. It was now cold, dry, overcooked, and still greasy, but on a fresh bun. WTF? I finished my breakfast of overcooked fluorescent yellow eggs and Jason ate a few bites of his cheeseburger and we decided to leave. If you're familiar with BE, you know that you pay at the front checkout rather than paying the server. I mentioned the issues with the food quality to the young man running the cash register and his response was "oh! sorry about that, don't leave a tip!" I was mortified by his response, being in the hospitality industry myself. I told him that was a totally f-ed up response and I proceeded to leave the server a modest tip for her efforts. I was too irritated to tell a manager about his/her shithole operation... it's their loss because we won't be back.

Worst Bob Evans I have ever been to. Terribly slow service- it took over 5 minutes to ever see a waitress. At one point every table in the establishment was dirty if it was not occupied, and tables that were dirty when we arrived had not been cleaned upon our departure. The floor was disgusting and could not have been cleaned for the entire day. The trash cans were overflowing in the restrooms. The food, however, was consistent with the quality we normally expect from Bob Evans.

I have breakfast at BE at least once a week. Very satisfactory . But eating at BE at night is like eating at another restaurant . My fourth time I ask why my homestead breakfast was really salty. The manger reply was it's not. I know what salty food taste like. Her reply again was it's not. Also the food comes premix , maybe at night the seasons get settle to the bottom. What a bunch of hogwash. Spent 40.00 for a meal and could not eat it. Grand kids had a upset tummy. Beside table was dirty, floor was trashy, and service was slow. Since I had 3 grand kids with me hungry from shopping all day. We stayed. I was wrong . Any other time I would have left. I am done with BE. Which is to bad. Use to be a great place to eat.

FRESH food, and delicious! Service is quick, and they are super friendly. Highly recommend this location, and seems like the entire crew is on point. Oh, except the cashier - she needs to be nice, and smile. Nothing that affected our experience, but I remember she was not friendly - she was young, and hating her job :)
