Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

I've eaten here for a long time and the last two times I've been here they have forgotten parts of my order truly aggravating the food is good but service leaves something to be desired

Pizza wasn't very good at all, but it was dinner. Passable, but wouldn't do it twice.

Willows was close to our hotel and nothing else was open, so we decided to swing by for a pizza. Service was attentive. We ordered a Greek salad to split between the two of us - WOW! That salad was HUGE, and they did NOT skimp on the feta cheese (which I love). Feta can be expensive sometimes, too, and I feel like that salad was a steal. The house vinaigrette was perfect, too. We ordered a medium pizza with tomatoes and basil, and I think we were both shocked when it was brought over to the table! The medium was HUGE, not to mention the fact that they really didn't skimp on the basil either! There was a TON of it on there, which my husband LOVED. So impressed. We went in without any big expectations, so maybe that had something to do with how much we truly enjoyed it, but still... that pizza was not bad at all. Good deal, too - I think the total was around $20-$25 (can't remember), but totally worth every penny we paid. It's not gourmet, but if you're looking for a good solid dinner, give it a shot. We were pleasantly surprised!

Great Pizza! We were a little bit worried to see only one other party in the room as we entered, and even more worried to see the (very friendly and nice!) waitress bring paper plates as we asked to share the pizzas. But all of that was unjustified, we had the "chicken bacon ranch" and "produce" pizzas, and both were downright amazing, the tomato sauce was so rich of taste! Also the staff was very nice, the food arrived reasonably fast and the (hombrew!) Ice Tea refreshing. A recommendation if you don't mind paper plates and simple furnishing. Went again the next night, everyone had pasta this time. Same great tomato sauce, but the pasta itself and the pesto was rather average. So get pizzas ;-)

I ordered a small pepperoni pizza, and a large order of "buffalo wings" for delivery at 6:06pm. The staff was very friendly, and the food arrived at 6:35pm. The food was hot, I loved the pizza, great sauce, crispy pepperoni. However- The wings looked & smelled like regular chicken wings. In my opinion, They were not buffalo wings. I called them and told them that they must've made a mistake with the wings. I was told that they were in fact their buffalo wings. Don't think they tasted like buffalo at all. Other than that, they were good as regular wings.

The thing that I love the most about Willows is that it truly is a neighborhood establishment. Yeah they have delicious pizza, scrumptious subs and beer specials but what stands out is their warm and welcoming staff and their hometown feel. I took my cousin there who was visiting from Florida. We needed an affordable, kid friendly place. My 5 year old hates to go out to restaurants but loves Willows so it was the first place to pop into my head. I assured them they were family friendly as they always have a bin of toys for the kids to play with when they come in. When we walked in we picked a booth but the woman who works there on Friday nights suggested we take a bigger booth to make sure we had plenty of room as their were four adults and a baby. We used their child's seat and the woman even hooked it on the table for us to make sure it was set up correctly. They immediately fell in love with Willows before even tasting the food. Two of us got pizza and two of us got subs, Everything was delicious and the staff continued to be warm and friendly throughout the entire visit. I have been going to Willows since I was younger and it is still one of my "good ole stand bys" and I am so glad I got to share it with my out of town guests.

This place was a huge disappointment. On the fence behind their restaurant they have a phone number you can text to get regular special updates. As soon as I moved up here, I singed up and got some deals via text. I called the restaurant to get my small pizza and wings for $20 (should that even count as a deal) and the lady on the phone told me that they stopped honoring the text deals about a year ago....THEN WHY IS THE SIGN STILL UP? AND WHY DID I GET TEXTED WITH A DEAL??? The pizza tastes like Domino's minus the garlic crust. The wings are small and have ZERO sauce on them. The Calzone...which was described as "being so large it is hard to finish", was actually shorter than the fork I used to eat it. Worst is the fact that they are overpriced. For the amount that you pay, we should expect more in the realm of portion size.

I'd eaten here in the past using a Groupon for $20 worth of food. I was not impressed enough to come back. We're still hunting for awesome pizza delivery (that isn't quite as pricey as Pizza Joint) in our area, and Willows just didn't fit the bill. I'd rather run to Hannaford, buy pizza dough, and make our own in the oven. It just wasn't crispy, tasty, or seasoned enough for us (a little over-cheesed as well).

For the price they charge for pizzas (16 bucks for a medium?!), you would expect to get some good pizza. We ordered the buffalo chicken pizza and the chicken pesto. Both pizzas were oddly bland. I've had many a buffalo chicken pizza in my day...both good and bad but never in my life had I experienced such a bland buffalo pizza. It almost felt like I was eating beans and rice. I would highly recommend not wasting your money here and to try another pizza joint.

I was not impressed at all by the food...and by not impressed I mean I fed most of it to my dog. I ordered mozzarella sticks, six for $5.99, so $1.00 per stick. They were empty, signaling that they had been cooked so long the cheese all came out. Essentially I was sent fried tubes of bread crumbs with dipping sauce. I also ordered a chicken parm sandwich, something I had been craving for several days. I've had many versions of this sandwich from many different places and they're all generally the same. It's pretty hard to mess up chicken parm. They managed to do so! The chicken reminded me of those Banquet Chicken Parm patties that are about a dollar at the grocery store for six patties because it's such low quality mystery meat. It was thick and round and mechanically formed. For a moment I thought they actually sent me eggplant instead of chicken...I almost wish they had. The bread was mushy, the sauce was mediocre, and I gave the chicken to the dog. This was my first time ordering from Willow's and it will absolutely be my last. I spent $15 on food that was inedible. Try somewhere else, folks.

Love this place! So many different pizza options. We ordered pizza at work last week and it was a big hit. One pizza we got was the white pizza with spinach and tomato. It was a crowd pleaser. Everyone loved it. We will be back agin.

I have been labeled as a pizza snob so this might be a bit harsh, we ordered one of my favorites The Hawaiian for take out, it wasn't the best pizza I've had, although I did eat 4 pieces. Crust taste like white bread, with no flavor, taste like canned acidic tomato sauce, cheese without flavor or texture, canned pineapple tidbits & thin lunch meat ham. I guess I'm use to chewy crust slathered in olive oil w/ cornmeal on the bottom, garlic tomato sauce, fresh pineapple chunks, cured ham & fresh mozzarella! On a better note, the crust was not wet after we got it home, a bonus for takeout sometimes. The company was fabulous though!

Okay, so I would agree with some of the reviewers that this isn't the best pizza I've ever eaten. We ordered the pesto chicken pizza and a Caesar salad. And, while not amazing, I would order a pizza from them again. BUT I would sell my mother for the Caesar salad dressing recipe. I am a Caesar salad freak, and most fast food places put in way too much vinegar and/or lemon. I was so in the mood for one so risked it. I am so glad I did. This one of the top salad dressings I've ever tasted. I'm for sure going back for another salad before leaving town.

This is definitely a a good place to stop in at least once. I actually went because someone told me it was a real nice Italian place which I agree but that is as far as it goes. The food was alright the people that were working there were friendly, but now that i think about it, the place sucked hard!!! It was a major disappointment im sorry to say.

There are many pizza places in this world. Some, like this one, have been around a while because people really enjoy their food. I find the food certainly acceptable, but not my first choice. While waiting on a serious issue to be fixed on our car at Jiffy Lube across the way, we came here for lunch. The waitress was polite and helpful. When our pizza came out, she said it looked like Christmas to her. The small pizza would have been plenty of food, but for some reason I ordered a medium, which was twice as much as we could eat. (Since we were on vacation and the guys at Jiffy were working so hard to help us, I offered them the l/o pizza which they were very happy to accept as a free lunch.) We had also ordered a small onion rings which is a personal fav item. Sadly, the picture shows you how literally they take it when you say "small order". Maybe a dozen rings, does NOT an order make. The rings aside, this is certainly a fine place to eat, just not my first choice.

Yummy food and the best gluten free pizza around. I recommend banana peppers and pineapple. Sounds weird but it is awesome with their sauce. They have their own cheese blend which is delicious. Everyone there is great. Nicole is the best. She treats everyone like a regular or, as they call 'em, a Willownian

Yes! This place is great. It is right around the corner from my work and the service and food are great. I was hesitant to try it and am so happy to have been proven wrong. The food taste fresh and comes out fast. This will definitely be a regular foe me.

Nicole was super friendly and went out her way to get us something to eat even though they were closed.

This place was great. After driving 3 hours and checking into our hotel, we were looking for something to eat. Not knowing the area, we stumbled across this place and decided to give it a try. The restaurant itself is small, and it wasn't crowded, but we also got there around 9pm. Our waitress was wonderful and took our orders right away. My boyfriend got the buffalo chicken pizza and I chose the pepperoni and caramelized onion calzone. The food took a little while, but it came out hot and fresh. The pizza sauce for the calzone was delicious. The only downfall as that they forgot my caramelized onions, but overall it was good. My boyfriend really enjoyed his pizza. We will definitely be back if we are in the area again.
